Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a ventilation skirting that can buffer and block propagation of an impact sound to a lower level via an underfloor space when a floor impact occurs in a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in high-rise houses such as condominiums, a double-floor structure having an underfloor space between a floor base such as a floor slab and a floor constructed on the floor base in each floor has been provided. The underfloor space is designed to provide a sound insulation function between the upper and lower floors. However, when floor impact noise, especially heavy floor impact sound, is applied to the upper floor, the air layer in the underfloor space is affected by the shock wave. There is a problem that a so-called taiko phenomenon occurs, which is instantaneously compressed and hits the floor base, and propagates as noise to lower layers.
[0003]
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 6, a gap 21 is provided between the end surface of the floor B constructed on the floor base C1 and the wall surface C2 such as a wall slab, and the lower end of the wall surface C2 on the gap 21 is provided. A gap 22 communicating with the gap 21 is provided on the rear side of the constructed skirting board A ', and a large number of piercings are provided between the front and rear faces at predetermined intervals in the length direction at the upper end of the skirting board A'. The air hole in the underfloor space D between the floor base C1 and the floor B is provided by the air hole 23 provided between the floor base C1 and the floor B. When compressed by the impact sound, a part of the air is released from the gap 21 to the room space E through the air gap 23 provided on the rear side of the skirting board A 'from the ventilation hole 23 of the skirting board A'. , So as to block the floor impact sound. Further, instead of a skirting board provided with a vent hole 23 penetrating between the front and rear surfaces, a skirting board formed entirely of a permeable material is also employed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a skirting board provided with a large number of ventilation holes 23 penetrating between the front and rear surfaces is constructed, the open ends of the ventilation holes 23 are directly exposed to the interior space E, which may impair the aesthetic appearance of the room. In addition to this, there is a problem that dust and the like enter and adhere to the ventilation holes 23 to stain the baseboard and significantly impair the appearance. Further, when the entire skirting board is formed of a porous air-permeable material, the strength of the skirting board is weakened and the appearance is not desirable. When the aesthetics of the above are harmonized, there is a problem that the air permeability is impaired by the decorative layer and the effect of cushioning the floor impact sound cannot be performed.

A small ventilation hole 16 is provided, and the lower end opening of the ventilation small hole 16 communicates with the lower space of the skirting board body 1 and the upper end opening communicates with the narrow gap 9. Further, the ventilation member 15 is formed to have a thickness equal to the width between the front surface of the baseboard main body 1 and the rear surface of the cover member 4, and the rear surface is brought into close contact with the rear surface of the cover member 4 to the wall surface C <b> 2, and A is formed so that A can be fixed to the wall surface C2 in a stable state. At this time, the ventilation member 15 has its front surface fixed to the rear surface of the baseboard body with an adhesive or the like while a part of the lower end surface is supported by the support piece 11.
[0024]
The ventilation member 15 may be made of a sound absorbing material such as glass wool other than plastic cardboard, and the wide gap 10 may be passed through the wide gap 10 without disposing the ventilation member 13 in the wide gap 10. You may use as. In this case, the skirting board A is in a fixed state in which only the rear surface of the cover member 4 mounted on the upper end portion is in close contact with and supported by the wall surface C2, and some impact force acts on the front surface of the skirting board body 1. At times, there is a possibility that the skirting board body may be dented or deformed rearward. Therefore, a rib (not shown) is protruded downward at the rear end of the skirting board body 1 and the rear end face of the rib is attached to the cover member. 4 and the wall C2 together with the rear surface. When such a rib is provided in a protruding manner, it goes without saying that a ventilation portion communicating with the rib in the vertical direction is provided.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the skirting board A configured as described above includes a floor base C1 such as a floor slab at each level of the building and a floor B constructed on the floor base C1 via a support member or the like. In the double-floor structure in which the underfloor space D is provided between the rear surface of the cover member 4 and the ventilation member 15 at the lower end of the wall C2 composed of a wall slab that defines the indoor space E of the building. It is constructed by bonding the rear surface with an adhesive or the like. At this time, the cover member 4 is attached to the vertical protrusion 6 protruding from the upper end of the concave groove 2 of the baseboard body 1 by adjusting the fitting depth of the vertical groove 8 so that the baseboard body 1 is attached. The position is set to a predetermined position, and the sealing member 12 projecting downward from the lower end of the baseboard body 1 is elastically contacted with the edge of the floor B on the side of the wall to absorb irregularities on the floor surface. I have.
[0026]
A gap 17 is provided between the end face of the floor B on the side of the wall and the wall surface C2 to communicate the underfloor space D and the indoor space E, and the skirting board A is disposed on the gap 17. The upper end of the gap 17 is made to face the gaps 9 and 10 on the rear side of the skirting board 1 through the space 18 sealed by the sealing member 12 of the skirting board 1.
[0027]
In the floor structure configured as described above, when a heavy object falls on the floor surface and a floor impact sound is generated, the shock wave compresses the air layer in the underfloor space E. At this time, a gap 17 is provided between the end surface of the floor B and the wall surface C2. The gap 17 communicates with the indoor space E through the ventilation holes 3 from the gaps 9 and 10 on the rear side of the baseboard body. Therefore, when the air layer in the underfloor space E is compressed, an airflow toward the gap 17 is generated as shown by an arrow in FIG. The upper portion of the groove 2 formed at the upper end of the main body 1 through the small holes 9 through the small holes 9 through the small holes 9 of the ventilation member 15 provided in the wide gap 10. After flowing out into the inside, the air flows down through the downward ventilation port 5 between the lower part 4a 'of the front wall surface part 4a of the cover member 4 covering the upper part of the concave groove part 2 and the upper end part of the concave groove part 2. Through the lower end of the groove 2 opening from the lower end of the mouth 5 toward the interior space E, the indoor side It flows out into the space E.
[0028]
In this way, when the impact sound is generated on the floor, a part of the air in the underfloor space E escapes to the indoor side space E, so that the compression of the underfloor air layer is reduced and the floor impact sound is transmitted downstairs. Can be blocked.
[0029]
The shape of the large number of ventilation holes 3 provided above the concave groove portion 2 for allowing air to flow from the rear surface side to the front surface side of the baseboard body 1 may be any shape such as a circle, an ellipse, and a square hole. However, it is necessary that the cover member 4 be concealed by the lower portion of the front side wall plate portion 4a. In addition, in order to allow air to flow out with little resistance, it is desirable that the opening ratio of all the ventilation holes 3 be 30% or more of the area of the upper part of the concave groove 2.
[0030]
