従来、化粧料、特にコーンシーラー、アイシャドウ、アイブロー、マスカラ等の液状化粧料に使用される液状化粧料容器において、当該液状化粧料容器を構成するキャップに具える化粧料塗布体の塗布部は発泡体又は刷毛体よりなるものが一般的である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる化粧料塗布体の塗布部では、化粧料塗布部自体の容積と表面積が大きく、そのため、一度に広範囲における液状化粧料の塗布を行おうとする場合には非常に好都合であるものの、極小さな面積、いわゆるピンスポット的に化粧料の塗布を行おうとする場合には、却ってこの化粧料塗布体の塗布部自体の容積や表面積の大きさが妨げとなって、極小さな面積の皮膚や毛に対する塗布部の正確な当接を行うことができず、的確に液状化粧料の塗布ができないものである。

また、このような液状化粧料容器においては、一般的に、化粧料を塗布する際の液ダレや不注意な接触による他所汚損を防止すると共に、化粧料塗布体の塗布部に含まれる液状化粧料の量を適度に調節するため、液状化粧料容器の開口部内部にしごきを設けている。すなわち、化粧料塗布体の塗布部をキャップに対して取り付けるための軸体、特にその側面や、この軸体の先端に取り付けられている発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる塗布部に付着あるいは含有している余分な液状化粧料を、液状化粧料容器の開口部に配置され、中央に孔を形成する環状の弾性縁片からなるしごき部により適度に払拭しているものである。しかし、このしごきによって払拭される液状化粧料の量や範囲にも限界があり、特に上記発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる塗布部においては、該発泡体や刷毛体内部に多量の液状化粧料が貯留されることから、しごきによっても付着あるいは含有する液状化粧料を十分に払拭できず、化粧料塗布体の塗布部には多量の液状化粧料が残留することとなって、極小さな面積の皮膚や毛という被塗布部に対して液状化粧料の塗布を行おうとしても、この化粧料塗布体の塗布部に余分に残留した液状化粧料が被塗布部及びその周辺に不必要に付着して広がってしまうので、的確に液状化粧料の塗布を行うことができないものである。そこで、上記液状化粧料容器内に配設されるしごきの有する孔の径を狭めてしごきによる払拭能力を向上させることが考えられるが、その場合、確かにしごきによって払拭される液状化粧料の量を増加させることができることから、軸体の側面に付着する余分な液状化粧料や化粧料塗布体の塗布部に余分に残留した液状化粧料の量を低減させることができるものの、逆に、しごきと上記軸体や化粧料塗布体の塗布部との摺動抵抗が大きくなってしまうため、化粧料塗布体の挿脱時における操作力が著しく重くなったり、化粧料塗布体自体の破損につながる原因にもなりかねないものである。

更に、上記発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる化粧料塗布体の塗布部は、その性質上柔軟であるため、皮膚に対する密着性、追従性に優れることから、一度塗布した液状化粧料を広い面積にわたって拡張させる、いわゆる伸延作業は行い易いものである。しかし、上述のように発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる化粧料塗布体の塗布部は極小さい面積に対するピンスポット的な化粧料の塗布には不都合であることから、同様に当該極小さい面積に対する伸延作業も非常に困難なものである。このため上記発泡体又は刷毛体よりなる化粧料塗布体の塗布部の硬度を高くすることも考えられるが、塗布部の硬度を高くしても、塗布部が発泡体又は刷毛体である限りは、その内部に多量の液状化粧料が貯留されることから、やはり伸延作業が困難な上、塗布部の有する硬度を高くすると、液状化粧料を塗布しようとする時に皮膚などの被塗布部に対して塗布部が強く当接して反発しやすくなり、その結果液状化粧料が飛散したり、皮膚に対しての密着性、追従性が低下して、的確に液状化粧料の塗布及び伸延作業が行えなくなる恐れがあるものである。

そこで、この発明は上記従来のものの有する問題を解決するものであり、極小さな面積に対する液状化粧料の塗布作業を容易、且つ的確に行えるようにするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために、中央に孔を有する環状の弾性縁片からなるしごき部を一体に形成するしごき体を開口部内に内挿すると共に、内部に液状化粧料を貯留する化粧料容器本体と、この化粧料容器本体の開口部に対して着脱自在となるキャップ、及び該キャップに設けられた化粧料塗布体からなるものであって、上記キャップに設けられる化粧料塗布体を、直接被塗布部に触れる曲面形状の塗布面を有する塗布部と、上記塗布部に対し一端を連接し、他端をキャップに固持してなる軸部とから構成してなるので、化粧料塗布体を化粧料容器本体より抜出した場合に、化粧料塗布体先端の塗布部における曲面形状の塗布面においては少量の液状化粧料が残留するだけであり、しかも被塗布部に直接触れる塗布面が曲面形状であるので、極小さい面積の皮膚等に対する液状化粧料の塗布が可能となると共に、更にその曲面形状の塗布面により液状化粧料の伸延作業を容易に行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施においては、更に上記液状化粧料容器を構成するキャップに具えられる化粧料塗布体を、金属又は樹脂よりなるものとすることで、弾性を有しつつ細径化が図れるので、極小さい面積の皮膚等に対する液状化粧料の塗布が可能となると共に、液状化粧料の塗布に際して、化粧料塗布体の塗布部の皮膚等の被塗布部に対する密着性、追従性が良くなるものである。また化粧料塗布体の塗布部を、略半球形状、略円球形状、先端に向かって拡開するテーパー部に連続して略半球面状の塗布面を設けてなる涙滴形状、又は先端に向かって拡開するテーパー部に連続して頂部を曲面に形成する略円錐形の表面形状の塗布面を設けたなる鏃形状とすることで、被塗布部に付着させた液状化粧料を伸延させるにあたって、塗布部の様々な形状を有する塗布面、又、場合によってはその後方のテーパー部を使用することで、液状化粧料の伸延を行う面積や部位に対応することができるものである。更に、上記化粧料塗布体を、先端に保持孔を有する保持軸を介してキャップに固持してなるものとすることで、従来の塗布部に発泡体や刷毛体を使用するものと部品を共有することが可能となり、コストの削減や組立作業性の向上を図ることができる。そして、上記化粧料塗布体の塗布部を略円球形状とした場合において、その軸部を塗布部方向に向かって径小化するテーパー形状とすることで、化粧料塗布体を化粧料容器本体より抜出した場合に、塗布部の先端には少量の液状化粧料を確実に残留させつつ、上記軸部のテーパー部ではしごき部との摩擦が減少するのでその操作性を軽くすることができるものである。なお、この化粧料塗布体の塗布部と軸部とを一体に成形することで、製造工程の簡略化や製造コストの削減を図れることができるものであり、逆に上記化粧料塗布体の塗布部と軸部とを別体とすると、化粧料塗布体の軸部の弾性を変えることができて、被塗布部に付着させた液状化粧料を伸延させるにあたって、より簡易かつ確実に行うことができるものとなる。

【実施例】
この発明を図に示す実施例により更に説明する。（１）はこの発明の実施例である液状化粧料容器であり、この液状化粧料容器（１）は、その内部において、例えばコーンシーラー、アイシャドウ、アイブロー、マスカラ等の液状化粧料（３）を貯留し、その上部において、外周に雄ねじ部（５）を周設すると共に、中央に孔（８）を形成する環状の弾性縁片（７）からなるしごき部（６）を有するしごき体（６’）を、しごき支持部（６ａ）により内側に配置してなる開口部（４）を有する化粧料容器本体（２）と、この化粧料容器本体（２）の開口部（４）の外周に設けられた雄ねじ部（５）に対して着脱自在に螺合するように雌ねじ部（１０）を内設するキャップ（９）と、該キャップ（９）に設けられた化粧料塗布体（１１）から構成されるものであって、化粧料容器本体（２）とキャップ（９）とが螺合された際には、化粧料塗布体（１１）の先端部分は、化粧料容器本体（２）の内部に貯留された液状化粧料（３）内に没入している。

そして、化粧料容器本体（２）に対して着脱自在に螺合する上記キャップ（９）内においては、ポリプロピレンよりなり、軸部（１２）と曲面形状である塗布面（１４）を有する塗布部（１３）を一体としてなる化粧料塗布体（１１）が具えられ、その化粧料塗布体（１１）先端の塗布部（１３）は、半球面状である塗布面（１４）を形成する半球と、該塗布面（１４）を形成する半球の径よりも細径化された軸部（１２）から塗布面（１４）を形成する半球に向かって径大化してなるテーパー部（１５）とにより涙滴形状に形成されている。尚、化粧料塗布体（１１）は例えばポリプロピレン等の樹脂以外にも、金属又は当該金属表面をメッキ処理したものでも良い。更に、塗布部（１３）の形状も、上記涙滴形状の他、略半球形状、略円球形状、又は先端に向かって拡開するテーパー部に連続して頂部を曲面に形成する略円錐形状を設けてなる鏃形状としてなるものでも良い〔図４（イ）乃至（ハ）参照〕。

そして、この化粧料容器本体（２）の内部に配置されるしごき体（６’）は、上述の如く中央に孔（８）を形成する環状の弾性縁片（７）からなるしごき部（６）を有するものであり、このしごき体（６’）のしごき部（６）全体で弾性を有するので、このしごき部（６）の中央に形成する孔（８）に対して、キャップ（９）に具える化粧料塗布体（１１）を抜出する場合には、抜出する化粧料塗布体（１１）を構成する軸部（１２）の側面（１２’）に対して上記孔（８）周縁の弾性縁片（７）が密着して、化粧料塗布体（１１）の軸部（１２）の側面（１２’）に余分に付着する液状化粧料（３）を払拭し、液だれや不用意な接触による他所への汚損を防止するものである。

この発明の実施例である液状化粧料容器（１）は以上の構成を具えることから、この発明の実施例である液状化粧料容器（１）を構成するキャップ（９）内に内設される化粧料塗布体（１１）により、化粧料容器本体（２）の内部に貯留する、例えばコーンシーラー、アイシャドウ、アイブロー、マスカラ等の液状化粧料（３）を塗布しようとする場合には、まず開口部（４）の雄ねじ部（５）とキャップ（９）に内設する雌ねじ部（１０）との螺合を解くことによって、キャップ（９）を化粧料容器本体（２）の開口部（４）から引き上げつつ脱離させる。このとき、キャップ（９）内に具えられる化粧料塗布体（１１）は、化粧料容器本体（２）の内部に配置されるしごき部（６）の環状の弾性縁片（７）の中央に形成される孔（８）に挿通されていて、化粧料塗布体（１１）の軸部（１２）の側面（１２’）には上記孔（８）周縁の環状の弾性縁片（７）が密着することとなる。そのため、化粧料容器本体（２）の開口部（４）からのキャップ（９）の引き上げに伴って、上記しごき部（６）は弾性を持って変形しつつ化粧料塗布体（１１）を構成する軸部（１２）の側面（１２’）に余分に付着する液状化粧料（３）を払拭するものである。

以上のとおり、液状化粧料容器を構成するキャップ内に具えられる化粧料塗布体において、曲面形状の塗布面を有する塗布部を設けることで、極小さい面積に対する液状化粧料の塗布を可能にすると共に、塗布した液状化粧料のぼかし作業も的確、且つ簡易に行えるものであって、しかも部品点数の削減や製造時の加工性の向上から、製品コストを大幅に削減することができる優れた効果を有するものである。
