【従来の技術】
従来の単相3線中性線欠相保護機能付き遮断器は、特許第3124452号公報に開示されるように単相3線式電路への異常電圧の印加を検出するための異常電圧検出回路(IC1)と、この異常電圧検出回路(IC1)の出力により励磁されるトリップコイル(TC1)と、このトリップコイル(TC1)の励磁により動作する主回路を遮断するための引き外し機構(2)とを具備し、主回路の電圧を第1の抵抗(R1)と第2の抵抗(R2)から成る分圧回路(4)で分圧して異常電圧検出回路(IC1)に印加している。主回路に異常電圧が印加されると、分圧回路(4)の分圧電圧がトリップ電圧を超え、異常電圧検出回路(IC1)の異常電圧入力端子に印加される。すると、異常電圧検出回路(IC1)の出力によりトリップコイル(TC1)を励磁し、トリップコイル(TC1)の励磁によって引き外し機構(2)を作動させ主回路を遮断する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
分圧回路(4)の一端に接続された欠相検出用リード線は、中性線に接続して使用されるが、この欠相検出用リード線を中性線に接続し忘れても遮断器はオンさせることができる。そのため、欠相検出用リード線を中性線に接続していない遮断器をオンすると、中性線が欠相した回路でも異常電圧検出回路が動作せず、遮断器がオンし続けるので負荷機器に過電圧がかかり破損させてしまうという問題があった。

そこで上記問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、中性線への欠相検出用リード線の接続忘れを防止する単相3線中性線欠相保護付き遮断器を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、単相3線式電路の主回路の電圧を第1の抵抗と第2の抵抗とで成る分圧回路で分圧した分圧電圧が、予め設定したトリップ電圧を越える場合に異常電圧検出回路の出力によってトリップコイルを励磁し、トリップコイルの励磁によって引き外し機構を作動させて主回路を遮断する単相3線中性線欠相保護付き遮断器において、電圧線の一方と欠相検出用リード線間に第3の抵抗を接続し、第3の抵抗と第1の抵抗の和と、第2の抵抗とで構成される分圧回路で分圧した分圧電圧が、トリップ電圧を超えるようにしたことを特徴とする。

異常電圧検出回路に主回路の電圧を分圧して出力する分圧回路は、主回路の電圧を分圧するための第1の抵抗と第2の抵抗に加え、電圧線の一方と欠相検出用リード線間に第3の抵抗を接続して構成する。この第3の抵抗の抵抗値は、第1の抵抗の一端に接続された欠相検出用リード線が中性線に接続していない状態で第3の抵抗と第1の抵抗の和と、第2の抵抗との分圧電圧が異常電圧検出回路が異常と判定するトリップ電圧を超えるように選定する。

以上説明したように、単相3線式電路の主回路の電圧を第1の抵抗と第2の抵抗とで成る分圧回路で分圧した分圧電圧が、予め設定したトリップ電圧を越える場合に異常電圧検出回路の出力によってトリップコイルを励磁し、トリップコイルの励磁によって引き外し機構を作動させて主回路を遮断する単相3線中性線欠相保護付き遮断器において、電圧線の一方と欠相検出用リード線間に第3の抵抗を接続し、第3の抵抗と第1の抵抗の和と、第2の抵抗とで構成される分圧回路で分圧した分圧電圧が、トリップ電圧を超えるようにしたことにより、中性線に欠相検出用リード線を接続し忘れた場合、遮断器がオフするので接続忘れを防止することができるという優れた効果がある。
