Description

【0001】

[0034]
A disc-shaped transducer 3 is fixed to a portion located on the back of the waist 9a when the sensible person 9 of the chair 2 is seated, and the transducer 3 is fixed to the transducer 3 so as to cover the front peripheral surface of the transducer 3. A provided waist interlocking member 4a having a square shape (rectangular shape) as viewed from the front is provided. As shown in FIG. 5, the converter 3 and the waist interlocking member 4 are disposed substantially parallel to the inclination of the two vertical frame portions 230, 230, and are arranged in a direction (arrows) perpendicular to the surfaces of the converter 3 and the waist interlocking member 4. Vibrates in b).
[0035]
Specifically, the waist interlocking member 4a is connected to the above-described backrest waist frame 230 via a plurality of (four) connecting springs 7a having hook portions 70 and 71 at both ends as shown in FIGS. Adjusted and supported. That is, the hook 70 at one end of the connection spring 7a is connected to a plurality (four) of spring connection portions 40 provided on the outer peripheral edge on the back surface of the waist interlocking member 4a, and the front and rear directions of the two vertical frame portions 230a are substantially equal. [0036]
By providing the waist interlocking member 4a to the backrest frame 230 of the chair 2 via the connection spring 7a in this manner, the vibration transmitted from the waist interlocking member 4a to the backrest frame 230 can be attenuated. The vibration is not transmitted to the pillow frame 220, the backrest frame 230, the seat frame 240, and the armrest frame 250, which are the skeletons of the chair 2, so that the sensation person feels uncomfortable when receiving the vibration. 9 can be prevented from propagating the vibration of the waist interlocking member 4a to parts such as the head and elbows. In the above description, since the interlocking member 4 is directly fixed to the converter 3, only one of the converter 3 and the interlocking member 4 needs to be held, and both the converter 3 and the interlocking member 4 are separately held. As compared with the case, the structure is simplified and the cost is reduced.
[0037]
A tube as a sound reducing member 8 is provided at a connection portion (contact portion) of the hook portion 71 on the other end side of the connection spring 7a with the spring connection portion 230b of the backrest frame 220 (FIG. 3 (b)). Thereby, it is possible to suppress the generation of squeak noise at the connection portion between the connection spring 7a and the spring connection portion 230b of the frame 220 for the backrest, which is generated by the vibration of the interlocking member 4a. In the present embodiment, an example in which the sound reducing member 8 is provided on the connecting spring 7a is shown. Of course, the sound is formed on the connecting portion of each spring connecting portion 230b of the backrest frame 220 with the hook portion 71 of the connecting spring 7a. The lightening member 8 may be provided. Further, in the above, an example in which a tube is used as the sound reducing member 8 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various conventionally known sound reducing members 8 may be used. The connection portion of the spring connection portion 230b may be surface-coated with a synthetic resin or the like, and this may be used as the sound reduction member 8.
[0038]
The waist interlocking member 4a is adjusted as shown in FIG. 5 by adjusting the length and elastic force of the connecting spring 7a, and the positions of the backrest frame 230 and the spring connecting portions 230b and 40 of the waist interlocking member 4a. The waist interlocking member 4a is arranged at a position protruding from the vertical frame portion 230a, that is, the backrest portion frame 230 toward the sensible person (substantially forward in the vibration direction A of the transducer 3). As a result, the interlocking member 4 can be pressed more strongly against the waist 9a of the sensible person 9, and the vibration of the interlocking member 4 can be efficiently transmitted to the sensible person 9.
[0039]
The transducer 3 (which may be the waist interlocking member 4a) has a tubular back interlocking member 4b which is located at a position corresponding to the back portion 9b of the knee and has a substantially elliptical side cross section. Are connected via the vibration propagation member 4. That is, the waist interlocking member 4a and the back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b, which are two interlocking members 4, are provided for one converter 3. More specifically, the interposition between the waist interlocking member 4a and the converter 3 is provided. The distance is to be shorter than the distance between the back interlocking member 4b and the converter 3.
[0040]
More specifically, the above-described knee interlocking member 4b is connected to a spring connecting portion 240d provided on both side supporting frame portions 240b of the above-described seat frame 240 via a connecting spring 7b. That is, the hook portion 72 at one end of the connection spring 7b is connected to a plurality (two) of spring connection portions 41 provided on the lower surface at both ends in the width direction of the knee back interlocking member 4b, and both side support frames of the frame 240 for the seat portion. By connecting the hook portion 73 at the other end of the connection spring 7b to the plurality (two) of spring connection portions 240d provided at the front portions of the portions 240b, 240b, when the rider 9 sits on the knee-back interlocking member 4b. At the location close to the back portion 9b of the knee. The back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b is disposed so as not to contact the cushion spring 8. In the same manner as the connection spring 7a for connecting the waist interlocking member 4a and the frame 230 for the backrest, the hook portion at the other end of each connection spring 7b for connecting the back interlocking member 4b and the buttocks support body 240. The sound reducing member 8 may be provided at a connection portion between the 71 and the buttocks support pair 240 and the spring connection portion 240d.
[0041]
By disposing the back interlocking member 4b on the seat frame 240 via the connection spring 7b as described above, the vibration transmitted from the back interlocking member 4b to the seat frame 240 can be attenuated. In addition, the vibration is not transmitted to the frame 220 for the pillow portion, the frame 230 for the backrest, the frame 240 for the seat portion, and the frame 250 for the armrest portion, which are the skeletons of the chair 2, whereby the vibration of the sensation person 9 is uncomfortable. It is possible to further prevent the vibration of the back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b from propagating to parts such as the head and elbows that are felt.
[0042]
The vibration propagation member 5 has an upper end connected to a lower end of the converter 3 (which may be a lower rear part of the waist interlocking member 4a) and a backrest part from the upper end as shown in FIGS. Vibration propagation body 5a extending substantially downward in the direction along the inclination of the frame 230, and a lateral vibration extending from the lower end of the rear vibration propagation body 5a in a direction substantially parallel to the vibration direction a of the transducer 3 in front. It comprises a propagation body 5b and a front vibration propagation body 5c extending substantially upward from the front end of the lateral vibration propagation body 5b. The lateral vibration propagating member 5b is positioned below the cushion spring 241. More specifically, the vibration propagating member 5 is disposed so as not to contact the cushion spring 8. By arranging the vibration propagation member 5 in this manner, when the sensible person 9 sits, the vibration propagation member 5 does not become an obstacle, and the vibration propagation member 5 can be hidden by the seat portion 24 or the backrest portion 23. The appearance becomes beautiful. Further, in the above description, the transducer 3 and the back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b are connected via the transverse vibration propagating member 5b extending in parallel with the vibration direction A of the transducer 3, whereby the vibration of the transducer 3 is separated. It can be efficiently transmitted to the knee back interlocking member 4b which is the member 4.
[0043]
An elastic member 6 is provided on the upper surface of the lateral vibration propagating member 5b, which is a portion located between the lateral vibration propagating member 5b and the cushion spring 241 as shown in FIG. Thus, even if the sensible person 9 sits on the seat 6 vigorously or the heavier sensible person 9 sits on the seat 6, the cushion spring 241 is lowered. And the lateral vibration propagating member 5b are in contact with each other via the elastic member 6, so that generation of abnormal noise and deformation of the vibration transmitting member 4 due to the contact between the cushion spring 241 and the lateral vibration propagating member 5b can be prevented. .
[0044]
By adjusting the length and elastic force of the connecting spring 12b and the position where the spring connection portions 3d and 7d are provided, the above-mentioned back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b is positioned closer to the perceived person (upper side) than the seat frame 240. It is arranged. As a result, the back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b can be pressed more strongly against the back portion 9b of the knee of the sensible person 9, and the vibration of the interlocking member 4 can be transmitted to the sensible person 9 efficiently.
[0045]
Next, the control of the sound sent from the sound generating means will be described. The sound output from the sound generating means flows through the sound control device, and partly flows from the speaker 221 through an amplifier or the like. In addition, a part of the sound sent from the sound generating means is cut by a low-pass filter (not shown) to be a sound source signal, and the sound source signal is amplified by an amplifier to become a vibration sound signal. Is converted into mechanical vibration by the converter 3, and the converter 3 is vibrated. The vibration of the transducer 3 causes the interlocking member 4 connected to the transducer 3 to vibrate, thereby transmitting realistic vibration synchronized with the sound generating means to the waist 9a and the back part 9b of the knee of the sensible person 9. . In addition, the bodily sensation sound device 1 in the present embodiment includes an example in which a sound control device, a low-pass filter, and an amplifier are provided, and a converter is converted from an acoustic signal to mechanical vibration. However, the present invention is not limited to this. It is assumed that the sound control device, the low-pass filter, and the amplifier are not provided in the bodily sensation sound device, and the converter 3 that directly converts the signal output from the sound generation unit into mechanical vibration may be provided.
[0046]
By the way, in the bodily sensation sound device 1 according to the present embodiment, as described above, two interlocking members 4 are provided for one converter 3 for the following reason. That is, by providing two interlocking members 4 for one converter 3, the number of converters 3 to be provided in the sensation sound device 1 can be reduced as compared with the number of interlocking members 4 to be provided. The cost of the acoustic device 1 can be reduced. In the present embodiment, an example in which one transducer 3 and two interlocking members 4 are provided in the bodily sensation sound device 1 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Two or more interlocking members 4 may be provided, and more specifically, N + 1 or more interlocking members 4 may be provided in two or more N converters.
[0047]
Further, as described above, since the waist interlocking member 4a and the back of the knee interlocking member 4b are provided as described above, the waist 9a having the pelvis can be vibrated to perform bone vibration, and the back portion 9b of the knee which is sensitive to touch is sensed. Can be vibrated, so that an image of the whole body being vibrated by the few interlocking members 4 can be given to the sensible person 9.
[0048]
Further, in the above, since the distance between the waist interlocking member 4a and the converter 3 is arranged to be shorter than the distance between the back of the knee interlocking member 5b and the converter 3, the waist which requires strong vibration is required. The lower back interlocking member 4b, which vibrates the lower back portion 9b of the knee, which vibrates the lower back portion 9b of the knee, which vibrates the lower back interlocking member 4a that vibrates the back 9a and can sufficiently obtain a feeling of vibration even with weak vibration, allows the waist 9a of the sensation person to be vibrated. And the back part 9b of the knee can be vibrated in a well-balanced manner, and a time difference can be caused between the vibration of the waist part 9a and the vibration of the back part 9b of the knee by vibration transmission.
[0049]
Further, in the above, since the knee back interlocking member 4b is formed in a tubular shape, the rigidity of the knee back interlocking member 4b can be maintained as compared with the knee back interlocking member 4b formed in a plate shape as shown in FIG. Thus, the vibration can be stably transmitted to the perceived person. Further, in particular, by making the side cross section of the knee back interlocking member 4b substantially elliptical, the contact area between the sensible person 9 and the knee back interlocking member 4b can be reduced, whereby it is possible to vibrate with a strong force. . In the above description, the example in which the knee back interlocking member 4b is formed in a tubular shape is shown. However, the other interlocking member 4 may be formed in a tubular shape. For example, the waist vibrating body 3a may be formed in a tubular shape. In this case, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained. In the above description, the side cross-sectional shape of the back-of-the-knee interlocking member 4b is an elliptical shape, but the present invention is not limited to this. In particular, it is preferable that the interlocking member 4 is formed in a tubular shape. In this case, the contact area between the sensible person 9 and the interlocking member 4 can be further reduced. It is possible to vibrate.
