【発明の属する技術分野】
本説明は背面に三角錐のＢ又はＢ’に磁性体を設け、図５の様に鉄板部などにＢを磁力で固定します。図６の様にメモなどを下よりＢ及びＢ’の境界部Ａまでメモを差し込みＢ’を表面板Ａ面の下部を押すことでメモなどが挟めます。はずす時はメモなどを軽く手前に引くと簡単にはずれることを特徴とする磁力紙挟み具である。

【従来の分野】
従来の紙挟み具は種々の形態のものがありましたが、一般的には厚み・重さを有することとなり、使用の度毎につまんではずしてから挟むと言う不便さがありました。これらを克服しようと、鋼を曲げたりして挟持部にしたものや、本体に溝や窪みなどを付けて球体などを組み込んで紙を差し入れる物もあった。しかし前者では長時間使用しているとメモや書類に錆が付着したり、鋼製などで書類を破損したりする難があった。後者は球体をいれたりし厚みも増し開発費も相当かさみ問題となる事が多かった。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
（イ）従来品は数個の立体的な部分から構成されていた為、厚みや重みがありました。
（ロ）使用毎に一々つまんで紙を挟まなくてはならない物でした。
（ハ）この商品は、紙を挟む時はワンタッチで挟め、取る時は手前に軽く引くだけで簡単に取れると同時に手前に引く力で図６から図５の様になり開口部が出来、次に挟む時そのまま挟むことが出来ます。
多くの挟持型紙挟み具の様に、一々つまんで紙などを付けるのではなく、ワンタッチで固定したまま定位置に紙などを簡単に挟め便利でもあり、この機能を有した（紙位置安定）ことで従来品にはない特徴があり、しかも安価で提供出来、又デザイン展開でキャラクターグッズとして、又ノベルティグッズとして期待できます。

[Means for solving the problem]
