Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotary blade polishing apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, for polishing each blade of a rotary blade (tip saw) used in a mower or the like, an electric polishing tool or an electric polishing device provided with a polishing grindstone called a grinder is used. However, it is difficult to correctly grind each blade by holding the electric polishing tool in a hand, and various polishing apparatuses have been proposed in the place of the electric polishing tool or using the electric polishing tool. No. "A grinder such as a chip saw" and JP-A-2001-347442 "A grinder for a rotary cutting blade" can be exemplified.

Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 30017886 discloses a small portable electric polishing tool which uses a small portable electric polishing tool (grinder) and has a polishing plate rotatably mounted on one side of a base plate. Attached with an electric polishing tool attachment material detachably at a predetermined angle, a material to be polished such as a carbide tip saw is mounted on the other side of the base plate so as to be able to turn horizontally, and is directed toward the polishing machine of the electric polishing tool. This is a polishing apparatus in which a slide table is provided so as to be slidable against an elastic material. An advance limit adjuster that stops a workpiece to be polished such as a carbide tip saw that slides on a slide table at a predetermined position is provided on the slide table so that the advance limit position can be adjusted. But it is designed to be easy and reliable.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-347442 can easily and reliably change the mounting position of an electric polishing tool corresponding to two types of polishing, namely, polishing of a clearance angle and polishing of a rake angle at the cutting edge of a rotary cutting blade (rotary blade). There has been proposed a polishing apparatus having extremely excellent mounting stability of a polishing tool and capable of uniformly polishing each cutting edge. More specifically, one taper pin is erected on a base corresponding to the rake angle and the clearance angle of the cutting edge of the rotary cutting blade, and the taper pin is provided on the side wall of a grinder (electric polishing tool) M. A supported portion to be supported is provided so that a grinder (electric polishing tool) M can be removably mounted at a position corresponding to two types of polishing. The polished surface is mounted on the base with the polished surface facing upward, and the blade sharpening table is located at a position along the upper surface.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As pointed out in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-347442, there are two types of polishing of the rotary blade: (a) polishing of the clearance angle = polishing of the top blade and (b) polishing of the rake angle = polishing of the belly blade for each blade. Therefore, it is desirable that each polishing can be performed by one polishing apparatus. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-347442 realizes the above two types of polishing by switching the support position of the electric polishing tool. The electric polishing tool can be turned horizontally at an angle according to each taper pin, but it is necessary to replace the electric polishing tool for each taper pin, and first perform polishing of all the top blades of each rotary blade, The position of the electric polishing tool is changed to polish the belly blades of all the blades (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-347442 [0012]).
[0006]
It is preferable that the top blade and the belly blade can be polished for each blade of the rotary blade. However, the horizontal angle of the electric polishing tool defined for each polishing is fixed, and for each of various commercially available different electric polishing tools, There is a problem that the horizontal angle of the polishing wheel that can be set is different. Further, even when the same electric polishing tool is used, in order to polish the top blade and the abdominal blade for each blade, the apparatus disclosed in JP-A-2001-347442 must change the electric polishing tool in a complicated manner. Therefore, a polishing apparatus that can be used regardless of the difference between commercially available electric polishing tools, and that realizes continuous polishing of a top blade and a belly blade for each blade without requiring replacement work of the electric polishing tool. investigated.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
What was developed as a result of the examination, in a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holding unit and a polishing wheel operating unit on the base, the rotating blade holding unit has an approach / separation mechanism that moves the rotating blade toward and away from the polishing wheel operating unit, The grinding wheel operating unit includes a turning mechanism that horizontally turns the grinding wheel in the approaching and separating directions of the rotary blade. The turning mechanism of the grinding wheel operating unit includes a tool moving member that holds the grinding wheel in a predetermined posture, The grinding wheel operating part comprises a center engaging part and a turning engaging part for engaging the moving material with the base. This is a rotary blade polishing apparatus that horizontally turns according to a swivelable elliptical arc trajectory while continuously increasing and decreasing the turning radius.
[0008]
The grinding wheel operating unit is basically configured such that an electric polishing tool is detachably and freely mounted on a tool moving member having a turning mechanism (usually free to swing), and a polishing wheel provided in the electric grinding tool is used. Alternatively, a dedicated device configuration in which a polishing wheel is directly provided on the tool moving member may be used. In the following, the configuration is such that the electric polishing tool is detachably and freely mounted on the apparatus main body, and the polishing grindstone is addressed to each blade of the polishing grindstone according to the posture of the electric polishing tool fixedly mounted on the tool moving member. Will be described.
[0009]
The top blade and the belly blade are not exactly linear but slightly curved arcs, and not only have different angles but also different radii of curvature of the arcs. It is difficult to achieve an appropriate angle for both the blade and the belly blade, and it is not possible to realize a subtle arc shape for each top blade or belly blade. Therefore, the polishing apparatus of the present invention enables the polishing wheel to horizontally rotate according to an elliptical arc trajectory in which the turning radius is continuously increased or decreased (long or short) while moving the turning center by the turning mechanism of the polishing wheel operating unit. . Thus, the grinding wheel can be finely adjusted in an arc shape for each top blade or belly blade while continuously adjusting the angle to which the grinding wheel is applied in accordance with the top blade and belly blade of each blade.
[0010]
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the grinding wheel operating unit provided with the turning mechanism, it is necessary that the rotary blade approaches and separates from the grinding wheel in one direction linearly and does not move in the other direction. Such a rotary blade holding portion includes: (1) a mounting table having a contact surface adjusted to substantially the center height of a polishing grindstone, a guide portion provided on the contact surface in a direction in which the rotary blade approaches and separates, and The rotating blade holder is configured to have a protruding shaft that moves along the guide portion. It is configured to approach and move away from the operation unit.
[0011]
The rotating blade moves only in the direction of approaching and moving away from the grinding wheel by the projection axis, and is restricted by the contact surface not only in the horizontal plane but also in the height direction other than the above direction, and does not move unnecessarily. In particular, when the angle of the grinding wheel directed to the rotary blade can be finely adjusted as in the present invention, it is necessary to restrict unnecessary movement of the rotary blade as much as possible, but the rotary blade slides on the contact surface and moves. Therefore, not only the movement direction is restricted, but also the rotating blade can be stably moved in the only allowed approaching / separating direction without losing the posture. In order to realize such a movement of the rotary blade, a long hole extending in the contact surface in the approaching / separating direction of the rotary blade is preferably used as a guide for regulating the movement of the projection shaft. However, a ridge or a groove may be used as long as the movement direction of the projection shaft can be regulated in one direction and linearly.
[0012]
Here, the rotary blade holding unit is screwed with a reference setting bolt that locks to the mounting table in a direction in which the rotary blade approaches the polishing wheel operating unit to the position setting unit of the projection shaft, and the reference setting bolt is By installing a compression spring that repels in the direction in which the rotary blade separates, and urges the protruding shaft in the direction in which the rotary blade approaches the grinding wheel operating unit, the user of the apparatus retracts the rotary blade and moves the rotary blade to each blade. By simply feeding each time (feeding each blade in the circumferential direction of the rotary blade), the rotary blade automatically advances thereafter, and can reach the grinding wheel with an appropriate pressing force (= biasing force).
[0013]
Another example of the rotary blade holder is (2) a mounting table having a contact surface corresponding to the approximate center height of the grinding wheel, a mounting table provided with sliding legs facing downward, and a projection protruding from the contact surface. The rotating blade holder has an approaching / separating mechanism of the rotating blade holder, and the mounting table is configured to move by inserting a sliding leg into the guide portion of the rotating blade approaching / separating direction, and the rotating blade is fitted on the projection shaft. There is a configuration in which the polishing wheel approaches and separates from the operation unit while sliding on the contact surface. Here, a reference setting material that is movable in the direction in which the rotary blade approaches and separates from the polishing wheel operating unit is provided on the base, and a forward positioning unit that abuts or locks on the reference setting material is provided on the mounting table of the rotary blade holding unit. This prevents the rotating blade from being too close to the polishing grindstone, thereby increasing safety.
[0014]
Still another example of the rotary blade holding portion has (3) a sliding surface which is adjusted to substantially the height of the center of the grinding wheel, and a mounting table provided with a guide portion on the sliding surface, and along the guide portion. It comprises a moving contact surface portion and a projecting shaft projecting from the contact surface portion, and the approach / separation mechanism of the rotary blade holding portion is constituted by a contact surface portion moving along a guide portion provided on a sliding contact surface of the mounting table. In addition, a configuration in which the rotating blade approaches and separates from the polishing grindstone operation unit while being fitted to the projection shaft and moving integrally with the contact surface portion can be exemplified.
[0015]
In the above configuration, (a) a reference setting material that is movable in a direction in which the rotary blade approaches and separates from the grinding wheel operating unit is provided on the base, and a forward positioning unit that abuts or locks on the reference setting material is provided on the rotary blade holding unit. Either provided on the contact surface, or (b) a reference setting bolt that is movable in the direction in which the rotary blade approaches or separates from the grinding wheel operating portion is screwed into the position setting portion of the contact surface to abut or lock the reference setting bolt. When the forward positioning unit is provided on the mounting table, it is possible to prevent the rotating blade from excessively approaching the polishing grindstone.
[0016]
Further, the rotary blade holding unit is configured to screw a reference setting bolt, which locks to the mounting table in a direction in which the rotary blade approaches the polishing wheel operating unit, to a position setting unit of the contact surface portion, and the reference setting bolt is a polishing wheel operating unit. When a compression spring that rebounds in the direction in which the rotary blade separates from the rotating blade is attached, and the contact surface is urged in the direction in which the rotary blade approaches the grinding wheel operating unit, the user of the device retracts the rotary blade and sets the rotary blade for each blade. Only by feeding (feeding each blade in the circumferential direction of the rotary blade), the rotary blade automatically advances thereafter, and can reach the grinding wheel with an appropriate pressing force (= biasing force).
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holder 4 in which a projection shaft 2 that moves in a direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches and separates from a mounting table 3. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the mounting table 3. 3 is a plan view showing the grinding wheel operating unit 5, FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a state in which the grinding wheel operating unit 5 is horizontally turned in the direction perpendicular to the rotary blade 1, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a state in which the blade 1 is horizontally turned in a tangential direction. FIG. 6 is a polishing apparatus provided with a reference setting bolt 6 which is engaged with the mounting table 3 in a direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches the polishing wheel operating unit 5. FIG. 7 is a partial side view showing the function of the reference setting bolt 6.
[0018]
First, the overall configuration common to each example and the grinding wheel operating unit 5 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the polishing apparatus of the present invention has a rotary blade holder 4 and a polishing wheel operating unit 5 on a base 8 made of a flat metal plate with rubber feet 7 attached to four corners. The grinding wheel operating unit 5 forms a tool moving member 11 composed of a horizontal plate 9 and a vertical plate 10 by bending a metal plate material into an L-shaped cross section, and a tool mounting member also composed of a metal plate material with respect to the vertical plate 10 An electric polishing tool (grinder) 13 is mounted on a mounting belt 14 of the tool mounting member 12. The tool mounting member 12 is swingable around a screw 15 which is a screwing element to the vertical plate 10 as a swing center, and is provided with a fastening bolt 17 through a circumferential swinging long hole 16 provided in the tool mounting member 12. Is fixed to the vertical plate 10 while maintaining a predetermined swing angle with respect to the vertical plate 10 of the tool moving member 11. Thereby, the polishing grindstone 18 provided in the electric polishing tool 13 achieves and holds a predetermined swinging posture. The swing angle of the electric polishing tool 13 is determined while visually observing the pointing projection 20 of the tool mounting member 12 for indicating the angle scale 19 engraved on the vertical plate 10 of the tool moving member 11. The adjustment of the swinging posture has an effect of absorbing the difference in the swinging angle of the polishing grindstone which is different for each commercially available electric polishing tool and realizing the same swinging angle in use.
[0019]
The horizontal plate 9 of the tool moving member 11 rotates horizontally in a horizontal plane around the rotation center determined by the center engaging portion 21 while slidingly contacting the base 8, and the horizontal angle of the electric polishing tool 13, that is, the horizontal angle of the polishing grindstone 18. Determine the turning posture. According to the present invention, the turning posture is not horizontal turning based on a constant turning radius, but is turned by the horizontal plate 9 of the tool moving member 11 and the center engaging portion 21 and the turning engaging portion 22 provided on the horizontal plate 9. The center engaging portion 21 and the turning engaging portion 22 are respectively moved to polish according to an elliptical arc trajectory that continuously increases and decreases the turning radius for each turning posture having a different horizontal angle with respect to the rotary blade holding portion 4. The grindstone 18 can be turned horizontally.
[0020]
In the tool moving member 11 of the present embodiment, a moving member long hole 23 extending in the approaching / separating direction of the rotary blade 1 (see FIGS. 3 to 5) is provided in the horizontal plate 9, and the center of the moving member long hole 23 is provided. The engaging portion 21 is engaged to make the tool moving member 11 movable. That is, in this example, the position of the center engaging portion 21 is fixed, and the tool moving member 11 having the moving member long hole 23 engaged with the center engaging portion 21 relatively moves. Contrary to this example, a long hole may be provided in the base, and the center engaging portion fixed to the tool moving member may be movably engaged with the long hole. The center engaging portion 21 of this example is formed by screwing a nut to a flanged bolt, and the flanged bolt is inserted into the moving material slot 23 and the base 8 from the tool moving material 11 side. The engagement with the moving material long hole 23 is realized by screwing the nut.
[0021]
The turning engagement portion 22 extends in the turning direction while continuously increasing and decreasing the turning radius, and engages with the turning long hole 24 provided in the base 8 so that the tool moving member 11 can turn freely. . The turning engagement portion 22 of this example is configured by screwing a nut to a bolt with a flange, inserting the bolt with the flange into the turning slot 24 of the base 8 from the tool moving member 11 side, and screwing the nut on the back surface of the base 8. The engagement with the turning long hole 24 is realized by attaching. When the turning engagement portion 22 moves according to the turning slot 24, the tool moving member 11 simultaneously moves the engagement position of the center engaging portion 21 with the moving member slot 23, as shown in FIGS. As shown in the figure, horizontal turning is performed while increasing / decreasing the turning radius = the distance from the engaging position of the center engaging portion 21 to the turning engaging portion 22. Thereby, an appropriate angle and fine adjustment of the top blade and the belly blade for each blade (not shown) of the rotary blade 1 can be realized by the horizontal rotation of the tool moving member 11, and it is finer and finer than the conventional polishing apparatus of the same type. Careful polishing of the rotary blade 1 is possible.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 1, the rotary blade holding unit 4 of the present embodiment has a contact / separation mechanism that moves the rotary blade 1 toward and away from the polishing grindstone operation unit 5 so as to match the approximate center height of the polishing grindstone 18. A mounting table 3 having a surface 25, a contact surface long hole 26 provided on the contact surface 25 and extending in a direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches and separates, and a projection moving along the contact surface long hole 26 And the shaft 2. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the projecting shaft 2 engages a locking ring 28 screwed into an engaging bolt 27 inserted from a long surface 26 of the contact surface from the back of the contact surface 25. Are not separated from the contact surface long hole 26. Further, the mounting table 3 protrudes a continuous protruding portion 29 from the contact surface 25 toward the grinding wheel operating portion 5 so that the rotary blade 1 that is loaded during polishing can be stably supported. The rotary blade 1 fits a mounting hole provided at the center with the projection shaft 2, and moves toward and away from the grinding wheel operating unit 5 while slidingly contacting the contact surface 25. In the present example, the user approaches and separates by holding the rotary blade by hand, but the protrusion shaft may be approached and separated by power.
[0023]
Although the rotary blade holder 4 does not restrict the projection shaft 2 in the direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches and separates from the grinding wheel operating unit 5, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, for example, as shown in FIGS. The reference setting bolt 6 which is locked to the mounting table 3 in the approach direction of the rotary blade 1 to the position setting plate 30 which is a position setting portion attached to the projection shaft 2 is screwed into the rotary blade 1 with respect to the grinding wheel operating unit 5. May be mounted on the reference setting bolt 6 to bias the projection shaft 2 in the direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches the polishing grindstone operation unit 5. Thus, the projection shaft 2 always tries to move forward due to the repulsion of the compression spring 31, so that the retreat of the rotary blade 1 can be limited, and the extension amount of the projection shaft 2 is limited by the extension limit of the compression spring 31, that is, with respect to the polishing grindstone 18. Abnormal approach of the rotary blade 1 can also be prevented.
[0024]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holder 4 which moves by inserting the sliding legs 32 of the mounting table 3 having the protruding shaft 2 on the contact surface 25 into the guide portion of the base 8. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holding portion 4 including a contact surface portion 33 that moves along a guide portion of the mounting table 3. Each of the examples shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 constitutes a rotary blade holder 4 different from the above example (see FIG. 1), and provides a reference setting material 34 to restrict the approach of the rotary blade 1 to the polishing wheel operating unit 5. This is an example of a polishing apparatus that is used.
[0025]
The rotary blade holder 4 shown in FIG. 8 has a contact surface 25 corresponding to the approximate center height of the polishing grindstone 18, and the mounting table 3 provided with sliding legs 32, 32 facing downward, and the contact surface 25. And a projection shaft 2 projecting from the surface 25. The approaching / separating mechanism of the rotary blade holder 4 inserts the sliding legs 32, 32 into a pair of front and rear guide grooves 35, 35 which are guide portions provided on the base 8 and extending in the approaching / separating direction of the rotary blade 1. And the mounting table 3 that moves. The protruding portion 29 is continuously protruding from the contact surface 25, and the rotary blade 1 is fitted to the protruding shaft 2, and approaches and separates from the polishing grindstone operation unit 5 integrally with the mounting table 3.
[0026]
In the present example, a reference setting member 34 that is movable in the direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches and separates from the polishing grindstone operation unit 5 is further provided on the base 8, and a limiting plate 36 is mounted as a forward positioning portion that is locked to the reference setting member 34. It is provided on the table 3. The reference setting member 34 is a member having a locking surface 37, a base sliding contact surface 38, and an operation surface 39 formed by bending a metal plate material, and an adjustment slot 40 provided in the base sliding contact surface 38. It is fixed to the base 8 by the setting material fastening bolt 41 inserted through the long hole 40. The advancement of the rotary blade 1 is restricted by locking the limiting plate 36 of the mounting table 3 to the locking surface 37 of the reference setting member 34.
[0027]
The rotary blade holder 4 shown in FIG. 9 has a sliding surface 42 that is adjusted to substantially the center height of the grinding wheel 18, and the mounting table 3 having a side edge of the sliding surface 42 as a guide, The sliding surface 42 includes a contact surface portion 33 that moves with the guides 43 on both sides attached to respective side edges of the sliding contact surface 42, and the projection shaft 2 protruding from the contact surface portion 33. The approach / separation mechanism is configured by a contact surface portion 33 that moves with guides 43, 43 attached to side edges of a sliding contact surface 42 of the mounting table 3. The contact surface 33 continuously projects the protrusion 29. The rotary blade 1 is fitted to the projection shaft 2 and moves toward and away from the grinding wheel operating unit 5 while moving integrally with the contact surface portion 33. In this example, similarly to the above example (see FIG. 8), the reference setting member 34 is fixed to the base 8, and the limiting plate 36 provided on the contact surface 33 is locked to the locking surface 37 of the reference setting member 34. Thus, the advance of the rotary blade 1 is limited.
[0028]
The reference setting member 34 only needs to be able to suppress or prevent the rotating blade 1 from excessively approaching the grinding wheel operating unit 5. Therefore, instead of the configuration shown in FIG. 9, FIG. 10 (a perspective view of another example of a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holding portion 4 including a contact surface portion 33 that moves along the guide portion of the mounting table 3) and As shown in FIG. 11 (partial side view showing the function of the reference setting bolt 6), the reference setting bolt 6 is used as a reference setting member that is movable in the direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches and separates from the grinding wheel operating unit 5. A configuration in which the front surface 44 of the mounting table 3 is used as a forward positioning portion that is screwed into a position setting plate 30 that is a position setting portion that hangs down from above and that a tip of the reference setting bolt 6 contacts. The contact surface portion 33 can prevent the rotating blade 1 from excessively approaching the polishing grindstone operation portion 5 by the reference setting bolt 6 that advances until the front end contacts the front surface 44.
[0029]
FIG. 12 is a perspective view of a further example of a polishing apparatus provided with a rotary blade holder 4 including a contact surface portion 33 that moves along a guide portion of the mounting table 3, and FIG. 13 shows a position setting provided on the contact surface portion 33. FIG. 6 is a partial side view showing the function of a reference setting bolt 6 screwed to a position setting plate 30 which is a part. In this example, a reference setting bolt 6 that is locked to the mounting table 3 in the direction in which the rotary blade 1 approaches the polishing wheel operating unit 5 is screwed into a position setting plate 30 that is a position setting unit attached to the contact surface 33, A configuration in which a compression spring 31 that repels the rotating blade 1 in a direction away from the grinding wheel operating unit 5 is attached to the reference setting bolt 6, thereby urging the projection shaft 2 in a direction in which the rotating blade 1 approaches the grinding wheel operating unit 5. It is. Thereby, the projection shaft 2 always moves forward due to the repulsion of the compression spring 31 and limits the retreat of the rotary blade 1, and the extension amount of the compression spring 31 limits the advance amount of the projection shaft 2, that is, the rotation blade 1 with respect to the grinding wheel 18. 1 can be prevented from approaching abnormally.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is necessary to firstly change (a) the polishing of the top blade and (b) the polishing of the belly blade in each of the rotary blades by means of the polishing wheel operating unit by replacing the polishing wheel (replacement of the electric polishing tool = grinder). , And can be realized with easy and fine adjustment. This absorbs the difference in the posture (particularly the horizontal angle of the polishing wheel) of the polishing wheel based on the various types of electric polishing tools having different structures, and brings about an effect that any electric polishing tool can be used similarly. By providing a rotary blade holder that moves only in the direction in which the rotary blade approaches and separates from the polishing wheel operating unit, accurate (a) polishing of the top blade and (b) accurate polishing of the belly blade are also possible. I do. Furthermore, by the reference setting material provided in the rotary blade operating section, and the bias of the rotary blade in the approaching direction to the grinding wheel, the device user presses the rotary blade to address the grinding wheel without paying particular attention. Alternatively, since only a simple operation such as pulling the rotary blade for blade feeding need be considered, the labor is reduced. The present invention has the effect of realizing easier and finer polishing of the rotary blade than in the past with such a simple operation.
