Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch device for an exterior covering film for a greenhouse enabling securely and easily stretching the exterior covering film to be set in an openable and closable manner so as to be imparted with a desired tension without damage, and to provide a stretch method for the exterior covering film for the greenhouse using the stretch device. <P>SOLUTION: The stretch method comprises connecting the base edge of a first belt member 11 to a rolling pipe 40 fixed with the edge of the exterior covering film 30 and setting a loop part 11c as a part to-be-engaged on a free edge. The hook member 12d of a second belt member 12 constituting a tension-imparting member is engaged with the loop part 11c so as to adjust the length of the second belt member 12. 本発明は、ビニルフィルム、ポリオレフィン系フィルム、フッ素系フィルムなどのプラスチックフィルムを外被として用いる温室用外被フィルムの張設器具及び該温室用外被フィルムの張設方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記した各種プラスチックフィルムを外被として用いると共に、温室の側面上部付近から天井部中心付近まで開放可能として換気部材としても機能させる温室構造が知られている。かかる構造においては、外被としての機能と換気部材としての機能とを兼用するため、全閉状態や所定量開放して固定している状態においては、強風等に煽られることによるばたつき等をできるだけ小さくするために、所定の張力をかけて張設する必要があり、開放動作する際には、この張力を解除して巻き上げ可能とする必要がある。

このため、例えば、特開昭62−264279号公報には、換気部材として機能するプラスチックフィルムの端部に巻き取りパイプを設けると共に、温室の側面上部付近に、溝部を備えた桟部材を、該温室の長手方向に沿って該溝部が下向きとなるように設けた構造が知られている。巻き取りパイプによって天井方向に巻き上げることによって換気部材として機能する該プラスチックフィルムを開放可能とすると共に、巻き戻した際すなわち該プラスチックフィルムを閉じた際には、巻き取りパイプを桟部材の溝部に係合させて該プラスチックフィルムに所定の張力を付与するものである。

また、特開昭61−38077号公報には、一端を地面に立設したパイプ材等の不動部に連結し、他端に設けたフック状の係合部を、巻き取りパイプに係合させ、下方に引っ張ることで張力を付与する手段が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特開昭62−264279号公報に開示された構造の場合には、温室の長手方向に沿って設けられた所定の長さを有する桟部材に、所定の長さを有する巻き取りパイプを係合させる構造であるため、温室の変形によって桟部材に変形が生じたり、換気部材を構成するプラスチックフィルムに伸び等が生じることによって、所望の張力を付与し得る部位と付与できない部位とが生じる。このため、長期使用により、該プラスチックフィルムを閉じても隙間が生じ、風等によるばたつき防止できなくなるおそれがある。

また、特開昭61−38077号公報に開示されたものは、フック状の係合部を、巻き取りパイプにプラスチックフィルムが巻き付いた状態で、該プラスチックフィルムを介して巻き取りパイプに係合させる構造であるため、巻き付いているプラスチックフィルムの弾力によって係合状態が不安定になりやすく、強風等により外れてしまう可能性がある。また、プラスチックフィルムが直接フック状の係合部に接触するため、両者間の摩擦によってプラスチックフィルムに損傷を来しやすい。

また、換気部材として機能するプラスチックフィルムの上面に、幅1cm程度の合成樹脂製のバンド部材(マイカー線)を掛け回してばたつきを防止する手段も考えられるが、この場合には、バンド部材の張り具合が強すぎると、プラスチックフィルムを開放しにくくなり、逆に弱すぎる場合には、プラスチックフィルムのばたつきを抑制するのが困難となる。このため、バンド部材の張り具合の調整が面倒であると共に、温室の天井部を乗り越えるようにその上部に掛け回すため、バンド部材の配設作業も困難である。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みなされたものであり、開閉可能に設けられる外被フィルムを、損傷を与えることなく、確実かつ容易に所望の張力を付与して張設することができる温室用外被フィルムの張設器具及び該張設器具を用いた温室用外被フィルムの張設方法を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の本発明では、温室用の外被を構成すると共に、巻き取りパイプにより開閉されて換気部材として機能する温室用外被フィルムの張設器具であって、
基端側が前記巻き取りパイプに連結され、自由端側に被係合部を備えた所定長のベルト部材と、
前記ベルト部材の被係合部に係合する係合部を備えた長さ調整可能な張力付与部材とを有し、
前記張力付与部材の係合部を前記ベルト部材の被係合部に係合させた状態で長さ調整することにより、前記温室用外被フィルムを張設可能であることを特徴とする温室用外被フィルムの張設器具を提供する。
請求項2記載の本発明では、前記張力付与部材が、基端側が任意の不動部に連結され、自由端側に前記ベルト部材の被係合部に係合する係合部を備えた長さ調整可能な他のベルト部材から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の温室用外被フィルムの張設器具を提供する。
請求項3記載の本発明では、前記巻き取りパイプに外周から嵌合可能な略半管状に形成され、前記温室用外被フィルムの端部と前記ベルト部材の基端側を共に前記巻き取りパイプに巻き付けた状態で嵌合されるベルト固定部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の温室用外被フィルムの張設器具を提供する。請求項4記載の本発明では、前記温室用外被フィルムの張設時における前記巻き取りパイプの回り止め手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の温室用外被フィルムの張設器具を提供する。
請求項5記載の本発明では、前記回り止め手段が、巻き取りパイプの周囲に固定される外面角形の角形管部材と、
前記角形管部材に嵌合可能な内面形状を備え、巻き取りパイプの軸方向にスライド可能に設けられるジョイント管と、
前記巻き取りパイプの軸方向に沿ってスライドさせ、前記角形管部材に嵌合させた前記ジョイント管を回転不能に固定する固定手段を有すると共に、温室用外被フィルムの張設時における前記張力付与部材の長さに追随して長さ調整可能な回転阻止部材と

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示した実施形態に基づき本発明をさらに詳細に説明する。図1は本発明の一の実施形態にかかる温室用外被フィルムの張設器具10を用いて、外被フィルム30を張設した状態を示す温室1の外観斜視図である。この実施形態では、外被フィルム30は、温室1の天井部1a付近を覆い、温室1の側面部1bを形成している側面フィルム31の上部に、該外被フィルム30の端部が重なるように設けられている。外被フィルム30の端部には、巻き取りパイプ40が固定されており、該巻き取りパイプ40を一方向に回転させることにより、外被フィルム30を順次巻き取り、天井部1aを開放し、逆方向に回転させることにより、外被フィルム30を巻き戻し、側面フィルム31の上部に重なり合うことで、天井部1aを全閉できるように設けられている。巻き取りパイプ40を回転させる手段は任意であるが、図1では、巻き取りパイプ40の一端部に連結される軸部を備え、箱体51内に収容された複数のギア等を介して設けられる手動ハンドル52を備えた駆動機構50が用いられている。もちろん、このような手動式の駆動機構50に代えて、モータ駆動方式のものを採用することもできる。

張設器具10は、図1に示したように、第1のベルト部材11と、張力付与部材である第2のベルト部材12とを有して構成される。第1のベルト部材11は、所定の長さを有し、その基端部11aが、図2に示したように、外被フィルム30の端部が巻き付けられた巻き取りパイプ40に共に巻き付けられている。巻き取りパイプ40に巻き付けられた該基端11a側は、巻き取りパイプ40の外周から略半管状に形成されたベルト固定部材13を嵌合することによって、外被フィルム30の端部と共に固定される。このため、第1のベルト部材11は、図2の矢印方向に回転させることにより、略半管状のベルト固定部材13の周面に、外被フィルム30と共に巻き付くことになる。

また、第1のベルト部材11の基端11a側が、上記したように巻き取りパイプ40に固定される結果、ベルト固定部材13と巻き取りパイプ40との境界部から、他方の端部である自由端11b側が引き出された状態になる。自由端11b側には、折り返すことにより環状になった被係合部としての環状部11cが形成されている。

第2のベルト部材12は、図3に示したように、所定の長さを有し、基端12a側が、任意の不動部、例えば、地面に一部を埋設して固定した固定ピン14のフック状のピン頭部に係合連結されている。また、基端12a側は、折り返されており、折り返し部を挟んだ前後の部位が、バックル部材12cに挿通されている。第2のベルト部材12の自由端12b側には、係合部となるフック部材12dが設けられている。従って、この係合部としてのフック部材12dを、上記第1のベルト部材11の被係合部としての環状部11cに係合させ、第2のベルト部材12の基端12a側の折り返し端部12eを引っ張ることにより、第2のベルト部材12の長さ調整がなされ、外被フィルム30を所望の張力で張設することができる。なお、第1のベルト部材11の被係合部としてフック部材を設け、第2のベルト部材12の係合部として環状部を設けることも可能であるが、第1のベルト部材11は、外被フィルム30を開放する際に、後述のように、外被フィルム30と共に、ベルト固定部材13の周囲に巻き付けられるため、フック部材によって外被フィルム30を傷つけないように、フック部材の材質、形状等に配慮する必要がある。従って、本実施形態のように、第1のベルト部材11の被係合部はベルト素材を折り返して形成した環状部11cから構成し、第2のベルト部材12にフック部材12dを設けることが好ましい。

また、本実施形態では、張力付与部材としてベルト素材からなる第2のベルト部材12を用いているが、第1のベルト部材11の被係合部に係合する係合部を備え、第1のベルト部材11を下方に引っ張って外被フィルム30に所定の張力を付与できるものであれば、伸縮可能なピストン部材ないしは棒部材等を用いることも可能である。但し、本実施形態のように柔軟なベルト状の布材等からなるものを用いることにより、非使用時においては、容易に取り外すこともできるし、地面にそのまま置いても邪魔にならないため、好ましい。
なお、本明細書において、「ベルト部材」には、平帯状のベルト素材からなるものに限らず、断面略円形の紐状の部材も含む意味である。

第1のベルト部材11及び第2のベルト部材12を備えてなる張設器具10は、図1に示したように、巻き取りパイプ40の軸方向に沿って、所定間隔ごとに複数設けられ、巻き取りパイプ40を部分的に下方に引っ張ることができる構成である。従って、温室1を構成するフレーム材等に変形が生じても、複数配設される各張設器具10を個別に操作して必要な張力を付与することができ、温室1の変形等に拘わらず、確実に外被フィルム30を張設することができる。

一方、本実施形態の張設器具10は、第1のベルト部材11を介して巻き取りパイプ40を引っ張る構成であるため、巻き取りパイプ40が回転自由の状態では、第1のベルト部材11を引っ張っても、外被フィルム30が巻き戻されるだけで、張力を付与することはできない。従って、外被フィルム30に張力を付与するに当たって、第1のベルト部材11を引っ張るためには、巻き取りパイプ40の回転を所望の位置で阻止する回り止め手段を備えている必要がある。

本実施形態の回り止め手段は、図1及び図4に示したように、巻き取りパイプ40の一端付近、本実施形態では、駆動機構50に連結される端部付近に、該巻き取りパイプ40の周囲に固定した外面角形の角形管部材15と、巻き取りパイプ40の一端付近において該巻き取りパイプ40の軸方向にスライド可能に設けたジョイント管16と、このジョイント管16の回転を阻止する回転阻止部材17とを有して構成されている。ジョイント管16の内面は、角形管部材15に嵌合し得る角部を有する形状に形成されており、巻き取りパイプ40に沿ってスライドさせることにより、角形管部材15の外周に嵌合させることができる。

回転阻止部材17は、伸縮可能なパイプ部材18を有して構成される。パイプ部材18は、地面に立設した固定パイプ18aと、この固定パイプ18aに一端付近が挿入され、挿入量を調整することにより固定パイプ18aからの突出長さが変化する可動パイプ18bとを備えてなる。そして、この可動パイプ18bの上端を、ジョイント管16から突出する突出パイプ16aに挿入し、軸方向に直交する方向から固定手段としてのピン部材19を挿通することにより、両者が連結される構成となっている。これにより、巻き取りパイプ40を所定量巻き戻した状態で、所定の位置で回転不能とすることができる。従って、かかる状態で、第2のベルト部材12の長さ調整を行えば、巻き取りパイプ40が回転することがなく、また、パイプ部材18が伸縮可能であるため、第2のベルト部材12の長さに追随することができ、巻き取りパイプ40に無理な力が加わることがなく、全体を平均的に引っ張ることができる。なお、回転阻止部材17は、第2のベルト部材12の長さに追随することができるように長さ調整可能であれば良く、本実施形態のような伸縮可能なパイプ部材18に限定されるものではない。例えば、長さ調整可能なバックル部材を備えたベルト部材等を用いることもできる。なお、回り止め手段として、本実施形態では、角形管部材15とこれに嵌合するジョイント管16とを用いているが、巻き取りパイプ40の回転を阻止できる限り、その構造は限定されるものではない。例えば、本実施形態の角形管部材15及びジョイント管16に代えて、外周から突出する突起を備えた管部材と、この突起に係合する溝を備えたジョイント部材を用いることもできる。また、角形管部材15やジョイント管16を用いることなく、例えば、巻き取りパイプ40に、あるいは巻き取りパイプ40が連結される駆動機構50の軸部に、直径方向に貫通する貫通孔を形成し、この貫通孔にピン部材等を挿通し、回転阻止部材17に固定する構造とすることもできる。

本実施形態の張設器具10は次のように使用される。まず、外被フィルム30が巻き取りパイプ40によって巻き取られ、天井部1aが開放されているとする。かかる状態で駆動機構50のハンドル52を操作して、巻き取りパイプ40を所定方向に回転させると、外被フィルム30が巻き戻されていく。所定量巻き戻したならば、例えば、側面フィルム31に一部重なりあったならば、ハンドル52の操作を止める。もちろん、側面フィルム31に重なり合わない状態で、すなわち一部開放された状態で止めることも可能である。いずれにしても、ハンドル52の操作を止めた位置において、張設器具10を構成する第1のベルト部材11の基端11a側が、外被フィルム30と共に、ベルト固定部材13の周囲に1周以上巻き付いているように、好ましくは2周以上巻き付いているように操作する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、巻き取りパイプに連結されるベルト部材と、このベルト部材を引っ張ることができる張力付与部材を有しており、巻き取りパイプに連結された外被フィルムに対し、ベルト部材を介して張力を付与する構成である。従って、従来のように、外被フィルムに直接係合する構成ではないため、外被フィルムに損傷を与えることなく、張設することができる。また、張力付与部材の係合部を、ベルト部材の被係合部に係合させて、この張力付与部材の長さを調整するだけで済むため、張設作業が容易である。このため、張設器具を温室の長手方向に沿って複数設けたとしても、作業上の大きな負担となることがなく、また、部分的に張力を付与できるため、所定の長さを有する桟部材に、所定の長さを有する巻き取りパイプを係合させる従来の手段と比較した場合に、温室の変形等が生じても、それに追随した張力を付与でき、外被フィルムを容易かつ確実に張設することができる。
