Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0074】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and a device for acquiring information from a screen of an image display device such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a PDA without a communication function, and information acquired from a screen of an image display device such as a mobile phone. The present invention relates to a communication system that utilizes a communication method.
[0002]
In this specification, the term "mobile phone" includes a PHS and the like in addition to a mobile phone in a narrow sense, and also includes a PDA and the like having a wireless communication function.
Hereinafter, a mobile phone will be described as an example.
[0003]
[Prior art]
Today, with the development of telecommunications networks, such as telephones, advertising and sales of goods to be sold and services to be provided, and other surveys, etc. Activities and questionnaire surveys are also increasing.
[0004]
For such direct advertisements and questionnaire surveys, for example, according to the roster or list of the purchase target or the survey target obtained, a call is made to a large number of people, or a telephone having an area code or the like of the survey target area. Of the numbers, calls are made sequentially to the phone numbers selected at random, and if there is a response on the called phone, advertisements, sales, questionnaire surveys, etc. may be performed on those who responded. Many.
[0005]
Conventionally, such advertisements / sales, questionnaire surveys, etc. have been carried out by successively making telephone calls to telephone numbers listed in printed lists and lists, etc. In recent years, for example, in recent years, it has been possible to make a database of rosters and lists of callers, and to make a call to a telephone number stored in this database via a computer terminal such as a personal computer. Communication systems have been developed that can be configured to do so.
[0006]
As an example of such a system, there is, for example, a "telephone sales support system" disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-245051.
[0007]
This telephone sales support system is configured so that a telephone call can be made using a terminal device equipped with a headset or the like connected to a public line network, and an operator operates a customer list stored in a database. During the operation, the data called by the terminal is displayed on the screen of the terminal, and the operator directly operates a push button or the like of the telephone by, for example, instructing the start of dialing for a predetermined number by clicking a mouse. There is a system configured so that a computer terminal can efficiently make a call via a telephone line connected to the terminal without using the computer terminal.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Due to the spread of mobile phones, there are many cases where the above-mentioned advertisements, sales calls, and telephone calls for questionnaire surveys are made to mobile phones.
[0009]
In this case, the calling fee is set lower when calling between mobile phones than when calling from a general subscriber phone to a mobile phone. Telephones are advantageous in terms of call charges. Then, in order to reduce the trouble of directly operating the mobile phone by the operator making the call, the communication system having the same configuration as that of the above-described communication system is connected by connecting the mobile phone instead of the telephone line connected to the computer terminal. It can be formed using a telephone.
[0010]
By the way, in the communication system disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-245051, since the dial start and the line disconnection instruction to the computer terminal are all performed by the operator on the screen, for example, If the answering machine is away and there is no answer at the called telephone, the operator listens to a predetermined number of ring back tones (so-called "ringing tone"), determines that the customer target of this number is away, and disconnects the line. The operation is performed, and dialing is sequentially performed by selecting the start of dialing for the next customer target displayed on the screen. However, if all of these determinations are to be performed by the operator, the burden on the operator becomes enormous.
[0011]
Therefore, for example, if the above-mentioned computer terminal does not respond to the called telephone during a set timing (for example, reception of a ringback tone for a predetermined time or a set number of times, etc.), the called side will It may be possible to reduce the burden on the operator by disconnecting the line and making a call to the next target person's number in sequence, but the called telephone went on-hook. , That is, information indicating that a line has been established between the calling mobile phone and the called phone is not output via the serial pin of the mobile phone, so that the above-described determination is made by the computer. It cannot be done automatically at the terminal.
[0012]
However, as described above, the fact that a line has been established with the called telephone is not output as data from the serial pin, but at the same time as this line is established, the screen of the image display device such as a mobile phone is displayed. Above, it can be confirmed by the appearance of a talk time counter.
[0013]
As described above, in a mobile phone, although information cannot be obtained as data from a serial pin, there is a large amount of information obtained from an image displayed on a screen. If it is possible to acquire and use the information, it supplements the information acquired through the serial pin, or uses this information together with the information acquired through the serial pin to control various devices using a mobile phone. It is also possible to perform various complicated controls that could not be performed conventionally.
[0014]
Accordingly, a first object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for acquiring information displayed on a screen of an image display device such as a mobile phone in a state in which it can be used in another device or the like in the form of an electric signal or the like. The purpose is to.
[0015]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a communication system that can reduce the burden on an operator by using the above-described method and apparatus.
