この発明は例えば鍵盤楽器に利用して好適な開閉蓋に関し、特に短い奥行寸法にも係わらず開閉蓋により譜面立及び譜面受と兼用することができる新規な構造を提案するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より鍵盤楽器の特に鍵盤の配列面を覆う開閉蓋には各種の構造のものが提案されている。鍵盤楽器は周知のように、長方形状のケースの一方の長辺が操作側とされ、他方の長辺が背面側とされる。操作側の長辺に沿って鍵盤が配列され、この鍵盤の配列面に開閉蓋が施され、鍵盤の配列面を開閉できる構造とされる。
図9に示す例ではケース1の鍵盤配列面をスライド式開閉蓋2によって開閉する構造の例を示す。図10に示す例では二つ折開閉蓋3を上向きに跳ね上げ鍵盤配列面を開閉する構造とした場合を示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
図9に示したスライド式開閉蓋2を用いた場合、譜面立及び譜面受を開閉蓋2とは別に用意しなくてはならないため、部品の数が多くなりコストが掛かる欠点がある。
また、図10に示した例では開閉蓋3を譜面立及び譜面受として兼用することができる。然し乍ら、この構造の開閉蓋3は蓋の奥行寸法の約1/2の位置で2分割しているため、譜面立として利用するには高さの寸法が不足する傾向がある。特に楽器の小型化に伴ってケース1の奥行寸法を短く採ればそれに伴って開閉蓋3の奥行寸法も短くしなければならないため、譜面立としての高さの寸法が不足することになる。

この発明の目的は、開閉蓋を譜面立及び譜面受として兼用する場合、譜面立の高さの寸法を可及的に高く採ることができる新規な構造の開閉蓋を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の請求項1では、開口面がほぼ長方形状を有し、一方の長辺を操作側、他方の長辺を背面側とされたケースと、このケースの開口面を短辺方向に関して操作側が短い寸法とされ、背面側が長い寸法とされて2分割してケースの開口面を開閉する第1開閉蓋及び第2開閉蓋と、これら第1開閉蓋と第2開閉蓋の相互間を回動自在に連結するヒンジと、第1開閉蓋の短辺方向のヒンジ側に延長された遊端がケース内に回動自在に軸支され、第1開閉蓋を支持して第1開閉蓋を所定の円弧に沿って移動させ、各移動位置に応じて第1開閉蓋を構成する板材の板面の角度を変化させてケースの操作側の開口面を塞ぐ姿勢と開放する姿勢に移動させるアームと、第2開閉蓋をこの第2開閉蓋の短辺方向の所定位置において回動自在に軸支する支持軸の位置を第1開閉蓋の円弧移動に連動させて移動させるステーと、第2開閉蓋の板面の向が重力方向とほぼ並行する姿勢に達した状態で第2開閉蓋の自重に従って支持軸の位置を第2開閉蓋の回動遊端側にスライドさせるスライダと、ステーに一方向の弾性的な回動偏倚力を与え、スライダのスライド方向が支持軸の回動方向と一致した状態で支持軸の位置を所定位置に復帰させるためのスプリングと、を具備した開閉蓋を提案する。

作用

図1にこの発明による開閉蓋の要部の構造を示す。図1において1は開口面がほぼ長方形状のケースを示す。1Aは一方の長辺を示し、この長辺1Aが操作側、他方の長辺1Bが背面側となる。
この発明ではケース1の長方形上の開口面を短辺方向に関して第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12とによって2分割して開閉する構造とするものである。
この発明の特徴とする構造は操作側の長辺1Aに近い側の開口面を開閉する第1開閉蓋11の奥行寸法を第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法より短く選定した点である。第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12はヒンジ13(図2乃至図6参照)によって回動自在に連結され、更に、第1開閉蓋11はヒンジ13の連結点より外向に突出して延長されたアーム14の遊端によってケース1に回動自在に支持される。従ってアーム14の回動遊端と第1開閉蓋11の回動遊端とが一致し、第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12とのヒンジ結合部分がアーム14の回動遊端と軸支点位置との間に配置される。この構造により第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12とを連結したヒンジ13の位置は図2に示す円弧Aに沿って移動し、この移動中に第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12の板面が互に向き合う方向に回転する。

【発明の効果】
上述したこの発明の開閉蓋は楽器以外にも用いることができるが、特に鍵盤楽器に適用して最も良い効果が得られる。つまり、第1開閉蓋11の奥行寸法を第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法より短く選定すればする程、第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法を可及的に長く得ることができる。
因みに第1開閉蓋11の奥行寸法を第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法の例えば1/4に選定したとすると、第1開閉蓋11と第2開閉蓋12を開いた状態では図4に示すように、第2開閉蓋12は約3/4の長さを譜面立として利用することができる。また、第1開閉蓋11の長辺11Aの面は譜面受として利用することができるため、背の高い楽譜でも安定して支持することができる。

また、第1開閉蓋11の奥行寸法を短く採ることにより第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法が長く採れることから、ケース1の奥行寸法を短くしても第2開閉蓋12の奥行寸法が極端に短くなることはない。従って、ケース1の奥行寸法を縮めても背の高い譜面立を得ることができる利点が得られる。
