Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, paper cups are roughly classified into drink cups, food cups, medical cups, and the like according to their uses, and cold drinks such as juices and carbonated drinks and hot drinks such as coffee are used as drink cups. In the past, cups made of paraffin wax were predominant for cold beverages, but now the inner surface is extruded or laminated with polyethylene resin, the outer surface is coated with a water-resistant overcoat agent, and the cup is formed by condensation. Paper cups have also been manufactured that are also effective in preventing stiffness degradation.
[0003]
In addition, paper cups, which are made of water-resistant paper and are provided with a polyethylene resin layer on both sides by extrusion or lamination to give a fine print and enhance the display effect of products, have become mainstream.
[0004]
For hot beverages, the inner surface is extruded or laminated with a polyethylene resin, the outer surface is a paper cup for printing only, and the inner and outer surfaces are extruded or laminated with a polyethylene resin for both the inner and outer surfaces.
[0005]
Depending on how cold beverage paper cups and hot beverage paper cups are used, there are two types, one for bending and one for manuals. The one for bending is used in vending machines, and the one for manuals is used as a paper cup for consumers sold in convenience stores and supermarkets. Is what is being done. Although the paper used for these cups varies depending on the size of the paper cup, 150 g / m 2 and 300 g / m 2 are used, polyethylene is about 14 to 60 μm, and the bottom is formed at the thread bottom.
[0006]
In addition, food cups include solid cups used for natto, jelly, etc., liquid cups for filling sake, juice, etc., ramen cups for ramen or miso soup, frozen dessert cups used for ice cream, etc., and snacks. Other cups filled with moisture-proof cups, jams, yogurt and the like used for foods and the like are used as food cups. In addition, an inspection cup used for urinalysis or the like is used as a medicine cup.
[0007]
In addition, while shifting from plastic containers to paper containers in terms of environmental and pollution issues, in paper cups, EPS (expandable polystyrene bead) cups, which are found in ramen cups, have also shifted to paper cups. Methods for providing a heat insulating effect are available in various fields, but there is a problem that the price is high.
[0008]
In addition, microwave-cooked foods using cups, mainly cooked foods, and cooked and cooked foods, and paper cups containing contents are directly cooked and cooked using microwave ovens. .
[0009]
In addition, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 9-64, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 7-44434, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 11-11541, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 11-11542, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. -169910 and the like.
[0010]
JP-A-11-11541, JP-A-11-11542, JP-A-2001-169910, etc. using a paper cup to prevent scorching at the thread bottom of the paper cup during cooking in a microwave oven A microwave oven paper cup has been proposed in which a tape having an aluminum layer is adhered to the periphery of the yarn bottom to prevent the yarn bottom of the paper cup from burning when the cooked product in the paper cup is heated and cooked in a microwave oven.
[0011]
In addition, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 9-64 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-open No. 7-44473 disclose heat generation in a paper cup contrary to the descriptions in JP-A-11-11541, JP-A-11-11542 and JP-A-2001-169910. It has been proposed to provide a member to brown the contents in the paper cup.
[0012]
The paper cups described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 9-64 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-44734 have an electronic member attached to the bottom of the paper cup by labeling a member that generates heat in a microwave oven as shown in FIGS. There has been proposed a microwave paper cup (b) in which a heat generating member is applied to a portion other than the thread bottom portion of the range paper cup (a) and the bottom member, and a paper base material is provided on the heat generating member. I have.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, in the microwave paper cup, the conventional paper cup body 40 in which the conventional paper cup body 40 has the configuration of the body member 41 and the bottom member 42 is bent downward at the outer peripheral portion of the bottom member 42. Then, a paper cup called a thread bottom portion 43 formed by folding the lower end portion of the body member 41 inward with the bent portion 44 therebetween, and bonding by heating and pressing is used.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 6A, the conventional microwave paper cup 40 has a bottom formed in a thread bottom 43 state, and a heating label 45 is adhered to the outside of the bottom member 42 by an adhesive layer 46. The heating label is provided with a paper base layer 47 below the adhesive layer 46, a heating element 48 below the paper base layer 47, and a heat-resistant film 49 below the heating body. Consists of FIG. 6B shows a configuration in which a heating element 48 is provided at a position other than the outer peripheral portion of the bottom member 42 being bent downward when the bottom member 42 is manufactured, and is sandwiched between a paper base material 47 and a heat-resistant film 49. Consists of Further, in order to prevent the heating element 48 from entering the periphery of the yarn bottom when the yarn bottom 43 is formed by the main body 40 and the bottom member 42 and the yarn bottom 43 being heated by the heating element 48 and being damaged by microwave heating, only the inner flat surface of the bottom is used. A microwave paper cup has been proposed in which a heating element 48 is provided. However, any cooked product stored in the paper cup because the paper base 47 is provided on the heating element 48 has been proposed. Since the paper base material 47 reaches a high temperature before browning occurs, paper odor or the like may be generated, which may adversely affect stored cooked products.
[0015]
Further, before the cooked product in the paper cup is browned, the paper base material 6 or the periphery of the thread bottom may be scorched, and when pressed with a finger, a hole may be formed so as to endure use.
[0016]
In addition, the cooked food in the paper cup is browned with a microwave using a paper cup, and the appearance and touch feeling are improved, so that cooking with charcoal grilling other than microwave cooking or cooking with gas is troublesome. Due to the desire for an image of the product, a heat-generating cooking member sheet that browns the cooked food may be inserted into the paper cup.
[0017]
However, since the heating member sheet must be inserted into the bottom of the paper cup where the food is stored, the heating member sheet is inserted into the paper cup immediately before storing the food in the paper cup. There is a problem in that the number of work steps for inputting increases, and that it requires labor.
[0018]
Also, there is a case where the heat-cooking member sheet is forgotten to be put into the paper cup, or the heat-cooking member sheet is not inserted flat on the bottom surface, so that the cooking food filled in the cup is browned. There is a problem that can not be done.
[0019]
In addition, the heat-cooking member sheet to be put into the paper cup is processed into a predetermined size at the bottom of the cup, further wrapped into a predetermined number, and further packed into a box. In addition, many manual operations such as packaging and boxing work are unsanitary due to the increased number of manual operations, and there is a concern that foreign substances may be mixed.
[0020]
Further, similarly to the freshness preserving agent used for maintaining the freshness of the content filled in the paper cup, there is also a problem that the microwave cooking member sheet is mistakenly mixed with the cooked food and eaten. I have.
[0021]

Further, a knurl seal process is applied to the yarn bottom portion in order to further strongly join the bottom portion and the body portion with the knurl seal portion 15.
[0030]
Further, in the heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven according to the present invention, the contents such as food for cooking are stored and curled to enhance the adhesiveness or adhesive strength between the lid material and the body when the content is sealed with the lid material. In the portion 11, the opening portion of the cup is pressed by the top curl portion 17 and the top finisher curl portion 18.
[0031]
The top pre-curl is processed by a pressing or rotating method using a concave mold, and this curl is also called a primary curl.
[0032]
In addition, a top finisher curl employs a method in which a concave mold is used to finish the top curl, and press molding is performed by heating.
[0033]
Further, the bottom member 3 is previously slit to a predetermined size in the same manner as the trunk member 2, is sent from the bottom member unwinding section 10 to the bottom forming section 19, is conveyed in the horizontal direction on the way, and the belt-shaped member 5 is The bottom member 3 is further conveyed in the vertical direction by the turn bar 21 together with the belt-shaped member immediately before the bottom member 19 is conveyed, and is inserted into the bottom member 19.
[0034]
Further, the belt-shaped members 5 provided with the heating elements 4 applied to the heating paper cup 1 for the microwave oven of the present invention at appropriate intervals are supplied to the belt-shaped member unwinding section 9, and the conveyance of the bottom member 3 is performed as described above. Is transported in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction, is transported in the same direction as the transport direction of the bottom member 3 by the tumbler 20 on the transport of the bottom member 3, and is joined to the bottom member 3 at an appropriate position to form the bottom member 3 in the bottom forming section 19. It is punched and bent, and attached to the cup mold 30 of the cup forming part 12.
[0035]
Further, the bottom portion is formed by transferring the bottom member 3 of the bottom forming portion 19 to which the band-shaped member 5 is joined as shown in FIG. 2 onto the female die 26, and the male die 25 and the drawing shaft 27 advance in the female die 26 direction. The bottom member 3 is punched in a circular shape, and the male mold 25 stops at the tip of the drawing flange 32.
[0036]
Further, with the bottom member 3 punched out in a circular shape, the aperture shaft 27 advances to advance the inner diameter portion 29 of the aperture flange, and the outer peripheral portion of the bottom member 3 is bent downward and formed into an inverted dish shape. The bottom member 3 advances to the tip of the mold mandrel 30 with the crown mounted thereon, and the right end of the holding plate 28 is connected to the drawing shaft stopper 31 so that the bottom member 3 comes into contact with the mold mandrel 30 and the holding plate 28 Moves forward, and the bottom member 3 bent and formed in a reverse dish shape on the mold mandrel 30 is steadily fixed to the mold mandrel 30.
[0037]
The bottom member 3 bent into a reverse dish shape is fixed to the tip of the mold mandrel 30, and at the same time, the bottom member 3 bent into a reverse dish shape is sucked by the vacuum at the tip portion of the mold mandrel 30. Then, it is bonded to the body member 2 at the winding wing portion 22.
[0038]
The bottom member other than the circularly punched one is continuously discharged as a scrap 16 as shown in FIG.
[0039]
On the other hand, as for the body member 2, both ends of the rolled paper punched into a predetermined shape by the male mold and the female mold are cut, and the scraps are discharged in small cuts.
[0040]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the belt-shaped member 5 according to one embodiment of the present invention has a heat-resistant body 35 provided on one side of a heat-resistant film 35 at an appropriate position of a belt-shaped base material 33 and an adhesive layer 34 provided on the other. The heating member 37 is joined to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 34.
[0041]
The material of the heating element 4 is not particularly limited as long as it generates heat in a high frequency range. Generally, a thin film layer of a conductive metal such as aluminum formed by an evaporation method or the like, or a mixture of a conductive metal and another material is used. A thin film layer made of a magnetic material such as ferrite, and a thin film layer made of a ferroelectric material such as barium are generally known.
[0042]
As the thickness of the thin film layer forming the heating element 4, a thickness of 20 nm to 60 nm is often used. In an embodiment of the present invention, a heating element having a thickness of 20 nm to 40 nm is used.
[0043]
Further, as the heat-resistant adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 34, a heat-resistant resin adhesive containing, as a main component, a resin component composed of an epoxy compound, polyimide siloxane, and an epoxy curing agent is used.
[0044]
As the heat-resistant film 35, polypropylene (PP), polymethylpentene (TPX), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or the like is used, but the heating element 28 receives microwaves from a microwave oven and generates heat of about 200 ° C., so that polyethylene terephthalate is used. It is desirable to use a film.
[0045]
A polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of about 12μ to 25μ can be used, but if the film becomes too thick, the body and the bottom are fixed during cup molding, and then the back surface of the bottom peripheral edge is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the body to form a substantially U-shaped cross section. The entire thickness of the belt-shaped member 5 is preferably within a range of 40 μm to 700 μm so that the length of the band-shaped member 5 to be fixedly formed on the body is reduced. When the thickness is 1000 μm or more, the cup mold 30 of the cup molding section 12 needs to be modified.
[0046]
The belt-shaped member 5 is made of polyethylene terephthalate resin like the heat-resistant film 33 used for the heating element 4, and has a single-sided sealant layer for bonding to the inner resin layer of the body member 2 or the inner surface of the bottom member 3. Or it is desirable to provide on both sides.
[0047]
The heating element 28 is desirably attached to a portion excluding the peripheral edge of the yarn bottom, and its size, shape, and the like are arbitrary. That is, the size and shape of the heating element can be arbitrarily set in consideration of the size and shape of the container, the material of the heating element 28, the required heating amount, and the like.
[0048]
Further, after the heat generating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven of the present invention is molded in the cup molding section 12 shown in FIG. 1, the top curl surface of the cup is pre-curl 17 in the top curl molding section 11 and then the finish curl 18 is performed. The airtightness when sealing with a lid material is improved by pressing.
[0049]
However, the heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven according to the present embodiment may optionally be provided with a lid material.
[0050]
Although the basis weight of the paper base used for the bottom member 3 varies depending on the use of the paper cup, the size or the shape, etc., the range of 150 g / m 2 to 370 g / m 2 is preferable from the standpoint of proper forming of the paper cup.
[0051]
Polyethylene as a thermoplastic resin is often used for one or both sides of the paper base material for the bottom member 3, and extrusion or lamination is performed. The thickness of the resin varies depending on the size of the paper cup or the application, but is 15 μm or more. About 60μ is preferable.
[0052]
The base paper for the cup, which is the base material of the body member, is made from bleached chemical pulp as a raw material using a long net paper machine or a circular or short net paper machine.
[0053]
Non-wood pulp such as kenaf and bagasse can be added to the bleached chemical pulp of the cup base paper used in the present invention. Also, a base paper made by regenerating a milk pack can be used, and it has printing suitability, curl suitability, rigidity and the like.
[0054]
The size or shape of the cup base paper cup is a base material used for the body member, or, although the basis weight of the cup base paper are different uses 150g / m 2 ~450g / m 2 approximately of the base paper by the contents or the like for housing Is done.
[0055]
Further, the base paper for the cup, which is a base material used for the body member, has water resistance, and a resin layer is provided on one or both sides as a sealant. The resin used for the resin layer is formed by extrusion or lamination of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethylpentene, or the like depending on the use of the cup.
[0056]
Although the thickness of the resin layer varies depending on the size of the cup, the use, the contents to be stored, and the like, a resin layer of about 15 μm to 50 μm is provided.
[0057]
The heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven is provided with printing on the outer surface of the body member in order to enhance the display effect of the product. The printing may be performed before the resin processing or on a base paper provided with the resin processing.
[0058]
As the printing, gravure printing, offset printing, or flexographic printing is used, and it is selected according to the size and application of the lot or the design.
[0059]
The printability is determined by considering the smoothness and the curl aptitude of the cup base paper, since whether or not the cup base paper is finished finely is determined by the surface smoothness of the cup base paper, print glossiness, ink acceptability, hue and lightness, and the like.
[0060]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
As a material of the bottom member 3, a paper base material was prepared by winding a cup base paper 220 g / m 2 , extruding low-density polyethylene 30 μm on both sides, and slitting to a width of 64 mm. Is attached to the bottom material unwinding section 10 of a cup molding machine (manufactured by PMC) shown in Fig. 7 and, as a material of the body member 2, a paper base is extruded with low-density polyethylene 40 µm on both sides on a roll of cup base paper 280 g / m 2. After processing, a wound paper having a slit width of 230 mm was prepared and attached to the unwinding portion 6 of the body member of a cup forming machine (manufactured by PMC). Further, as a belt-shaped member, a heat generation of about 50 mm in diameter was formed on a 15 μm polyethylene terephthalate film. The winding member in which the members were joined at a pitch of 57 mm was attached to the band-shaped member unwinding portion 9 of the cup forming machine (manufactured by PMC) shown in FIG. To produce a heat generating sheet cup 1 for electronic oven shown.
[0061]
Materials such as corn grains, vegetable oil, and salt required for popcorn production were put in the prepared heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven, and the microwave oven was heated using a microwave oven with an output of 500 W without a lid.
[0062]
In addition, as a product to be evaluated, a microwave oven of the same size and the same amount of material as the paper cup composed of the paper base material / heating element / heat-resistant film was placed from the inside surface side of the bottom, and the same amount of material was put, and the output was 500 W without opening the lid. Was used to heat the microwave oven.
[0063]
As a result, in the heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven of the present invention, 50 minutes to 60% of popcorn was scorched with an optimum heating time of 5 minutes, and about 80% in 7 and a half minutes of heating time.
[0064]
On the other hand, in the cup of the target product, brown spots were observed in 15 to 20% of the popcorn, and no burn spots of about 20 to 40% were observed even in 7 minutes and a half, and the generation rate of the hot paper cup 1 for a microwave oven according to the present invention was lower than that of the cup. The difference was clearly visible.
[0065]
The heating paper cup 1 for a microwave oven according to the present invention did not show much change even when the heating time was 5 minutes, and 25% of the heating paper cup 1 was slightly discolored to light brown.
[0066]
However, the cup of the target product had a heating time of 5 minutes, but the bottom of the cup was scorched and pressed when pressed with a finger, resulting in a hole that was unusable.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when the storage thing to which brown is put in a paper cup and it cooks by heating in a microwave oven, it does not cause a scorch etc. in a paper cup by heating, but the storage thing is browned, and it can be used safely. In addition, an excellent heat generating paper cup for a microwave oven which can be incinerated because 90% or more of the paper material is used can be obtained. In addition, the heating element is provided on the belt-shaped heat-resistant film except for the portion corresponding to the periphery of the yarn bottom, so that hot air or heat sealing or bonding is performed before forming the yarn bottom at the yarn bottom forming part of the bottom member on a paper cup molding machine. Since the bottom of the thread is formed after the belt-shaped heat-resistant film is accurately joined to the bottom member at the specified location, a heating element is provided on the inner bottom surface except the bottom of the paper cup, and the formability of the bottom of the thread is improved. In addition, a stable heating paper cup for a microwave oven having a reinforced bottom can be manufactured.
