Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet that is constituted to be sandwiched between toes for reducing musty state between the toes and preventing or curing dermatoses between toes. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet constituted to be sandwiched between toes is manufactured by treating a fiber or an auxiliary agent that can well absorb water or sebum. (1) A base sheet is cut into a piece having a size fittable to the backs of toes and to the backsides of the roots of the toes. Then the cut piece is folded until the sheet partially stands vertically from the base sheet. Then the standing parts of the sheet are maid to be sandwitched between toes. It is preferable to form four standing parts. (2) It is preferable to utilize such a fiber, or the like that can well absorb water or sebum for the sheet. (3) It is also preferable to apply an adhesive to the surface of the base sheet so that the sheet may not be peeled readily from the skin of the sole of a foot. この発明は水分あるいは皮脂吸収シートの加工技術を用いて、足の指の間に挟めるシートを製造することにある。

足の蒸れやにおいを防ぐために種々の助剤を配合したインソールなどがあるが、足の指の間には効果がない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
人の皮下組織には、二種の汗腺と一種の脂線からなる内分泌組織がある。靴などを長時間履いていると足指のまわりにかかる圧迫がもたらす不快感のため、先ず脂質を含んだ汗が分泌してくる。この汗の中の分泌物は細菌により分解され、悪臭を放つ。歩行による足の発熱を防ぐため、気化熱で下げようと、水性の汗が分泌される。靴の中ではこの汗が気化して外に出ていきにくいため、足の指の回り、特に指間は多湿状態になる。また温度も高いため、汗腺は汗を出し続ける。その結果多汗症、臭汗症や脂症と言われる結果になる。またこのような条件下では汗の成分を食べて悪臭を出す細菌だけでなく、水虫や他の菌類にとって最高の生息条件のため増殖がはやい。これらの状態を軽減するためには、皮膚の水分をすばやく吸い取ることが効果的である。特に足の指の間の水分をすばやく吸い取ることで、足の快適さを体験できる。同時に皮脂を吸収することでより良い快適さを得ることができる。
現在スポンジなどでできた指に挟む製品等が売られているが、これらには水分や皮脂の吸収効果を期待できない。また装着時はあまり快適ではなく、さらにその状態で靴を履くのは不可能である。またインソール等も販売されているが、指の間には効果がない。よってより実用的な物を開発する必要があり、本発明に至った。
水分の吸収剤や水分あるいは皮脂の吸収に優れた繊維を加工し、シート状にし、足の各指の間に挟めるようにすることにより足の指間の不快感を除くことができる。一枚のシートを折り曲げ、足の指の間に挟む部分を垂直に立ち上げて製造できるため、製造費を低くおさえ、毎日使い捨て使用できる価格での販売が可能である。

【問題を解決するための手段】
イ）足指の裏および指の付け根の裏側にフィットするサイズに基盤シートを裁断する。裁断した基盤シートを折っていき、基盤シートからシートの一部が垂直に立つようにする。これらのシートは指の間に挟めるようにする。垂直部のシート枚数は四枚が好ましいが必要に応じて一枚、二枚、あるいは三枚でもよい。垂直に立てるためのシート部分は別に準備したものを基盤シートに接着してもよい。また型に入れて基盤シートから垂直シート部分が出るように成型してもよい。
ロ）シートには水分または皮脂の吸収に優れた繊維などを利用するのが好ましい。シートには水分または皮脂吸収に優れる剤を配合したり、足のにおいを軽減する剤、足の皮膚病を予防あるいは治療する薬剤を配合しても良い。
ハ）基盤シート表面に接着剤を塗り、足裏の皮膚からシートが剥がれにくくするのが好ましい。
ニ）垂直のシートの端部分は足指の付け根に触れるようにするのが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
水分吸収に優れた繊維でつくったシートを足指の幅にフィットするように裁断し、折り曲げて垂直部分を四カ所作り、それを足の指間に挟んだ。足指の裏からシートが剥がれにくいように、接着のりを基盤シート表面に塗布した。

【発明の効果】
足指の間に発明シートを装着し、靴を履いた状態で朝８時から夕方５時まで過ごした。装着中は指間がじとじとすることがなく、快適であった。
装着前と後でシートの重さを計った結果は表１の通りであり、シートの重量は平均０。１グラム増加していた。

Also, because of the high temperature, the sweat glands continue to sweat. The result is what is referred to as hyperhidrosis, odor sweating and sebum. Under such conditions, not only bacteria that eat the components of sweat and produce odors, but also athlete's foot and other fungi have the best inhabiting conditions, so that they grow rapidly. To alleviate these conditions, it is effective to quickly absorb skin moisture. In particular, you can experience the comfort of your feet by quickly absorbing moisture between your toes. At the same time, better comfort can be obtained by absorbing sebum.
At present, products sandwiched between fingers made of sponge or the like are on sale, but they cannot be expected to absorb moisture or sebum. Also, it is not very comfortable when worn, and it is impossible to wear shoes in that state. Insoles are also sold, but have no effect between fingers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more practical product, and the present invention has been achieved.
The discomfort between the toes can be eliminated by processing a water absorbent or a fiber excellent in absorbing moisture or sebum, forming it into a sheet, and sandwiching it between the toes. Since one sheet can be folded and the portion sandwiched between the toes can be made upright to manufacture, the manufacturing cost can be kept low and the product can be sold at a disposable price every day.
