上記のようなものでは、一旦地面に落ちた糞便を処理する場合、仮に糞便のみを処理できたとしても地面を汚すことになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
【実施例１】
図１は、犬の糞処理具の使用状態を示すもので、金属製又はプラスチック製よりなる線状又は棒状材料よりなる輪環状体３と、この輪環状体３は後部に設けられている手持ち２を含む杆体１の前方部に形成される。この輪環状体３の中央部の空隙部４には上部において開口する使い捨てプラスチック袋体５の上周縁を掛垂することによりプラスチック袋体５の上部を開口させて前記輪環状体３の外枠６の外周縁に支持させ、プラスチック袋体５を着脱自在に吊り下げしてなるものである。

請求項３の犬の糞処理具では、後部に手持ち部を形成した杆体は、環状輪杆に対して傾斜状に設けてあるので、犬の糞便処理の際には環状輪杆を水平状態のままで犬の糞を処理する人は直立したままで処理することができる。
請求項４の犬の糞処理具では、後部に手持ち部を形成した杆体の前方部に不透明性のプラスチックスカート部の一端を反転自在に吊着してあるので、衛生的に糞便の処理が可能であり、又は犬の糞便を人の目にさらすことがないから自分も他人も不快感を覚えることなく持ち運びすることができる。
請求項５の犬の糞処理具では、後部に手持ち部を形成した杆体を伸縮自在とてあので、糞便の処理をするときのみ杆体を伸長させ、それ以外の時にはこれを短縮して持ち運びすることができる。
請求項５の犬の糞処理具では、後部に手持ち部は湾曲状に形成してあるので、手指が塞がっている場合でも、犬を散歩させる人の腕、その他に掛け止めして持ち運びすることができる。
