Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a height adjusting device for a musical instrument playing chair capable of performing height adjustment by raising or lowering a seat of a chair used when playing a musical instrument such as a piano.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 shows a conventional musical instrument playing chair used for playing musical instruments such as a piano and an organ. The musical instrument playing chair 100 shown in FIG. 1 has a plurality of legs 101 extending in the vertical direction, a seat 102 formed in a flat plate shape so that a player can sit thereon, and these legs 101 and the seat. And a height adjustment device 103 interposed therebetween.
[0003]
According to the above-mentioned musical instrument playing chair, before playing the musical instrument, the player operates the height adjusting device 103 to raise or lower the seat 102 with respect to the leg 101, and adjust the seat 102 to an arbitrary height. And perform at a desired sitting height. The height adjustment device 103 includes a leg-side frame 104 fixed to the leg 101 side, a seat-side frame 105 fixed to the seat 102 side, a pantograph mechanism 106 suspended by these, and the pantograph mechanism. It mainly comprises a rod-shaped member 107 for operating the rod-shaped member 106, and a handle portion 108 formed at the tip of the rod-shaped member 107 and which can be gripped by an operator.
[0004]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, a left screw 107a and a right screw 107b are formed on two outer peripheral surfaces of the rod-shaped member 107, and a female screw (non-threaded) that meshes with each of these screws 107a and 107b. (Illustration) is formed. The sliding members 109a and 109b are suspended by a pair of left and right seat-side frames 105, and can be moved toward or away from each other when the rod-shaped member 107 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.
[0005]
That is, when the player rotates right or left while gripping the handle portion 108, the rod-shaped member 107 rotates to slide the sliding members 109a and 109b toward or away from each other. When the sliding members 109a and 109b slide in the approaching direction, the pantograph mechanism 106 performs an operation of descending the seat 102, and when the sliding members 109a and 109b slide in the separating direction, the pantograph mechanism 106 operates to elevate the seat 102. Therefore, the height of the seat 102 can be adjusted.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional apparatus for adjusting the height of a musical instrument playing chair, since the screw formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod-shaped member 107 is formed of a single thread, the handle portion 108 is required to quickly raise or lower the seat portion 102. Must be rotated quickly, and there is a problem that inconvenience occurs when a quicker adjustment operation is required, for example, when adjusting the height of the seat immediately before the performance.
[0007]
Further, in order to perform the raising or lowering operation of the seat portion 102 quickly, it is conceivable to increase the pitch of the male screw of the rod-shaped member 107 and the corresponding female screw (to increase the lead). If the lead angle becomes large, the following problems will occur. In other words, if the lead angle is large, the meshing friction between the female screw and the male screw is reduced, so that a relatively large load is applied downward from the seat 102 by the operator sitting on the seat 102 or the like. The rod-shaped member 107 is rotated by the load, and the seat 102 may be lowered even during non-operation.
[0008]
Further, when the pitch is increased, the meshing portion between the male screw and the female screw is reduced, so that there is a problem in that the strength with respect to the load downward from the seat 102 is reduced. In particular, since the safety standards set by the government and the like are set to withstand relatively high loads, there is a possibility that the safety standards will not be satisfied if the strength is reduced.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to quickly adjust the height of the seat, and to surely maintain the height and strength of the seat after the height adjustment. An object of the present invention is to provide a height adjusting device for a musical instrument playing chair.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a pair of leg side frames fixed to the leg portions while extending horizontally with respect to the leg portions extending in the vertical direction, and extending substantially in parallel with the leg side frames. A pair of seat-side frames fixed to a seat that can be seated while being seated, and a plurality of support members are disposed across the seat-side frame and the leg-side frame while intersecting, and one end of the support member is provided. A pantograph mechanism that is swingable and the other end is slidable along the seat-side frame or the leg-side frame, a bar-shaped member having an external thread formed on the outer peripheral surface, and meshing with the external thread An operation unit having a sliding member connected to the pantograph mechanism while having an internal thread, and by rotating the rod-shaped member of the operation unit clockwise or counterclockwise, a supporting member is provided via the sliding member. Slide the other end of the arm to raise or lower the seat In the height adjustment device of the chair musical performances to perform the height adjustment by, characterized in that the male thread and the female thread of the operation portion is made of a multi-threaded screw.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the height adjusting device for a musical instrument playing chair according to the first aspect, the sliding member includes a pair of members that can approach or separate from each other, and a bar-shaped member extends over these members. The male screw and the female screw formed in each case are made of a multi-threaded screw.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the height adjusting device for a musical instrument playing chair according to the first or second aspect, a handle portion to be gripped by an operator is provided at a tip of the rod-shaped member.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
The musical instrument playing chair applied to the present embodiment is one in which a player sits when playing a musical instrument such as a piano or an organ, and the height of the seat is adjusted more frequently than chairs for other uses. Should be. As shown in FIG. 1, such a musical instrument playing chair has four legs 1, a frame 2 extending horizontally to connect the legs 1, and a seat on which a player can sit. 3 and a height adjusting device 4 interposed between the leg 1, the frame 2, and the seat 3.
[0014]
The leg 1 is made of a columnar wooden member (or may be a metal welding pipe member or the like) having a rectangular cross section extending in the vertical direction, and supports the seat 3 and the height adjusting device 4 located above. Things. The lower end of each leg 1 is fitted with a resin leg cap 1a that is in contact with the floor, so that the floor on which the musical instrument playing chair is installed is not damaged. The number of the legs 2 may be three or five or more.
[0015]
The frame portion 2 constitutes a part of the leg portion 1, and has a beam-shaped wooden member having a rectangular cross section (or a C-shaped metal sheet metal member or the like) that connects adjacent upper ends of adjacent leg portions 1 extending vertically. Which are located on the front and back of the instrument playing chair are longer than those located on the side. That is, the chair as a whole is formed so as to have a rectangular shape in a plan view, and is designed so that the dimension in the width direction of the seat portion 3 disposed on the upper portion is increased.
[0016]
The seat 3 is made of a rectangular wooden plate on which a player can sit, and may have a cushion material or the like formed on the upper surface, for example, so that the player can easily sit. The seat 3 is fixed to an upper portion of the height adjusting device 4, and is configured to be able to move up or down with respect to the leg 1 and the frame 2 by operating the height adjusting device 4. .
[0017]
The height adjusting device 4 adjusts the height of the seat 3 by raising or lowering the seat 3 with respect to the leg 1 (floor surface). As shown in FIGS. A part-side frame 5, a seat-side frame 6, a pantograph mechanism 7 interposed between the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6, and an operation unit 8 disposed on an upper part of the pantograph mechanism 7. It is mainly composed of
[0018]
The leg side frame 5 is fixed to the leg 1 via the frame 2 while extending horizontally with respect to the leg 1 extending in the vertical direction. By being disposed on each side, a pair of members facing each other is configured. On the side surface of each leg-side frame 5, two grooves 5a of a predetermined length (four in total on the front side and the back side) are formed.
[0019]
The seat-side frame 6 is fixed to the back surface (the lower surface side in FIG. 2) of the seat 3 which can be seated while extending substantially parallel to the leg-side frame 5. Similarly, by being arranged on the front side and the back side of the musical instrument playing chair, a pair of members facing each other are configured. On the side surface of each seat-side frame 6, there is formed a groove 6a corresponding to the groove 5a of the leg-side frame 5 described above (a total of four grooves are formed on each seat-side frame 6).
[0020]
The pantograph mechanism 7 includes a plurality of support members 9 and 10 arranged so as to cross each other across the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6, and one end of the support member 9 has a leg-side portion. The support member 10 is swingably attached to the frame 5, and the other end is slidably attached to the seat-side frame 6, while the support member 10 has one end swingable with respect to the seat-side frame 6. The other end is slidably attached to the leg side frame 5.
[0021]
That is, one ends of the support members 9 and 10 (the lower end of the support member 9 and the upper end of the support member 10) are supported by the rivets R with respect to the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6, respectively. The other end (the upper end of the support member 9 and the lower end of the support member 10) is slidable about R, while the other end (the upper end of the support member 9 and the lower end of the support member 10) straddles the opposed grooves 5a, 6a in the leg side frame 5 and the seat side frame 6. The sliding members 11 and 12 are fixed to the formed sliding members 11 and 12, and are slidable by sliding along the grooves 5a and 6a.
[0022]
The portions where the support members 9 and 10 intersect are connected by rivets R ', and swinging about one end of the support members 9 and 10 and sliding of the other end are allowed while maintaining the intersecting state. are doing. That is, if the sliding member 12 (or 11) is slid, the supporting members 9 and 10 swing while intersecting, and the gap between the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6 can be changed. You can do it.
[0023]
Among the sliding members 11 and 12, the sliding member 12 straddling the groove 6a of the seat-side frame 6 has a rod-shaped member 13 having external threads 13a and 13b formed on the outer peripheral surface, as shown in FIG. Female screws 12a and 12b are formed to mesh with the male screws 13a and 13b, respectively. Note that the rod-shaped member 13 and the sliding member 12 constitute the operating unit 8 of the present invention, and the operating unit 8 is connected to the pantograph mechanism 7 via the sliding member 12.
[0024]
The male screws 13a and 13b formed on the rod 13 are left-handed and right-handed, respectively. When the rotating member 13 is rotated about its axis, the two sliding members 12 can be moved toward or away from each other. Note that the male screw 13a may be a right-hand screw and the male screw 13b may be a left-hand screw.
[0025]
Here, the male screws 13a and 13b and the female screws 12a and 12b in the present embodiment are formed by double-start screws. That is, when the pitch is the same as that of the single thread, a double lead can be obtained, so that the raising or lowering operation of the seat portion 3 by rotating the rod-shaped member 13 can be performed at twice the speed. I have. In this embodiment, the double thread is used. However, a multi-thread having three or more threads may be used. Even in this case, a lead several times larger than the single thread can be obtained. The raising or lowering operation of the unit 3 can be performed at high speed.
[0026]
Further, a handle portion 14 for an operator (mainly a musical instrument player) to grip is formed at the tip of the rod-shaped member 13. By rotating the handle portion 14 in a desired direction while gripping the handle portion 14, The rod-shaped member 13 is rotated so that the seat 3 can be raised or lowered.
[0027]
As described above, since the height is adjusted manually (manually) without rotating the rod-shaped member 13 by a motor or the like, the height adjustment of the seat 3 can be performed quickly. The effects of the present embodiment can be sufficiently exhibited. That is, in a musical instrument playing chair in which the player should adjust the height of the seat portion 3 by gripping the handle portion 14, the player often operates while sitting on the seat portion 3, for example. This is because the posture becomes unnatural and quick completion of adjustment is strongly desired. Of course, the bar-shaped member 13 may be driven to rotate by a separate motor.
[0028]
Next, the operation of the musical instrument playing chair height adjusting device 4 having the above configuration will be described.
When adjusting the height of the seat portion 3 as necessary, an operator such as a musical instrument player rotates the right or left direction while holding the handle portion 14. Accordingly, the rod 13 rotates around its axis, and the male screws 13a and 13b move the respective sliding members 12 while meshing with the female screws 12a and 12b. At this time, since the male screws 13a and 13b are formed in different directions, the sliding member 12 moves in a direction approaching or separating from each other.
[0029]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, when the sliding member 12 moves in the approaching direction (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5), the support member 9 swings around the rivet R in a direction in which the inclination angle with respect to the floor surface becomes smaller. Accordingly, the sliding members 11 also move in directions approaching each other, and the support member 10 swings around the rivet R in a direction in which the inclination angle with respect to the floor surface decreases. Accordingly, the seat 3 moves in the direction in which the distance H between the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6 decreases, and the position of the seat 3 can be lowered.
[0030]
Conversely, as shown in FIG. 6, when the sliding member 12 moves in a direction in which the sliding member 12 separates (the direction of the arrow in FIG. 6), the support member 9 swings around the rivet R in a direction in which the inclination angle with respect to the floor surface increases. Accordingly, the sliding member 11 also moves in the direction away from each other. As a result, the support member 11 also swings around the rivet R in the direction in which the inclination angle with respect to the floor surface increases, and the seat portion 3 in the direction in which the separation dimension H between the leg-side frame 5 and the seat-side frame 6 increases. Moves, and the position of the seat 3 can be raised.
[0031]
Here, in the present embodiment, since the male screw 13a and the female screw 12a are both double-threaded screws, the amount of movement of the sliding member 12 when the handle 14 is rotated once is twice as large as that of the single-threaded screw. Since the height of the seat 3 is lowered or doubled, the height of the seat 3 can be quickly adjusted. In addition, since the pitch is the same as that of the conventional single screw, the lead angles of the male screw 13a and the female screw 12a do not increase, and the height of the seat 3 after the height adjustment can be reliably maintained. , Strength can be maintained.
[0032]
That is, with the multi-thread screw, only the lead can be increased without changing the pitch, so that the meshing friction between the male screw and the female screw can be maintained. Even when a large load is applied, the rotation of the bar-shaped member 13 due to the load can be suppressed, and the seat 3 can be prevented from lowering when the handle 14 is not operated. Further, other problems caused by increasing the pitch (for example, a decrease in the engagement portion between the male screw and the female screw) can be avoided, and a relatively high load can be withstood.
[0033]
Although the present embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, various other forms (three or five or more legs 1 or a circular shape in plan view) And the like). Further, the handle portion may be provided at both ends of the rod-shaped member 13, or a female screw to be engaged with the male screw 13 a of the rod-shaped member 13 may be provided on the slide member 11 side so that the slide member 11 can be operated. You may.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the male screw and the female screw of the operating portion are formed of multi-threaded screws, the lead can be doubled or more while maintaining the same pitch as the conventional one, and the height of the seat can be adjusted. Can be done quickly. Furthermore, since the pitch is the same as the conventional one, the lead angle is not increased and the height of the seat after the height adjustment can be reliably maintained, and the strength can be maintained.
[0035]
According to the invention of claim 2, the sliding member is composed of a pair of members, the rod-shaped member is extended over these members, and the male screw and the female screw formed respectively are both multi-threaded screws. In addition, the height can be adjusted more quickly, and the strength can be further improved.
[0036]
According to the third aspect of the invention, since the height of the seat is adjusted by rotating the handle, the effect of the first and second aspects that the height can be quickly adjusted is sufficiently exhibited. be able to. That is, in a musical instrument playing chair in which the player should adjust the height of the seat portion by gripping the handle portion, for example, the player often operates while sitting on the seat portion, so that the posture at the time of operation is improper. This is because it becomes natural and quick completion of adjustment is strongly desired.
