本発明は洋式即ち着座式便器の構造に関わる技術に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の洋式即ち着座式便器の着座部の形状は着座面がおおむね水平になっている。従って使用者の着座時の姿勢も腰から膝にかけてのいわゆる大腿部の体位はほぼ水平になる。一方着座式でない和式便器による排便時の姿勢はいわゆるしゃがむ姿勢、従って大腿部の体位は前上がりの屈曲した姿勢となる事になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の様に従来の洋式便器と和式便器とでは使用者の排便時の姿勢は大きく異なっていて、その結果大便排出時の排出感即ち排出性に差が有るように思われる。 即ち一般的にも云われているし、本発明者の体験的実感でもそうであるが排便性はしゃがむ姿勢で排便する和式便器の方が良いようである。しかし近年の家屋建物の傾向として大小便に兼用出来て使用空間が狭くてすみ、且つ衛生管理上も優れている洋式便器の方がより普及してゆく傾向にある。 一方排便性の良否は即便秘症に直結する要素であり、その主要因は食生活によると云えども増々普及しつつある洋式便器による排便姿勢が排便性の点から必ずしも最適のものではないと思われるので、その改善を計る事を課題とする。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
従来の和式便器と着座式の洋式便器との排便性の差は排便時の姿勢にあると考えて本発明者が種々試みた結果、上体は垂直のまま大腿部を前上がりに屈曲させ、さらに臀部下部を前方へ持ち上げるような体位が肛門部が最も開放され易く排便性が良くなると云う結果を感得した。そこで本発明者は着座式便器に於いて着座時の体位がそのような姿勢になるよう着座式便器の着座部の形状を変えて着座式便器の排便性の向上を計るものである。
【発明実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形熊を示す実施例の図面を参照にして説明する。
図１の実施例は着座式便器上部の便座部１に於いて臀部着座面３に対して着座者の前方に凸部２を設けて大腿部着座部が寸法矢印５の如く数センチ高くなる様にしたものである。尚その際大腿部上部下面即ち臀部に近い所が接する部位には大腿部を押し上げる様な突起部１０を設けておく。
図２は上記の様な側面視形状を成した着座式便器の平面視形状を示したもので、便座開口部形状を従来の楕円形では無く前方は図１の突起部１０該当位置までＵ字形開口部７の様にしたものである。
図３は図１の実施例に示す形状をなす便座部１の上部に従来の着座式便器の便座面と同様に水平な着座面を有する小便座１２をヒンジ支点部１６を中心に回動開閉出来るようにして取り付けたものである。
図４は図２の実施例のＵ字形開口部７の形状を図１のＢ−Ｂ方向から見たものでＵ字形開口部は下方の仮想線１４までではなく下方は開口線１５の様に広げておく。

【発明の効果】
以上のように構成した本発明の着座式便器によれば、大便排便時着座者の体姿勢は上半身は垂直に大腿部は前高になりその時の両者の成す角度は角度矢印４の如く鋭角を成すことになり更に突起部１０の接触により臀部が前方に引き上げられる形になる。発明者の体験によれば、その結果肛門部は開放され易い体勢になり、垂直な上体の体姿勢による腹圧の下方への圧力とあい増して排便がし易くなる効果を生ずる。
図２の前方のＵ字形開口部７は突起部１０の大腿部押し上げ効果が大腿部全体におよぶように当たり面を広くしたものである。
以上のように図１の実施例のような着座式便器によれば大便排便性に優れた便器を提供出来るが、着座式洋式便器は大小便共用であり、小用時にも大便意を催すような事は好ましくないと思われるので、小用時には図３の如く本発明による便座部１の上に取り付けた小便座１２を使用すれば従来と同様に小便の用をたすことができる、尚大便排便時には同小便座１２は矢印１３のように開けて便座部１を使用することになる。尚図４の開口線１５は小用時飛沫の飛散に備えたものである。
以上のように本発明品によれば近年増々普及する傾向にある洋式即ち着座式便器の排便性を向上させ近年現代病の一つとも云われる便秘症解消の一助とすることが出来る。

As described above, the user's posture at the time of defecation differs greatly between the conventional Western-style toilet and the Japanese-style toilet, and as a result, it seems that there is a difference in the discharge feeling when the stool is discharged, that is, the dischargeability. That is, although it is generally said that the inventor of the present invention has a practical experience, a Japanese toilet that defecates in a squatting posture seems to be better. However, in recent years, there has been a tendency for Western toilets that can be used for both large and small stools and have a small space to be used, and that are excellent in hygiene management. On the other hand, the quality of defecation is a factor directly related to immediate constipation, and the main factor is that it is due to eating habits, but the defecation posture of increasingly widespread Western toilets is not necessarily optimal in terms of defecation. The task is to measure the improvement.

[Means for solving the problem]
The inventor of the present invention considered that the difference in defecation between the conventional Japanese toilet and the seated Western toilet was in the posture during defecation, and as a result, the upper body was bent upward and the thigh was bent forward. In addition, the user felt that the body position in which the lower part of the buttocks was lifted forward opened the anal part most easily and improved defecation. Therefore, the present inventor intends to improve the defecation of the seated toilet by changing the shape of the seating portion of the seated toilet so that the body position when seated in the seated toilet assumes such a posture.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of an embodiment showing the embodiment.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, a convex portion 2 is provided in front of a seated person with respect to a buttocks seating surface 3 in a toilet seat 1 above a seated toilet, so that a thigh seating portion becomes several centimeters higher as indicated by an arrow 5. The front U-shaped opening 7 in FIG. 2 has a wider contact surface so that the effect of pushing up the thigh by the projection 10 extends over the entire thigh.
As described above, according to the seated toilet as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, a toilet with excellent stool defecation can be provided. Therefore, it is not preferable to use the urinal seat 12 mounted on the toilet seat 1 according to the present invention as shown in FIG. At the time of stool defecation, the urinal seat 12 is opened as shown by the arrow 13 and the toilet seat 1 is used. Note that the opening line 15 in FIG. 4 is provided in preparation for the scattering of droplets during small use.
As described above, according to the product of the present invention, it is possible to improve the defecation of a Western-type toilet seat, which is becoming more and more popular in recent years, and to help eliminate constipation, which is one of modern diseases in recent years.
