【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、傘を取付けまた傘や小荷物を掛けることができる折りたたみ式のネックレスト付固定主柱（１）を設け、その固定主柱に傘の取っ手と傘の心棒を支え固定させる金具（４）（５）を設ける。さらに固定主柱を支える肩平板（２）と背中平板（３）を設け、その平板から肩バンド（６）と背中ゴムバンド（７）を設置、器具と体を完全密着固定し、傘や小荷物を持ち歩けることができることとした携帯用傘立スタンド器具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来から携帯用傘立スタンド器具はない。よって、傘をさしても、傘をささなくても歩行する際は必ずどちらかの手で傘を持たなければならなかったので不便を余儀なくされていた。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】従来から携帯用傘立スタンド器具がなかったので特に雨天の日、傘をさして歩行する時また傘をささないで歩行する時なども必ずどちらかの手で傘を持ち歩かなければならなかったので、ほかに荷物があれば傘自体が荷物となり大儀であった。また自転車等での走行するときなども片手でハンドル操作しなければならない等問題点が多々あった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、携帯用傘立スタンド器具とすることにより、雨天の日は勿論のこと普段の日でも同器具を持ち歩くことで、両手が使えるようになり荷物も両手一杯に、また自転車等での走行も危険なく快適で余裕の走りができる。器具の取付け、取外しも簡単で、しかも器具全体が軽量のため持ち歩きが容易である。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の携帯用傘立スタンド器具は、傘を取付けまた傘や小荷物を掛けることができる折りたたみ式のネツクレスト付固定主柱（１）に、傘の取っ手と傘の心棒を支え固定させる金具（４）（５）を設ける。さらに固定主柱を支える肩平板（２）と背中平板（３）を設け、その各平板から肩バンド、背中ゴムバンドで器具自体を完全固定、傘をさすときは取っ手金具（４）に傘を立てて取付け、傘をささないときには傘の心棒を支えている固定金具（５）に掛けセット、すべて手で傘を持たずに歩行または自転車等で走行できる。

【実施例】実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、図１、図２、図３において雨天の日、携帯用傘立スタンド器具を使用する場合、あらかじめ傘を広げ折りたたみ式のネックレスト付固定主柱（１）にセット、肩バンド（６）と背中ゴムバンド（７）に腕を通し肩に掛け固定。また傘をささないときは図４、図５のとおり傘や小荷物を傘の心棒を支え固定させる金具（５）に掛けて同器具が実施される。
