【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成する本発明の土留め用かご枠連結部材は、互いに隣接する土留め用かご枠間に跨がって配設される棒材の両端近傍部に、それぞれ双方のかご枠内部に充填される中詰材と噛み合う形状の定着部を設けるとともに、該棒材の両端部に他の同一連結部材との連結部を設けたものである。

本発明の連結部材としては他に、隣接する双方の土留め用かご枠間に跨がって配設される棒材の一端側に、一方のかご枠内部に充填される中詰材と噛み合う形状の定着部を1個ないし複数個設けるとともに、該棒材の両端部に他の同一連結部材との連結部を設けたものがある。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明に係る土留め用かご枠連結部材の一例である。同図に示すように、この連結部材1は、所要長さの棒材2の両端近傍部に定着部3a,3bを形成するとともに、該棒材の両端部を連結部7a,7bに形成したものである。

すなわち、棒材2は、直径13mm程度、長さ1000mm程度の鉄筋で形成してある。棒材2の両端近傍部に設けられた定着部3a,3bは、それぞれ隣接する土留め用かご枠4a,4bの内部に.充填される割り栗石等の中詰材5に噛み合わせて定着させるものである。これらの定着部3a,3bは、図示例では、鋼板により一辺が150mm程度の正方形に形成してあり、中心部に設けた貫通孔3’を棒材2に挿通し、棒材の端部近傍に溶接して設けてある。定着部3a,3bの形状は図示例に限らず、他に長方形や円形等の平板状のもの、あるいは図2に示すように、複数個の円柱等の柱体6を、棒材2の端部近傍に放射状に配設した構造のもの等であってもよい。

図5は、本発明に係る土留め用かご枠連結部材の他の実施形態を示している。すなわち、隣接する双方の土留め用かご枠4a,4b間に跨がって配設される棒材2の一端側に、一方のかご枠4a内部に充填される中詰材5と噛み合う形状の定着部3aを1個ないし複数個(図示例では2個)設けるとともに、該棒材2の両端部に、それぞれ他の同一連結部材1との連結部7a,7b(図示例では、長ナット9による連結形式を採用)を設けたものである。この連結部材1は、図6に示すように、左右方向に並列設置された全ての隣り合うかご枠4…間に跨がって配設され、互いに長ナット9にて連結される。

また、図7は、同じく本発明に係る土留め用かご枠連結部材の他の実施形態を示している。すなわち、隣接する双方の土留め用かご枠4a,4b間に跨がって配設される棒材2の両端部をフック形に形成して、これらのフックに、かご枠4a,4b内部に充填される中詰材5と噛み合う定着部3a,3bとしての機能と、他の同一連結部材との連結部7a,7bとしての機能とを兼備させたものである。この連結部材1は、図8に示すように、左右方向に並列設置された全ての隣り合うかご枠4…間に跨がって配設され、互いのフックを掛け合わせて連結される。
