【課題を解決するための手段】
声やデータをパケットと呼ばれるデータの固まリに小分けし、交換機よリ格安のルーターやルーター内臓の携帯電話、PHS、付属品でネット通信を行なう。
GPSのデータを送信して第三者にデータを確認させ衝突事故を防ぐ。

無料通信により迷惑メールによる損害が防げる。
GPSのデータを送信する事により衝突事故を防ぐ事が出来る。
【発明の効果】
アメリカでも無料通信の事が考えられているので国際競争で遅れを取らない。交通事故や海難事故を未然に防ぐ事が出来き、保険会社の利益が上がり、また経済効果にも寄与する。
