【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、流通品の流通管理をするための流通管理用マーカ及び流通管理用マーカを使用した流通管理システム及びその方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、多発する書籍、ＣＤ等の商品の盗難を防止するために、商品又は商品の包装物にセキュリティ・タグを取り付けて、商品が正規に購入又は借り出されないで持ち出されたときは、出口に設置したゲートで商品の盗難を検出するようにしている。
現在、実用化されている盗難防止方法としては、セキュリティ・タグに磁気及び共振周波数を利用した電磁波方式が主流をなし、代表的な例を以下に示す。

例えば、タグ、リボン、ワイヤ等の磁気センサーを商品に取り付けて、商品が正規に購入又は借り出されないで、該磁気センサーを商品から取り外すことなく持ち出されたときは、出口に設置された交流磁場発生送信器と受信機間を通過時に、交流磁場の定常状態の受信信号が商品に取り付けられた磁気センサーによって乱されることにより、商品の盗難を検出するようにしたもの（特許第２８９２９９５号）がある。

また、電子回路（共振回路）を設けたタグを商品に取り付けて、商品が正規に購入又は借り出されないで、該電子回路を取り外すことなく又は該電子回路の上に導体を貼り付けることなく持ち出されたときは、出口に設置されたＲＦ（ラジオ・フケケンシー）信号により起電力を生じ、電子回路が作動して規定の信号を発することにより、商品の盗難を検出するようにしたもの（特許第２８６３７７０号）がある。

また、磁化及び消磁が可能な非晶質強磁性金属マーカを商品に取り付けて、該非晶質強磁性金属マーカを磁化した状態で商品を陳列しておき、商品が正規に購入又は借り出されないで、非晶質強磁性金属マーカを消磁することなく持ち出されたときは、出口に設置された電磁波の授受を行うゲート間を通過時に、電磁波の周波数に対する高調波を発することにより、該高調波を検出して商品の盗難を検出するようにしたもの（特許第２６６６８１５号）がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、タグ、リボン、ワイヤ等の磁気センサーを商品に取り付ける方式では、磁気センサーを商品に取り付け又は取り外す作業が必要となり煩雑であるのみならず、磁気センサーの取り外しを容易にするために切断するように構成されることが多く磁気センサーの再使用が困難である。また、商品から磁気センサーを取り外されると盗難防止ができないという課題があった。

また、電子回路を設けたタグを商品に取り付ける方式も、タグを商品に取り付ける作業が必要であり、商品の購入時にはタグの取り外し、又は共振回路が駆動しないように導体（アルミ箔）を貼り付ける作業が必要となり煩雑である。更に、タグ及び導体は、商品から容易に剥離しないように粘着力が強く、再使用できないという課題があった。
特に、書籍、又は、音楽、映画、プログラム等の著作物を記憶したＣＤ等の商品は、中古品として販売されたり、貸し出しされたりすることが多く、中古品としての販売時や貸し出し時にも盗難防止の機能を持たせる必要があり、繰り返し使用できることが望まれている。

また、非晶質強磁性金属マーカを商品に取り付ける方式では、非晶質強磁性金属マーカを商品に後付けする必要があり煩雑であるのみならず、容易に取り外されないように商品に取り付けてあるために、商品自体への違和感が生じるという課題があった。

そこで、本発明は、商品にタグ、金属マーカ等の盗難防止器具の取り付け及び取り外しを不要とし、商品自体への違和感が生じることなく磁化及び消磁を繰り返すことにより再使用することができ、かつ、流通過程において磁化又は消磁することにより流通管理として使用できる流通管理用マーカ及び流通管理用マーカを使用した流通管理システム及びその方法を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷した磁性体からなり、該磁性体を磁化又は消磁させて流通管理するようにした流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷したから、商品自体への違和感が生じることがなく磁性体を流通品等に簡単に設けることができると共に、磁性体が容易に剥がれ落ちることがなく、磁化又は消磁を繰り返して再使用することができる。

また、本発明は、前記磁性体を塗料に混ぜて流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷した請求項１に記載の流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に文字又は図形等の表示を印刷すると同時に磁性体を印刷することができるから、前記表示の印刷とは別に磁性体を印刷する必要がなく、製造工程を簡素化することができる。

また、本発明は、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に含浸した磁性体からなり、該磁性体を磁化又は消磁させて流通管理するようにした流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、印刷し難い材質であっても磁性体を設けることができ、磁性体が容易に剥離しないから、繰り返し使用することができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷又は含浸した磁性体の上に塗料を印刷した請求項１乃至３のいずれかに記載の流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体の上に塗料を印刷することによって磁性体を印刷又は含浸した箇所が第三者に知られないから、第三者に磁性体を剥がされたり磁気を乱されたりすることがなく、信頼性の高い流通管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通管理が前記流通品の盗難防止の管理である請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を磁化しておくことによって既存の電磁波方式の盗難防止装置をそのまま使用して盗難防止をすることができると共に、磁性体を容易に取り外すことができないから、確実に流通品の盗難防止の管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通品が、書籍である請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載の流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を磁化又は消磁することによって繰り返し使用することができるから、書籍のように中古品として流通し、又はレンタル店において貸し渡しされる流通品においても、中古品としての販売時や繰り返し行われる貸し出し時にも盗難防止や流通管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通品が、音楽、映画、プログラム等の著作物を記憶した記憶媒体である請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載の流通管理用マーカを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を磁化又は消磁することによって繰り返し使用することができるから、音楽、映画、プログラム等の著作物を記憶した記憶媒体のように中古品として流通し、又はレンタル店において貸し渡しされる流通品においても、中古品としての販売時や繰り返し行われる貸し出し時にも盗難防止や流通管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体を磁化させる磁化装置又は／及び前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体を消磁させる消磁装置と、前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体の磁気の有無を検出する磁気検出装置とからなる請求項１乃至７のいずれかに記載の流通管理用マーカを使用した流通管理システムを提供するものである。
本発明によれば、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷した磁性体を流通過程に設けた磁化装置又は消磁装置を通過させるという簡単な工程により、流通品の流通管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に磁性体を印刷又は含浸し、前記流通品の流通過程において該磁性体を磁化又は消磁させ、前記磁性体の磁気の有無を磁気検出装置によって検出することにより、前記流通品の流通過程を管理する流通管理方法を提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷又は含浸したから、商品自体への違和感が生じることがなく磁性体を流通品等に簡単に設けることができると共に、磁性体が容易に剥がれ落ちることがなく、磁化又は消磁を繰り返して再使用することができる。

また、本発明は、前記流通品の販売前に該流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷又は含浸された磁性体を磁化し、前記流通品の販売時に該磁性体を消磁するようにしてあり、前記磁気検出装置によって磁化された磁性体を検出することにより前記流通品の盗難を検出する請求項９に記載の流通管理方法を提供するものである。
本発明によれば、磁性体を磁化しておくことによって既存の電磁波方式の盗難防止装置をそのまま使用して盗難防止をすることができると共に、磁性体を容易に取り外すことができないから、確実に流通品の盗難防止の管理をすることができる。

また、本発明は、前記磁性体を塗料に混ぜて流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷する請求項９又は１０に記載の流通管理方法を提供するものである。

本発明によれば、磁性体を磁化又は消磁することによって繰り返し使用することができるから、音楽、映画、プログラム等の著作物を記憶した記憶媒体のように中古品として流通し、又はレンタル店において貸し渡しされる流通品においても、中古品としての販売時や繰り返し行われる貸し出し時にも盗難防止や流通管理をすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示する実施例に基づいて説明する。
本発明に係る流通管理システムは、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化させる磁化装置３及び前記流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を消磁させる消磁装置４と、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２の磁気の有無を検出する磁気検出装置５とからなり、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化又は消磁させて流通管理するように構成してある。

図１に示す実施例は、本発明に係る流通管理システムの最適な実施例である商品の盗難防止システムを示す。
図１に示す実施例において、流通管理用マーカ１は、流通品である商品６、商品６の包装物、又は商品６の添付物に印刷した磁性体２からなり、印刷された磁性体２を磁化又は消磁させて商品６の盗難防止機能をＯＮ又はＯＦＦするように構成してある。
流通管理用マーカ１は、図２（ａ）に示すように、磁性体２を塗料７に混ぜて商品６に印刷することが好ましい。商品６、商品６の包装物、又はタグやシール等の商品６の添付物には、商品名やメーカ名、価格や産地等の表示の印刷が施されているから、磁性体２を塗料７に混ぜて前記表示を印刷することにより、前記表示の印刷と同時に磁性体２の印刷を行うことができ、商品６に流通管理用マーカ１を設けることができる。

また、流通管理用マーカ１は、図２（ｂ）に示すように、商品６に磁性体２を直接印刷することもでき、図２（ｃ）に示すように、商品６に磁性体２を予め印刷し、該磁性体２の上に塗料７を印刷することにより、必要な表示を印刷するようにすることもできる。
また、流通管理用マーカ１は、図２（ｄ）に示すように、商品６の塗料７による表示印刷面の裏側に磁性体２を印刷することもでき、図２（ｅ）に示すように、商品６に磁性体２を含浸することもできる。
従って、磁性体２の印刷は、商品６の形状や大きさなど必要に応じて行うことが容易に可能である。

また、流通管理用マーカ１は、商品６等に磁性体２を印刷又は含浸して設けたことにより容易に剥がれ落ちることがないから、流通品のうち書籍、又は、音楽、映画、プログラム等の著作物を記憶した記憶媒体のように、中古品として再流通されたり、図書館又はレンタル店において繰り返し貸し出されたりする流通品に設けることにより、磁性体２の磁化又は消磁を繰り返して再使用することができる。

なお、流通管理用マーカ１は商品６に直接設ける場合に限らず、磁性体２を商品の包装物、又はタグ・シール等の商品の添付物に印刷又は含浸させて商品の包装物、又は商品の添付物に流通管理用マーカ１を設けるようにすることも勿論可能である。
従って、生鮮食品のように商品６に磁性体２を直接印刷できない流通品であっても、生産地・賞味期限等の表示を記載するシールに磁性体２を印刷して流通管理用マーカ１を設けておくことにより、生産地・賞味期限・価格等の表示を前記シールに印刷するときに、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化させて盗難防止機能を付加させることができる。
同様に、衣料品においても、製造者や製造国を記載するタグに流通管理用マーカ１を設けておくことにより、製造者・製造国・価格等の表示を前記タグに印刷するときに、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化させて盗難防止機能を付加させることができる。

磁化装置３は、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化させて、盗難防止機能をＯＮするように構成してある。磁化装置３は、売り場１０内に設ける他、問屋・工場等の他の流通過程に設けても良く、売り場１０の陳列棚１５に商品６を陳列する前に磁性体２を磁化させて、盗難防止機能をＯＮすることができればよい。

消磁装置４は、盗難防止機能がＯＮになっている流通管理用マーカ１を通すことにより、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２の磁気を消磁させて盗難防止機能をＯＦＦするように構成してある。
図１の実施例において、消磁装置４は、レジカウンター８に設置してあり、レジ９において代金が支払われ商品６が正規に購入されたときに、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２の磁気を消磁して盗難防止機能をＯＦＦするようにしてある。
なお、消磁装置４は、レジ９に設けたバーコードリーダに消磁機能を付加することにより、レジ９と一体的に設けた構成とすることもできる。

磁気検出装置５は、対向して配置された一対の探知板１１、１２と、高調波検出器１３と、警報機１４とからなり、売り場１０の出口にゲート状に設けてある。
探知板１１、１２は、探知板１１、１２間に特定の周波数の弱い電磁波を常時発生するように構成してある。
高調波検出器１３は、探知板１１、１２間を盗難防止機能がＯＮ状態の流通管理用マーカ１が通過するときに、磁性体２の磁気によって探知板１１、１２間の電磁波が乱されることにより生じる高調波を検出するように構成してある。
警報機１４は、高調波検出器１３が前記高調波を検出すると、警報音を発して商品６の盗難が発生したことを知らせるように構成してある。

次に、図１に記載の実施例において、流通管理システムである盗難防止システムの作用について説明する。
商品６、商品６の包装物、又は商品６の添付物の製造時に、商品６、商品６の包装物、又は商品６の添付物に磁性体２を印刷又は含浸して流通管理用マーカ１を設けておく。このとき、磁性体２は磁化していない状態にしておく。
商品６を売り場１０内の陳列棚１５に陳列する前に、磁化装置３により商品６に設けた流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化させて盗難防止機能をＯＮする。そして、商品６を購入するときには、レジカウンター８に設けてある消磁装置４により、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２の磁気を消磁して盗難防止機能をＯＦＦにする。従って、正規に購入された商品６は、流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２が磁気を帯びていないから、商品６が磁気検出装置５を通っても高調波を生ずることはなく、警報機１４は商品の盗難を知らせる警報を発しない。

一方、商品６を正規に購入しないで売り場１０内から持ち出すと、流通管理用マーカ１の盗難防止機能がＯＮ状態で磁性体２が磁気を帯びているから、商品６が磁気検出装置５を通過するときに、磁性体２の磁気によって感知板１１、１２間の電磁波が乱されて高調波を生じ、高調波検出器１３が該高調波を検出して、警報機１４が警報を発して商品６の盗難の発生を知らせることにより、商品６の盗難を防止することができる。

また、商品６をリサイクル店において販売するときは、磁化装置３によって磁性体２を磁化して流通管理用マーカ１の盗難防止機能をＯＮすることにより、商品６の販売時と同様に、商品６の盗難防止をすることができる。

なお、商品６の製造時には、流通管理用マーカ１の盗難防止機能はＯＦＦ状態で磁性体２は磁気を帯びていないから、本発明に係る流通管理システムを設置していない売り場においては、そのまま商品６を販売することにより、該商品６を持って他の流通管理システムを設置している売り場に該商品６を持ち込んだ場合でも、磁気検出装置５において警報を発することがなく、流通管理システムの誤作動を防止することができる。

また、図１の実施例では、商品６を販売する時の盗難防止を目的とした流通管理システムについて説明したが、本発明に係る流通管理システム又は流通管理方法は商品６の販売に限定されるものではなく、図書館やレンタル店において本やＣＤ等の貸し出し品の盗難防止システムとしても使用することができる。
この場合、陳列棚１５に貸し出し品を陳列するときに、貸し出し品に設けてある流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化して盗難防止機能をＯＮにし、貸し出し品を貸し出すときにカウンター８に設置した消磁装置４によって流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を消磁して盗難防止機能をＯＦＦにすることにより、商品の販売と同様に盗難防止をすることができる。

本発明に係る流通管理用マーカ１は、貸し出し品に磁性体２の磁化又は消磁を可能に設けてあるから、流通管理用マーカ１を繰り返し使用することができる。また、貸し出し品に流通管理用マーカ１が設けられていない場合は、図書館やレンタル店の名称を印刷したシールやタグ等の添付物に流通管理用マーカ１を設けて、貸し出し品に添付するようにすることも可能である。

次に、図３に記載の実施例について説明する。
１６は、流通品であり、工業製品、農産物等の流通品の他、宅配品のように輸送されるものも含まれる。流通品１６、流通品１６の包装物、又は流通品１６の添付物に磁性体２を印刷又は含浸させて流通管理用マーカ１を設けてある。
流通品１６の流通過程において、磁化装置３又は消磁装置４により流通管理用マーカ１の磁性体２を磁化又は消磁させて情報を付加することによって、磁気検出装置５で流通管理用マーカ１の磁気の有無を検出することにより、流通品１６が正規の流通過程を経ているかを判断することができる。このように、流通品１６を磁化装置３又は消磁装置４の中を通すという簡単な構成により、流通品１６の流通過程を管理することができる。
また、検査等の工程が必要な流通品１６においては、例えば、検査後に流通品１６を消磁装置４の中を通すように構成することにより、磁気検出装置５によって磁気が検出された流通品１６については、未検査であるとして警告を発するようにすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上の通り、本発明に係る流通管理用マーカによれば、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷した磁性体からなり、該磁性体を磁化又は消磁させて流通管理するようにした構成を有することにより、商品自体への違和感が生じることがなく磁性体を流通品等に簡単に設けることができると共に、磁性体が容易に剥がれ落ちることがなく、磁化又は消磁を繰り返して再使用することができる効果がある。

また、本発明に係る流通管理用マーカを使用した流通管理システムによれば、前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体を磁化させる磁化装置又は／及び前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体を消磁させる消磁装置と、前記流通管理用マーカの磁性体の磁気の有無を検出する磁気検出装置とからなる請求項１乃至７のいずれかに記載の構成を有することにより、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷した磁性体を流通過程に設けた磁化装置又は消磁装置を通過させるという簡単な工程により、流通品の流通管理をすることができる効果がある。

また、本発明に係る流通管理方法によれば、流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に磁性体を印刷又は含浸し、前記流通品の流通過程において該磁性体を磁化又は消磁させ、前記磁性体の磁気の有無を磁気検出装置によって検出することにより、前記流通品の流通過程を管理する構成を有することにより、磁性体を流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷又は含浸したから、商品自体への違和感が生じることがなく磁性体を流通品等に簡単に設けることができると共に、磁性体が容易に剥がれ落ちることがなく、磁化又は消磁を繰り返して再使用することができる効果がある。

また、本発明は、前記流通品の販売前に該流通品、流通品の包装物、又は流通品の添付物に印刷又は含浸された磁性体を磁化し、前記流通品の販売時に該磁性体を消磁するようにしてあり、前記磁気検出装置によって磁化された磁性体を検出することにより前記流通品の盗難を検出する請求項９に記載の構成を有することにより、磁性体を磁化しておくことによって既存の電磁波方式の盗難防止装置をそのまま使用して盗難防止をすることができると共に、磁性体を容易に取り外すことができないから、確実に流通品の盗難防止の管理をすることができる効果がある。
