【発明の属する技術分野】
飲食店や社員食堂・加工場等に設置が義務付けられている排水に含まれる油量の低減を目的にした厨房用グリストラップは、清掃後しばらくの間はその機能を発揮するが油脂の付着や沈殿物の堆積により機能低下が著しくそのため清掃の回数頻度を高める必要があった。本発明はこれを解消し衛生的で水質浄化にも役立つグリストラップごみとり装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現状のグリストラップでは、厨房からの排水には食材残留物が多量に含まれておりこの残留物がグリストラップの中に蓄積し腐敗や悪臭の原因となり、環境を悪化させたり、くさい臭いが排水管を逆流して厨房内に充満する事も間々あった。現状のグリストラップで使用されているゴミかごは目詰まりを防ぐために目の粗いものが多く小さいゴミが出やすかった。ゴミかごが目詰まりして排水がオーバーフロー食材残留物がゴミかごから外に出ることもあった。そしてこのゴミかごを清掃するには水切りをして残留物をゴミ袋に入れる必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のゴミかごに溜まった食材残留物をゴミ袋に入れる作業は悪臭を発生する大変嫌がられる作業となり、自然に清掃回数は減り最後には放置され衛生面や環境面で大変な問題となっている。本発明は清掃作業を簡易にしてその結果清掃回数を増やし衛生的になり環境問題もなくなる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
排水口（７）の大きさに合わせた取り付け部（６）を有したＬ字構造のＬ字配管（１）を設け、Ｌ字配管（１）の出口部分にストッパー（４）を設け、Ｌ字配管（１）下部にゴミネット脱着バンド（３）で袋状にしたゴミネット（５）を取り付け、Ｌ字配管（１）の出口部分と反対方向上部に取っ手（２）を設ける。又取って（２）はグリストラップの排水口（７）の位置によって変更できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施例について説明する。
排水口（７）の大きさに合わせた取り付け部（６）を有し、Ｌ字構造のＬ字配管（１）を設け、Ｌ字配管（１）の出口部分にゴミネット（５）がずれ落ちないようにするためのストッパー（４）を設け、Ｌ字配管（１）下部に結束バンドか布製ファスナー等からなるゴミネット脱着バンド（３）で袋状にしたゴミネット（５）を取り付け、Ｌ字配管（１）の出口部分と反対方向上部に取っ手（２）を設ける。本発明は以上のような構成でこれを使用するときは、消耗品であるゴミネット（５）をゴミネット脱着バンド（３）で取り付け、Ｌ字配管（１）の出口部分が水面より下になるように取っ手（２）を持って排水口（７）に取り付け部（６）を差し込んで固定させる。Ｌ字配管（１）の取っ手（２）はＬ字配管（１）と一体のものでも別加工のものでもよく、グリストラップ内へ下向きに排水することを特徴とする。。ゴミネット（５）は焼却出来る組成で伸縮性のあるストッキング状のものでも網目構造のものでもよく、水の流れを良くする加工と抗菌・防臭効果を持つチタニア系化合物で表面処理したものを使用すれば一層効果的である。後工程に天然植物から取り出した専用液剤を使用すればグリストラップの油分をセッケン水に変えるので、このセッケン水が配管の汚れを洗浄し詰まりを解消することになりなお一層効果的となる。

【発明の効果】
本発明を使用することにより、作業する誰もが嫌がるグリストラップの清掃が取っ手を操作するだけで、汚れた水の中へ手を入れることもなく出来る上にゴミネットの取り外しも簡単に出来るようになり、ゴミの回収が至極簡単便利となる。Ｌ字配管の出口部分を水面より下に設置することにより昆虫やネズミが排水口より入ってくることもなくなり、グリストラップ内の悪臭も厨房内に入ってくることもなくなる。後工程に前述の専用液剤を使用すれば油と混ざり合った小麦粉などの固まりもきれいに洗われるので、残飯なども腐敗しにくくグリストラップ特有の悪臭が完璧に解消されることになる。本発明を使用すれば清掃が楽になり、作業者にとっては清掃回数を増やしても苦になることもなく周辺環境にとっても有益な発明ということが出来る。
