以上説明したように、本発明によれば、分離給送部を備え、その分離給送部によって底板上に載置された用紙を1枚ずつに分離して給紙する給紙装置において、底板に湾曲部を設けたので、底板に載置される用紙(原稿)はこの曲面に倣い、最上位の紙から順に先端側に突出するので、確実に1枚ずつ給紙することができ、信頼性の高い給紙装置を提供することができる。
