従来の電気幹線の配管空間等に設置する電気機器収納箱は、図6に示す構造のものが知られている。図6は電気機器収納箱の正面図を示し、21は建物の壁面等に固定されて電気機器を収納する本体、22は蓋体であり、本体21は前面のみ開放されて背面板と上下側面板、そして左右側面板とから成り、開放された前面に板状の蓋体22が配置されている。
蓋体22は、上部中央にコイン型キー23、左右中央に取手24,24を有し、本体21の開口部に収納されるように配置されて、下部が本体21の下側面板に落とし込み固定され、コイン型キー23により上部を本体21にロックすることで装着固定されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記従来の電気機器収納箱は、蓋体22は重心が前方に位置するためコイン型キー23のロックを解除した状態では蓋体22は前方に倒れて落ちやすい構造となっていた。そのため、蓋体22の着脱操作をする際、蓋体22の落下を防ぐように注意して操作しなければならなかった。また、蓋体22を操作する場合は2つの取手24,24を握持して行うが、キー操作する際に少なくとも片手を放さなければ成らず作業が面倒であった。
更に、電気機器収納箱は通常電気幹線の配管空間等の狭い場所に設置されるため作業空間の確保が難しいのに加えて、上記電気機器収納箱は蓋体22を外しても本体21の前面が開放されるだけなので、機器の取付けや結線作業がし辛かった。
そこで、本発明は上記問題点に鑑み、蓋体着脱の操作が簡易であって、且つ機器取付作業等がし易い電気機器収納箱を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明は、上下側面板及び背面板から成る本体と、前面板及び左右側面板を有し前記本体の開放された前面及び左右側面を閉塞する蓋体とを備え、前記前面板の上下何れか一方に前記本体に係止操作する平面ハンドルを設け、他方に握持手段を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を具体化した実施の形態を、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1は本発明に係る電気機器収納箱の一例を示す斜視図であり、本体と蓋体を分離した状態を示している。本体1は、背面板2、上側面板3、そして下側面板4を有し、前方及び左右側方が開放されている。そして、上側面板3は円形の電線挿通孔5が形成され、下側面板4には長方形の開口部6が形成されている。

そして、蓋体8の装着操作は、図3に示すように、まず蓋体8下部の落とし込み片13を本体下側面板4に落とし込んで、上部を本体上側面板3に当接させて平面ハンドル11を回転してロック操作すればよい。

このように、蓋体を取り外せば本体の前面に加えて左右側方も開放されるので機器取付け作業や結線作業がし易いし、蓋体に左右側板を備えることで、重心が前面板より後方に移動するので、平面ハンドルによるロックを解除しても蓋体が前方に倒れ出して落下するようなことがなく安心して蓋体を操作できる。
また、平面ハンドルと握持手段としての取手を握持することで蓋体を操作できるため、握持手段は最小限の1つで済み、部材を削減できる。
更に、平面ハンドルの回転操作によるロック又はロック解除操作と蓋体着脱操作をハンドル等を持ち替えることなく実施でき、着脱操作のアクション数を削減できる。
