本発明は、ＩＴ（情報技術）資産管理運用システム及びＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータとＩＴ資産運用方法並びにコンピュータ・ソフトウエアであり、顧客のＩＴ資産を管理運用するシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
現在、殆どの企業においては多量のＩＴ資産（特にパーソナルコンピュータ（ＰＣ）資産）を保有し、その管理・運用が大きな課題となっており、また過去に一斉に導入したＰＣのリプレース時期を控えて、ＩＴ資産管理、ＰＣ運用の見直しの必要性が生じており、これらのためのＩＴ資産管理・運用は各企業が個々に行っている。即ち、ＩＴ資産管理運用システムを各企業が個々に構築し、管理運用を行っている。そのためにＩＴ資産管理運用システムの構築及びその後のＩＴ資産管理運用時に多額のコストを要していたのが実情である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような点に鑑み、各企業のＩＴ資産管理運用のためのコストを低減するための、各企業に対応するＩＴ資産管理運用システム及びＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータとＩＴ資産運用方法並びにコンピュータ・ソフトウエアを提供することを目的とする。

本発明は、ＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータと顧客資産ＤＢとを備え、通信回線を経由して接続される顧客システムと情報を送受して、顧客のＩＴ資産を管理運用するＩＴ資産管理運用システムであって、前記ＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータは、顧客システムのＩＴ資産管理情報を受信する機能、受信したＩＴ資産管理情報を顧客資産ＤＢへ登録する機能、ＩＴ資産管理報告書を作成する機能及び作成したＩＴ資産管理報告書を顧客資産管理者用コンピュータに送信する機能を有するＩＴ資産管理運用システムである。

本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
本発明のＩＴ資産管理用システム及びＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータとＩＴ資産運用方法の一実施例について、図面を参照して説明する。図１は、実施例のＩＴ資産管理運用システムの説明用概念図であり、図２〜図６は本システムの各場合のフローチャートである。

実施例を説明する。本実施例のＩＴ資産管理運用システムは、図１において、ＩＴ資産管理センタ１に設置され、例えばサーバ１１、顧客資産ＤＢ（データベース）１２、ＰＣ（パソコン）１３、ルータ１４等からなり、ネットワーク網３を介して顧客システム２と接続される。顧客システム２は、サーバ２１、ソフトウエア格納ＤＢ２２、ＰＣ２３、資産管理者用ＰＣ２４、ルータ２５等からなる。

顧客が本システムを利用する場合、ＩＴ資産管理センタ１との間で利用契約を結ぶ必要があり、そのために顧客が本システムへログインすると、ＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータ１から契約のサービスメニューが送信され、資産管理者用ＰＣ２４に表示されるので、顧客はいずれかのサービスメニューを選択して送信する。続いて管理センタ用コンピュータ１から契約画面が送信されて表示されるので、顧客は自己のＩＤ及びクレジット番号を管理センタ用コンピュータ１に送信する。管理センタ用コンピュータ１は受信した顧客ＩＤがそのままでよければ採用し、そうでない場合は顧客との間で適当な顧客ＩＤを選定して取得させ、顧客ＩＤとクレジット番号を管理センタの顧客資産ＤＢ１２に登録し、以後この顧客ＩＤを顧客が管理センタ用コンピュータ１にアクセスする場合に顧客を認証するためのＩＤとして使用し、また上記クレジット番号を用いて料金請求する。

続いて、初期設定として、顧客の組織情報、顧客の装置とその設置場所情報が管理センタの顧客資産ＤＢ１２に登録され、また管理センタ用コンピュータ１より顧客システム２へ資産管理エージェントが送信され、顧客システム２に格納される。

以後、顧客システムから、定期的又は管理センタ用コンピュータ１からの指示に従い、資産管理情報が管理センタ用コンピュータ１に送信され、管理センタの顧客資産ＤＢ１２に登録し、また顧客が指定した資産管理報告書を作成して顧客システム２へ送信することにより、顧客は資産管理者用ＰＣ２４に出力して資産管理報告書を見ることができる。また資産管理報告書の作成は、顧客システム２からの依頼によっても管理センタ用コンピュータ１で作成し、顧客システム２に送信される。管理センタ用コンピュータ１は資産管理報告書の送信と共に資産管理料金をクレジット番号を用いて請求し、管理ログを作成する。

以下、管理センタと顧客システムとの間で各情報を送受するフローを説明する。先ず図２は契約時処理の一例のフローチャートである。Ｓ１０１でスタートし、Ｓ１０２で顧客は自己のＰＣをＩＴ資産管理センタのシステムにログインする。Ｓ１０３でセンタ用コンピュータからサービスメニューを受信し、資産管理者用ＰＣに表示する。Ｓ１０４で顧客は希望する契約内容をサービスメニューから選択し、センタ用コンピュータに送信する。Ｓ１０５で、センタ用コンピュータから契約画面を送信し、顧客資産管理者用ＰＣに表示する。顧客はＩＤを取得し、クレジット番号をセンタ用コンピュータに送信する。顧客ＩＤとクレジット番号がＩＴ資産管理センタの顧客資産ＤＢに登録され、Ｓ１０６で契約が終了する。このようにして、契約時処理を行うことができる。

本システムの運用時（ＩＴ資産管理センタ用コンピュータの起動による場合）は図４に一例を示すフローチャートに従って行われる。Ｓ３０１でスタートし、Ｓ３０２でセンタ用コンピュータの起動による資産管理か判断し、イエス（Ｙ）であればＳ３２１で資産管理報告時期か判断し、更にＹであればＳ３３１でセンタ用コンピュータから顧客システムの資産管理エージェントへ資産管理情報を報告するように指示し、Ｓ３３２で資産管理エージェントは資産管理情報をセンタ用コンピュータへ送信する。Ｓ３３３で受信した資産管理情報をＩＴ資産管理センタの顧客資産ＤＢに登録する。Ｓ３３４でセンタ用コンピュータは顧客の指定した資産管理報告書を作成し、Ｓ３３５でこの資産管理報告書を顧客資産管理者用ＰＣに送信され、出力される。Ｓ３６１でセンタ用コンピュータは資産管理料金を顧客へ請求し、Ｓ３６２で管理ログを作成し、Ｓ３７１で終了する。
