<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a wire rope cannot be wound around drum grooves at normal positions depending on angles at which the wire rope is pulled out because of possibility of breakage to a cutting tool or a drum member at notched portions of the drum grooves in cutting the drum grooves. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 6 of the wire rope 2 is accommodated inside the drum 1, and a wire rope terminal insertion hole 3 of the drum 1 is positioned on the left side of a drum groove cut start position end part, and disposed on an outer side of the drum grooves in a hoist in which the wire rope 2 is wound around the drum grooves 8 to 11. A wire rope terminal fixed position 4 is made to meet the cut start position of the drum grooves 8 to 11. 図5に示す如く、ドラム1に構成されたワイヤロープ端末挿入穴3はドラム溝8〜11の位置上に配置されており、ドラム溝8〜11を機械加工する際に切り欠き部(ドラム溝8−1、9−1、10−1の位置)に切削工具が当たり、切削工具の破損、又はドラム溝8−1、9−1、10−1の部分のドラム部材が破損する等の可能性があった。

又、図6、7に示す如く、上記問題を解決すべくワイヤロープ端末挿入穴3の近傍にドラム溝7〜11を設けないで、平面部15を設けているが、この場合はドラム溝8に巻取られたワイヤロープ2は、ドラム溝8を一周してドラム溝8−2からドラム溝9−1へ巻取られるのが正常であるが、ドラム溝8−2からワイヤロープ2の引き出される角度によっては、ワイヤロープ2がドラム溝10−1へ巻取られてしまう現象が起こるため、平面部15に掛かるワイヤロープ2が溝飛びする(ドラム溝8〜11を使用出来ない)こともある。

上記従来技術図5は、ドラム溝8〜11を切削する場合に切削工具の破損又は、ドラム溝の切り欠き部(8−1、9−1、10−1部分)のドラム部材の破損に関する問題があった。

更に、図6、7はワイヤロープ2の引出し角度に対する配慮がされておらず、平面部15に掛かるドラム溝を有効に使えないと言う問題があった。

図1〜3に示す如くドラム1へ、ワイヤロープ端末6をワイヤロープ端末挿入穴3から挿入し突起5を乗り越えてワイヤロープ端末固定位置4まで移動させ、ドラム溝7〜11へワイヤロープ2を巻付け、更にワイヤロープ端末6がワイヤロープ端末挿入穴3の方向へ移動しない様に図3の支持板12をドラム1へボルト14により取付けている。

【発明の効果】
本発明によればドラム1に形成されたワイヤロープ端末挿入穴3とドラム溝8〜11が重複しないため、機械加工時に切削工具の破損や、ドラム部材の破損がなくなり生産性の向上が得られ、更に平面部15へもドラム溝7〜11が形成されるので引き出し角度に影響されることなくドラム溝8〜11が有効に使用できる効果がある。
