Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a booklet having a configuration in which a plurality of sheets are stacked and bound.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a booklet has a configuration in which a plurality of sheets are stacked, one end of which is bound by gluing or the like, and cutouts are formed at three side ends other than the one end, so that the cutout can be opened and used. Things are generally known. Such a cutout is formed in a straight line so that the cutout surface is perpendicular to the surface of the layered paper in order to properly store the booklet in a drawer or a bookcase or to improve the appearance. I have. Further, there is also known an apparatus in which a cover portion is provided on one or both of the outermost surface and the lowermost surface of the stacked sheets, and the sheet positioned inside the cover portion is suitably protected.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above configuration, when a finger is put on the cut to turn the paper, the side edges of each paper are aligned substantially orthogonal to the front surface and the back surface at the cut, so that the finger can be used well. There is a problem that it is difficult to turn over the paper especially when there is no oil on the finger. Further, there is a case where a part of the sheet is bent in the binding direction to cause a gap between the line edges of the sheet, and the sheet is turned with a finger on the gap. In a case where the sheet itself is hard or a cover portion thicker than the sheet is provided, there is a problem that it is difficult to take such a use mode and the sheet cannot be easily turned. As described above, the conventional booklet has a problematic state for a user who has difficulty turning over the paper.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide a booklet that can be easily turned.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the booklet according to the present invention is a booklet in which a plurality of sheets are stacked and one end thereof is bound, and the other end than the one end is provided with the front-side sheet so that the front side of the front side of the sheet is closed. It is characterized by forming a first inclined surface inclined in a direction in which the sheet is exposed, and a second inclined surface inclined in a direction in which the surface of the sheet on the back side is concealed by the sheet on the front side.
[0006]
With such a configuration, when the booklet is closed and, for example, placed on a table top surface of a desk or the like so that the surface of the paper is parallel, either the first inclined surface or the second inclined surface is used. One of the inclined surfaces is positioned so that the edge of the upper sheet conceals the edge of the lower sheet, and a slight deviation is formed between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, The user can easily turn the paper by putting his hand or finger on the deviation. In addition, when the booklet is placed on the top surface of a desk, for example, with the booklet opened, the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are positioned at both ends of the booklet, respectively. A slight deviation is formed between the upper sheet and the lower sheet in the portion, and the sheet can be easily turned by putting a hand or finger on the deviation. That is, since the paper can be easily turned regardless of the state of the booklet, such as when the booklet is bound, opened, or placed, the booklet can be used without stress.
[0007]
In order to easily turn over the sheet from either the front surface or the back surface of the booklet, it is preferable that the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are formed at the same end. As a specific method for forming the inclined surface and the second inclined surface, there is a polymerization method in which the edge of the paper on the front side forming each inclined surface and the edge of the paper on the back surface thereof are superposed in the polymerization direction of the paper. A point where the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are continuous at the polymerization point.
[0008]
Further, as a desirable mode of the present embodiment, the distance between the edge of the bound edge of the paper and the edge forming the first inclined surface facing the edge of the stapled edge is the minimum distance from the outermost paper. While being formed so as to gradually increase toward the paper on the back surface, the distance between the bound edge and the edge at the edge forming the second inclined surface facing this edge is defined as the distance from the outermost paper. One that is formed so as to become gradually smaller toward the paper on the rearmost surface.
[0009]
In addition, if one side end of the sheet is bound and the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are formed on the side end facing the side end, the opposite side end is preferably opened. It can be used for
[0010]
By the way, in order to protect, decorate, or display the contents of the bound paper in a preferable manner, the bound paper is disposed on at least one of the front surface of the uppermost paper or the rear surface of the lowermost paper. A cover portion to be bound together with one end portion of the sheet is provided, and the edge of the end portion of the cover portion other than the one end portion forms a part of the first inclined surface and the surface of the sheet adjacent to the cover portion is formed. It is preferable that a protruding edge to be exposed and a concealing edge forming a part of the second inclined surface and concealing the surface of the sheet adjacent to the cover portion are formed.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an overview of a booklet 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a view showing a cross section taken along the broken lines AA and BB shown in FIG.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the booklet 1 in the present embodiment includes a plurality of sheets P1, P2,..., Pn (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “P”), and the sheet P viewed from the front. A front cover part C1 and a back cover part C2, which have substantially the same shape and are provided so as to cover the outermost surface side and the outermost surface side, and which are integrated into the front and back sides, and each of these parts is a back end. The backstrip part C3 provided in the part B1 is adhered by gluing or the like. Then, the upper and lower cutouts T1 and G1 of the booklet 1 are formed by cutting along the thickness direction, and the front side of the booklet 1 is provided with the front side sheet P to display the front side of the sheet P on the back side. A first inclined surface SL1 inclined in the exit direction and a second inclined surface SL2 inclined in a direction in which the front surface of the paper P conceals the front surface of the paper P on the back surface side. In the present embodiment, the bound side end is defined as a back side B, the side end opposite to the back side B is defined as a front side F, and the longitudinal direction of the booklet 1 is defined as a vertical direction. When the sheet P is opened, the surface exposed at that time is defined as the surface of the sheet P, and the description will be made.
[0014]
Hereinafter, a specific configuration of each unit will be described.
[0015]
The paper P is, for example, made of paper having a substantially rectangular shape in a front view substantially corresponding to standards such as A4 and B5, and the back edge PB and the upper and lower edges PT and PG of each paper P are layered. When cutting, it is cut so that it is aligned in the thickness direction. The front edge PF of the paper P is overlapped with the front edge PF of the paper P on the front side and the front edge PF of the paper P on the back side when the paper P is overlapped. The distance d between the front edge PF and the back edge PB of each sheet P is such that the overlap point X is located at the center of the front edge PF at the center of the sheet P. Is curved differently.
[0016]
More specifically, the distance d between the front edge PF and the back edge PB of the paper P on the front surface is set such that the front edge PF of each paper P is closer to the upper end than the overlap point X. Is formed so as to be smaller than the distance d between the front edge PF and the back edge PB of the sheet P, and the front edge PF of the sheet P on the front side at the lower end side from the overlap point X. The distance d to the back side edge PB is formed to be larger than the distance d between the front side edge PF of the sheet P on the back side and the back side edge PB. By stacking a plurality of sheets of paper P formed such that the distance d between the front edge PF and the back edge PB is different, the first inclined surface SL1 that appears on the front side of the booklet 1 and the booklet The second inclined surface SL2 which is not exposed on the front surface side of the booklet 1 is formed so as to be continuous at the overlap point X and positioned on the upper end side and the lower end side of the booklet 1.
[0017]
The front cover part C1 has substantially the same dimensions in the vertical direction as the plurality of sheets P and has a function of protecting the sheets P. The front cover part C1 has an upper end side and a lower end side of the front side F. It has an exposed edge C11 for exposing the surface of the outermost sheet P1 to the front side and a concealing edge C12 for concealing the surface of the uppermost sheet P1 to the front side. The exposed edge C11 and the concealing edge C12 are configured to be continuous with the overlapping point X when the cover sheet portion C1 and the paper P are stacked, in a position where they overlap with each other in a plan view.
[0018]
The back cover part C2 has substantially the same dimensions as the plurality of sheets P in the vertical direction and has a function of protecting the sheets. The back cover part C2 has the upper end and the lower end near the front side F. It has an exposed edge C21 for exposing the back side of the back side paper P to the back side, and a concealing edge C22 for concealing the back side of the back side paper P to the back side. The exposed edge C21 and the concealing edge C22 are configured to be continuous with the overlapping point X when the back cover portion C2 and the paper P are layered, when they are overlapped in a plan view.
[0019]
The back cover portion C3 has substantially the same vertical dimension as each of the plurality of sheets of paper P, the front cover portion C1, and the back cover portion C2, and these portions are integrally formed at the back end B1 of the booklet 1. A plurality of sheets of paper P are configured so that a desired portion of the sheet of paper P can be opened with the back edge PB as a base end. In this embodiment, the front side edge C31 of the spine C3 positioned on the front surface C10 of the front cover C1 is positioned on the front side F of the rear edge C1B of the front cover C1. The bonding area between the front cover part C1 and the spine part C3 is increased, and the mounting strength of these parts is increased. Further, by arranging the side edge C32 on the back side of the back cover part C3 positioned on the back surface C20 of the back cover part C2 on the front side F from the back side edge C2B of the back cover part C2, the back cover part C2 The area of adhesion to the spine C3 is increased, and the mounting strength of each of these parts is similarly increased.
[0020]
Next, an operation for turning over the paper P in the booklet 1 of the present embodiment will be described.
[0021]
First, as shown in FIG. 2, when the booklet 1 is closed and the paper P is placed so that the surface of the sheet P is parallel to a top surface of a desk (not shown), the first inclined surface SL1 becomes the surface of the booklet 1. The second inclined surface SL2 is positioned without being exposed on the front side of the booklet. Each front edge PF of the sheet P forming the second inclined surface SL2 positioned in this manner is positioned in a direction of concealing the surface of the lower sheet P, so that the front edge of the lower sheet P is located on the front side. The sheet P has a suitable displacement with respect to the edge PF, and the user can easily turn over the sheet P by putting a finger on the displacement. On the other hand, since each front edge PF of the sheet P forming the first inclined surface SL1 is positioned in a direction in which the lower surface of the sheet P is exposed, each front edge PF forming the first inclined surface SL1 is formed. Although it is difficult to put a finger on the edge PF, a regular vertical stripe pattern is formed on the first inclined surface SL1 by the front edge PF of each sheet P as shown in FIG. The result is an excellent design that is visually gentle and comfortable.
[0022]
By the way, when the paper P is placed so that the surface of the paper P faces downward and is parallel to the top surface of the desk or the like, the second inclined surface SL2 is exposed on the surface side of the booklet 1, and the first inclined surface SL1 is the surface of the booklet. Although the first inclined surface SL1 and the second inclined surface SL2 are formed symmetrically, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.
[0023]
As described above, when the booklet 1 is placed so as to be parallel to the top surface of the desk or the like with the booklet 1 closed, the paper P can be easily turned regardless of whether the surface is facing upward or downward. it can. Further, it is possible to provide the booklet 1 which is visually excellent.
[0024]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a method of turning over the sheet P with the booklet 1 placed on a tabletop surface or the like (not shown) with the booklet 1 opened will be described.
[0025]
When the booklet 1 is placed on the top surface of a desk or the like with the booklet 1 opened, a second inclined surface SL2 is formed at the upper end portion on the left side of the opened booklet 1 and a first inclined surface SL1 is formed at the lower end portion, On the other hand, a first inclined surface SL1 is formed on the right upper end side of the spread booklet 1 and a second inclined surface SL2 is formed on the lower end side.
[0026]
In this way, each front edge PF of the sheet P constituting the second inclined surface SL2 positioned on the left upper end side and the right lower end side of the booklet 1 conceals the surface of the lower sheet P. Since the sheet P is positioned in the direction in which the sheet P is positioned, the sheet P has a suitable displacement with respect to the front edge PF of the lower sheet P, and the user can easily turn over the sheet P by putting a finger on the displacement.
[0027]
Thus, when feeding the sheet P from the left side to the right side, the finger is put on the second inclined surface SL2 on the left side of the booklet 1. On the other hand, when sending the sheet P from the right side to the left side, the second inclined surface SL2 on the right side of the booklet 1 is put. , The paper P can be easily turned from either the left or right direction.
[0028]
Further, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3, the paper P is turned using the joint of the little finger U5 or the like with the back of the hand facing upward, or turned at the side end U21 of the index finger U2. As shown by the imaginary line, the paper P can be turned using the tip U0 of the finger with the abdomen of the finger facing upward.
[0029]
As described above, when turning over the paper P, the paper P can be suitably turned regardless of the state of the hand or the finger.
[0030]
Also, as shown in FIG. 4, when a finger is put on the front edge PF of the paper P and the front edge PF of an arbitrary number of papers P is curved to the back side B, the front edge PF is bent. The front edge PF forms a first inclined surface SL1. The deviation width dx between the front edges F of the sheets P on the first inclined surface SL1 is larger than the case where a booklet without the inclined surfaces SL1 and SL2 is similarly curved as in the present embodiment. In addition, each sheet P can be easily turned one by one.
[0031]
As described in detail above, the booklet 1 of the present embodiment has the front edge of each sheet P on the first inclined surface SL1 or the second inclined surface SL2 regardless of whether the booklet is closed or opened. The sheet P can be easily turned by suitably putting a finger or the like on the gap formed by the PF. Also, if the front edge PF of an arbitrary number of sheets P is curved to the back side B, the deviation width dx between the front edges PF forming the respective inclined surfaces SL1 or the second inclined surfaces SL2 becomes smaller. As compared with the case where the booklet without the inclined surfaces SL1 and SL2 is similarly curved as in the embodiment, the size of each book P can be easily turned one by one.
[0032]
In the present embodiment, the front cover part C1 and the back cover part C2 are provided so as to cover the outermost surface side and the rearmost surface side of the sheet P, however, either the front cover part C1 or the back cover part C2 may be provided. It may not be provided on one side, or may not be provided on both sides.
[0033]
Further, although the first inclined surface SL1 and the second inclined surface SL2 are formed on the front side F of the booklet 1, the present invention is not limited to this, and the first inclined surface is formed on the cutout on the upper side of the booklet. May be formed in the cutout on the lower side of the booklet. Furthermore, an embodiment in which the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface are arranged so as to face each other in the thickness direction of the booklet at the end opposite to the bound end is also conceivable. Further, the edge of the sheet may be formed in a curved shape, and each inclined surface may be formed to be curved. And each inclined surface may be arrange | positioned at any end part which is not bound.
[0034]
Furthermore, the overlap point X where the front edge PF of the front sheet P forming the inclined surfaces SL1 and SL2 and the front edge PF of the sheet P on the back side of the front sheet P are set to one place, but a plurality of overlap points are set. Embodiments having a point X are also conceivable.
[0035]
In addition, a plurality of stacked sheets of paper P are adhered together with a front cover part C1 and a back cover part C2 using a spine part C3, and the back end parts B1 are bound, but the binding method is as follows. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an embodiment in which a binding device that can freely bind and remove one sheet of each of a plurality of stacked sheets of paper P may be used.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, the sheet P substantially corresponds to a standard such as A4 or B5, but the sheet P may be formed of a material other than the standard. The booklet of the present invention can be used as, for example, a notebook, a memo sheet, a report sheet, a stationery, a slip, a receipt, a book, a telephone directory, a book, etc. by appropriately designing the sheet P or the like. Further, a part or all of the sheet P and the cover parts C1 and C2 may be made of, for example, plastic.
[0037]
In addition, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, in either the closed state or the open state of the booklet, the gap formed by the front edge of each sheet on the first inclined surface or the second inclined surface is reduced. Since it is possible to easily turn the paper with a finger or the like, it is possible to provide an easy-to-use booklet that can turn the paper without stress. Further, if the front edge of an arbitrary number of sheets is curved to the back side, the deviation width between the front edges forming each inclined surface or the second inclined surface is inclined as in the present embodiment. Since the size of the booklet having no surface is larger than the case where the booklet is similarly curved, it is possible to provide a booklet in which each sheet can be easily turned one by one. Furthermore, since a regular vertical stripe pattern is expressed by the front edge of the paper forming the first inclined surface or the second inclined surface, a booklet having a visually gentle and comfortable design that resembles ripples is provided. be able to.
