Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slide fastener, and is used for opening and closing openings of clothes, bags, bags, shoes, bedding, tents, and the like. This is for smooth operation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, slide fasteners have been used to open and close openings of clothes such as coats, outerwear, jumpers, pants, and ski wear, as well as bags, bags, shoes, bedding, and tents. For example, the slide fastener shown in FIGS. 15 to 19 has been conventionally used.
That is, in order to open and close the teeth d1 and d2 fixed to the tapes c and c of the pair of left and right stringers b and b, the slider a having the handle e is moved to the closing direction A 'or the opening direction B'. By operating, the service teeth d1 and d2 provided before and after the slider a are introduced, or the service teeth d1 and d2 are introduced into any of the openings f and g to be led out, and the left and right service teeth d1 are introduced. , D2 are meshed with each other, or the engagement teeth d1, d2 are derived from one of the openings g, f on the other side to disengage the engagement of the engagement teeth d1, d2 to form a pair of left and right engagement teeth d1, d2. The opening and closing operation is performed.
[0003]
Other examples of conventional slide fasteners include those shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, for example.
That is, the separation plate i having a substantially spoon-shaped cross section is positioned at the front of the opening f ', g' for introducing or leading the engagement teeth d1, d2 of the slider a 'to the bottom of the slider a'. In this configuration, the lining h 'and the like are pushed down by the separating plate i, and the engagement teeth d1 and d2 are introduced into the opening f' and closed.
[0004]
Further, as another conventional example, as shown in FIG. 22, there is a slider a ″ in which a substantially dish-shaped sliding disk i ″ having a taper formed on the outer periphery is mounted on a lower surface of a slider a ″. In this conventional example, a cloth h "or the like as a content packed in a bag is pushed down by a sliding disk i" so as to eliminate entanglement with the engagement teeth d1, d2 or the slider a ".
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional slide fastener shown in FIGS. 15 to 19, the slider a is moved to open and close the pair of right and left engagement teeth d1 and d2, but as shown in FIGS. 15, 16 and 17. When the slider a is moved in the closing direction, a gap k is formed between the engagement teeth d1 and d2 and the opening f on the closing direction side A 'of the slider a. , H enter and inadvertently mesh with each other, so that the slider a does not move with respect to the engagement teeth d1 and d2, which hinders the closing operation of the engagement teeth d1 and d2. When the slider a is moved in the opening direction as shown in FIG. 18, a gap k 'is formed between the engagement teeth d1 and d2 and the opening g on the opening direction side B' of the slider a. Since the linings h, h enter the gap k 'and inadvertently mesh with each other, the slider a similarly does not move with respect to the engagement teeth d1, d2, which hinders the opening operation of the engagement teeth d1, d2. .
As described above, in the conventional slide fastener, when the slider a is moved to the closing direction A 'or the opening direction B' in order to open and close the teeth d1 and d2, the sliders d and d2 Since gaps k and k 'are formed between the openings f and g before and after a, the linings h and h are easily engaged with each other, and the opening and closing operation of the slider a cannot be performed smoothly and quickly. In addition, once the linings h, h mesh with the engagement teeth d1, d2, there is a disadvantage that much time and labor are required to release the engagement and move the slider a freely.
[0006]
The conventional slide fastener shown in FIGS. 20 and 21 has a separation plate i having a substantially spoon-shaped cross section located at the front with respect to the opening f 'of the slider a' at the bottom of the slider a '. In this case, the engagement teeth d1 and d2 are merely introduced into the opening f 'and closed by pushing down the lining h' and the like by the separating plate i. Since the distance 1 between the tip of the separation plate i and the opening f 'is provided at a distance, any means for eliminating the gap k generated between the opening f' and the engagement teeth d1 and d2 is required. Not implemented. In addition, since the separating plate i has a flat sector shape and is formed in a substantially spoon-shaped cross section, the lining h 'is pressed to the left and right as the slider a' moves, thereby preventing the entanglement in the opening f '. No ingenuity has been applied. For this reason, when the molding material for forming the lining h 'is soft or formed of a thin molding material, the lining h' is bent and bent, or the separation plate having a spoon-shaped cross section. It is easy to bend and get caught in the recess on the upper surface of i. Further, when the slider a 'is vigorously moved to the closing direction side A', the lining h 'is caught in the opening f', so that the lining h 'meshes with the engagement teeth d1, d2 and the slider a'. , The slider a 'does not move.
[0007]
Further, as shown in FIG. 22, a slide plate i ″ having a substantially dished shape with a taper formed on the outer periphery on the lower surface of the slider a ″ is mounted on the bag by the slide plate i ″. Is merely pushed downward, so that the distance l 'between the tip of the sliding disk i "and the opening f" is similarly increased, and the distance between the opening f "and the engagement teeth d1 and d2 is similarly increased. Since no means is provided for eliminating the gap k occurring therebetween, it is intended to eliminate entanglement with the engagement teeth d1, d2 or the slider a ''. Moreover, since the sliding disk i "is merely formed in a flat dish shape as a whole, the lining h" is pushed to the left and right with the movement of the slider a "in FIGS. 19 and 21 to open and close the opening f". It is not enough to prevent entanglement inside.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, eliminates the gap between the engaging teeth and the opening for opening and closing the engaging teeth of the slider, prevents inadvertent meshing due to the intrusion of the lining, and opens and closes the engaging teeth. An object of the present invention is to provide a slide fastener that can smoothly and quickly perform, guarantees the freedom of movement of a slider, has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture and assemble, can be mass-produced, and is inexpensive to manufacture.

[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific examples of the embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 9 show a first embodiment of the present invention, wherein 1 is a slider formed of a rigid material such as metal or synthetic resin and moved to open and close a pair of right and left teeth 2A and 2B. Openings 3 and 4 are formed on the front and rear sides of the slider 1 so that the engagement teeth 2A and 2B are introduced from one end and discharged from the other end on the closing direction side A or the opening direction side B.
[0019]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a separation plate provided below the slider 1 for opening and closing the teeth 2A, 2B so as to be able to enter between the linings 6, 6 while being in contact with the lower surfaces of the teeth 2A, 2B. It is formed of a rigid or smooth forming material such as metal or synthetic resin. In addition, at least one of the openings 3 and 4 provided on the closing direction side A or the opening direction side B on the front surface and the rear surface of the separation plate 5, and in the present embodiment, the opening portions 3 provided on the closing direction side A and the opening direction side B. , 4 are formed so that the bottom portion 7A is tapered and the outer shape of the rising portion 7B increases rearward.
When the slider 1 is moved to the closing direction side A or the opening direction side B to open and close the engaging teeth 2A, 2B by moving the slider 1 to the closing direction side A or the opening direction side B, the linings 6, 6 are pushed to the left and right by pushing. A gap between the openings 3 and 4 and the left and right engagement teeth 2A and 2B for preventing the linings 6 and 6 from entering is eliminated to prevent the engagement of the linings 6 and 6 with the engagement teeth 2A and 2B or the slider 1. Things.
[0020]
Further, the front end or the rear end of the wall portions 7, 7 is formed to be narrower than the openings 3, 4 provided on the closing direction side A or the opening direction side B of the slider 1 so as to open and close the engaging teeth 2 A, 2 B. As a result, during opening / closing operation of the working teeth 2A, 2B, it enters between the linings 6, 6 and pushes the linings 6, 6 to the left and right, and between the openings 3, 4 of the slider 1 and the working teeth 2A, 2B. The linings 6 and 6 are effectively prevented from entering, and the engagement of the slider 1 is effectively prevented.
[0021]
The rising portion 7B is provided at a front end and a rear end of the separation plate 5 with a desired side surface angle θ1, and as shown in FIGS. The right and left sides of an inverted triangle formed continuously at a desired inclined angle θ2 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 at the right and left sides of the end inclined surface portion 9 and approximately 45 ° in the illustrated embodiment. Are formed by the inclined side surface portions 10, 10. As described above, the front and rear ends of the separation plate 5 have the end inclined surface portion 9 having a substantially inverted trapezoidal front surface at the desired side surface angle θ1 and the left and right sides of the end inclined surface portion 9 have the desired front angle angle θ2. The reason why the inclined side surfaces 10 and 10 of the inverted triangle are continuously provided is that the front end and the rear end of the separation plate 5 smoothly and surely enter between the linings 6 and 6, respectively. The inclined side surfaces 10, 10 increase the outer volume of the separation plate 5 gradually from the front end and the rear end so that the separation plates 5 can reliably press the linings 6, 6.
[0022]
The separating plate 5 is formed integrally with the slider 1 or is formed separately from the slider 1 and is attached to the lower surface of the slider 1 by an appropriate fixing means 11. At this time, when the slider 1 and the separation plate 5 are both formed of metal, the fixing means 11 is attached by welding, or is bonded by using an adhesive, Mounting is performed by swaging. When the slider 1 and the separation plate 5 are both formed of a synthetic resin, the separation plate 5 is attached to the lower surface of the slider 1 by high-frequency welding, fitting, or bonding using an adhesive. Can be attached.
[0023]
Further, when the slider 1 is formed of a different material, such as a case where the slider 1 is formed of a metal and the separation plate 5 is formed of a synthetic resin, as the fixing means 11, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, for example. On the lower surface of the slider 1, a ridge portion 12 smaller than the outer shape of the slider 1 and having an appropriate number of claws 12 a on the outer periphery is formed. On the upper surface of the separation plate 5, the ridge portion 12 is fitted. A concave portion 13 is provided, and a claw receiver 13a with which the claw 12a is engaged is formed at a corresponding portion of the concave portion 13, respectively. For mounting, the projection 12 is fitted into the recess 13, and the claw 12 a is engaged with the claw receiver 13 a to attach the separation plate 5 to the lower surface of the slider 1.
[0024]
As another modification of the fixing means 11, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, a ridge 12 having a claw 12a is provided on the lower surface of the slider 1, and a claw receiver 14a to which the claw 12a is engaged is provided on the inner periphery. Is provided on the lower surface of the slider 1 by fitting the projections 12 into the holes 14 and engaging the claws 12a with the claw receivers 14a. A separation plate 5 can be attached.
Reference numeral 15 denotes a handle of the slider 1, and the shape and the material of the handle 15 can be freely changed, and further, the attachment to the slider 1 can be freely changed. Reference numeral 16 denotes a guide wall provided in the openings 3 and 4 of the slider 1.
[0025]
The first embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, and moving the slider 1 to the opening direction side A or the closing direction side B to open and close the engagement teeth 2A and 2B is the same as in the related art.
[0026]
However, in the present embodiment, when the slider 1 is moved in the closing direction with respect to the engagement teeth 2A and 2B by pulling the handle 15 as shown by a solid line in FIG. 1, for example, the front end of the separation plate 5 provided below the slider 1 and The upper end of the end inclined surface portion 9 of the wall surface portion 7 formed at the rear end moves together with the slider 1 while contacting the lower surfaces of the engagement teeth 2A and 2B.
For this reason, unlike the conventional slide fasteners shown in FIGS. 15 to 19, a gap generated between the opening 3 provided on the closing direction side A of the slider 1 and the engagement teeth 2A, 2B can be eliminated, so that the lining There is no room for 6, 6 to enter the opening 3.
In addition, since the slider 1 is covered on the back with the separating plate 5, when the slide fastener is attached to clothes or the like, the slider 1 does not feel uncomfortable with the body and does not hinder the moving operation of the slider 1.
[0027]
At this time, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as the slider 1 is moved, the wall surface 7 of the separation plate 5 is provided at the front end and the rear end of the rising portion 7B with a substantially inverted trapezoidal front end inclined surface portion 9. Is formed so as to rise to the desired side surface angle θ1, so that the end inclined surface portion 9 quickly and reliably enters between the engagement teeth 2A, 2B and the linings 6, 6.
[0028]
In addition, the rising portion 7B has the end inclined surface portion 9 as a center, and the inclined side surface portions 10 and 10 of the side inverted triangle are continuously provided on both left and right sides at a desired front angle θ2, so that the outer shape of the separation plate 5 from the front end. Since it is formed so as to gradually increase, the separating plate 5 is smoothly interposed between the linings 6 and 6 by the cooperating thrust of the central end inclined surface 9 and the inclined side surfaces 10 and 10 provided on both left and right sides. In order to make sure that the linings 6 and 6 enter, the linings 6 and 6 are cut off from contact with the engagement teeth 2A and 2B and are efficiently divided into right and left. Further, as described above, the wall portion 7 at the front end of the separation plate 5 is formed so that the outer shape gradually increases from the front end, and is formed in a substantially spoon-shaped cross section like the conventional slide fastener shown in FIGS. In addition, since the upper end of the end inclined surface portion 7B of the wall portion 7 of the separation plate 5 moves while contacting the lower surfaces of the engagement teeth 2A and 2B, unlike the conventional slide fastener shown in FIGS. It is possible to eliminate a gap generated between the opening 3 provided on the closing direction side A of the slider 1 and the engagement teeth 2A, 2B.
For this reason, when the molding material for forming the linings 6 and 6 is soft, or when the linings 6 and 6 are formed of a thin molding material, the linings 6 and 6 are bent and the upper surface of the separation plate 5 is formed. When the slider 1 is moved to the closing direction A vigorously without being bent into the upper surface of the separation plate 5 or being rolled up, the linings 6 and 6 are rolled up into the opening 3. Never. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the linings 6, 6 from entering between the opening 3 of the slider 1 and the engaging teeth 2A, 2B by the wall 7 during the closing operation of the engaging teeth 2A, 2B. And the slider 1 moves freely, so that the closing operation of the engagement teeth 2A and 2B is performed smoothly and reliably.
[0029]
In addition, since the front end of the wall portion 7 is formed narrower than the opening 3 provided on the closing direction side A of the slider 1, the linings 6, 6 can be efficiently moved to the left and right during the closing operation of the engagement teeth 2A, 2B. Pushing the slider 1 effectively prevents the linings 6, 6 from entering between the opening 3 of the slider 1 and the engagement teeth 2A, 2B, and the engagement of the slider 1 is effectively prevented.
[0030]
To open the teeth 2A and 2B, the puller 15 is pulled as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1 and the slider 1 is moved in the opening direction B with respect to the teeth 2A and 2B. The upper end of the inclined surface portion 9 of the wall portion 7 formed at the rear end of the separation plate 5 provided at the lower portion 1 moves together with the slider 1 while contacting the lower surfaces of the teeth 2A and 2B. For this reason, unlike the conventional slide fastener shown in FIGS. 15 to 19, the gap created between the opening 4 provided on the opening direction side B of the slider 1 and the engagement teeth 2A, 2B is formed at the rear end of the separation plate 5. Since the lining 6 can be eliminated by entering the wall 7, there is no room for the linings 6, 6 to enter the opening 4.
[0031]
In addition, as the slider 1 moves in the opening direction, the rear wall surface 7 of the separation plate 5 contacts the lower surfaces of the teeth 2A and 2B while contacting the lower surfaces of the engaging teeth 2A and 2B in the same manner as in the above-described closing operation. As it enters between, the linings 6, 6 are pushed left and right. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the linings 6, 6 from entering between the opening 4 of the slider 1 and the engaging teeth 2A, 2B by the wall surface 7 of the separation plate 5 at the time of opening the engaging teeth 2A, 2B. 1 can be prevented from engaging.
[0032]
At this time, the wall surface 7 is formed at the rear end of the separation plate 5 because the front inclined surface 9 having a substantially inverted trapezoidal front surface installed at the rear end of the separation plate 5 is formed so as to rise up to the desired side surface angle θ1. The installed front inclined surface 9 having a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape is quickly and reliably advanced without forming a gap between the teeth 2A, 2B and the linings 6, 6. In addition, the outer shape of the wall surface portion 7 gradually increases from the rear end by arranging the inclined side surface portions 10 and 10 of inverted side triangles at the desired front angle θ2 on both left and right sides with the end inclined surface portion 9 as a center. As a result, the linings 6, 6 are disconnected from the engagement teeth 2A, 2B by the separation plate 5 by the cooperating thrust of the center end inclined surface portion 9 and the left and right inclined side surface portions 10, 10. Since the linings 7 and 7 are efficiently divided and pushed to the left and right, the resistance of the linings 7 and 7 is reduced, the slider 1 is freely moved, and the opening operation of the engagement teeth 2A and 2B is performed smoothly.
[0033]
Further, the rear end of the wall portion 7 is formed narrower than the opening 4 provided on the opening direction side B of the slider 1, so that the linings 6, 6 can be efficiently moved to the left and right when the teeth 2 A, 2 B are opened. The separation plate 5 is pushed well between the opening 4 of the slider 1 and the engagement teeth 2A, 2B, so that the linings 6, 6 are effectively prevented from entering the opening 4, and the slider 1 Can effectively be prevented from meshing with each other.
[0034]
FIG. 10 to FIG. 14 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the wall portion 7 is formed as first extended ends 20, 20 in which the bottom of the slider 1 is extended forward from the opening 3 on the closing direction side A, and the first extended end 20 is formed. , 20 are formed at the front portion of the opening 3 with guide standing walls 21 and 21 of a flattened shape, which are extended rearward from the opening 4 on the side B in the opening direction. The second extending ends 22, 22 are formed.
[0035]
Then, when the slider 1 is moved to the closing direction side A in order to perform the closing operation of the engagement teeth 2A and 2B, a first extension end in which the bottom of the slider 1 extends forward from the opening 3 on the closing direction side A. Since the guide standing wall portions 21 and 21 having the flattened portions are provided on the upper surfaces of the 20, 20, the gap generated between the opening 3 and the engagement teeth 2A and 2B can be minimized. The entry into the opening 3 is prevented by the guide standing walls 21 and 21. Moreover, since the bottom of the slider 1 is formed with the first extension end 20 extending forward from the opening 3 on the closing direction side A, the first extension end 20 is in contact with the engagement teeth 2A, 2B.
