Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a drilling device such as a switch and an outlet for electrical installation work, and relates to punching a board sandwiched between a cutting blade mounted on a main body and a cradle accommodated in a box by operating an operation handle. The present invention relates to a drilling tool for a board in an electrical installation work to be completed.
[0002]
[Conventional technology]
The oldest and most common method for drilling switches and outlets has been turning and sawing. The problem was that the cut was dirty and sometimes even damaged the insulation of the wires inside the box. Recently, we have seen the use of a rotary horsaw, but few people use the core of the box because it is hard to catch. It doesn't seem to be accepted very well in the field.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the present invention, the work is simple and the cut is clean as compared with the related art. Also, the wires in the box are not damaged. In the past, when cutting a board with a saw, the wires inside the box were often damaged. In addition, the cut was dirty and time-consuming. Even in the case of a drill using an electric drill, there was a risk of damaging the wires, and it took time and effort to take out the core of the box. The purpose is to simplify the work, clean the cut, and to perform safe work. The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will become apparent from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problem]
According to the present invention, a thin plate made of a material such as stainless steel or iron is formed into an elliptical shape along the shape of the hole of the cover for the nuri, and a cutting edge is formed at the tip. The shape of the cutting edge also depends on the thickness and type of board to be cut. The cutting blade is supported by a support base, and a nut is accommodated in an operation handle. Through this nut, a threaded bolt is operated by the operation handle. The screw at the tip of this bolt bites into the thread of the cradle that is housed in the box, and when the operating handle is operated, the board between the blade and the cradle is punched and the blade digs into the board. Can be confused. The present invention relates to a drilling tool for a board in electrical equipment in which a cutting edge and a handle can be replaced as necessary.
[0005]
[Inventive embodiment]
Hereinafter, details of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings showing the embodiments as appropriate.
FIG. 1 is a plan view, a side view, and an elevation view of a main body of a board drilling tool in electrical installation work showing an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view, a side view, and an elevation view of the cradle.
[0006]
[Example]
As shown in FIG. 1, a groove for supporting the cutting blade is dug in the cutting blade support 4 for supporting the cutting blade 5. A nut 3 is securely mounted in the operation handle 2. All the screw bolts 1 are passed through the nuts, and the tips of the bolts bite into the nuts 2 of the cradle 1 of FIG. 2 housed in the box. And stabilize. By operating the operation handle, the board sandwiched between the cutting blade and the pedestal is sandwiched and cut.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1, the operation handle is spherical, but it is easy to replace the operation handle with a long nut and replace it with a click handle type.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, a conical groove is dug in the receiving table, but this is designed to make it easier to open the bolt core from the outside with a driver or the like. The cradle contains a nut, but does not reach the bottom and stops halfway. The spring protrudes from inside the cradle.
[0009]
[The invention's effect]
The effects obtained by the typical inventions among the inventions disclosed in the present application will be briefly described as follows. That is, according to the present invention, if the receiving stand is housed in the box, the main body can be set simply by drilling a small hole through which a bolt passes from the outside of the box core, and a beautiful hole can be easily drilled.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a plan view, a side view, and an elevation view of a drilling tool for a board in electrical installation work showing an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a plan view, a side view, and an elevation view of a drilling tool for a board in electrical installation work showing an embodiment of the present invention.
