Abstract
Description
【0001】

(21) There is provided a filter (27) in which a porous filter cloth support (25) is mounted inside and a filter cloth (26) is further mounted inside the porous filter cloth support (25).
[0003]
In order to perform the solid-liquid separation treatment with the filter (27), the liquid to be treated is press-fitted from the liquid inlet (23) at the upper end, and the liquid to be treated is subjected to solid-liquid separation by the filter cloth (26). The solids in the liquid to be treated accumulate and adhere to the filter cloth (26) as filter cake C, and the filtrate passes through the filter cloth (26) and is discharged from the filtrate discharge port (24).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the filter (27), the filter cloth (26) is removed after filtration to remove and remove the filter cake C accumulated in the filter cloth (26). It was very time-consuming.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, as a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, a filtrate discharge washing liquid inlet (10) is provided at an upper end of a can body (2), a filter cake discharge port (11) is provided at a lower end, and a side portion thereof is provided. An inlet for liquid to be treated (13) is provided, a porous filter cloth support (6) is provided inside the upper half (2A) of the can body (2), and a porous filter cloth support (6) is provided inside the can (2). A bag-like filter cloth (8) is arranged, and the filter cloth (8) is turned upside down by fixing the periphery (9) of the lower end opening of the filter cloth (8) to the middle of the can body (2). A filter (1). It is desirable that the can body (2) can be divided into upper and lower parts.
[0006]
[Action]
The liquid to be treated is press-fitted into the can (2) from the liquid inlet (13) at the lower end. The filter cloth (8) bulges upward due to the pressure input of the liquid to be treated, and presses against the porous filter cloth support (6) in the upper half (2A). The solid content in the liquid to be treated accumulates as filter cake C inside the filter cloth (8), and the filtrate passes through the outside of the filter cloth (8) and is discharged from the filtrate discharge washing liquid inlet (10). Is done.
After the completion of the filtration, the washing liquid is injected under pressure from the filtrate discharge washing liquid inlet (10). The filter cloth (8) bulges upside down to the lower half (2B) side due to the pressure input of the cleaning liquid, and at this time, the filter cake (C) naturally peels off from the filter cloth (8) and the outside of the filter cloth (8). Is extruded by the washing liquid passing through the filter body and discharged from the filter cake discharge port (11) of the can body (2).
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The present invention will be described with reference to one embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The can body (2) of the filter (1) is divided into an upper half (2A) and a lower half (2B). The upper half (2A) and the lower half (2B) abut the flanges (3A, 3B) and are fixed by bolts (4) and nuts (5).
[0008]
A porous filter cloth support (6) such as a net or punched metal is attached inside the upper half (2A). The porous filter cloth support (6) has a lower end flange (7) sandwiched and fixed between the upper half (2A) and lower half (2B) flanges (3A, 3B) of the can body (2). . Furthermore, a bag-like filter cloth (8) is stretched inside the porous filter cloth support (6), and the periphery of the opening (9) of the filter cloth (8) is also placed on the can body (2). It is sandwiched and fixed between the flanges (3A, 3B) of the half (2A) and the lower half (2B).
[0009]

(11) is provided, and a liquid to be treated inlet (13) provided with a valve (14) is provided at a side portion thereof.
[0010]
In the filter (1) having the above configuration, the valve (14) is opened, and the liquid to be treated is pressed into the can (2) from the liquid inlet (13). The injection of the liquid to be treated is performed by a pump (not shown). In the can (2), the liquid to be treated pushes up the filter cloth (8) upward as shown in FIG. 1 by pressure input to swell, and is pressed against the porous filter cloth support (6). The liquid to be treated is filtered by the filter cloth (8), and the solid content dispersed in the liquid to be treated is accumulated as filter cake C inside the filter cloth (8), and the filtrate passes through the filter cloth (8) outside. And discharged from the filtrate discharge washing liquid inlet (10) at the upper end of the can body (2).
[0011]
After the filtration step, the washing liquid (for example, water) is pressed into the can (2) from the filtrate discharge washing liquid inlet (10). As shown in FIG. 2, the filter cloth (8) is turned upside down and swells due to the pressure input of the cleaning liquid. At this time, the filter residue C accumulated and adhered to the inside of the filter cloth (8) is crushed and peeled off by the inside-out force, and is further removed by being washed away by the pressure of the washing liquid passing outside. The filter cake C thus removed from the filter cloth (8) is discharged from the filter cake discharge port (11) by opening the valve (12).
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, the filter cake accumulated on the filter cloth can be naturally removed without removing the filter cloth from the can body.
