本発明はIP網に接続されたVoIP(Voice over IP)アダプタ装置に係り、特に、発呼者情報を端末に登録された通知先に通知する技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年はIP網において音声通信を行うVoIP技術が従来の電話に変わる技術として実用化されつつある。VoIP端末装置は、音声信号をデジタル信号に変換し、IPパケット化してIP網に送信し、当該IPパケットを受信し、デジタル信号をアナログ信号に変換を行う装置である。
また、VoIPアダプタ装置は、従来のアナログ電話機に接続することにより、アナログ電話機をVoIP端末として動作させることができる装置である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のVoIPアダプタ装置はアナログ電話機をVoIP端末として動作させる為の機能しか具備していない。従って、VoIPアダプタ装置において、不在時の着信を設定にしたがって能動的に着信者に通知する方法は提供されていなかった。

本発明の目的はVoIPアダプタ装置に対して、送信先や送信不要を設定することによって、着信を効率的に処理する技術を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の目的を達成するために、VoIPアダプタ装置に対して発信者情報を取得する機能と、登録者別の通知先を設定した登録者情報管理テーブルを設ける。
また、登録者情報管理テーブルに発信者情報と一致する登録者がいる場合には、発信者情報を、IP網を経由して、その通知先に通知する機能を追加する。
これにより、VoIPアダプタ装置に対する不在時の着信を、効率良く通知することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、実施例を用い、図を参照して説明する。図1は本発明にかかる通信システムの一実施例を示す構成図である。図において、第1のアナログ電話機102はVoIPアダプタ装置101に接続され、VoIPアダプタ装置101はIP網103およびPSTN(公衆電話交換網)104に接続されている。第2のアナログ電話105はPSTN104に接続されている。また、VoIP端末106はIP網103に接続されている。電子メールサーバ107および本発明の利用者が操作する電子メールの送受信の機能を持つPC108はIP網103に接続されており、携帯電話網109はIP網103およびPSTN104に接続されている。本発明の利用者が持つ電子メールの送受信の機能を持つ携帯電話110は携帯電話網109に接続されている。また、携帯電話網109はPSTN104及びIP網103に接続されている。

図2は本発明によるVoIPアダプタ装置の一実施例を示すブロック図である。図2において、VoIPアダプタ装置101は、アナログ電話機を接続する回線インタフェース(IF)部201、IP網に接続するIP網インタフェース(IF)部202、およびPSTNに接続するPSTNインタフェース(IF)部203の各インタフェース部、VoIPにおける通信を制御するVoIP通信制御部204およびPSTNにおける通信を制御する回線制御部205の各通信制御部、アナログ音声信号とデジタル音声信号の相互変換を行う音声信号変換部206、VoIP通信制御部204あるいは回線制御部205より発信者情報を取得する発信者情報取得部207、あらかじめ登録されている通知先にIP網103を経由して発信者情報を送信する発信者情報送信部208、および発信者情報を管理する情報管理テーブル209より構成される。

図3はVoIPアダプタ装置の情報管理テーブルで管理されている登録者情報の一実施例を示すテーブルである。図に示すように、登録者情報テーブル301には、発信者IDや電話番号、発信者の名前、発信者別の通知先が記載されている。通知先は着信者が予め設定するもので、例えば、発信者が会社の人の場合には、会社にあるパソコンを通知先にする。また、友人の場合には、自分の携帯電話を通知先にしても良い。また、迷惑メールのように、着信したくない発信者からの発信に対しては、非通知にするように設定する。
VoIP端末106よりVoIPアダプタ装置101に通話要求が有った場合、VoIPアダプタ装置101において、当該呼情報は、IP網IF部202より入力され、VoIP通信制御部204にて解析される。VoIP通信制御部204で抽出された発信者情報は発信者情報取得部207で取得され、情報管理テーブル209にて管理されている登録者情報テーブル301との照会を行い、該当する登録者情報がある場合には、当該発信者情報に対応する登録者情報の名前などのわかりやすい情報に置換する。

本発明の利用者が不在等の理由により通話を受けることができない場合、発信者情報取得部207にて照会された発信者情報は、発信者情報送信部208にて当該発信者情報に対応する通知先(含む非通知)を情報管理テーブル209にて管理されている登録者情報テーブル301より取得し、当該発信者情報の通知先の指定がある場合、あらかじめ指定した電子メール等のフォーマットデータに変換され、IP網IF部202およびIP網103を介して、メールサーバ107等の通知先に送信される。メールサーバ107に到達した発信者情報を含む電子メールは、本発明の利用者(着信者)が操作する電子メールの送受信の機能を持つPC108、もしくは本発明の利用者(着信者)が契約している携帯電話通信事業者の電子メールサービスにより、携帯電話網109を介して本発明の利用者が持つ携帯電話110で受信される。また、通知先が非通知の場合には、発信者情報は送信されない。

第2のアナログ電話機105よりVoIPアダプタ装置101に通話要求が有った場合、VoIPアダプタ装置101において、当該呼情報は、PSTNIF部203より回線制御部205にて解析され、回線制御部205で抽出された発信者情報は発信者情報取得部207で取得され、情報管理テーブル209にて管理されている登録者情報テーブル301との照会が行なわれる。該当する登録者情報がある場合には、当該発信者情報に対応する登録者情報の名前などのわかりやすい情報に置換する。本発明の利用者(着信者)が不在等の理由により通話を受けることができない場合、発信者情報取得部207にて照会された発信者情報は、発信者情報送信部208にて当該発信者情報に対応する通知先を情報管理テーブル209にて管理されている登録者情報テーブル301より取得する。当該発信者情報の通知先の指定がある場合、あらかじめ指定した電子メール等のフォーマットデータに変換され、IP網IF部202およびIP網103を介して、メールサーバ107等の通知先に送信される。メールサーバ107に到達した発信者情報を含む電子メールは、本発明の利用者が操作する電子メールの送受信の機能を持つPC108、もしくは本発明の利用者が契約している携帯電話通信事業者の電子メールサービスにより、携帯電話網109を介して本発明の利用者が持つ携帯電話110で受信される。

図4は本発明によるVoIPアダプタ装置の着信処理動作の一実施例を示すフローチャートである。なお、このフローチャートはVoIP端末106あるいは第2のアナログ電話機105からVoIPアダプタ装置101への通話要求を検出した所から開始される。
ステップ401では、VoIP制御部204または回線制御部205にて呼情報を解析し、発信者情報取得部207にて通話要求元からの呼情報より発信者情報を取得する。ステップ402では、発信者情報取得部207にて取得した発信者情報と登録者情報テーブル301を照会する。ステップ403では、取得した発信者情報に該当する登録者情報があるかを判断し、ある場合はステップ404に進み、ない場合はステップ405に進む。

ステップ404では、発信者情報取得部にて取得した発信者情報に対応する登録者情報の名前などのわかりやすい情報を新たな発信者情報として置換する。ステップ405では、VoIPアダプタ装置101の利用者が通話要求に応答したかを判断し、応答した場合はステップ406に進み、応答しない場合はステップ407に進む。
ステップ406で、VoIPアダプタ装置101の利用者が通話要求に応答した場合や、当該発信者情報に対しては非通知設定である場合等の理由により発信者情報を通知しなくても良い場合は、発信者情報取得部207にて取得した発信者情報を送信しないまま終了する。

ステップ407では、通話要求が終了したかを判断し、終了した場合はステップ408に進み、終了しない場合はステップ405に戻る。ステップ408では、発信者情報送信部208にて当該発信者情報に対応する通知先を照会する。ステップ409では、通知先の指定があるかを判断し、ある場合はステップ410に進み、ない場合はステップ406に進む。
ステップ410では、照会した発信者情報をあらかじめ指定した電子メール等のフォーマットデータに変換する。ステップ411では、発信者情報を含むフォーマットデータを照会したメールサーバ等の通知先に送信する。

以上述べたように、本発明においては、IP網にて音声通信を行う技術を持つVoIPアダプタ装置に情報管理テーブルを準備し、発信者情報取得部で取得した発信者と照合することによって、通知先または非通知を得ている。従って、不在時や外出時に着信を受けた場合、着信が有ったことをメールサーバまたは携帯電話などで着信者に通知することができる。
