【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、スティオンタブ式の開口部を有する缶容器においてスコア部分が直接唇に接触することが無く安全であり、さらに、開口時にタブの引き起こしが容易になった唇になめらかなスティオンタブに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、缶蓋のパネル面と同一もしくはほぼ同一の高さのパネル面にスコアを設けたスティオンタブ式の缶容器があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これには次のような欠点があった。
（イ） 缶蓋に設けられたスコアの破断部はざらざらしており、該ざらざらが直接唇に接触するため唇が荒れる要因となり、唇の健康上および衛生上において悪影響があり、さらに、多くの不快感を与えていた。
（ロ） 唇が金属のざらざらを有する破断部に直接に接触を余儀なくされるのは他の容器においては見られる事態では無く、これは缶容器のみにおいて看過されていたものであり、安全に問題があった。
（ハ） タブとパネル面との間は接近しており、その間には指は少しより挿入できず、缶の開口時にタブの引き起こしが困難なことがあった。
本発明は、これらの欠点を除くためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
缶蓋のパネル面１の中央付近上部にはタブ３が設置されており、パネル面１とタブ３はリベット２により緊合され固定されている。
缶蓋上部にはスコア斜面４が設けられ、スコア斜面４の周囲にはスコア５が設けられている。
本発明は、以上のような構成よりなる唇になめらかなスティオンタブである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ） パネル面１の中央付近には、リベット２を挿入させる穴が設けられている。
（ロ） タブ３にはリベット２を挿入させる穴が設けられており、該穴はパネル面１の中央付近の穴と連通して設けられており、タブ３とパネル面１は挿入されたリベット２により緊合され、タブ３はパネル面１の上部にてパネル面１に固定されている。
（ハ） パネル面１の穴およびタブ３の穴はリベット２により密着されており、
容器内部の液体の漏出は守られている。
（ニ） 缶蓋にはスコア斜面４が設けられており、該スコア斜面４は図１、図２および図３に示すように、パネル面１の一部分におけるものであり、缶蓋中央付近から缶蓋外周に向けてほぼ卵型あるいはほぼ楕円の形にて設けられており、缶蓋中央付近から缶蓋外周に向けて下りの傾斜をなして設けられており、パネル面１の一部分が凹部をなして設けられている。
（ホ） スコア斜面４にはスコア５が設けられており、該スコア５は図２に示すように、スコア斜面４の周囲に設けられている。
（ヘ） スコア５はスコア斜面４のほぼ全周にわたって設けられているが、缶蓋中央付近の一部においては設けられておらず、スコア５が破断をなされても、その一部においてスコア斜面４と缶蓋は接続されている。
（ト） スコア斜面４の上部にはタブ３の端部が位置されており、タブ３の相対するもう一方の端部はタブ３の引き起こしの際に指を掛ける端部である。
（チ） 図１および図２に示すように、パネル面１の外周にはパネル面１の強化および補強の為パネル面外周溝６が凹部をもって設けられており、該パネル面外周溝６とスコア斜面４を設けるためになされた凹部は図１に示すように互いの溝と凹部の深さはほぼ同程度に設けられている。
本発明は以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、タブ３の端部とパネル面１の間に指を入れ、タブ３を引き起こす。
タブ３を引き起こした時スコア斜面４はその上部に位置されたタブ３の端部により押圧されスコア斜面４に設けられたスコア５は破断され缶蓋は開口される。スコア５が破断されたスコア斜面４は一部がパネル面１に接続されたまま、その大部分はパネル面１の裏側に折り曲げられる。
なお、図４に示すように、スコア斜面４は缶蓋中央付近から缶蓋外周に向けて下りの傾斜を設けなくてもよく、スコア斜面４がパネル面１とほぼ平行な面をなす凹部にて設けてもよい。

【発明の効果】
開口された缶蓋の開口部分から直接飲料を飲もうとする時、パネル面１とスコア５部分は高さが異なるため、唇が直接スコア５に接触せず、金属の破断によるスコア５のぎざぎざから唇は守られ、唇はなめらかな感触が得られる。
