Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mask with a headband, and more particularly to a mask with a headband suitable for use in dust and gas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Dust and gas masks are equipped with a headband so that the face can be used in close contact with the face. This headband has a structure in which the length can be adjusted in accordance with the size of the headband so as to be wrapped around the head or neck of the wearer. For example, conventionally, the adjustment of the length of a head band in this type of mask has been performed using a band passing ring 1 attached to a band of a face member or a partner to be connected to each other as shown in FIG. .
[0003]
The band passing ring 1 includes a plate-shaped body 4 having an opening 3 through which the band 2 passes. The plate-like body 4 is provided with a band-laying shaft 5 directly above the opening 3, that is, on one surface side of the plate-like body 4 that is out of the plane forming the opening 3. In other words, the band winding shaft 5 is provided on one surface side of the plate-like body 4, and the band insertion opening 3 is formed in the plate-like body 4 at a position located directly below the shaft 5. .
[0004]
When adjusting the length of the band 2 by using the band passing ring 1, one end of the band 2 is passed through the opening 3 of the plate-like body 4 and wrapped around the shaft 5, and the opening of the plate-like body 4 is again opened. Turn back through part 3. One end side of the band 2 folded back through the band passing ring 1 in this way becomes a surplus portion 2a, and the surplus portion 2a is passed through the annular member 6 together with the band 2 extending toward the band passing ring 1 and bundled. .
[0005]
As another conventional example of adjusting the length of the band 2, a band loop 7 having two openings 7a and 7b formed in parallel is known as shown in FIG. As a method of use, the band 2 is passed through one opening 7a, and then is passed over the cross section 7c between the openings 7a and 7b and passed through the other opening 7b. The band 2 and the band loop 7 are slidable with each other.
[0006]
More specifically, one end of the band 2 coming out of the opening 7b of the band passer 7 is passed through, for example, a band insertion hole 8 provided in a face body and folded. One end of the band 2 folded back through the band insertion hole 8 becomes a surplus portion 2a, and the tip of the surplus portion 2a is a band 2 already passed through the two openings 7a and 7b of the band passer 7. Are passed through the openings 7a and 7b so as to overlap with the openings.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional mask, when the length of the headband is adjusted, one end side of the band that becomes the surplus portion 2a becomes an obstacle for the wearer, so that the band that substantially tightens the annular member 6 or It was bundled using a band pass 7. However, the distal end of the surplus portion 2a is still in a state where it can easily move out of the annular member 6 and the like, and the distal end is very disturbing to the wearer.
[0008]
It is very troublesome to move the annular member 6 or the like every time the length of the band is adjusted so as to bundle the ends of the surplus portion 2a so that the tip of the surplus portion 2a is not in such a state. Then, when retightening after wearing, it becomes difficult to grasp the end of the surplus portion 2a this time. As described above, the conventional mask has a problem that the operation for bringing the face body into close contact with the face is troublesome and cannot be performed quickly.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, and it is possible to quickly perform a tightening operation of a headband when a face body is brought into close contact with a face without an excess portion becoming an obstacle. An object of the present invention is to provide a mask with a headband provided with a length adjustment ring that can be used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a mask with a headband, and is configured as follows in order to solve the above-described problems of the related art. That is, the present invention provides a mask with a headband that is capable of being in close contact with the face of the wearer and capable of inhaling and exhausting air, and a headband-equipped mask including a headband that adheres the face to the face. At least one length adjustment ring that adjusts the length of the band, the first and second side edges extending parallel to each other along both sides of the band, and traversing the band. The first and second side edges are connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the band by connecting the ends of the first and second side edges, and the length of the band is defined between the first and second edges. A central strut extending between the first and second side edges so as to be bisected in the direction, wherein each side edge, the first end edge, and the central strut define a first band through hole. And each side edge, the second end edge, and the central strut define a second band through hole, and the band The first band pass-through hole is slidably passed from the second band pass-through hole across the central support portion of the adjustment ring, and the end of the band coming out of the first band pass-through hole is used in a mask with a head band. The band is slidably passed through a band insertion hole formed separately from the length adjustment ring, and is folded back. The end of this folded portion is connected to the length adjustment ring so that it cannot be substantially removed. It is characterized by.
[0011]
The mask with a headband of the present invention has the above-described features, and further has the following features. That is, the end portion of the folded portion is wrapped around either the first edge portion or the central support portion, and is substantially non-removably connected by integrating the overlapping end portions. It is characterized by having.
[0012]
Further, in the mask with a headband according to the present invention, the length adjustment ring is formed on the third end opposite to the first band through hole with the first end edge as a boundary, through which the band can be inserted. A hole is provided, and the end of the folded portion is passed through the third band through hole after being looped around the first edge portion, and the passed end is folded and integrated to form the end portion. It is characterized in that it is prevented from coming out of the three band through hole and is substantially non-removably connected to the length adjusting ring.
[0013]
Further, in the mask with a headband according to the present invention, the distance between the first edge portion defining the first band through hole and the central support portion is the second end defining the second band through hole. It is characterized in that it is narrower than the distance between the edge and the central support.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the mask with a headband of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a mask 10 with a headband according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a wearing state of the mask 10 with a headband. The mask 10 with a headband has a face body 11 and a headband 13 whose length can be adjusted to bring the face body 11 into close contact with the face of a wearer 12 of the mask 10 with the headband.
[0015]
The face body 11 is provided with a cover body 14 formed of a soft elastic material, which is in close contact with the face of the wearer 12 and covers the mouth and the periphery of the nostril. The cover body 14 is provided with a filter mounting portion. A filter 15 for filtering intake air is replaceably mounted on the filter mounting portion. A headband attachment plate (hereinafter, referred to as an attachment plate) 16 for connecting the headband 13 to the face body 11 is attached to a front surface of the cover 14 with a fastener 16a.
[0016]
The headband mounting plate 16 has a cross shape including four connection arms 17, 17, 18, and 18. The two connection arms 17 extend obliquely upward and left and right, respectively, when the cover 14 is viewed from the front. The other two connection arms 18 extend obliquely downward to the left and right. Such a mask 10 with a headband can be used for dust prevention or for gas proof, and the type of filter is selected according to the use.
[0017]
The headband 13 is formed of a flexible material, and has an annular member 19 shaped so as to be able to be applied to the back of the wearer 12a, and extends from the annular member 19 to each connecting arm 17 of the mounting plate 16. It has one first band member 20 and a pair of second band members 21 extending from each connection arm 18 of the mounting plate 16 and hung around the neck 12 b of the wearer 12. In the mask 10 with a headband shown in FIG. 1, the first band member 20 has a novel structure in which the length adjustment ring 23 is attached to the first band 22, and the second band member 21 is attached to the second band 32. It has a prior art structure with a buckle 24 attached.
[0018]
The annular member 19 of the headband 13 is formed from a non-stretchable material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyester resin, and the first and second bands 22, 32 of the first and second band members 20, 21 are stretchable. Or it is formed from a non-stretchable strip. For the first and second bands 22 and 32, there are no particular restrictions on the width, thickness, and material, and various types of strips conventionally used can be used. Typically, for example, in addition to a sheet made of a rubber or plastic elastomer, a woven string, a knitted string, a braid, a nonwoven cloth, or the like made of nylon or polyurethane fiber can be used.
[0019]
In each of the first band members 20, the rear end portion 22b of the first band 22 is passed through a band insertion hole 19a formed in the annular member 19, and the overlapping portions of the first bands 22 are sewn together and integrated. The front end portion 22a of the base member faces the face body 11 via the length adjusting ring 23, and is slidably inserted into a band insertion hole of a band support member 17a detachably attached to the tip of the connection arm 17 of the attachment plate 16, and folded back. And is connected to a length adjustment ring 23. Thus, the folded portion of the first band 22 that has been passed through the band insertion hole in the band support member 17a at the tip of the connection arm 17 and folded back to the length adjustment ring 23 is a surplus portion 22c of the first band 22. The length adjustment ring 23 will be described later in detail.
[0020]
In FIG. 1, in each of the second band members 21 having the conventional structure, the front end portion 32a of each of the second bands 32 is inserted into the band support member 18a which is detachably attached to the tip of the two connection arms 18 of the attachment plate 16. A portion where the second band 32 overlaps with the second band 32 is sewn through the hole, and the first and second members 25 and 26 constituting the buckle 24 are detachable from each other on the other rear end portion 32b side. At least one of them is attached so that the length of the band member 21 can be adjusted.
[0021]
The first member 25 of the buckle 24 is formed with a D-shaped ring 25a, and the other second member 26 is formed with a hook 26a. The two members 25 and 26 are connected by engaging the D-shaped ring 25a of the first member 25 so as to be hooked on the hook 26a of the second member 26. When the ring 25a is removed from the hook 26a, the connection is released. Can be.
[0022]
FIG. 3 is a plan view partially showing the first band member 20 to which the length adjusting ring 23 is attached, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 4-4 in FIG. 3, and FIG. It is a principal part enlarged view. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3 to 5, the length adjustment ring 23 is formed of a synthetic resin, metal, or the like, and extends in parallel with each other along both sides of the first band 22. A pair of first and second ends which are connected to each other by connecting each end of the first and second side edges 23a and 23b across the first band 22, and the second side edges 23a and 23b. It has edges 23c and 23d, and a central support 23e that bisects the first and second end edges 23c and 23d in the longitudinal direction of the first band 22. Each end of the central support 23e Are also connected to the first and second side edges 23a and 23b.
[0023]
In this length adjusting ring 23, the first and second side edges 23a and 23b, the first edge 23c, and the center support 23e define a first band through hole 27a, and the first and second sides 23a and 23b define a first band through hole 27a. The edges 23a, 23b, the second end edge 23d, and the center support 23e define a second band through hole 27b. Such a length adjusting ring 23 is slidably attached to the first band 22. With respect to the length adjusting ring 23, the front end portion 22a of the first band 22 passes through the second band through hole 27b, straddles the center support 23e, and then passes through the first band through hole 27a. The front end 22a of the extending first band 22 is slidably passed through the band insertion hole 31 of the band support member 17a of the face body 11 and is folded. The folded back portion is a surplus portion 22c, and the tip end side of the surplus portion 22c wraps the end portion 22a around the first end edge portion 23c of the length adjustment ring 23, and connects the overlapping first bands 22 to each other with a suture line 22h. To form a loop 22d, which is connected to the first edge 23c of the length adjustment ring 23.
[0024]
The width of the first band through-hole 27a in the length direction of the first band 22 (the distance between the first edge portion 23c and the center support portion 23e) is equal to the width of the second band through-hole 27b (the center support portion 23e and the second support portion 23e). (The distance from the two edge portions 23d). In particular, as shown in FIG. 5, the width of the first band through hole 27a is such that when the first band 22 is pulled left and right around the length adjustment ring 23 in the drawing, the first band through hole 27a is inserted into the first band through hole 27a. The passing direction of the insertion portion 22e in the first band 22 is perpendicular to the opening surface of the first band through hole 27a (in FIG. 5, a virtual line perpendicular to the opening surface of the first band through hole 27a is denoted by a symbol. 33 (shown as 33).
[0025]
The second edge portion 23d defining the second band through hole 27b in the length adjustment ring 23 is used as a grip when the length adjustment ring 23 is slid along the first band 22. Is done. Therefore, it is preferable that the second band through-hole 27b is sized so that the finger of the wearer 12 can be inserted into the second band through-hole 27b to easily grip the second edge 23d.
[0026]
Next, a method of adjusting the length of the first band member 20 by moving the length adjustment ring 23 will be described. Now, the length adjusting ring 23 is moved along the first band 22 from the state shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 to shorten the distance between the annular member 19 and the band supporting member 17a of the face body 11, thereby reducing the first band member. When tightening 20, the user grips the second edge 23 d, which is the gripping portion of the length adjustment ring 23, with his finger, and pulls this to the right as indicated by the arrow 28.
[0027]
Then, the loop 22d of the surplus portion 22c connected to the first edge portion 23c of the length adjusting ring 23 is pulled rightward as viewed in FIGS. The tensile force applied to the surplus portion 22c reaches the first band 22 between the length adjustment ring 23 and the band support member 17a. As a result, the first band 22 between the annular member 19 and the band supporting member 17a moves in the band insertion hole 31 of the band supporting member 17a, and the length adjusting ring 23 is moved by the moved length by the first band. It moves in the direction indicated by arrow 28 along 22.
[0028]
When the first band member 20 is tightened in this manner, the pulling force applied to the surplus portion 22c via the length adjustment ring 23 causes the pulling force of the portion extending from the length adjustment ring 23 toward the band support member 17a. The first band 22 is pulled out from the first band through hole 27a of the length adjusting ring 23 by the pulling force. Slide over.
[0029]
The sliding of the length adjusting ring 23 increases the length of the surplus portion 22c, and conversely, the substantial length of the first band 22 between the annular member 19 and the band supporting member 17a of the mounting plate 16 As the length becomes shorter, the first band member 20 is tightened. When the wearer 12 tightens the first band member 20 when wearing the headband-equipped mask 10, a reaction force to loosen the first band 22 may be applied. This reaction force becomes a pulling force for sliding the length adjusting ring 23 in the direction opposite to the arrow 28 via the surplus portion 22c of the first band 22.
[0030]
However, in the case where a pulling force to be loosened acts on the insertion portion 22f of the first band 22 inserted into the second band through hole 27b of the length adjustment ring 23 in the direction of arrow 29 in FIG. The bent portion 22g formed by the first band 22 getting over the central support portion 23e and entering the narrow first band through hole 27a, and the insertion portion 22e being close to vertical as described above, It is pressed against the portion 23e. Therefore, the length adjusting ring 23 cannot be slid with respect to the first band 22 only by the pulling force to loosen by itself, and as a result, the length adjusting ring 23 does not move in the loosening direction.
[0031]
As described above, since the surplus portion 22c of the first band 22 in the first band member 20 is connected to the first edge portion 23c of the length adjustment ring 23 by the loop 22d formed on the tip side thereof, As described above, the surplus portion does not become free. In this embodiment, the tip side of the surplus portion 22c of the first band 22 is connected to the first edge portion 23c that defines the first band through hole 27a of the length adjustment ring 23. As shown in (2), the end 22a of the surplus portion 22c may be looped around the central support 23e of the length adjustment ring 23, and a loop 22d may be formed in the same manner and connected to the central support 23e.
[0032]
In the mask 10 with the headband, the length adjustment ring 23 is used to adjust the length of the first band member 20 in the headband 13. However, the present invention is applied to a case where the first band member 20 is used. Not limited. 7 to 11 show an example in which the length adjustment ring 23 is used to adjust the length of the second band member 21.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 2, when this length adjusting ring 23 is used for a pair of second band members 21 wound around the neck 12b of the wearer 12, they are engaged with each other as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. A length adjustment ring 23 is interposed in a second band 32 connecting each of the detachable first member 25 and second member 26 to each connection arm 18 of the mounting plate 16. That is, in each of the second band members 21, the front end 32 a of the second band 32 is passed through the band insertion hole of the band supporting member 18 a in the face body 11 and fixed as shown in FIG. 1. The rear end 32b of the second band 32 passes through the second band through hole 27b with respect to the length adjusting ring 23 as shown in FIGS. It passes through the first band through hole 27 a and extends toward the buckle 24.
[0034]
The end 32b of the second band 32 protruding from the first band through-hole 27a of the length adjustment ring 23 is connected to the band through-hole 25b of the first member 25 and the band through-hole of the second member 26 constituting the buckle 24. 26b so as to be movable and folded back. The folded back portion is a surplus portion 32c, and the tip side of the surplus portion 32c wraps the end portion 32b around the first edge portion 23c of the length adjustment ring 23, and connects the overlapping second bands 32 with each other by a suture line. A loop 32d is formed integrally at 32h to be connected to the first edge portion 23c.
[0035]
When the second band member 21 having the length adjustment ring 23 is hung around the neck 12b of the wearer 12, the buckle 24 of the second band member 21 is turned behind the neck 12b, and the first member 25 The connection is established by engaging the D-shaped ring 25a so as to hook the hook 26a of the second member 26. After that, the second edge portion 23 d, which is the grip portion of the length adjustment ring 23 of each second band member 21, is gripped with a finger, and the length adjustment ring 23 is moved along the second band 32 to thereby form each second band member 23. The length of each of the band members 21 is reduced, and as a result, the second band member 21 can be fastened to the neck 12b. In the example shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the length adjustment ring 23 is provided on both of the pair of second band members 21, but the length adjustment ring 23 is provided only on one of the second band members 21. It may be provided.
[0036]
9 to 11 show still another example of the second band member 21. FIG. The second band member 21 is different from the examples shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 in that a square ring, that is, a connecting ring 30 is used as a joint instead of using the buckle 24. The pair of second band members 21 are connected in advance by the connecting ring 30 to form substantially one second band member 21. When the second band member 21 is wrapped around the neck 12b of the wearer 12, the second band member 21 is wrapped around the neck 12b as shown in FIG. In this example, only the first member 25 and the second member 26 of the buckle 24 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 are replaced with the connecting ring 30, and the second band between the connecting ring 30 and the band supporting member 18a is formed. The mounting structure in which the length adjusting ring 23 is interposed between the shafts 32 is the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.
[0037]
FIGS. 12A and 12B are a plan view showing the length adjustment ring 123 in a mode different from FIGS. 1 to 11, and a view showing a cross section taken along line 12b-12b in FIG. FIGS. 12A and 12B show a part of the first band member 20 in which the length adjustment ring 123 is slidably attached to the first band 22, and the length shown in FIGS. Components that are the same as or correspond to the adjustment ring 23 are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0038]
The length adjusting ring 123 has a third band through hole 120 on the opposite side from the center support 23e with the first edge 23c as a boundary. The width of the third band through hole 120 in the band length direction allows the first band 22 to be inserted, and is preferably smaller than approximately twice the thickness of the first band 22. The third band through hole 120 can be defined as follows. That is, in the length adjusting ring 23 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first and second side edges 23a and 23b are extended beyond the first edge 23c, and the ends of the extended edges 122a and 122b are extended. In between, the third edge 121 is arranged in parallel with the first edge 23c to connect the ends. When such a length adjustment ring 123 is actually manufactured, it is integrally formed of a synthetic resin, metal, or the like, similarly to the length adjustment ring 23 described above.
[0039]
In the case of the length adjusting ring 123, the end portion 22a of the surplus portion 22c is passed through the third band through hole 120 immediately after the end portion 22a is looped around the first edge portion 23c. Therefore, since the portion wound around the first edge portion 23c is strongly pressed against the first edge portion 23c, the pulling force acting on the first band 22 in the normal use state of the headband 13 is small. The looped portion around the first edge portion 23c does not slide with respect to the first edge portion 23c, and the end portion 22a of the surplus portion 22c is connected to the length adjustment ring 123 so as to be substantially non-removable. You.
[0040]
By just passing the end 22a of the surplus portion 22c through the third band through hole 120 immediately after looping the end 22a around the first edge portion 23c, the end 22a of the surplus portion 22c is substantially The end 22a may come out of the third band through hole 120 when adjusting the draw-out length of the end 22a that has passed through the third band through hole 120. Is also expected. Therefore, the end 22a passed through the third band through hole 120 is folded and doubled so that the end 22a passed through the third band through hole 120 does not come off, and the sewing is performed (sewing line 124). It is preferable that the retaining portion 125 is integrally formed.
[0041]
Further, even when the width of the third band through hole 120 is larger than almost twice the thickness of the first band 22, the doubled end 22a has high bending rigidity and is hardly deformed. As a result, it is possible to function as the retaining portion 125 without easily passing through the third band through hole 120. In particular, when the end portion 22a after passing through the third band through hole 120 is folded and integrated by sewing to make it double, the edge of the folded end portion 22a as shown in FIG. With the sewn portion as the center, it rises in the direction away from the surface of the other band 22 that is superimposed. Therefore, when the end portion 22a attempts to escape from the third band through hole 120, the rising portion is locked to the first edge portion 23c, so that the end portion 22a of the surplus portion 22c from the third band through hole 120 is removed. It is preferable because escape is more reliably prevented.
[0042]
In the first band member 20 using the length adjusting ring 123, the length of the first band member 20 is adjusted by moving the length adjusting ring 123 along the first band 22, and the surplus portion is adjusted. It is also possible by changing the length of the end 22a of the end 22c drawn out from the third band through hole 120. For example, if the mask 10 with the headband is used for a long time, the first band 22 of the first band member 20 may be elongated due to deterioration, and the adjustment may not be completed only by moving the length adjustment ring 123. Can be In such a case, it can be dealt with by pulling out the end 22a of the surplus portion 22c from the third band through hole 120.
[0043]
When the length adjusting ring 123 is used, after the end portion 22a of the surplus portion 22c is sufficiently pulled out from the third band through hole 120, it can be double-folded and sewn. Since there is no need to sew the first band portion 23c around the first edge portion 23c as in the example of Example 4, the sewn operation becomes easier and the production of the first band portion 20 becomes easier.
[0044]
In the above description of the length adjustment ring 123, the case where this was used for the first band portion 20 was described as an example, but the second band member 21 is also replaced with the length adjustment ring 23 shown in FIGS. A length adjustment ring 123 having a different aspect can be used by being slidably attached to the second band 32.

【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the mask with a headband of this invention, a band passes through the 1st and 2nd band through-hole over the center support | pillar part of a length adjustment ring, and slides one end of this band into the band through-holes, such as a surface body. It is folded back as much as possible, and the tip after this folding is fixed to the length adjustment ring, so that the surplus part of the band does not come out of the annular member etc. and becomes free, and the face body adheres to the face The tightening operation of the headband at the time of the operation can be performed quickly.
