Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0088】

[0042]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a configuration block diagram showing one embodiment of a surveillance camera system according to the present invention.
[0043]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 8 denotes a contact input terminal having a plurality of input terminals, 9 denotes a contact information transmission device for performing data communication using a communication protocol having a contact information transmission procedure such as BACnet, and 10 denotes a general-purpose communication protocol. A camera control device for controlling a surveillance camera and the like; 11, 12, and 13 a surveillance camera capable of controlling pan, tilt, and zoom; and 14, an image recording device for recording image information on a recording medium such as a magnetic tape or a hard disk. , 15 is an alarm device for sounding an alarm sound or displaying an alarm, etc., and 100 is a general-purpose network such as the Internet, a dedicated line, or a telephone line.
[0044]
A plurality of contact outputs are respectively input to the contact input terminals 8, and individual wirings of the contact input terminals 8 are connected to a contact information transmission device 9 installed near the contact input terminals 8.
[0045]
The output of the contact information transmission device 9 is connected via a

[0049]
The output of the storage means 20 is also connected to the processing determination means 19, and the output of the processing determination means 19 is connected to the camera control means 21, the alarm control means 22, and the image recording control means 23, respectively.
[0050]
Here, the operation of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIG. The contact signal input to the contact input terminal 8 is supplied to the contact information transmission device 9, and the contact information transmission device 9 transmits the contact information to the
[0051]
For example, when there is a contact input to the input terminal indicated by “CT21” in FIG. 1, the contact information transmission device 9 generates transmission data based on a general-purpose communication protocol such as BACnet, and outputs UDP / IP data. And the like, and transmits it on the
[0052]
The
[0053]
For example, the communication unit 16 receives data transmitted from the
[0054]
Then, the contact information extracting means 17 extracts contact information such as that there is a contact input to the input terminal indicated by “CT21” in FIG. 1 from the transmission data based on a general-purpose communication protocol such as BACnet and outputs it to the virtual contact means 18. I do.
[0055]
Here, the virtual contact means 18 is means for providing a virtual contact (virtual contact) for each contact input on the storage means or the like, and for holding and managing the state (ON / OFF) of each contact input. The state of the corresponding virtual contact is changed based on the contact information (state of each contact input) input from the information extracting means 17 and the contents of the change of the virtual contact are output to the processing determination means 19 at the subsequent stage.
[0056]
For example, the virtual contact unit 18 changes the state of the virtual contact corresponding to the contact input indicated by “CT21” in FIG. , Transition from OFF to ON.)
[0057]
The processing determining means 19 determines the processing content by comparing the change content from the virtual contact means 18 with the definition information stored in the storage means 20, and determines the processing content, and the camera control means 21, the alarm control means 22, and the image recording control means 23 , And outputs the processing contents.
[0058]
The camera control unit 21, the alarm control unit 22, and the image recording control unit 23 which have received the processing contents control the monitoring cameras 11 to 13, the alarm device 15, and the image recording device 14 according to the processing contents.
[0059]
For example, when the state of the virtual contact corresponding to the contact input “CT21” in FIG. 1 changes from OFF to ON in the definition information stored in the storage unit 20, the monitoring camera 11 is controlled to perform pan, tilt, or If it is described that control such as zooming is performed and a specific angle of view is captured to capture an image, the processing determination unit 19 outputs such processing contents to the camera control unit 21.
[0060]
Further, for example, when the state of the virtual contact corresponding to the contact input of “CT21” in FIG. 1 changes from OFF to ON in the definition information stored in the storage unit 20, the alarm device 15 displays an alarm. If so, the processing determining means 19 outputs such processing contents to the alarm control means 22.
[0061]
In addition, by appropriately rewriting such definition information, it becomes possible to flexibly utilize the contact information, which is a problem in the conventional example.
[0062]
For example, even when contact information indicating that a contact input of “CT22” in FIG. 1 has been received is received, any of the monitoring cameras 11 to 13, the image recording device 14, and the alarm device 15 can rewrite the definition information. Even if there is, it can be a control target.
[0063]
Further, even when a communication protocol such as BACnet that cannot directly control the surveillance camera is used, multiple functions such as surveillance camera control, image recording control, and alarm output control are realized for the contact information. Even so, it is possible to easily construct a surveillance camera system by appropriately rewriting the definition information.
[0064]
As a result, the virtual contact means 18 is provided with a virtual contact for each contact input, the state of the virtual contact is changed based on the contact information, and the state of the contact input is maintained and managed. By determining the processing content in comparison with the definition information, cooperation with a security system using a communication protocol having a contact information transmission procedure is facilitated.
[0065]
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of a building monitoring system using the monitoring camera system according to the present invention. In FIG. 3, 24 and 25 are monitoring terminals, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 are Web cameras, 31 and 32 are camera control devices, and 33, 34 and 35 are contact information transmission devices.

[0069]
The monitoring terminals 24 and 25 appropriately display images captured by the Web cameras 26 to 30 obtained via the network, and the operator monitors the displayed images.

In FIG. 3, “SN31”, “SN32”, “SN33”, “SN34”, “SN35”, and “SN36” are intrusion sensors and fire sensors installed in various places of the building to be monitored. When a contact signal is output from an intrusion detection or the like. As described above, the states of the virtual contacts of the

[0079]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the contact information is collected by the contact information transmitting device 9 and transmitted over the
[0080]
In this case, since the contact information transmitting means 9 becomes unnecessary, the cost of the surveillance camera system and the like can be reduced, and the degree of freedom of the configuration of the surveillance camera system is improved.
[0081]
Also, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and the like, a virtual contact is simply provided for each contact input and the virtual contact is operated based on the contact information (the state of each contact input). A virtual contact may be provided for each type of information, such as information relating to the change of the value of the sensor, or the like, and the virtual contact may be operated based on the contact information (the state of the various information).
[0082]
In other words, it is also possible to provide a virtual contact for each contact information indicating the state of each contact input or various information, operate the virtual contact based on the content of the contact information, and hold and manage the contact information with the virtual contact. is there.
[0083]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the image recording device and the alarm device are illustrated together with the monitoring camera. However, the essential components are the monitoring camera, and the image recording device and the alarm device can be combined as needed. good.
[0084]
Similarly, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the alarm control means and the image recording control means are illustrated together with the camera control means. However, the essential components are the camera control means, and the alarm control means and the image recording control means. May be appropriately combined as needed.
[0085]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the communication means 16 and the contact information extracting means 17 are described separately, but if the contact information extracting means 17 is provided with a communication function using a general-purpose communication protocol such as UDP / IP. The communication means 16 is unnecessary.
[0086]
The virtual contact means 18 is a means for providing a virtual contact (virtual contact) on a storage means or the like for each contact input and holding and managing the state (ON / OFF) of the contact input. According to the necessity of the above, a calculation process such as sum or product may be performed between a plurality of virtual contacts, and the calculation result may be held and managed as a new virtual contact.
[0087]
In this case, since various combinations of virtual contacts can be expressed as new virtual contacts, it is effective in determining the processing content of complicated conditions, and since the conditions can be set at virtual contacts, complex definition information can be set. Becomes easier.
[0088]
For example, it is effective when determining the processing content of complicated conditions such as corresponding to a change in the state of the contact point of the door of the entrance only during the period when the alert contact is “ON”.
[0089]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the
[0090]
In this case, since the surveillance camera can be directly connected to the network, a separate camera control device is not required, and the cost of the surveillance camera system and the like can be reduced.
[0091]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a network such as TCP / IP and a network such as BACnet / IP are separately described. However, communication using TCP / IP or the like and communication using BACnet / IP etc. are performed on one network. Of course, it is also possible to perform communication according to.
[0092]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, two monitoring terminals are illustrated, but of course, any number of monitoring terminals may be installed.
[0093]
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, two camera control devices are illustrated, but contact information may be centrally managed by one camera control device, or contact information may be managed by two or more camera control devices. May be managed in a distributed manner.
[0094]
In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a description is made in cooperation with a clock or an illuminance sensor to set the sensitivity of the Web cameras 26 to 30 to a high sensitivity mode or an infrared mode when it is determined that it is nighttime. It may be described in the definition information.
[0095]
In this case, the sensitivity and the like of the Web camera can be changed between daytime and nighttime, so that an image with a good S / N can be automatically obtained.
[0096]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the contact information is directly transmitted from the contact information transmitting device to the camera control device. However, the contact information transmitting device temporarily transmits the point information to a host computer or a gateway that centrally manages the point information, and The contact information may be transmitted from the host computer or the gateway to the camera control device.
[0097]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
According to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, eleventh, and thirteenth aspects, a virtual contact is provided in the camera control device for each contact input, and the state of the virtual contact is determined based on the contact information. By changing and maintaining the status of the contact input, and by comparing the change content of the virtual contact with the definition information and determining the processing content, cooperation with a security system using a communication protocol with a contact information transmission procedure can be achieved. It will be easier.
[0098]
According to the seventh and eighth aspects of the present invention, arithmetic processing such as sum or product is performed between a plurality of virtual contacts, and the calculation result is held and managed as a new virtual contact, whereby the virtual contact Since various combinations can be expressed as new virtual contacts, it is effective in determining the processing content of complicated conditions, and the definition can be simplified because the conditions can be set at the virtual contacts.
[0099]
Further, according to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the contact information is directly received from a security system device such as a security sensor or a card reader which can communicate using a communication protocol having a contact information transmitting procedure. Therefore, the cost of the surveillance camera system and the like can be reduced, and the degree of freedom of the configuration of the surveillance camera system is improved.
[0100]
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, since the surveillance camera has the function of the camera control device, the surveillance camera can be directly connected to the network, so that a separate camera control device is not required, and the cost of the surveillance camera system and the like can be reduced. And the degree of freedom of the configuration of the surveillance camera system is improved.
[0101]
Further, according to the invention of claim 14, when the time is determined to be nighttime, the sensitivity of the Web camera is set to a high sensitivity mode or an infrared mode or the like in cooperation with a clock or an illuminance sensor, so Since the sensitivity and the like of the Web camera can be changed during the night, an image with a good S / N can be automatically obtained.
