Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a remote-operated drainage plug device that remotely controls opening and closing of a drain port of a bath body such as a washbasin or a bathtub.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventionally well-known remote-operated drainage plug device attached to a bathtub, for example, there is a bathtub shown in FIG. 1 which employs an operation unit shown in FIG. Hereinafter, a conventional example of a remotely operated drainage device using the operation unit shown in FIG. 10 will be described with reference to the drawings.
A conventional remote-operated drain plug device employing the operation unit illustrated in FIG. 10 includes a drain plug body, a valve body, a valve support member, a release wire, an operation unit, an elbow member, and a tube pipe described below. Be done.
The drain plug body has a substantially cylindrical shape having a drain port formed therein, and is provided with an external thread on an outer surface thereof.
The valve body includes a valve cover for closing the drain port, and a valve shaft suspended downward from a center of the valve cover.
The valve support member is a member housed and fixed in the drain port. The valve support member houses a valve shaft, and has a bearing portion connected to a release wire at a rear end thereof. The body is connected.
The release wire is provided with a hollow outer tube having flexibility, an inner wire that slides in an axial direction on the inner surface of the outer tube, and one end of the inner wire, which is connected to a valve support member. A pin portion (not shown) disposed immediately below the valve shaft of the valve body.
The operation unit includes a switch guide described below, an operation button, and a thrust lock member as a mechanism unit.
The switch guide has a cylindrical shape and is provided with a step on its inner surface, and further houses therein an operation switch and a thrust lock member in order from the top.
The operation button is a component for transmitting the drive to the release wire when the user presses the button by hand, and the lower portion is attached and fixed to the operation shaft of the thrust lock member.
The thrust lock mechanism includes a step portion which is engaged with a step portion of the switch guide along a peripheral edge above an outer surface thereof, and moves forward (down) to the center thereof every time the operation button is pressed. An operation shaft is provided which repeats retreating (raising) by being fixed / released and urged by the inner wire of the release wire.
The elbow member is provided with an opening provided with a female screw to be screwed with a male screw of the drain plug main body, an outlet for discharging drainage flowing from the drain to the sewer side, and an insertion hole through which a release wire passes.
The tube tube is a hollow member having a tubular shape and rigidity in the axial direction and flexibility in the side direction, and one end is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the switch guide of the operation unit. The ends are water-tightly connected to the insertion holes of the elbow member, respectively, and a release wire is inserted therein.
[0003]
When attaching the remote-operated drainage plug device configured as described above to the bathtub shown in FIG. 1, first, the drainage plug main body and the elbow member are screwed together through the peripheral edge of the attachment hole provided in the bathtub or the like, and then removed. Attach the drain cock body to the hole.
Next, a switch guide of the operation unit is attached and fixed to a mounting hole provided in an upper edge portion of the bathtub, and a lower end of the switch guide and an insertion hole of the elbow member are water-tightly connected via the tube tube. I do.
Further, after the release wire is connected to the thrust lock member and inserted into the switch guide from the pin portion until the flange portion of the thrust lock member is locked on the step portion of the switch guide, the pin portion is connected to the tube tube. It is inserted into the elbow member through the hole. Further, from the upper side of the bathtub, the pin portion of the release wire disposed in the elbow member is pulled up to the bathtub side with pliers or the like through a drain port.
From this state, the pin-side end of the release wire is connected to the lower end of the bearing portion of the valve support member, and the valve support member is mounted and fixed in the drain port. Thereafter, the valve shaft of the valve body is housed in the bearing portion of the valve support member, and the distal end of the pin portion of the release wire is arranged directly below the valve body, thereby completing the installation of the remotely operated drain plug device. .
[0004]
In the case of using the above-described remote-operated drain plug device of the related art, first, the operation is performed on the operation button of the operation unit to close the drain port, that is, the inner wire of the release wire is retracted to the operation unit side. , And the pin portion is lowered. When the operation button is operated from this state and the inner wire is advanced to the drain port side, the pin portion at the tip of the inner wire rises to push up the lower end of the valve shaft of the valve body immediately above, and accordingly the valve cover Rises to open the drain. This open state is maintained by a thrust lock mechanism provided in the operation unit. When the operation button is operated from this state to release the state of maintaining the thrust lock mechanism, the inner wire retreats to the operation unit side, and the pin part descends, so that the valve body pushed up by the pin part also descends. Close the drain. Thereafter, by repeating this operation, it is possible to freely open and close the drain port.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described remote-operated drainage plug device, a tube tube is connected between the operation unit and the elbow member to obtain the following operation.
1-1. The drainage that has entered the operation section can be directly drained from the elbow member to the sewage side through the tube pipe, so that it does not run down under the bathtub and the bottom of the bathtub is not stained.
1-2. At the time of installation or maintenance of the above-mentioned remote-operated drain plug device, the tube tube serves as a guide path for the release wire, so that the release wire can be smoothly guided to the elbow member side and can be sunk under a narrow bathtub etc. Work without any problems. This is particularly effective at the time of maintenance after the construction of the complete bathtub is completed and work cannot be performed from the waterproof pan or the back side of the bathtub.
1-3. Since the release wire is protected by the tube, damage to the release wire during construction can be prevented.
[0006]
By the way, the release wire is too short with respect to the minimum length required for construction (hereinafter simply referred to as "required length"), which is determined by the length of the switch guide, the tube tube, and the elbow member. Of course, the release wire cannot be connected from the operation section to the elbow member side, and if the release wire is too long, the release wire of an extra length will be twisted in the tube tube, or the release wire will be bent in an unreasonable manner There is a problem that
For this reason, the release wire of the remote-operated drain plug device is usually dimensioned so that an extra length longer than the required length (hereinafter simply referred to as “play length”) hardly occurs. ing.
[0007]
On the other hand, in the remote-operated drain plug device as described above, when the release wire is connected to the valve support member, the release wire is once pulled up into the bath tub from the drain port above the bath tub, and the pin end of the release wire is connected to the pin portion. It is necessary to connect the portion to the valve support member, and in this case, the longer the play length, the longer the release wire protrudes into the bathtub and the easier the construction.
However, as described in the paragraph 0006, since the release wire actually has almost no play length, the length of the release wire that can be pulled out from the drain port is very small, and the worker of this connection work requires Work had to be carried out in the bathtub with a slight gap between the bottom of the bathtub and the protrusion of the release wire, which was very inconvenient. In addition, due to this difficulty, an excessive pulling force applied by a worker in an attempt to pull out the release wire has contributed to the damage of the release wire.
[0008]
In addition, the thrust lock mechanism and the release wire are composed of separate members so that if either one breaks, only the damaged member needs to be replaced. If the inner wires of the wires are not properly connected, there has been a problem that the construction is poor, the inner wires do not operate properly, and the remote-controlled drainage device malfunctions.
[0009]
Further, the thrust lock mechanism and the inner wire of the release wire are connected to each other by a screw, but the screw is loosened from vibration caused by the operation of the operation button, and the release wire may fall off from the thrust lock member to cause a failure. .
[0010]
Also, when drainage flows from the operation button, as described above, the switch guide and the thrust lock member flow into the operation portion because there is almost no gap between the inner surface of the switch guide and the outer surface of the thrust lock member. The drainage drained through the thrust lock member to the elbow member side. For this reason, drainage flows into a part that performs an operation, such as an internal operation shaft, and pollutants in the drainage adhere to the drainage, causing a malfunction or malfunction.
[0011]
The present invention has been invented to solve the above problems,
2-1. Improve the workability of installing the remote-operated drainage plug device, prevent the release wire from being damaged or buckled,
2-2. Prevents release wire from falling off mechanism,
2-3. An object of the present invention is to prevent failure and malfunction of the mechanism itself due to inflow of drainage of the mechanism.

The tube tube (6) is a hollow member having a tubular shape and rigidity in the axial direction and flexibility in the lateral direction, and one end thereof is provided with a switch guide of the operation unit (5). (8) The other end is connected to the insertion hole (2) of the elbow member (1) in a watertight manner, and the release wire (7) is inserted therein.
[0024]
When the remote-operated drain plug device configured as described above is attached to the bathtub (B) shown in FIG. 1, first, the drain plug body (18) is inserted through the periphery of the mounting hole provided in the bathtub (B). And the elbow member (1) are screwed together, and the drain plug body (18) is attached to the attachment hole.
Next, a switch guide (8) of the operation unit (5) is attached and fixed to a mounting hole provided in an upper edge portion of the bathtub (B), and a lower end of the switch guide (8) and the elbow member (1) are further fixed. The insertion hole (2) is connected in a watertight manner via the tube tube (6).
Next, the release wire (7) is slightly screwed into the pull-up screw (9a) of the pull-up guide upper part (9) and the pull-up screw (10a) of the pull-up guide lower part (10). In a state where the rotation preventing rib (10b) of the pull-up guide lower part (10) is housed in the rotation preventing groove (8b) of the switch guide (8) from the pin part (not shown) side. When the flange (9b) of the upper part (9) of the pulling guide is inserted until it is locked on the step (8a) of the switch guide (8), the pin part (not shown) becomes the tube tube (6), It is inserted into the elbow member (1) through the insertion hole (2).
Further, from above the bathtub (B), a pin portion (not shown) of the release wire (7) disposed in the elbow member (1) is pulled up to the bathtub side with pliers or the like through the drain port (3).
At this time, the length of the release wire (7) protruding into the bathtub (B) is set such that the release wire (7) is fully engaged with the pull-up screw (9a) and the pulled-up screw (10a). ), The total length of the release wire (7) is adjusted such that the release length of the release wire (7) from the drain port (3) becomes a length suitable for the operation of the remotely operated drainage plug device. In this state where the screw (9a) and the screw (10a) to be screwed (10a) are hardly screwed, the length of screwing is longer than that of the conventional remote-operated drainage plug device. An extra portion protrudes into the bathtub (B).
From this state, the end of the release wire (7) on the pin (not shown) side is connected to the lower end of the bearing (20) of the valve support member (19).
Then, when the pull-up guide upper part (9) is rotated using a jig such as a pliers in the switch guide (8), the screwing of the pull-up screw (9a) and the pulled-up screw (10a) advances. The lifting guide lower part (10) rises and is housed in the lifting guide upper part (9). At this time, since the anti-rotation rib (10b) is housed in the anti-rotation groove (8b), there is no co-rotation between the lifting screw (9a) and the pulled screw (10a). Does not occur. When the screwing is completed, the chevron ribs (22) are engaged with each other, so that the screwing cannot be released.
In a state where the screwing is completed, the length of the release wire (7) protruding from the drain port (3) becomes a suitable length for the operation of the remote-operated drain plug device.

[0028]
Further, the remotely operated drainage plug device of the second embodiment can be used by the same method as the conventional example described in the paragraph 0004.
[0029]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be appropriately changed within the scope of the claims.
For example, in the first embodiment, the operation shaft (12) of the mechanism is also used as the inner wire (7b) and is integrated, but the operation shaft (12) of the mechanism is separate from the inner wire (7b). The structure may be used. According to this method, there is a merit that only the replacement of the mechanical unit is required when a failure occurs in the mechanical unit.
[0030]
Further, in the second embodiment, the connection between the connection pipe (24) and the switch guide (8) is connected by elastic engagement. However, as shown in FIG. It does not matter.
[0031]
Further, in the second embodiment, the apron part (27) of the bathtub (B) is removed from the outer surface of the remote-operated drainage device in order to construct the switch guide (8) and the connection pipe (24). Thus, the side surface of the remote-operated drainage plug device was exposed, but the present invention is not limited to the above method, and a work window for simply performing work is provided on the side surface of the bathtub (B). It is good also as composition.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
The remotely operated drain plug device of the present invention has the following effects.
1. According to the present invention as set forth in claims 1 to 3, the connecting portion between the operating portion and the release wire is made to be able to advance and retreat in the axial direction of the release wire in the operating portion, and is suitable for the operation of the remotely operated drainage device. The length of the release wire protruding from the drain port can be increased to some extent during operation because the release wire can be fixed to the length position. For this reason, damage and buckling of the release wire due to excessive pulling or the like can be prevented, and furthermore, the work of connecting the release wire and the valve support member has become very easy.
2. In the present invention as set forth in claim 4, since the operating axis of the thrust lock mechanism as the mechanism is formed integrally with the inner wire of the release wire, the release wire is not connected to the thrust lock mechanism due to poor connection. The malfunction of the forward / backward movement has been eliminated. In addition, the connection work between the release wire and the thrust lock mechanism can be omitted, the workability is improved, the number of members is reduced, and a product can be provided at lower cost.
3. In the present invention as set forth in claim 5, since the lifting screw and the screw to be lifted are provided with a mechanism for preventing loosening, vibrations from the operating section and the valve body loosen both screws, causing the release wire to fall off and fail. It has become possible to prevent such occurrences.
6. According to the present invention, a gap for water flow is provided between the inner peripheral surface of the switch guide, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower pulling guides, thereby preventing a failure or malfunction of the mechanism. Now you can do it.
7. According to the present invention as set forth in claims 7 to 9, the connection portion between the operation section and the tube pipe can be moved in the axial direction with respect to the switch guide in the connection pipe to operate the remotely operated drain plug device. Since the release wire can be fixed to an appropriate length position, the length of the release wire protruding from the drain port can be made somewhat longer during work. For this reason, damage and buckling of the release wire due to excessive pulling or the like can be prevented, and furthermore, the work of connecting the release wire and the valve support member has become very easy.
8. According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, since a work window or an apron is provided in the bathtub, maintenance of the remote-operated drainage plug device is performed when troubles or maintenance of the remote-operated drainage device occurs. Work became very easy.
