本発明は印刷物その他の付加物を保持したティシュペーパー箱およびその取付け方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
ティシュペーパーなどの箱に広告宣伝等のためのカードや、懸賞応募はがき等を封入させる課題に対して、通常積層させたシートと併せて箱内に収めることが行われている。その場合には、ティシュペーパーの取出し口形状やポリウィンドウがあり、また、箱内の上部空間も僅かであることから取出し難く、場合によってはポリフィルムを破損させたりすることもあった。
また、箱底面の印刷や底部に封入する場合は、ティシュ使用後にしか、手に出来なかった。
さらに、製造上も、積層体上にこれら印刷物を載せて、保持しながら収める工程が必要であるため、製造スピードの制約を受けコストアップとなっていた。

【発明が解決すべき課題】
本発明者は印刷物/付加物をティシュペーパーなどの箱からポリウィンドウを破損することなしに取出し易くしかもティシュペーパー箱の使用初期に手に出来る方法について検討した結果本発明に到達し、上記の課題を解決したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明はティシュペーパー箱の取出し開口部に印刷物/付加物を保持させるティシュペーパー箱への印刷物/付加物の取付け方法およびこの取付け方法を適用したティシュペーパー箱に係るものである。

具体的には本発明は、取出し口にポリフィルムなどからなるウィンドウを備えたティシュペーパー箱において、箱本体上面とポリフィルム間に紙片、小冊子等の付加物を把持させ、箱の取出し口を形成するミシン目切離し片の内面に粘着材等により付加物を保持固定させ、開封と同時に付加物が持ち上がるようにしてあるティシュペーパー箱に係わるものである。

【作用】
以下に本発明の実施の態様を説明する。
本発明はティシュペーパー取出し口にポリフィルムなどからなるウィンドウを備えたティシュペーパー箱において、箱本体上面とウィンドウとの間に印刷物その他の付加物を把持させ、上記取出し開口部の開封に伴って該付加物を箱外に取り出せるように構成したことを特徴とするティシュペーパー箱に関する。

本発明は上記において、付加物が箱の取出し開口部を形成するミシン目切離し片の内面に保持固定されているティシュペーパー箱および付加物が箱の取出し開口部を形成するミシン目切離し片の内面に粘着剤等により仮固定させ、開封と同時に付加物が持ち上がるようにしたティシュペーパー箱に関する。

本発明で言う付加物(印刷物その他の付加物或いは印刷物/付加物)はその内容については特に制約されるものではないが、普通には広告チラシ、商品カタログ、告知、懸賞等の印刷物の紙片もしくはフィルム片、小冊子、カードまたは小袋あるいはこれら印刷物を収容した小袋の1種または1種以上であり、それらの中で適宜に選択される。

また上記の付加物は、その縦横巾は取出し開口部からストレートにまたは弾性的もしくは可撓的に取出しうる大きさ以下であることが望ましい。普通には付加物の縦横巾は、取出し口寸法以下とするか、薄物の印刷物等の場合は多少大きくしても良い。
また付加物は、再剥離可能にシールして一枚形状にしておけば、より取出しやすい。

ティシュペーパー箱のティシュペーパーの種類は特に制約されるものではなく、フェイシャルティシュ、タオルペーパーその他のティシュペーパーを包括する。

また本発明は、箱製造時に箱の取出し開口部を形成するミシン目切離し片の内面に付加物の貼付加工を行うことによりティシュペーパー箱詰め工程の合理化も期することができる。
また本発明は、展開平面状の箱本体上面の切離し片の内面に粘着材を塗布する工程、印刷物/付加物を該粘着材により切離し片の内面に粘着保持する工程次いで箱本体上面に該印刷物/付加物および切離し片を覆うウィンドウを取付ける工程を含むティシュペーパー箱の製造方法に関する。

【発明の効果】
本発明の効果を要約して列記すれば次の通りである。
(1)開封時にミシン目開口片を切離すと同時に、印刷物が持ち上がり、取出す手間が省け、かつ使用開始と同時に目に触れるためアピール度(訴求効果)が高い。
(2)箱詰め工程において印刷物等の破損がない。
(3)箱製造時に貼付加工を行うことにより、箱詰め工程は、従来のラインをそのまま使用でき、製造コストも抑えられる。

図1はポリウィンドを備えたティシュペーパー箱の使用時の外観図で、箱(1)内にV型に折畳まれ、積層して収容されたティシュペーパー(2)は、箱本体上面(3)に設けた取出し開口部(4)よりポリフィルムなどからなるウィンドウ(5)のスリット(6)を経てポップアップ式に順次引出される。

図2は図1のティシュ箱の使用前の取出し口の斜視的説明図で、箱本体上面(3)にはミシン目(7)により切離し片(8)が形成され、また箱本体上面(3)の内面には取出し口(4)の全面を覆うようにスリット(6)を有するポリフィルムなどのウィンドウ(5)が取付けられている。

また印刷物(9)の大きさは切離し片(8)の長手方向の長さよりは短い長さとし、切離し片(8)の巾方向の長さよりは稍大き目として切離し片(8)と箱本体上面(3)より切離した後、ウィンドウ(5)上に位置する印刷物(9)を指で抓んで簡単に取出せるようになっている。

図3のA,B,C,Dは本発明の印刷物、付加物の取付けを行う箱の製造方法の概略図である。
図3のAは箱の展開平面(内面側)を示したもので、箱本体上面(3)においてミシン目(7)で囲まれた切離し片(8)内に粘着材(10)を塗布している。
次いで図3のBに示すように印刷物(9)を切離し片(8)に粘着材(10)によって粘着保持させる。
然る後、図3のCに示すようにスリット(6)を有するポリフィルム(5)で印刷物/付加物(9)および切離し片(8)を自由状態で落ちないように箱本体上面(3)の内面に当合する。
続いて、図3のDに示すようにポリフィルム(5)の周辺を箱本体上面(3)に固定する。
然る後、箱の製函および積層ティシュペーパーの充填を行い、ティシュペーパー箱製品を得る。
