Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at reduction of cost by utilizing a box such as a corrugated cardboard good also for other purposes as a box body for a simple toilet and to enable excrements to be hygienically stored after use, for a simple toilet structure or a simple toilet. <P>SOLUTION: The simple toilet structure 20 constituting the simple toilet 1 mounted on the box body 4 having an opening is provided with a toilet seat structure 2 and a storage bag 3 to be freely mounted on the toilet seat structure 2. 【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、地震や火災等の災害時において、段ボール箱等の箱体と組み合わせて使用可能な簡易トイレを構成するための簡易トイレ構成体および簡易トイレに関する。

【従来の技術】
地震や大火災等の災害時においては、その被害状況によってトイレが使用不能となることが多く、この場合に、簡易に使用可能なトイレの提供が要請されている。
従来、このような場合に使用される簡易トイレとしては、移動・保管等の利便性を考慮して、段ボール材を加工したものが各種提供されている。この種の簡易トイレは、簡易トイレの本体部を構成する箱体が簡易トイレ専用部品として構成されたものであり、また、便座部分の座面が外部に露出するものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の簡易トイレにおいては、簡易トイレの使用部分である箱体が専用品であるため、簡易トイレ一品毎に箱体の製造が必要となり、製品全体のコストが嵩むという問題があった。
また、便座部分の座面が外部に露出する構成であるため、排泄物が座面に付着した場合に、排泄物が座面に浸透するなどして、不衛生な状態になるという問題があった。

この発明は、上述した事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、簡易トイレ用の箱体として、他の用途に使用可能な段ボール等の箱体を使用して全体的な製品コストの削減を図り、使用後に排泄物等を衛生的に格納できる簡易トイレ構成体および簡易トイレを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、この発明は以下の手段を提案している。
請求項１に係る発明は、開口部を有する箱体に装着されて簡易トイレを構成する簡易トイレ構成体であって、便座構成体と、該便座構成体に装着自在な収容袋とを備え、前記便座構成体は、板状体の内方に糞尿取入用の開口部が形成されると共に、対向する端部のそれぞれに、折り曲げて前記箱体の開口部に係合する係合片を有する構成とされ、前記収容袋は、前記便座構成体の開口部内に、その下方を挿入した状態にて、その上方開口部が、便座面となる該便座構成体の上面を覆って、該便座構成体の周縁部に係合可能な大きさを有していることを特徴とする簡易トイレ構成体を提案している。

この簡易トイレ構成体を利用して簡易トイレを使用する際には、はじめに、便座構成体の係合片を箱体の開口部に係合させて装着する。そして、収容袋の下方を便座構成体の開口部を通じて箱体の内部に入れた状態で、収容袋の上方開口部を便座構成体の上面に被せると共に、便座構成体の周縁部に係合させる。
この簡易トイレを使用した後には、収容袋を便座構成体から取り外すと共に、上方開口部を閉塞した状態で箱体内部に収納し、簡易トイレを廃棄することができる。また、便座構成体および箱体を繰り返して使用する場合には、収容袋を便座構成体および箱体から取り外して、収容袋のみを廃棄する。

請求項２に係る発明は、請求項１に記載の簡易トイレ構成体において、前記板状体の端部に前記係合片を一の領域から区画する切れ目が形成され、該切れ目を境に該係合片を折り曲げたときに、前記一の領域に前記収容袋を係合させる係合凸部が形成されることを特徴とする簡易トイレ構成体を提案している。
この発明に係る簡易トイレ構成体によれば、収容袋の上方開口部を係合凸部に係合させるため、収容袋を便座構成体に確実に取り付けることが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１から図５はこの発明に係る一実施形態を示しており、この実施の形態に係る簡易トイレ１は、図１に示すように、便座構成体２と、収容袋３と、箱体４とを備えた構成とされている。
便座構成体２は、図２，３に示すように、板状に形成された段ボール材から構成されたものであり、平面視略矩形状に形成されている。この便座構成体２の中央部には、略矩形状の開口部５が形成され、その端部６，６には、切れ目７が形成されている。この開口部５は、予め、板状体８に開口部５の周縁部５ａとなる切れ目５ｂを形成しておき、切れ目５ｂの内側の蓋体部９となる部分を切り離すことによって形成されるものである。

また、切れ目７は、便座構成体２を箱体４に取り付ける際の係合片１０を折り曲げて形成し、かつ、折り曲げた際に、後述する収容袋３の開口部が係合する係合凸部１１を形成するものである。すなわち、図４に示すように、この切れ目７を境に係合片１０を折り曲げることにより、係合片１０が箱体４に係合可能となり、収容袋３を係合する係合凸部１１が形成されることになる。
この係合凸部１１の角部１２は、収容袋３が破れたり、簡易トイレの使用者が怪我をしたりすることを防止するため、なだらかな円弧状に形成されている。なお、係合片１０の角部も、同様になだらかな円弧状に形成されている。

また、便座構成体２は、開口部５を中にして、互いに並行して一方向に延びる一対の側板部１３と、これら側板部１３の両端間に互いに並行して延びる一対の端板部１４とを備えている。側板部１３は、係合片１０を箱体４に係合させた際に、後述する箱体４の開口部の周縁部に当接するようになっている。

蓋体部９は、開口部５を閉塞するためのものであり、その中央部には、開口部９ａが形成されている。この開口部９ａは、図２，３に示すように、予め、Ｈ字状の切れ目９ｃを形成しておき、切れ目９ｃにより囲まれている一対の開口片９ｂを、蓋体部９の裏面９ｄ側に向けて折り曲げることによって形成されるものである。

なお、この実施の形態においては、この板状体８を形成する段ボール材は、図５に示すように、３つの平板１５と、これら各平板１５間に介装された波板１６ａ，１６ｂとから形成されている。この波板１６ａ，１６ｂの波うち方向は、端板部１４，１４を結ぶ方向となっている。

箱体４は、図７に示すように、六面体からなる段ボール箱であり、各種飲料水が充填されたアルミ缶・ペットボトル等の容器を複数個収容する、所謂汎用品である。この箱体４においては、その上部の周縁部４ａに形成されている段ボール箱の蓋となる部分を内方に折り返すことにより、開口部４ｂが形成されるようになっている。
この構成において、便座構成体２および収容袋３は、図１に示すように、箱体４と共に簡易トイレ１として機能するための簡易トイレ構成体２０を構成している。

以上のように構成された簡易トイレ１の組み立て方法について説明する。
はじめに、図３に示すように、便座構成体２から蓋体部９を切り離し、開口部５を形成する。次いで、図４に示すように、係合片１０を端板部１４に対して折り曲げる。そして、図８に示すように、係合片１０を箱体４の開口部４ｂに係合させて、便座構成体２を箱体４に装着する。この状態では、側板部１３が開口部４ｂの周縁部４ａに当接することになる。
最後に、収容袋３の底部１７ａを便座構成体２の開口部５に挿入して箱体４の内部に入れ、収容袋３の開口部１７ｂを、便座面となる便座構成体２の上面２ａに被せると共に、係合凸部１１に係合させる。これにより、図１に示す簡易トイレ１の組み立てが完了し、簡易トイレ１の使用が可能となる。

この簡易トイレ１では、複数人数で一定期間の排泄物を収容できるようになっており、各人がこの簡易トイレ１を使用する毎に、蓋体部９を開口部５に覆い被せることにより、開口部５を閉塞できるようになっている。この開口部５を閉塞することにより、排泄物の臭気を遮断すると共に、ハエ等の侵入を防止することができる。

開口部５が蓋体部９により閉塞された状態から、簡易トイレ１を使用する場合には、使用者が、開口部５から蓋体部９を取り外し、使用の終了後に再び蓋体部９を開口部５に覆い被せる。このように、蓋体部９を移動させる際には、使用者が、指を蓋体部９の開口部９ａに挿入すると共に、開口片９ｂに係合させて、蓋体部９を持ち上げる。

簡易トイレ１を使用して、収容袋３内に収容された排泄物が所定量に達した場合には、収容袋３を係合凸部１１から取り外し、収容袋３の開口部１７ｂを閉塞した状態で箱体４内に収納する。そして、簡易トイレ１を焼却することにより、排泄物を廃棄することができる。
また、使用態様によっては、収容袋３を便座構成体２および箱体４から取り外して、収容袋３のみを廃棄する。そして、これら便座構成体２および箱体４を再度利用して、未使用の新しい収容袋を取り付けるとしてもよい。
