Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a turntable for devices that rotatably supports various devices such as electric devices.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, various devices such as electric devices are known including small computers, word processors, facsimile machines and the like. However, in such devices, there are cases where it is desired to operate in a different direction other than the fixed position. In this case, various devices are rotatably supported on a device rotating table, and are rotated from a fixed position to be used in another direction when necessary.
[0003]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this kind of equipment turntable, for example, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-9931 is known.
As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, this includes a fixed base 1 grounded, and a movable base 2 rotatably supported by the fixed base 1 and on which equipment is mounted. The fixed base 1 is provided with a resin-made rail section 3 having a U-shaped cross section and a bottom wall 4 and a pair of peripheral walls 5. On the other hand, the movable base 2 is provided with a ring-shaped resin-made movable part 6 having a U-shaped cross section and provided with an upper wall 7 and a pair of side walls 8 so as to be rotatable on the rail part 3. On the upper wall 7 of the movable portion 6, a plurality of projecting sliders 10 which are in sliding contact with the bottom wall 4 of the rail portion 3 are integrally formed. Further, a sliding contact step portion 11 for slidingly contacting the outer peripheral wall 5 of the rail portion 3 is integrally formed on the outer side wall 8 of the movable portion 6. Furthermore, an inner step 13 is provided on the inner side wall 8 of the movable portion 6 so as to be prevented from falling off by the locking pieces 12 of the peripheral wall 5 inside the rail portion 3.
When the movable table 2 is rotated, the slider 10 of the movable section 6 slides on the bottom wall 4 of the rail section 3, and the sliding contact step 11 of the movable section 6 slides on the outer peripheral wall 5 of the slider 10. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional rotating table for equipment, since the slider 10 is formed integrally with the movable portion 6, the manufacturing is complicated. For example, when a mold is formed, it is difficult to manufacture a mold. However, there is a problem that the cost is high. In addition, if the slider 10 is worn out and reduced due to long-term use, the entire movable portion 6 must be replaced at the time of maintenance, so that there is a problem that waste is increased accordingly. Further, since the sliding step 11 of the movable portion 6 slides on the outer peripheral wall 5 of the slider 10, there is a problem that the rotation is not smooth if the sliding resistance is large. Further, the movable portion 6 has a drawback that the inner step 13 is prevented from coming off by the locking piece 12, but the holding is not always sufficient.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has a simplified structure of a slider portion to reduce manufacturing costs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotary table for equipment which reduces dynamic resistance and improves rotational performance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the present invention for solving such a problem is a device rotating table including a fixed table grounded, and a movable table rotatably supported by the fixed table and on which a device is mounted. A bottom wall having a peripheral plane provided along a circumference centered on the rotation center of the movable base on the fixed base and an outer edge of the bottom wall standing upright and along a circumference concentric with the circumference; A rail portion having a peripheral wall having a peripheral surface is provided, a movable portion having an upper wall facing the bottom wall is provided on the movable base, and a bottom wall of the rail portion is provided on an upper wall of the movable portion. A plurality of resin-made sliders for slidingly contacting the circumferential plane are detachably provided, and a plurality of resin-made rollers for rolling on the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the rail portion are provided.
[0007]
Thus, since the slider is separate, the slider can be manufactured separately, the mold can be simplified, the manufacturing can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the slider is integrated with the movable portion. In the rotation of the movable part, the slider slides on the peripheral plane of the bottom wall and the roller rolls on the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. However, since the roller rolls, the resistance is reduced and the rotation is performed smoothly. It is. Further, if the slider is worn and reduced due to long-term use, the slider is replaced during maintenance. In this case, it is not necessary to replace all the movable parts as in the related art simply by replacing only the slider, and waste is prevented accordingly.
[0008]
And, if necessary, the slider is provided with a cylindrical body, a sliding contact portion provided on the body and sliding on a peripheral plane of a bottom wall of the rail portion, and a body provided on an upper end of the body. An outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the movable portion, the inner diameter is the same, and a mounting portion is provided which is fitted and mounted in a hole provided in the upper wall of the movable portion, and is integrally formed of resin. Since the slider can be replaced by a simple operation of pulling out the slider from the hole provided in the upper wall of the movable portion at the mounting portion and inserting the mounting portion into a new slider, the replacement operation can be performed extremely easily.
In addition, if necessary, the tip of the sliding contact portion of the slider is formed in a truncated cone shape having a top portion that comes into contact with the peripheral flat surface of the bottom wall of the rail portion. Since the top portions are in sliding contact, the sliding contact area is reduced, and the sliding contact resistance can be reduced and smooth sliding contact can be achieved.
[0009]
Further, if necessary, a flange extending toward the bottom wall of the rail portion is provided inside the upper wall of the movable portion, and a guide member is provided on the bottom wall of the rail portion for pressing the flange so as to be rotatable and guiding. Is detachably provided. Since the flange is guided by the guide member, the rotation can be performed smoothly, and the pressing by the guide member can be surely performed.
Furthermore, if necessary, a protrusion is provided inside the upper wall of the movable portion, and a stopper is provided on the bottom wall of the rail portion to stop the protrusion and regulate the rotation range of the movable table. Since the projection and the stopper are provided inside the rail and the movable part, the whole turntable can be formed more compactly than when the protrusion and the stopper are provided outside the rail and the movable part.
[0010]

Then, the guide member 40 inserts a bolt 43 into the mounting hole provided in the bottom wall 23 and the mounting hole provided in the guide member 40, and inserts the bolt 43 into the female screw 44 a of the mounting bracket 44 provided on the upper surface of the guide member 40. , So that it is detachably attached to the bottom wall 23.
[0014]
On the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32, a plurality of (eight in the embodiment) resin sliders 50 slidingly contacting along the peripheral plane 23a of the bottom wall 23 of the rail portion 22 are detachably provided in an equiangular relationship. Have been.
As shown in FIG. 5, the slider 50 is integrally formed of a resin such as a hard fluororesin, and has a cylindrical body 51 and a peripheral flat surface 23a of the bottom wall 23 of the rail 22 provided on the body 51. 3 and a hole 53 provided on the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32 which is provided at the upper end of the body 51 and has an outer diameter smaller than the body 51 and an inner diameter similar to the body 51. ), And a mounting portion 54 that is fitted and mounted to the device. The leading end of the sliding contact portion 52 of the slider 50 is formed in a truncated cone shape having a top portion 52a that comes into contact with the peripheral flat surface 23a of the bottom wall 23 of the rail portion 22.
[0015]
On the upper wall 33 of the movable part 32, a plurality of (eight in the embodiment) sliders 50 made of the same material as the sliders 50 that roll on the peripheral surface 24a of the peripheral wall 24 of the rail part 22 are provided. It is provided between the sliders 50 and is detachably provided in an equiangular relationship.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a downwardly extending projection 61 is formed on the mounting plate 36 inside the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32, and this projection 61 is formed on the bottom wall 23 of the rail portion 22. A stopper 62 is provided to stop the projection 61 and regulate the rotation range of the movable base 30. In the embodiment, the protrusions 61 are provided on a pair of mounting plates 36 opposed to each other. Therefore, the movable base 30 is rotatable within a range of 180 °. Since the protrusion 61 and the stopper 62 are inside the rail portion 22 and the movable portion 32, the entire turntable can be formed more compactly than when provided outside the rail portion 22 and the movable portion 32.
[0016]
Therefore, when assembling the device rotary table according to this embodiment, first, the slider 50 and the roller 60 are attached to the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32. In this case, since the slider 50 and the roller 60 are separate from the movable portion 32, they can be manufactured separately, the mold becomes simpler, and the manufacturing becomes easier as compared with the case where the slider 50 and the roller 60 are integrated with the movable portion 32. Cost can be reduced. Further, since the slider 50 can be mounted simply by fitting the mounting portion 54 into the hole 53 provided in the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32, mounting is extremely easy.
[0017]
Then, the movable portion 32 is mounted on the rail portion 22 with the slider 50 in contact with the peripheral flat surface 23a of the bottom wall 23, and the guide member 40 is attached so that the movable portion 32 does not come off upward. This attachment is performed by inserting a bolt 43 from the bottom wall 23 and screwing it into the female screw 44 a of the attachment fitting 44.
Then, the rail section 22 is mounted on the base 21 of the fixed base 20 together with the movable section 32, and the mounting board 31 is mounted on the mounting plate 36 of the movable section 32.
[0018]
When using the device rotary table assembled in this way, devices such as a small computer, a word processor, and a facsimile are mounted on the movable table 30. When it is desired to operate these devices in a different direction other than the fixed position, the movable base 30 is rotated and used in another direction.
In this rotation, the slider 50 slides on the peripheral plane 23 a of the bottom wall 23, and the roller 60 rolls on the peripheral surface 24 a of the peripheral wall 24. In this case, since the roller 60 is rolled, the resistance is reduced and the rotation is performed smoothly. In addition, since the tip of the sliding portion 52 of the slider 50 is formed in a truncated cone shape having a top 52a that comes into contact with the peripheral flat surface 23a of the bottom wall 23 of the rail 22, the top 52a slides. The sliding contact area is reduced, so that sliding contact resistance can be reduced and smooth sliding contact can be achieved. Further, since the flange 35 is guided by the guide member 40, the rotation is smoothly performed at this point, and the pressing by the guide member 40 is also ensured.
[0019]
Then, when the slider 50 has been worn down due to long-term use, the slider 50 is replaced at the time of maintenance. In this case, the guide member 40 is removed, and the slider 50 is pulled out from the hole 53 provided in the upper wall 33 of the movable portion 32 at the mounting portion 54 thereof. Then, a new slider 50 is inserted into the hole 53 and fitted. In this case, since the replacement can be performed by a simple operation of simply pulling out and inserting the slider 50, the operation is extremely easily performed. Further, it is not necessary to replace all the movable parts as in the related art simply by replacing only the slider 50, and waste is prevented accordingly.
[0020]
Note that, in the above embodiment, the shape of the slider 50 is not limited to the above, and may be any shape.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the device turntable of the present invention, a plurality of resin-made sliders that slide on the bottom wall of the rail section are detachably provided on the top wall of the movable section, and the peripheral wall of the rail section is rolled. Since a plurality of resin rollers that move are provided, the slider is separate, so it can be manufactured separately and the mold can be simplified compared to the case where it is integrated with the movable part, making manufacturing easier. Cost can be reduced. In addition, if the slider has been worn down due to long-term use, the slider can be replaced at the time of maintenance, and only the slider is replaced. It is also possible to prevent waste. Further, in the rotation of the movable table, the slider slides on the bottom wall and the roller rolls on the peripheral wall. However, since the roller rolls, the resistance is reduced and the rotation can be performed smoothly.
[0022]
Then, the slider is provided with a cylindrical body, a sliding contact portion provided on the body and sliding on the bottom wall of the rail, and an outer diameter smaller than the body provided at the upper end of the body and having the same inner diameter. In a case where the slider is provided with a mounting portion that is fitted and mounted in a hole provided in the upper wall of the movable portion, the slider is simply pulled out from the hole provided in the upper wall of the movable portion at the mounting portion and inserted. Since the replacement of the slider can be performed with a simple operation, the replacement operation can be performed extremely easily.
Further, when the tip of the sliding contact portion of the slider is formed in a truncated cone shape having a top abutting on the bottom wall of the rail portion, the top comes into sliding contact, so that the sliding contact area becomes small, and the sliding area is accordingly reduced. Sliding contact can be made smoothly by reducing contact resistance.
[0023]
Further, in the case where a flange extending toward the bottom wall of the rail portion is provided inside the upper wall of the movable portion, and a guide member that presses the flange so as to be rotatable and guides the flange is detachably provided on the bottom wall of the rail portion. Since the flange is guided by the guide member, the rotation can be performed smoothly and the pressing by the guide member can be surely performed.
Furthermore, when a protrusion is provided inside the upper wall of the movable part and a stopper is provided on the bottom wall of the rail part to limit the rotation range of the movable base, the protrusion and the stopper are provided on the rail part and the rail part. Since it is inside the movable part, the whole turntable can be formed more compactly than when it is provided outside the rail part and the movable part.
