【0001】
反応A:NO3 −+H2O+2e−→NO2 −+2OH−
反応B:NO2 −+5H2O+6e−→NH3(aq)+7OH−
【0027】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sewage treatment apparatus and a sewage treatment facility for purifying sewage, and particularly to a sewage treatment apparatus and a facility for removing phosphorus and nitrogen compounds from sewage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this kind of sewage treatment apparatus, for example, one described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-192869 is known. This sewage treatment apparatus aerobically decomposes the treated water anaerobically treated in the first and second anaerobic filter bed tanks and the second anaerobic filter bed tank, which anaerobically decomposes organic matter in the treated water by anaerobic microorganisms. Contact aeration tank (aerobic tank), sedimentation tank for separating treated water aerobically decomposed in the contact aeration tank into sediment and supernatant, elution tank for electrolytically treating the supernatant separated in the precipitation tank ( An electrolytic cell), a water separation device for adjusting the amount of supernatant liquid in the sedimentation tank transferred from the sedimentation tank to the elution tank, and a disinfection tank for disinfecting the supernatant liquid in the sedimentation tank and discharging the supernatant liquid out of the tank.
[0003]
In a conventional sewage treatment apparatus, phosphorus has been removed as follows. A pair or a plurality of pairs of electrodes having an anode and a cathode made of an iron material or an aluminum alloy material are provided in an elution tank (electrolysis tank in the present invention), and the polarity of these electrodes can be reversed. In the elution tank, divalent iron ions or aluminum ions are supplied into the treated water from an electrode made of an iron material or an aluminum alloy material acting as an anode. Then, the divalent iron ions or aluminum ions supplied into the treated water are oxidized to be trivalent iron ions or aluminum ions, and a part of the trivalent iron ions or aluminum ions contained in the treated water is removed from the treated water. It reacts with orthophosphoric acid to cause coagulation and precipitation in the elution tank as a poorly soluble phosphorus compound. Further, the remaining trivalent iron or aluminum ions contained in the treated water are returned to the first anaerobic filter bed tank together with the treated water in the elution tank, and the trivalent iron or aluminum ions are returned to the first anaerobic filter bed tank. It reacts with the orthophosphoric acid present therein to further coagulate and precipitate as a poorly soluble phosphate compound. Then, phosphorus was removed by discharging these aggregated precipitates.
[0004]
Further, in the above-mentioned conventional sewage treatment apparatus, removal of nitrogen compounds has been performed as follows. The organic nitrogen is anaerobically decomposed into ammonia nitrogen in the first anaerobic filter tank and the second anaerobic filter tank, and in the next treatment tank, which is a contact aeration tank, the action of nitric acid bacteria or nitrite causes ammoniacal nitrogenation. Converts nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen or nitrite nitrogen. Next, nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen returned to the first anaerobic filter bed tank via the elution tank are reduced by denitrifying bacteria, which are abundant in the first anaerobic filter bed tank, to nitrogen gas. To remove nitrogen compounds.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional sewage treatment apparatus, the removal of nitrogen compounds is performed by converting ammoniacal nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen or nitrite nitrogen in the contact aeration tank and nitrate nitrogen or nitrite in the first anaerobic filter bed tank. It has been performed only by biological treatment of reducing nitrate nitrogen to nitrogen gas. However, in winter, there is a problem that the biological treatment function is reduced as the outside air temperature is reduced, and the ability to remove nitrogen compounds is reduced.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems existing in the related art. It is an object of the present invention to prevent a decrease in the ability to remove nitrogen compounds due to a decrease in outside air temperature and to efficiently remove phosphorus and nitrogen compounds by electrolytic treatment.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an electrolytic sewage treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes an electrolytic cell for electrolytically treating treated water, an electrode for removing nitrogen and a phosphorus removing electrode in a flow direction of the treated water in the electrolytic vessel. Electrodes and a plurality of electrode rows alternately arranged, and each nitrogen removal electrode conducts a conductor containing a metal material of Group Ib or Group IIb of the periodic table or a metal material of the same group. A cathode made of a material coated on the body and an anode made of an insoluble metal material are constituted as a pair, and each phosphorus removing electrode is constituted by a pair of electrodes using an electrode made of an iron material or an aluminum alloy material as an anode and a cathode. It is characterized by having.
[0008]
In the electrolytic sewage treatment apparatus thus configured, nitrate ions and nitrite ions in the treated water are converted into ammonia by a reduction reaction on the cathode side of the nitrogen removing electrode in the electrolytic cell. On the anode side of the electrode, active oxygen and hypochlorous acid are generated from the surface of the electrode. Then, in the treated water, nitrogen gas is generated by the denitrification of ammonia, and nitrogen is removed from the treated water by discharging the nitrogen gas. Therefore, there is no possibility that the treatment capacity of nitrogen compounds is reduced in winter when the outside air temperature is lowered unlike the conventional method of removing waste water by biological treatment.
In the same electrolytic cell, iron or aluminum ions are supplied from the anode of the electrode for removing phosphorus into the treated water. Then, the iron or aluminum ions react with the orthophosphoric acid in the treated water in the treated water and aggregate and precipitate as a poorly soluble phosphorus compound. Therefore, the phosphorus is removed from the treated water by discarding the aggregated precipitate.
In the electrolytic cell, a plurality of electrode rows in which the nitrogen removing electrodes and the phosphorus removing electrodes are alternately arranged in the flow direction of the treated water are formed. Nitrogen and phosphorus are removed almost uniformly from the flow of the treated water.
[0009]
Further, in the electrolytic sewage treatment apparatus having the above-described configuration, a treated water inflow portion is provided on one side portion of each of opposite sides of the electrolytic cell, and a treated water discharge portion is provided on the other side portion. The electrodes and the phosphorus removing electrodes are arranged so that their respective electrode plate surfaces are substantially parallel to the flow of the treatment water, and the nitrogen removing electrodes and the phosphorus removing electrodes are adjacent between the adjacent electrode rows. It is preferable to arrange them.
[0010]
With this configuration, the width of the electrolytic cell in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the treated water can be reduced. That is, the electrode for nitrogen removal has a higher voltage between the electrodes than the electrode for phosphorus removal, and the dimension between the electrodes becomes smaller. On the other hand, the phosphorus removing electrode has a large inter-electrode dimension because there is a risk of a short circuit due to iron elution when the inter-electrode dimension is reduced. Therefore, when the electrodes are arranged such that the nitrogen-removing electrodes or the phosphorus-removing electrodes are adjacent to each other, the size of the electrolytic cell becomes large, but as in the present invention, the nitrogen-removing electrode and the phosphorus-removing electrode When the respective electrodes are arranged so that they are adjacent to each other, the width dimension (dimension in the direction perpendicular to the flow of the treatment water) of the electrolytic cell can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, as described above, the respective electrode plate surfaces were arranged so as to be substantially parallel to the flow of the treated water, and the nitrogen removing electrode and the phosphorus removing electrode were arranged between the adjacent electrode rows so as to be adjacent to each other. In the electrolytic-type sewage treatment apparatus, it is preferable that the polarity of the adjacent electrode plates facing each other between the adjacent electrode rows be the same.
With this configuration, even if each electrode is connected to the same power supply, an electrolytic reaction does not occur between the adjacent electrode rows, so that the paired electrode plates are consumed, and in particular, the paired electrode plates for removing phosphorus are removed. The wear is made uniform and the life of the electrode can be prolonged.
[0012]
Further, in the electrolytic sewage treatment apparatus configured such that the polarity of the adjacent electrode plates facing each other between the adjacent electrode rows is the same as that of the electrode for removing phosphorus, a current applied to both electrodes constituting the pair is used. Is configured to be capable of reversing the polarity of both electrode rows simultaneously at predetermined time intervals, so that the electrolytic reaction between adjacent electrode rows does not occur and the consumption of the electrode plate acting as the anode is made uniform. be able to. Therefore, the life of the pair of electrode plates can be made uniform, and the life of the phosphorus removing electrode can be prolonged. Further, the replacement time of both electrodes constituting the phosphorus removing electrode can be made the same, and the replacement operation can be simplified.
[0013]
Also, instead of configuring the adjacent electrode plates facing each other between the adjacent electrode rows to have the same polarity, each of the nitrogen removing electrode and the phosphorus removing electrode is connected to a different power supply. It may be.
Even in such a configuration, the electrolytic reaction does not occur between the adjacent electrode rows, so that the consumption of the paired electrode plates, particularly the consumption of the paired phosphorus removal electrode plates is made uniform, and the electrode The life can be extended.
[0014]
Further, the sewage treatment facility according to the present invention, an anaerobic tank for anaerobically decomposing organic substances in the treated water by anaerobic microorganisms, and an aerobic tank for anaerobically decomposing the treated water anaerobically treated in the anaerobic tank, The electrolytic sewage treatment as described above, wherein the treated water aerobically decomposed in the aerobic tank is separated into a sediment and a supernatant, and the supernatant separated in the sedimentation tank or the treated water is subjected to electrolytic treatment. An apparatus and a pipe for returning treated water treated by the electrolytic sewage treatment apparatus to the anaerobic tank are provided.
With this configuration, the removal of the nitrogen compound by the biological treatment and the removal of the phosphorus and the removal of the nitrogen compound by the electrolytic treatment can be performed simultaneously. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem seen in the conventional sewage treatment facility that the treatment capacity of nitrogen compounds is reduced in winter when the outside air temperature is reduced.
