Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a space panel mounted on an upper part of a door of, for example, a bathroom unit or a washroom unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a bathroom unit, as shown in FIG. 10, for example, the bathroom unit 1 itself is surrounded by four (or one) side walls 2 formed by juxtaposing a plurality of (or one) wall panels. A door 3 for entering and exiting a bathroom is attached to one side wall 2 so as to be openable and closable. In the case of this bathroom unit 1, as shown in FIG. 11, when the height h1 of the door 3 to be used is lower than the height h2 of the side wall 2, the transom panel 4 is attached to the upper part of the door 3.
[0003]
Conventionally, the attachment of the transom panel 4 to the side wall 2 is performed by fixing the transom panel 4 to the upper part of the wall panel 2a of the side wall 2 arranged side by side as shown in FIG. 12 or FIG. I have. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, when reinforcing members 101 having a rectangular cross section are fixed to the outer peripheral portions of the transom panel 4 and the wall panel 2a, the reinforcing members 101 are fixed by bolts 102 and nuts 103. As shown in FIG. 13, when there is no reinforcing material on the outer peripheral portions of the transom panel 4 and the wall panel 2 a and there are the folded pieces 104, they are attached using the joiner 105 and the screws 106.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the mounting structure of the transom panel 4, the transom panel 4 is attached to one end of the upper side of the wall panel 2a constituting the side wall 2 in the width direction without the door 3 at the lower portion, and the transom panel 4 is mounted. 4 and the outside of the wall panel 2a are connected and fixed by bolts 102 or the like. Therefore, in assembling (constructing) the bathroom unit 1, the transom panel 4 and the wall panel 2a must be assembled in advance. An inner assembly structure in which wall panels and the like constituting each side wall 2 are assembled one by one from the inside cannot be achieved.
[0005]
In addition, since it is necessary to assemble the transom panel 4 and the wall panel 2 in advance, it is difficult to position the transom panel 4 in the height direction, and to obtain an accurate assembly state with the door 3 to be attached to a lower portion of the transom panel 4 later. Therefore, there is a problem that as a result, the assembling workability (mounting workability) of the bathroom unit 1 is inferior.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to attach a column panel in a state of being floated from a floor surface and to easily perform a vertical positioning operation, and to achieve a good mounting workability. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure of a transom panel which can obtain an inner set structure.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is directed to a mounting structure of a space panel on a side wall in which a door and a wall panel are installed side by side and a space panel is installed above the door. A reinforcing member is attached to a connecting portion between the transom panel and the wall panel, and a connecting member is engaged with both reinforcing members so that the connecting member can be positioned in the up-down direction. The panel is attached to a wall panel.
[0008]
With such a configuration, the side wall on which the door of the bathroom unit or the like is installed is connected and fixed by engaging the connecting member with the reinforcing member attached to the connecting portion between the wall panel and the panel panel. At this time, since the connecting member can be positioned in the vertical direction with respect to both reinforcing members, the connecting member can be engaged from the inside of the side wall to attach the transom panel to a predetermined height position of the wall panel. Assembling becomes possible, and the mounting workability can be improved.
[0009]
The connecting member includes a first engaging portion that engages with the reinforcing member for the transom panel and a second engaging portion that engages with the reinforcing material for the wall panel, as in the invention according to claim 2. It is preferred to have. With this configuration, both panels are connected by engaging the first engaging portion of the connecting member with the reinforcing member for the panel panel and engaging the second engaging portion with the reinforcing material for the wall panel ( Mounting), the workability of mounting both panels is further improved.
[0010]
Further, it is preferable that the connecting member has a slip-off preventing portion for preventing the transom panel and the wall panel from slipping off as in the invention described in claim 3. With this configuration, the two panels are prevented from coming off by the come-off prevention portion provided on the connecting member, so that a stable mounting state can be obtained on both panels.
[0011]
Further, it is preferable that the connecting member has a column panel supporting portion that supports the column panel, as in the invention described in claim 4. With this configuration, the inter-panel panel is supported by the inter-panel panel supporting portion provided on the connecting member, so that the inter-panel panel can be reliably positioned on the connecting member while preventing the inter-panel panel from falling downward, and more stable. The mounting state can be easily obtained.
[0012]
In the connecting member, the second engaging portion is positioned and engaged with the reinforcing member for the wall panel by the weight of the transom panel supported by the first engaging portion. Preferably. With this configuration, for example, the weight of the inter-panel panel supported by the inter-panel support member of the connecting member allows the second engagement portion to be strongly positioned and engaged with the reinforcing member of the wall panel. The strength is increased, and the degree of freedom of the mounting position of the transom panel, which is the engaging position, is increased.
[0013]
Further, it is preferable that the transom panel and the wall panel have a structure in which a reinforcing material having a receiving portion is attached along the outer periphery, as in the invention described in claim 6. With this configuration, for example, even in the case of a steel plate wall used as a wall panel for an inner assembly structure of a bathroom unit, the column panel can be reliably and easily attached to the wall panel in a state where the workability of the installation is improved. It can be attached, and the workability of assembling the bathroom unit can be improved.
[0014]

[0015]
1, among the four side walls 2 forming the bathroom unit 1, the side wall 2 to which the door 3 is attached is formed by the wall panel 2a, the door 3, and the panel panel 4. The height h3 of the wall panel 2a is set to be the same as the height h2 of the side wall 2, and the height h3 of the wall panel 2 is substantially equal to the sum of the height h1 of the door 3 and the height h4 of the transom panel 4. Is set. The lateral panel 4 has one end 4a in the left-right width direction fixedly connected to a predetermined position above the wall panel 2a in a straight line in a plan view by a straight connection member 5, and the other end 4b in the left-right width direction. It is connected to a wall panel 2b constituting the adjacent side wall 2 by a corner connecting member 6 in a state orthogonal to the plan view.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, the transom panel 4 has four hollow reinforcing members 7 made of, for example, an extruded aluminum product fixed along the outer peripheral portion thereof, and a space surrounded by the reinforcing members 7. A gypsum board 8 having a square shape in a plan view and a surface member 9 made of a steel plate or the like that covers the gypsum boat 8 from the front side are formed in a square shape having a predetermined shape.
[0017]
The reinforcing member 7 has a receiving surface 10 formed therein having a surface 7a for fixing to the gypsum board 8, a horizontal surface 7b and a butt end surface 7c, and the end of the butt end surface 7c is bent inward. The insertion opening 11 of the connecting members 5, 6 and the like is formed by the formation. The wall panels 2a, 2b, etc., constituting each side wall 2 are also formed in the same structure as the column panel 4, though the overall shape is different.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 3, a connecting member 5 for a straight line between one end 4 a of the transom panel 4 and the wall panel 2 a includes a first engagement portion 5 a that engages with the reinforcing member 7 of the transom panel 4, and a wall panel. There is a second engaging portion 5b that engages with the reinforcing member 7 of 2a, and each of the engaging portions 5a and 5b is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. A connecting portion between the first engaging portion 5a and the second engaging portion 5b has a width smaller than that of each of the engaging portions 5a and 5b and is equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the insertion opening 11 of the reinforcing member 7. 5c is formed, and the second engaging portion 5b is inclined at a predetermined angle α downward with respect to the first engaging portion 5a at the portion of the connecting portion 5c.
[0019]
In addition, a pull-out preventing portion 5d protruding upward at a predetermined length along the longitudinal direction is integrally formed at an end portion in the width direction of the first engaging portion 5a. The connecting member 5 is formed by press-molding a steel material such as brass so as to be inclined at a predetermined angle α as shown in the figure, or is formed into a flat plate shape and inclined at a predetermined angle α by post-processing. It is formed by.
[0020]
Then, as shown by the arrow A in FIG. 4A, the connecting member 5 first inserts the second engaging portion 5b into the receiving portion 10 of the reinforcing member 7 of the wall panel 2a from above, and inserts the second engaging portion 5b. The joint portion 5b is slid downward along the receiving portion 10. At this time, the connecting portion 5c of the connecting member 5 is located in the insertion opening 11 of the reinforcing member 7, and the first engaging portion 5a of the connecting member 5 is inclined slightly upward as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Thus, the distal end surface of the second engaging portion 5b slides downward with a slight gap 12 between the inner surface of the receiving portion 10 of the reinforcing member 7 of the wall panel 2a.
[0021]
When the connecting member 5 is slid to a predetermined position, as shown by a solid line in FIG. 6, the first engaging portion 5a is returned to a horizontal state, and the distal end surface of the second engaging portion 5b is reinforced by the wall panel 2a. The member 7 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the receiving portion 10 to be engaged therewith. By the engagement of the second engaging portion 5b with the reinforcing member 7, the connecting member 5 is positioned at a predetermined position in the height direction of the wall panel 2a. In this state, as shown in FIG. The first engaging portion 5a of the fifth panel 5 is engaged with the reinforcing member 7 at one end 4a of the panel panel 4. The engagement of the reinforcing member 7 of the transom panel 4 is performed by engaging the transom panel 4 from above the connecting member 5 in a state where the slip-off preventing portion 5d is located in the receiving portion 10 of the reinforcing material 7.
