Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a battery holder terminal used for a battery holder that houses a button battery.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The button battery is used to back up a memory on a wiring board of a PC (personal computer), a game machine, an AV device, or the like. The button battery is removably housed in a battery holder fixed to the wiring board.
Various types of battery holders have already been proposed. For example, a holder body (substantially bottomed) that can accommodate a disc-shaped button battery inside by providing a cylindrical peripheral wall at the periphery of a substantially circular bottom plate is provided. (A cylindrical holder body) and two terminals attached to the holder body. When the button battery is fitted and accommodated in the holder body, the button battery is housed so as not to be easily pulled out of the holder body by a removal prevention portion provided on the peripheral wall, and the plus terminal is connected to the positive electrode of the button battery. The negative terminal is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the button battery.
[0003]
By the way, a button battery is used for a mass-produced wiring board such as a PC, for example, so that a battery holder for accommodating the button battery is also mass-produced. For this reason, in order to reduce the cost and weight of the wiring board in recent years, it is desired to reduce the cost and weight of the battery holder as much as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to produce the terminals used for the battery holder at the lowest possible cost. Is desired.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a battery holder terminal that can reduce production costs as much as possible.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the battery holder terminal of the present invention has a positive terminal electrically connected to a positive electrode of a button battery housed in a battery housing part including a bottom plate and a peripheral wall provided on the bottom plate. In a battery holder terminal in which a minus terminal electrically contacts a minus pole, the plus terminal and / or the minus terminal are formed by bending an elongated substantially rectangular metal piece so as to be attached to the peripheral wall. And a locking portion provided on a part of a metal piece forming the mounting portion and engaging with the peripheral wall to lock the mounting portion, and bending the metal piece closer to the battery housing portion than the mounting portion. And a contact terminal portion that electrically contacts the electrode of the button battery housed in the battery housing portion.
[0006]
With this configuration, since the plus terminal and / or the minus terminal are formed by bending an elongated substantially rectangular metal piece, a large number of plus terminals and / or minus terminals are manufactured from one metal plate. In this case, since there is little wasted part, it is particularly suitable for mass production, and the production cost can be reduced as much as possible.
[0007]
The button battery is accommodated in the battery accommodating portion such that the negative pole is on the bottom plate side, and the peripheral wall includes two opposed peripheral walls to which the plus terminal and the minus terminal are individually attached, respectively. It is preferable that an elastic terminal portion is provided between the contact portion and the contact terminal portion, the elastic terminal portion being elastically deformed by the button battery housed in the battery housing portion and pressing the button battery against the other peripheral wall by its urging force ( Claim 2).
[0008]
As described above, the button battery accommodated in the battery accommodating portion is pressed against the other peripheral wall by the urging force of the elastic terminal portion of the positive terminal, so that the positive terminal accommodates (locks) the button battery in the battery accommodating portion. Therefore, the number of members for locking the button battery can be reduced, and the overall cost of the battery holder can be reduced.
[0009]
The mounting portion of the plus terminal is formed by being bent substantially in a U shape, the elastic terminal portion is formed by being bent substantially in a U shape, and the contact terminal portion is housed in the battery housing portion. It is preferable that the contact piece be in contact with the circular surface on the positive pole side of the battery in order to prevent the button battery from being detached.
Accordingly, since the shape of the positive terminal is not complicated but simple, it can be easily manufactured and cost can be reduced.
[0010]
It is preferable that contact portions protruding toward the button battery are respectively provided on both sides or near both sides of a place where the elastic terminal portion comes into contact with the button battery (claim 4).
Thereby, the button battery contacts two places of the two contact portions near or on both sides of the terminal, so that lateral displacement of the button battery can be prevented as compared with a case where the button battery contacts one place of the terminal.
[0011]
It is preferable that the tip of the contact piece bend or bend to the side opposite to the positive electrode side circular surface of the button battery (Claim 5).
Thereby, for example, when the button battery is brought into contact with the contact terminal portion to be accommodated in the battery accommodating portion, if the distal end portion of the contact piece is plate-shaped, the contact piece may be caught on the distal end portion, but may be bent or bent. By doing so, the button batteries can be smoothly accommodated without worry. Further, when removing the button battery housed in the battery housing portion, the button battery can be easily taken out as compared with the case where the flat contact piece is in contact with the circular surface of the button battery.
[0012]
The button battery is accommodated in the battery accommodating portion such that the negative pole is on the bottom plate side, and the peripheral wall includes two opposing peripheral walls to which the plus terminal and the minus terminal are individually attached, respectively. The part is bent substantially in a U-shape, and when the contact terminal part is attached to the one peripheral wall, the negative electrode side circular surface of the button battery accommodated in the battery accommodating part when the attaching part is attached to one of the peripheral walls. It is preferable to bend and incline to the bottom plate from the vicinity of the bottom plate so as to contact the bottom plate.
Accordingly, the negative terminal is not complicated and has a simple shape, so that it can be easily manufactured and cost can be reduced.
[0013]
It is preferable that the tip of the contact terminal bends or bends to the opposite side of the negative electrode side circular surface of the button battery (claim 7).
Thereby, when the button battery is housed in the battery housing portion, if the tip portion of the contact terminal portion is plate-shaped, it may be caught on the tip portion, but by bending or bending, there is no worry about the Button batteries can be stored smoothly.
[0014]
At least a portion of the contact terminal portion that contacts the negative electrode-side circular surface of the button battery is divided into two or more contact terminal pieces by a slit extending from the tip portion along the longitudinal direction of the terminal. Preferred (claim 8).
As a result, the button battery is less likely to rattle when two or more contact terminal pieces come into contact with each other than when one contact terminal portion contacts the circular surface on the minus pole side of the button battery. Can be stably accommodated in the section.
[0015]
It is preferable that the locking portion has a locking piece formed by a U-shaped notch extending along the longitudinal direction of the terminal positioned in the mounting portion (claim 9).
As a result, a locking portion that can be securely locked with a simple shape is obtained.
[0016]

The circular surface of the plus pole has a larger diameter than the circular surface of the minus pole, and a step 3 separating the plus and minus poles is provided at the periphery of the minus pole. That is, the button battery 2 is formed as a positive electrode by connecting the circular surface on the negative electrode side and the peripheral surface (side surface).
[0017]
The battery holder 1 is attached to the holder main body 4 for accommodating the button battery 2, a plus terminal 5 attached to the holder main body 4 and electrically connected to a plus pole of the contained button battery 2, and attached to the holder main body 4. These peripheral walls 8 and 9 are each formed in an arc shape whose outer periphery is substantially the same diameter as the periphery of the bottom plate 7 and whose inner periphery is smaller in diameter than the outer diameter of the button battery 2 (the circular surface on the positive pole side). . One of these peripheral walls is formed as a first peripheral wall 8 whose peripheral length is relatively long, and the other is formed as a second peripheral wall 9 whose peripheral length is shorter than the first peripheral wall 8. The first peripheral wall 8 and the second peripheral wall 9 have substantially the same thickness and are arranged on a circumference around the same axis. The heights of the first and second peripheral walls 8 and 9 are formed slightly higher than the thickness of the button battery 2 from the bottom plate 7.
[0021]
In addition, the button battery 2 is inserted into the battery accommodating portion 10 in a reverse direction (a direction in which the plus surface is on the bottom plate 7 side) at a peripheral portion of the bottom plate 7 provided with the first peripheral wall 8 and the second peripheral wall 9. Are provided integrally with each other.
The step part 12 prevents the button battery 2 from being inserted in the reverse direction by using the step 3 of the peripheral part of the negative surface, and fits into the shape of the peripheral part of the circular surface of the negative pole of the button battery 2. It is formed as follows. That is, the step portion 12 is formed in a planar shape when the peripheral edge of the circular surface of the button battery 2 has a positive pole, and the step portion 3 is provided when the peripheral portion has a negative pole. The pair of leg portions 20 and 21 are provided at two locations on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 7, which are circumferentially separated from the central portion of the second peripheral wall 9 by a predetermined distance, along the opposing directions of the first and second peripheral walls 8 and 9. Are formed in plate shapes extending substantially in parallel. A terminal mounting part 22 extending along a direction substantially perpendicular to the radial direction is formed slightly radially outward from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 7 on the inner surfaces of the legs 20 and 21 facing each other. It is provided in.
[0027]
The terminal mounting portion 22 is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape, and the surface (first surface) 22a on the battery housing portion 10 side is located radially outward from the circumference of the outer periphery of the bottom plate 7.
A surface (lower surface) of the terminal mounting portion 22 that is substantially parallel to the bottom plate 7 on the bottom plate 7 side is located at a position near the back surface of the bottom plate 7, and a surface (upper surface) facing the lower surface is on the bottom plate 7 side. I have.
On both surfaces 22a and 22b of the terminal mounting portion 22, there are provided inclined surfaces 23 and 24, respectively, which are gradually inclined from near the lower end to the upper end.
[0028]
Projecting pieces 25, 25 extending substantially parallel to the bottom plate 7 along the direction of the first peripheral wall are provided at the extending end of the second peripheral wall 9 connected to the second terminal mounting portion 14. The protruding pieces 25, 25 come into contact with the positive electrode-side circular surface of the button battery 2 to prevent the button battery 2 housed in the battery housing portion 10 from being detached. The protruding ends of the protruding pieces 25, 25 are arranged at positions where the length between the protruding end and the opposing first peripheral wall 8 is slightly longer than the diameter of the button battery 2 (positive pole side circular surface). Has been established.
[0029]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the positive terminal 5 is formed by bending an elongated, substantially rectangular metal piece 30 to be attached to the terminal attaching portion 17 of the first terminal attaching portion 13. A locking portion 32 provided on a part of the metal piece 30 forming the mounting portion 31 and engaging with the terminal mounting portion 17 of the first terminal mounting portion 13 to lock the mounting portion 31; When the button battery 2 is contacted obliquely from above the second peripheral wall 9, the button battery 2 at a location facing the contact location is elastically deformed so as to be housed in the battery housing 10 beyond the projecting pieces 25, 25. A contact terminal that is in contact with the elastic terminal portion 33 and a circular surface on the positive pole side of the button battery 2 housed in the battery housing portion 10 by bending the metal piece 30 on the battery housing portion 10 side from the elastic terminal portion 33. And a unit 34.
[0030]
The attachment portion 31 may be formed in any shape as long as it can be detachably attached to the terminal attachment portion 17 of the first terminal attachment portion 13, for example, a U shape, a U shape, an Ω shape, and the like. It is preferable to form a U-shape along the shape of the terminal mounting portion 17.
The elastic terminal portion 33 may be formed in any shape as long as the button battery 2 can be accommodated in the battery accommodating portion 10 by being elastically deformed, for example, a U-shape, a U-shape, an Ω-shape. Etc., and preferably a U-shape.
The attachment portion 31 and the elastic terminal portion 33 may be provided with an interval therebetween, but are preferably provided continuously as shown.
[0031]
That is, the positive terminal 5 specifically, for example, bends the metal piece 30 along a direction substantially orthogonal to the fixing portion 35 fixed to the wiring board by soldering. The fixing portion 35 and the first bent portion 36a are separated from each other at a position slightly longer than the longitudinal length (the length between the upper surface and the lower surface) of the terminal mounting portion 17 of the first terminal mounting portion 13 from the first bent portion 36a. Is bent along the direction substantially perpendicular to the opposite side, and further, is folded along the direction substantially perpendicular to the second bent portion 36b so as to be folded at a position slightly longer than the thickness of the terminal mounting portion 17 from the second bent portion 36b. That is, the metal piece 30 is bent substantially in a U shape from the fixing portion 35, and the bent portion is formed as the mounting portion 31 that is mounted to the terminal mounting portion 17 of the first terminal mounting portion 13. .
[0032]
Further, the metal piece 30 is bent substantially U-shaped from the third bent portion. The U-shaped bottom is located near the fixing portion 35, and the length between the bottom and the tip is longer than the length from the base to the third bent portion 36c. . This position is a position slightly higher than the circular surface of the button battery 2 on the positive pole side when the plus terminal 5 is attached to the terminal attaching portion 17 of the first terminal attaching portion 13 and the button battery 2 is accommodated in the battery accommodating portion 10. It is. The portion bent in the U-shape is the elastic terminal portion 33, and is configured as a kind of leaf spring.
[0033]
Further, the metal piece 30 is bent from the U-shaped tip portion to the side opposite to the U-shaped portion so as to be inclined from the surface parallel to the fixing portion 35 toward the elastic terminal portion 33, so that the button battery 2 It is formed as a contact piece 34 which is a contact terminal portion that comes into contact with the circular surface on the positive pole side, whereby the positive terminal 5 is formed.
[0034]
In addition, when the attaching portion 31 is attached to the terminal attaching portion 17 of the first terminal attaching portion 13 when the attaching portion 31 can be engaged with the terminal attaching portion 17 to fix the plus terminal 5, Any part of the metal piece 30 (terminal 5) may be processed in any manner. For example, a U-shaped notch extending along the longitudinal direction is provided at the center of the metal piece 30 and formed by this notch. It is preferable to use the set portion as a locking piece.
[0035]
Specifically, for example, a notch extending in a U-shape along the longitudinal direction of the metal piece 30 and the direction of the second bent part 39b is provided at the center of the first bent part 36a of the metal piece 30. . By locating the portion formed by this notch on the same plane as the fixing portion 35, a U-shaped first locking piece 37 is formed. When the positive terminal 5 is attached to the terminal mounting portion 17 of the first terminal mounting portion 13, the first locking piece 37 comes into surface contact with (engages with) the lower surface of the terminal mounting portion 17 to lock the positive terminal 5. It is supposed to be.
[0036]
Further, a substantially U-shaped portion is formed in a substantially central portion near the base end of the metal piece 30 on the base end side of the elastic terminal portion 33 serving as the two of the mounting portion 31 and the elastic terminal portion 33 toward the base end direction. A notch extending in a shape is provided. The second locking piece 38 is formed by bending the portion formed by the cut into the mounting portion 31 so as to be inclined at preferably 25 to 35 °, particularly preferably 30 °. When the positive terminal 5 is attached to the terminal mounting portion 17 of the first terminal mounting portion 13, the second locking piece 38 engages with the concave groove 18 of the first surface 17 a of the terminal mounting portion 17 to engage the positive terminal 5. Are locked.
[0037]
Further, contact portions 39 protruding to the opposite side from the inside of the elastic terminal portion 33 are provided at portions where the peripheral surface of the button battery 2 of the elastic terminal portion 33 comes into contact, that is, at both sides or near both side portions of the metal piece 30 on the tip end side. , 39 are preferably provided. The contact portion 39 may be formed in any manner, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited. For example, when the contact portion 39 is provided on both sides as shown in the drawing, the contact portion 39 may project in a semicircular shape. In the case where the contact portions 39 are provided in the vicinity of both side portions, as shown in FIG. 6, a flat portion 51 may be provided, and the contact portions 39 may be formed by circular protrusions near both side portions of the flat portion 51. Good.
[0038]
The fixing portion 35 of the plus terminal 5 is formed along a direction substantially perpendicular to the mounting portion so as to be fixed to the wiring board by soldering. However, when the fixing portion 35 is inserted into a groove or a through hole of the wiring board. May be formed via a U-shaped connecting portion 50 such that the fixing portion 35 extends substantially parallel to the surface of the mounting portion where the fixing portion 35 is continuously provided, as shown in FIG. .
The contact piece 34 may be formed in a flat plate shape, but the tip of the contact piece 34 may be curved or bent to the side opposite to the positive electrode side circular surface of the button battery 2. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable to bend the vicinity of the tip end into, for example, an R on the side opposite to the bending direction of the contact piece.
[0039]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the negative terminal 6 is formed by bending an elongated, substantially rectangular metal piece 40, for example, like the positive terminal 5. A mounting portion 41 formed by being bent to be mounted on the portion 22 and a part of the metal piece 40 forming the mounting portion 41 are engaged with the terminal mounting portion 22 of the second terminal mounting portion 14 for mounting. A locking portion 42 for locking the portion 41 and a circular surface on the minus pole side of the button battery 2 housed in the battery housing portion 10 by bending the metal piece 40 on the battery housing portion 10 side with respect to the mounting portion 41 to be electrically connected. The contact terminal 43 is in contact with the contact terminal 43.
The attachment portion 41 may be formed in any shape as long as it can be detachably attached to the terminal attachment portion 22 of the second terminal attachment portion 14, for example, a U shape, a U shape, an Ω shape, and the like. And preferably in a U-shape along the shape of the terminal mounting portion.
[0040]
Specifically, the negative terminal 6, for example, bends the metal piece 40 along a direction substantially orthogonal to the fixing portion 44 fixed to the wiring board by soldering. The fixing portion 44 and the first bent portion 45a are separated from the fixing portion 44 at a position slightly longer than the longitudinal length (the length between the upper surface and the lower surface) of the terminal mounting portion 22 of the second end mounting portion 14 from the first bent portion 45a. Is bent along the direction substantially perpendicular to the opposite side, and further, is folded along the direction substantially perpendicular to the second bent portion 45b so as to be folded at a position slightly longer than the thickness of the terminal mounting portion 22 from the second bent portion 45b. That is, the metal piece 40 is bent substantially in a U-shape from the fixing portion 44, and the portion bent in the U-shape is formed as a mounting portion 41 which is mounted to the terminal mounting portion 22 of the second terminal mounting portion 14. .
[0041]
Further, the metal piece 40 is separated from the third bent portion 45c by a length slightly longer than the longitudinal length (the length between the upper surface and the lower surface) of the terminal mounting portion 22 of the second terminal mounting portion 14. To bend along a direction substantially orthogonal to the side opposite to the fixing portion 44 side. Further, it is bent so as to incline toward the mounting portion 41 at a position separated by a predetermined distance from the fourth bent portion 45d, and is formed as a contact terminal portion 43 that comes into contact with the negative pole circular surface of the button battery 2, whereby , A negative terminal 6 is formed.
The inclination angle of the contact terminal portion 43 is arbitrarily determined as long as the contact terminal portion 43 surely contacts the circular surface of the negative pole of the button battery 2, and is preferably, for example, 15 ° to 20 °, and particularly preferably 18 °. .
[0042]
The tip portion of the contact terminal portion 43 may be curved or bent in a direction opposite to the tilt direction. For example, it is preferable to bend the vicinity of the distal end into, for example, an R on the side opposite to the bending direction of the contact piece.
In addition, a slit 46 is provided at a substantially central portion in the width direction of the contact terminal portion 43 from the vicinity of the base portion (inclined bent portion 45e) to the front end portion to form two contact terminal pieces 47, 47. It is preferable that the two contact terminal pieces 47 contact the circular surface of the negative pole of the button battery 2.
[0043]
In addition, when the attaching portion 41 is attached to the terminal attaching portion 22 of the second terminal attaching portion 14 when the attaching portion 41 can be engaged with the terminal attaching portion 22 to fix the plus terminal 5, Any part of the metal piece 40 (terminal 6) may be processed in any manner. For example, a U-shaped notch extending along the longitudinal direction is provided at the center of the metal piece, and the metal piece 40 is formed by this notch. It is preferable to use the bent portion as a locking piece.
[0044]
Specifically, for example, a notch extending in a U-shape along the longitudinal direction of the metal piece 40 and the direction of the second bent part 45b is provided at the center of the first bent part 45a of the metal piece 40. . By locating the portion formed by this notch in the same plane as the fixing portion 44, a U-shaped first locking piece 48 is formed.
In addition, a notch extending in a U-shape toward the third bent portion 45c is provided at the center of the fourth bent portion 45d of the metal piece 40. By extending the portion formed by this notch in the same plane as the fixing portion 44, the U-shaped second locking piece 49 is formed. When the minus terminal 6 is attached to the terminal attaching portion 22 of the second terminal attaching portion 14, the first and second locking pieces 48 and 49 come into surface contact (engagement) with the lower surface of the terminal attaching portion 22, respectively. The minus terminal 6 is locked.
[0045]
The contact terminal portion 43 is formed to be inclined at a position separated by a predetermined distance from the fourth bent portion 45d, and is formed to be bent at the fourth bent portion 45d so as to be inclined at, for example, 15 ° to 20 °. You may do so.
The fixing portion of the minus terminal 6 is formed along a direction substantially perpendicular to the mounting portion 41 so as to be fixed to the wiring board by soldering. As shown in FIG. 8, the fixing portion 44 may be formed via a U-shaped connecting portion 50 so as to extend substantially parallel to the surface of the mounting portion to which the fixing portion 44 is continuously provided. Good.
[0046]
Now, in order to obtain the battery holder 1 using the plus terminal 5 and the minus terminal 6, as shown in FIG. 1, the plus terminal 5 is attached to the first terminal mounting portion 13 of the first peripheral wall 8 of the holder body 4. At the same time, the minus terminal 6 is attached to the second terminal mounting portion 14 of the second peripheral wall 9.
Specifically, the positive terminal 5 is mounted by opening the substantially U-shaped mounting portion 31 of the positive terminal 5 and the terminal mounting of the first terminal mounting portion 13 so that the fixing portion 35 is located outside the holder body 4. The mounting portion 31 of the plus terminal 5 is moved so as to cover the terminal mounting portion 17 by contacting the upper end portion of the portion 17, and between the second bent portion 36 b and the third bent portion 36 c of the mounting portion 31. When the terminal 5 contacts the upper end of the terminal mounting portion 17, the first locking piece 37 makes surface contact (engagement) with the lower surface of the terminal mounting portion 17, and the second locking piece 38 The positive terminal 5 is engaged with the concave groove 18 of the first surface 17a, and is locked to the holder body 4.
[0047]
At this time, since the inclined surface 19 is provided on the second surface 17 b of the terminal mounting portion 17, even if the first locking piece 37 extends into the mounting portion 31, the positive terminal 5 can easily be connected to the second terminal 17. It can be attached to the terminal attachment part 17 of the one terminal attachment part 13.
Further, the first and second locking pieces 37 and 38, which are the locking portions 32, are formed by U-shaped cuts extending along the longitudinal direction of the terminal 5, so that they are reliably formed in a simple shape. The positive terminal 5 can be locked.
[0048]
Specifically, the minus terminal 6 is attached by opening the substantially U-shaped attachment portion 41 of the minus terminal 6 and by attaching the terminal to the second terminal attachment portion 14 such that the fixing portion 44 is located outside the holder body 4. The mounting portion 41 is moved so as to cover the terminal mounting portion 22 by contacting the upper end of the portion 22 and the terminal 6 between the second bent portion 45b and the third bent portion 45c of the mounting portion 41 is moved. When contacting the upper end of the terminal mounting portion 22, the first and second locking pieces 48, 49 are in surface contact (engagement) with the lower surface of the terminal mounting portion 22, respectively, and the minus terminal 6 is locked by the holder body 4. You.
[0049]
At this time, since the inclined surfaces 23 and 24 are respectively provided on both surfaces of the terminal mounting portion 22, even if the first and second locking pieces 48 and 49 extend in the mounting portion 41 respectively, it is easy. The negative terminal 6 can be attached to the terminal attachment portion 22 of the second terminal attachment portion 14.
Further, the first and second locking pieces 46 and 49, which are the locking portions 42, are formed by U-shaped cuts extending along the longitudinal direction of the terminal 6, so that they are reliably formed in a simple shape. The minus terminal 6 can be locked.
[0050]
In order to store the button battery 2 in the battery holder 1 thus obtained, the button battery 2 is arranged such that the circular surface on the minus pole side is on the bottom plate 7 and the peripheral surface of the button battery 2 is It is brought into contact with the elastic terminal portion 33. At this time, the button battery 2 on the peripheral surface opposite to the peripheral surface in contact with the elastic terminal portion 33 is located on the second peripheral wall 9. That is, the button battery 2 is in a state inclined with respect to the battery accommodating portion 10 (the bottom plate 7).
[0051]
When the portion on the second peripheral wall 9 of the button battery 2 is pushed (slid) toward the plus terminal 5, the elastic terminal portion 33 in contact with the peripheral surface of the button battery 2 resists the urging force due to the pressing force. As a result, the button battery 2 moves (slids) in the direction of the plus terminal 5, and the button battery 2 at a location opposite to the contact location passes over the protruding pieces 25, 25 of the second peripheral wall 9, so that the button battery 2 The battery 2 enters the battery housing 10. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the button battery 2 that has entered the battery accommodating portion 10 is pressed and moved in the direction of the second peripheral wall 9 by the urging force (restoring force) of the elastic terminal portion 33 and moves to the second peripheral wall. 9, and the protruding pieces 25, 25 come into contact with the circular surface on the positive pole side of the button battery 2. Also, since the contact piece 34 of the plus terminal 5 is in contact with the circular surface facing the place where the projecting pieces 25, 25 are in contact, the button battery 2 is fitted into the battery It is housed in a state where it is prevented from coming off.
[0052]
Thus, the elastic terminal portion 33 of the plus terminal 5 comes into contact with the peripheral surface of the button battery 2 housed in the battery housing portion 10 and the contact piece 34 comes into contact with the circular surface on the plus pole side. And the plus terminal 5 is electrically connected.
When the button battery 2 enters the battery accommodating portion 10, the contact terminal portion 33 of the negative terminal 6 is inclined from the vicinity of the bottom plate 7 into the battery accommodating portion 10, so that the circular surface on the negative pole side has a contact terminal. Since the contact is made in a state where the portion 33 is pressed, the minus pole of the button battery 2 and the minus terminal 6 are electrically connected.
[0053]
Therefore, since the terminal for a battery holder of the present invention functions sufficiently as a terminal, both the plus terminal 5 and the minus terminal 6 are formed by bending the elongated, substantially rectangular metal pieces 30, 40. When manufacturing a large number of plus terminals 5 and / or minus terminals 6 from one metal plate, there is little wasted part. Therefore, the plus terminal 5 and the minus terminal 6 are particularly suitable for mass production, so that production costs can be reduced as much as possible.
[0054]
In addition, since the button battery 2 is housed in the battery housing portion 10 by the urging force of the elastic terminal portion 33 of the plus terminal 5, the plus terminal 5 is required to house (lock) the button battery 2 in the battery housing portion 10. Since this contributes, the number of members for locking the button battery 2 can be reduced, leading to overall cost reduction and weight reduction of the battery holder 1.
[0055]
The mounting portion 31 of the plus terminal 5 is bent substantially in a U-shape, and the elastic terminal portion 33 is connected to the mounting portion 31 and bent substantially in a U-shape, and Since the contact terminal portion is the contact piece 34 that contacts the positive electrode-side circular surface of the button battery 2, the positive terminal 5 has a simple and not complicated shape, and can be easily manufactured.
[0056]
In addition, contact portions 39, 39 protruding toward the button battery 2 are provided on both sides or near both sides of the portion of the elastic terminal portion 33 that contacts the button battery 2, respectively. Since the two contact portions 39 and 39 are in contact with each other, the lateral displacement of the button battery 2 can be prevented as compared with the case where one of the terminals is contacted.
[0057]
When the tip of the contact piece 34 is bent or bent to the side opposite to the positive electrode side circular surface of the button battery 2, when the button battery 2 is brought into contact with the contact piece 34 to be accommodated in the battery accommodating section 10, If the distal end of the contact piece 34 is plate-shaped, the contact piece 34 may be caught on the distal end, but the button battery 2 can be smoothly housed without any fear. When the button battery 2 housed in the battery housing 10 is removed, the button battery 2 can be easily taken out as compared with the case where the flat contact piece 34 is in contact with the circular surface of the button battery 2. .
[0058]
The attachment portion 41 of the minus terminal 6 is formed by being bent substantially in a U-shape, and the contact terminal portion 43 is accommodated in the battery accommodation portion 10 when the attachment portion 41 is attached to the second peripheral wall 9. Since the negative terminal 6 is formed to be inclined from the vicinity of the bottom plate to be in contact with the circular surface on the minus pole side of the button cell 2 and to be inclined with respect to the bottom plate 7, the minus terminal 6 has a simple shape and is not complicated. , Can be easily manufactured, and the cost can be reduced.
[0059]
When the button terminal 2 is accommodated in the battery accommodating portion 10, the tip of the contact terminal portion 43 of the minus terminal 6 is bent or bent to the opposite side to the negative pole side circular surface of the button battery 2. If the distal end of the terminal portion 43 is plate-shaped, the terminal portion 43 may be caught on the distal end, but the button battery 2 can be smoothly accommodated without such a concern.
[0060]
When the contact terminal portion 43 of the minus terminal 6 includes two or more (two in the illustrated example) contact terminal pieces 47, 47, one contact terminal portion comes into contact with the minus pole side circular surface of the button battery 2. Since the button battery 2 is less likely to rattle, the button battery 2 can be stably housed in the battery housing portion 10.
