Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container capable of storing foods and the like, and particularly quickly and reliably discharges hot water after cooking food stored in the container, and prevents a part of the food from flowing out when the hot water is discharged. The present invention relates to a container having a hot water drain hole.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a technique configured to discharge hot water used for cooking food from a part of a container, for example, a container shown in FIG. 5 or a technology disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 51-141602 is disclosed. It has been known.
[0003]
The container 51 shown in FIG. 5 described above was composed of a main body container 52 capable of storing processed foods such as instant food such as baked buckwheat, and a lid 53 capable of covering the opening of the main body container 52.
[0004]
A plurality of claws 55 that can easily form small holes 54 are provided at predetermined corners 53a of the lid 53 by easily pulling out and erecting when hot water is discharged. Was formed.
[0005]
The technique according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 51-141602 discloses a technique in which a V-shaped groove is provided in a part of an upper edge of a main container, and a tableware having a flange which can be overlapped with the upper edge of the main container at the opening edge is provided. Is a tableware-equipped container that is configured to be inserted into the opening of FIG.
[0006]
The above-mentioned container with tableware was housed in the main container because the V-shaped groove was provided at the upper edge of the main container and the flange of the tableware inserted into the opening of the main container was laminated on the upper edge. Hot water obtained by cooking the processed food can be discharged from the V-shaped groove. In addition, foods cooked in the main container are structured so that they can be eaten separately in tableware.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the container 51 shown in FIG. 5 described above, in order to discharge the hot water used for processing the food, a plurality of claws 55 provided on the lid 53 are cut out from the periphery to stand up and the small holes 54 are raised. Since the holes have to be opened, there is a problem that the operation is troublesome and that the cutting operation is particularly difficult for children, women and women.
[0008]
Further, the technology according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 51-141602 has a feature that the tableware fitted into the opening of the main body container can be used at the time of eating, and the whole configuration is simple and easy to operate. However, when the container is tilted to discharge the hot water, there is a problem that a part of the food in the main container flows out together with the hot water from the V-shaped groove.
[0009]
The container with a hot water hole according to the present invention is a completely new technology developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and in particular, a concave groove-shaped notch provided with a plurality of blocks protruding from a corner upper end edge of a main body container is provided. In this way, a drain hole is formed between the lid and the lid covered in this portion, thereby facilitating the discharge of the hot water from the main container, and a part of the food in the main container flowing out when the hot water is discharged. It is to provide a completely new technology that prevents such a situation.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A container tooth with a hot water drain hole according to the present invention is an invention which fundamentally improves many of the above-mentioned conventional problems. The gist of the first invention is that a main container and an opening of the main container are covered with a lid. In the container comprising a lid to be formed, a concave groove-shaped notch is provided at an upper end edge of a predetermined corner of the main body container, and a plurality of blocks are protruded from an upper surface of the concave groove-shaped notch to form each block. A container with a drain hole, wherein a drain hole is formed between the upper end edge of the corner of the main container and the lid by forming a drain channel between the lid and the lid on the main container. is there.
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since a concave groove-shaped notch is provided at an upper edge of a predetermined corner of the main body container, a predetermined gap is formed between the main container and the lid covered at the upper edge of the corner. Thus, the hot water drain hole can be easily configured.
[0012]
Further, since a plurality of blocks are protruded from the upper surface of the concave groove-shaped notch to form a hot water discharge passage between each block, the hot water in the main body container used for processing the processed food is drained. The food can be discharged through the passage, thereby preventing a part of the processed food from flowing out together with the hot water.
[0013]
The gist of the second invention of the container with a hot water hole according to the present invention is that the width of the upper end edge of the corner of the main body container provided with the concave groove-shaped notch is increased, and the upper end edge of the corner is covered with a lid. The upper edge of the lid is projected outward, and a predetermined gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the lid and the outer peripheral surface of the upper edge of the corner when the upper edge of the corner is covered with the lid. A container with a hot water hole according to the first invention, characterized in that:
[0014]
In the second aspect of the present invention, since the width of the upper end edge of the corner of the main body container provided with the groove-shaped notch is increased, the strength of this portion is increased, and the main container is protruded from the upper surface. Since the drainage channel formed between the blocks is lengthened, a part of the processed food can be prevented from flowing out from the drainage channel.
[0015]
Further, in the second invention, the corner of the lid covered by the upper end edge of the corner provided with the concave groove-shaped notch of the main body container is formed so as to protrude outward. When the portion is placed on the upper edge of the corner of the main container, a predetermined gap can be formed between the inner peripheral surface of the lid and the outer peripheral surface of the upper edge of the corner. Therefore, when the hot water in the main body container is discharged, the hot water can be discharged by inclining the container as it is.
[0016]
The gist of the third invention of the container with a hot water hole according to the present invention is to provide a groove-shaped notch at the upper end edge of a predetermined corner and project a plurality of blocks on the upper surface of the groove-shaped notch. A container with a drain hole according to the first invention or the second invention, wherein an inner container having a drainage passage formed between the blocks is fitted into the main container.
[0017]
In the container with a drain hole according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the inner container having the concave notch at the upper end edge of the predetermined corner is fitted into the main container to be doubled, the container with the drain hole is provided. The overall strength of the container can be increased. In addition, by providing a gap between the main container and the middle container, it is possible to reduce the heat transferred to the main container when hot water is poured into the middle container.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a container with a hot water hole according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the container with a hot water hole according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view showing a configuration of a main part of the container with a hot water hole of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of a main part of the container with a hot water hole of FIG.
[0019]
1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a container having a hot water hole according to the present invention, which comprises a main container 2, an intermediate container 3, and a lid 4. Recessed groove-shaped notches 5 are provided at predetermined upper end edges 2a, 3a of the main body container 2 and the middle container 3, respectively.
[0020]
Further, in the case of the middle container 3, a plurality of pillow-shaped blocks 6 are provided on the upper surface of the concave groove-shaped notch 5 in a direction orthogonal to the width, and grooves are provided between these blocks 6. A hot water discharge path 7 is formed. At this time, the clearance between the top surface of the block 6 and the lid 4 is set to a height at which the contents do not flow out, and the clearance of the space S with the end of the inclined surface 10 provided on the lid 4 described later is also required. It is set to the same height. In the above-described embodiment, the shape of the block 6 is a pillow shape, but the block 6 can have any shape.
[0021]
The above-mentioned middle container 3 is fitted into the main container 2, thereby increasing the overall strength of the container 1 with the hot water hole, and between the middle container 3 and the main container 2, as shown in FIG. 4, for example. By forming the simple gap 8, even when hot water is poured into the middle container 3, the heat transmitted to the main container 2 can be reduced.
[0022]
Furthermore, the above-mentioned middle container 3 is formed by vacuum-forming a laminated sheet of PET / G resin (inside of the container) and PS resin (outside of the container). Care is taken so that chemical substances that affect the human body do not melt on the side.
[0023]
However, it is also possible to omit the inner container 3 and to configure the container 1 with the hot water drain hole by the main container 2 and the lid 4. When the middle container 3 is omitted, it is necessary to form the drainage channel 7 by projecting the block 6 on the upper surface of the concave notch 5 of the main container 1.
[0024]
A corner 4a of the lid 4 which covers the upper end edges 2a, 3a of the corners of the main body container 2 or the middle container 3 is projected outward as shown in the figure. When it covers the edges 2a, 3a, a predetermined gap 9 is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the corner 4a and the outer peripheral surface of the corner upper edges 2a, 3a.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, an inclined surface 10 is provided on the inner peripheral portion of the corner 4a of the lid 4 so that the inclined surface 10 gradually becomes higher toward the peripheral portion. When the container 1 is inclined, the hot water in the middle container 3 can be smoothly guided to the hot water discharge path 7 of the concave notch 5. In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the top surface of the block 6 of the concave groove-shaped notch 5 is higher than the bottom surface 4 b of the lid 4, and an intersection G is formed between the two. Due to the intersection G, when the hot water is discarded, the pressure of the hot water does not directly apply to the groove-shaped notch 5, and the hot water can flow out smoothly.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, when a concave groove-shaped notch is provided in the upper end edge of a predetermined corner of the main body container, a predetermined gap is formed between the main container and the lid covered by the upper end edge of the corner. This has the effect that the drain hole can be easily configured.
[0027]
Further, when a plurality of blocks are protruded from the upper surface of the concave groove-shaped notch to form a drainage passage between the blocks, the hot water in the main body container used for processing the processed food is removed from this block. The processed food can be discharged through the hot water drainage channel, which also has the effect of preventing a part of the processed food from flowing out together with the hot water.
[0028]
In the present invention, when the width of the upper end edge of the corner portion of the main body container provided with the concave groove-shaped notch is increased, the strength of this portion is increased, and each protruding upper surface is provided. When the drainage channel formed between the blocks is lengthened, there is an effect that a part of the processed food can be prevented from flowing out from the drainage channel.
[0029]
In the case where the corner of the lid covered by the upper end edge of the main container provided with the concave groove-shaped notch is formed so as to protrude outward, the corner of the lid is formed at the corner of the main container. When the lid is put on the upper edge, a predetermined gap can be formed between the inner peripheral surface of the lid and the outer peripheral surface of the upper edge of the corner. Therefore, when the hot water in the main body container is discharged, the hot water can be discharged by inclining the container as it is.
[0030]
When the inner container having the concave groove-shaped notch at the upper end edge of the predetermined corner is fitted into the main container and doubled, the overall strength of the container with the hot water hole can be increased. Further, by providing a gap between the main container and the middle container, there is an effect that, when hot water is poured into the middle container, the heat transmitted to the main container can be reduced.
