この発明は、建物に設置される各種ドアであって、とくにガラス部と照明器具を組み合わせた防犯を目的とする建物用ドアに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、居住用の建物に設置されているドアは、とくに人が出入りする玄関ドアや裏口のドアには、防犯や通行の安全性を考慮して、主としてそのドア枠の上部側の躯体部分に常夜灯が取り付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これらのドア付近に設置されている常夜灯は、主として夜間ドアから出入りするために足元を照射して通行の安全性を担保するためのもので、照明機能は有しているが、ドアとは分離して独立して取り付けられているため、別途ブザー等で告知する以外、屋内からドアの開扉を確認することができなかった。
このため、常夜灯における防犯的機能は、無断侵入者が入りずらくする程度の消極的なものに止まっていた。

この発明は、玄関等の出入口を照射して、足元を明るくして通行の安全性を確保する照明機能とともに、その内部からも点灯が目視されて、ドアの開扉が確認されて、ドアの無断開扉を防止するとともに、不用意の閉め忘れ等を防止して防犯機能を高めた照明器具付きの建物用ドアを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を達成するために、本発明に係る照明器具付きの建物用ドアは、出入り用ドアまたは窓戸等のドア本体の一部にガラス部を設け、このガラス部と隣接する周縁に照明器具を取り付けて、常時またはドア本体の開扉に連動してガラス部の周辺を点灯してなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明に係る照明器具付きの建物用ドアに関する実施の形態につき、添付図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は、この発明に係る照明器具付きの建物用ドアの一例を示す正面側の略示図であり、図2は、照明器具の外観状態を示す略示図である。

この発明に係る照明器具付きの建物用ドアについて説明すると、図1に示すように、ドア本体1と、このドア本体1に設けられる開口部分に嵌め込み形成されるガラス部2と、このガラス部2と隣接する周縁に取り付けられる着脱可能な照明器具3とより構成されている。

前記ドア本体1は、通常使用されている木製およびスチール、アルミニウムまたはステンレス製等のドア枠4と各種ドア材5とからなる各種ドアが用いられるものである。

なお、このドア本体1は、通常用いられている玄関ドア等の引き違いまたは回転式のドアに限らず、嵌め殺しタイプのドアあるいは窓等の引き違い戸等にも適用されることができるものである(図4および図5参照)。

さらに、前記ドア本体1に形成されるガラス部2は、設置されるドアの使用目的や意匠性を考慮して、ドア材5の上半部またはその一部に設けられる開口部分に、また、その上下方向に細長く設けられる開口部分に嵌め込み形成されているものである。

このガラス部2は、通常使用されている透明または半透明のガラス板が用いられるが、一枚のガラス板に限らず、図3に示すように、その内側と外側にそれぞれガラス板を用いたダブル構造とするものであってもよい。

なお、このガラス部2は、主としてガラス板が用いられるが、ガラス板以外アクリル板等の透明または乳白色の合成樹脂板を用いることも可能である。

この合成樹脂板を用いる場合は、その劣化や破損等に対応できるようにガラス板等の併用や取替え等のメンテナンスを考慮する必要があると同時に、照明器具3の設置する部位や設置する数を考慮して、効果的な照射を行なうことが望ましい。
