Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to manufacture a sheet to be sandwiched between toes using a processing technique of a moisture or sebum absorbing sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are insoles containing various auxiliaries to prevent stuffiness and smell of the feet, but there is no effect between the toes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In human subcutaneous tissue, there are endocrine tissues composed of two types of sweat glands and one type of sebaceous gland. When wearing shoes or the like for a long time, the pressure around the toes causes discomfort, so that sweat containing lipids is first secreted. The secretions in this sweat are broken down by bacteria and give off a bad smell. Aqueous sweat is secreted to prevent the foot from fevering due to walking while trying to lower it with vaporization heat. This sweat vaporizes in the shoes and is difficult to go outside, so that the area around the toes, especially between the fingers, becomes humid. Also, because of the high temperature, the sweat glands continue to sweat. The result is what is referred to as hyperhidrosis, odor sweating and sebum. Under such conditions, not only bacteria that eat the components of sweat and produce odors, but also athlete's foot and other fungi have the best inhabiting conditions, so that they grow rapidly. To alleviate these conditions, it is effective to quickly absorb skin moisture. In particular, you can experience the comfort of your feet by quickly absorbing moisture between your toes. At the same time, better comfort can be obtained by absorbing sebum.
At present, products sandwiched between fingers made of sponge or the like are on sale, but they cannot be expected to absorb moisture or sebum. Also, it is not very comfortable when worn, and it is impossible to wear shoes in that state. Insoles are also sold, but have no effect between fingers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more practical product, and the present invention has been achieved.
The discomfort between the toes can be eliminated by processing a water absorbent or a fiber excellent in absorbing moisture or sebum, forming it into a sheet, and sandwiching it between the toes. Since one sheet can be folded and the portion sandwiched between the toes can be made upright to manufacture, the manufacturing cost can be kept low and the product can be sold at a disposable price every day.
[0004]
[Means to solve the problem]
B) Cut the base sheet to a size that fits the back of the toes and the bottom of the base of the fingers. Fold the cut base sheet so that a part of the sheet stands vertically from the base sheet. These sheets can be sandwiched between fingers. The number of sheets in the vertical portion is preferably four, but may be one, two, or three as necessary. The sheet portion for standing upright may be separately prepared and bonded to the base sheet. Alternatively, it may be molded in a mold so that the vertical sheet portion comes out of the base sheet.
B) It is preferable to use a fiber or the like which is excellent in absorbing moisture or sebum for the sheet. The sheet may contain an agent excellent in water or sebum absorption, an agent for reducing foot odor, and an agent for preventing or treating foot skin disease.
C) It is preferable to apply an adhesive to the surface of the base sheet to make it difficult for the sheet to peel off from the skin of the sole.
D) The end of the vertical sheet preferably touches the base of the toe.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Sheets made of fiber with excellent moisture absorption were cut to fit the width of the toes and folded to make four vertical sections, which were sandwiched between toes. An adhesive paste was applied to the surface of the base sheet so that the sheet was not easily peeled from the back of the toe.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
He spent the day from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening wearing his shoes between his toes and wearing shoes. During the wearing, the fingers did not get stuck, so it was comfortable.
The results of weighing the sheet before and after mounting are shown in Table 1, where the weight of the sheet increased by an average of 0.1 gram.
