Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for removing rust of a member located at a high place such as a power transmission tower using an air blast gun.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, metal fittings of a power transmission tower as shown in FIG. 16 near a large insulator device or the like for retaining electric wires have been coated, plated, or the like, but are rusted when exposed to wind and rain. Then, remove these metal fittings, drop them on the ground several tens of meters below, spray blasting material (blast) using an air blast gun to remove rust, apply new paint and plating, and re-apply the metal fittings again Was raised to the top of the tower and attached to its original location. According to this method, it is necessary to drop metal fittings at high places such as a steel tower to the ground to remove rust, paint, etc., and then lift the metal fittings again to the upper part of the steel tower to attach them, which is extremely complicated.
Therefore, it is conceivable that the blast is sprayed onto a target metal member or the like by an air blast gun directly on a steel tower without removing the metal member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the blast is sprayed onto the target member on the steel tower in this way, the blast is reflected as fine particles having a particle diameter of about 0.3 to 0.8 mm and scatters around, and the blast collides with the target member. As a result, debris such as blast and fine dust are scattered, thereby polluting the environment. Also, the blasted blast is not recovered, which is extremely uneconomical.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention provides a method of removing rust from a member at a high place such as a steel tower, by spraying blast to the member with an air blast gun without removing the member, and sealing the member at the spray point with a sealing sheet. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem by providing a method and an apparatus for preventing the blast from being scattered around and for circulating the blast and reusing the blast.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a method for removing rust of a member located at a high place using an air blast gun, wherein the outer periphery of the target member to be rusted is covered with a flexible sheet and provided in advance on the outer peripheral edge of the sheet. The sheet is sealed with a hook-and-loop fastener, and the nozzle of the air blast gun is inserted from the outside into this sheet, and the blast is sprayed together with compressed air from the air blast gun to the target member inside the sealed sheet. Rust removal, sprayed blast is collected from a hole provided at the bottom of the sheet through a hose led out of the sheet to a separately provided tank, and an exhaust hole is provided in the tank to exhaust the compressed air, In addition, the blast in the tank was suctioned into the air blast gun through a hose and reused, so that a rust-removing method was used for high-altitude members.
[0006]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is an apparatus for removing rust of a member located at a high place using an air blast gun, wherein a flexible sheet covering an outer periphery of a target member for removing rust is provided, and an outer peripheral edge of the sheet is provided. , A surface fastener that seals the sheet while covering the outer periphery of the target member is provided, a nozzle of an air blast gun is inserted from the outside into this sheet, and compressed from the air blast gun inside the sealed sheet. A tank that sprays blast together with air to a target member to remove rust, and that the sprayed blast is led out of the sheet through a hole provided in the sheet, and the blast led out of the sheet is collected via a hose. The tank is provided with an exhaust hole, and a hose for sucking the blast in the tank to the air blast gun is provided. It was the location.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, the tank, the sheet, a hose led out from a hole of the sheet and having the other end introduced into the tank, and one end led out from the tank and the other end A hose connected to an air blast gun and a container for storing the air blast gun were provided, and the container was provided with a suspending member. According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the second or third aspect of the present invention, a funnel is provided in accordance with the hole provided in the sheet, and the funnel is formed by fitting two funnel pieces with the sheet interposed therebetween. The above-mentioned hose was connected to the lower part of this funnel, and it was set as the rust removing device of a high place member.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram showing the entirety of this apparatus. The periphery of a rust-generating point 1a of a metal piece 1 at an upper portion of a steel tower is covered with a transparent and flexible vinyl sheet 2, and the outer periphery of the metal piece 1 Both ends of the sheet 2 are fixed to the hardware 1 with the tape 3 in a state where the sheet 2 is loosely covered so that a space is formed between the sheet 2 and the inner periphery. Thereby, the inside of the sheet 2 is in a sealed state. Further, a nozzle 5a of an air blast gun 5 to which compressed air is supplied from a compressor 4 provided separately is opened in the sheet 2 and inserted into the sheet 2. Also, a hole is formed in the bottom of the sheet 2, a funnel 6 is provided in accordance with the hole, a blast collection hose 7 is connected from the funnel 6, and the tip of the blast collection hose 7 is introduced into the tank 8. I have. The tank 8 is provided with a compressed air exhaust port 8a provided with a filter 9 on the upper part. Further, a blast suction hose 10 is led out of the tank 8 and the tip thereof is connected to the air blast gun 5.
[0009]
To remove rust using this apparatus, the compressor 4 is operated to supply compressed air to the air blast gun 5, and the blast stored in the tank 8 is sucked through the blast suction hose 10, and the air blast gun is removed. 5 is sprayed into the sealed sheet 2 from the nozzle 5a. Thereby, the inside of the sheet 2 is filled with the compressed air, and the sheet 2 expands. At this time, the nozzle 5a of the air blast gun 5 is sprayed toward the rust-generating portion 1a of the metal piece 1 within the sheet 2 at a distance of about 10 to 15 cm. Then, the metal blast gun 5 is sprayed over the entire outer periphery of the metal piece 1 while shifting the air blast gun 5 in the sheet 2. The sprayed blast is collected from a funnel 6 provided at the bottom of the sheet 2 to a tank 8 through a blast collection hose 7, and compressed air is exhausted to the outside through an exhaust port 8 a of the tank 8 through a filter 9. The blast accumulated in the tank 8 is sucked again by the air blast gun 5 through the blast suction hose 10. In this way, the rust of the hardware 1 at the upper part of the tower is removed, and the degree of the rust can be confirmed visually from the transparent sheet 2. However, the inner surface of the sheet 2 may be damaged by the reflected blast, or the fine dust of the scattered blast may adhere to the inside of the sheet 2 and the sheet 2 may become fogged. If the peripheral surface fastener 2a is opened, it can be directly visually confirmed.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows an example of the sheet 2, in which a transparent fastener made of vinyl is provided on an outer peripheral edge of the transparent sheet, and a funnel 6 is provided in a hole 2b provided in the center so as to match the hole 2b. In addition to this hole 2b, a small hole 2c into which the nozzle 5a of the air blast gun 5 enters is provided. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the sheet 2 is folded with the funnel 6 at the lower part so as to cover a rust-removing hardware, and the small holes 2c are closed with a detachable tape 11. The sheet 2 is preferably transparent or translucent, but need not be transparent.
As shown in FIG. 4, the funnel 6 is applied to the funnel 6 from the outside of the hole 2 b of the sheet 2, and the inner peripheral piece 6 a is overlapped with the sheet 2 sandwiched from the inside of the small hole 2 b. It is fitted around the periphery. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the funnel 6 may have a blade 6b at the tip of an inner peripheral piece 6a. In this case, the funnel 6 is attached to the sheet 2 without previously providing the hole 2b in the sheet 2. At this time, the inner peripheral piece 6a of the funnel 6 is fitted, and at the same time, a hole is opened in the sheet 2 by the blade 6b at the tip of the inner peripheral piece 6a.
[0011]
Since the rust removing method of the present invention is intended for a member such as a metal fitting at a high place such as a steel tower, all the members used in this method except for the compressor 4 must be lifted to a high place. . If you have not lifted any members, you will have to go back to get them on the ground. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, all of these members except for the compressor 4 are put into the container 12 as one set, and the container 12 is lifted to the place where it is rusted off. In some cases, a rope is attached to the hanging hook 12a of the container 12. To hang the container 12, and take out the sheet 2, the air blast gun 5, the funnel 6, the blast collection hose 7, and the blast suction hose 10 from the container 12, and work as described above. At this time, if tools for painting after rust removal are also put in this container 12, painting work can be performed continuously following rust removal, and work efficiency is improved.
[0012]
When rusting metal fittings near a large insulator of a power transmission tower using the method and the apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. The multiple connecting members 16 between the holding yoke 15 and the balance yoke 15 are collectively covered with the sheet 2, and the outer periphery of the connecting members 16 is rust-removed. Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the balance yoke 15 is entirely covered with the sheet 2, and the balance yoke 15 is rusted in the sheet 2. In this way, the work is performed by covering the sheet 2 for each member.
[0013]
In the case of FIGS. 7 and 8, it is also possible to use an upper and lower divided sheet 2 'as shown in FIG. In the case of this sheet 2 ', several insulator protection frames 2'b are provided on the upper and lower edges of a bent piece 2'a provided on one side of each sheet 2', and these sheets 2 'are attached to the multi When covering the connecting member 16 of the above, the respective sheets of the insulator 2 of the insulator device 13 are put on the respective protective frames 2'b, and the sheets 2 'are overlapped, sealed with a tape or the like, and covered with the multi-layered connecting member 16. . Thereby, at the time of the rust removing work by spraying the blast, the insulator can be prevented from being blasted and the insulator can be protected.
Unlike the case of FIGS. 7 and 8, when the cover 2 is covered on the connection member 16 for each strip and the rust removal operation is performed, as shown in FIG. In addition, an insulator protection frame 2d having a center hole formed in a disk is provided, and when the sheet 2 is put on the connecting member 17 shown in FIG. 13 described later, the insulator protection frame 2d is applied to the insulator at the end of the insulator device 13. When the rust is removed by spraying the blast with a sheet covered, the insulator is prevented from being blasted and the insulator can be protected.
[0014]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 13, as shown in FIG. 13, using a single compressor 4, 17 places of connecting members between the arm of a steel tower (not shown) and the insulator 13 are covered with the sheet 2. The connecting member 16 between the balance yoke 15 holding the electric wire 14 and the insulator 13 may be covered with the sheet 2, and the connecting members 16 and 17 may be rusted off at the same time.
In addition, in the case of the above operation, since the above-described portion is an aerial portion protruding from the arm of the pylon, as shown in FIGS. In this part, two cable ladders 18 with both sides connected by steel pipes 19 are hung, and a scaffold can be easily made with these ladders 18, and work can be performed on these cable ladders 18. it can. These ladders 18 are suspended at one end of each ladder 18 connected by the steel pipe 19 with a wire 20 holding each electric wire 14 and at the other end with a belt sling 21 wound around an insulator 13. As a result, a stable operation can be performed even at a portion where the electric wire is retained outside the arm of the tower.

【The invention's effect】
By using the apparatus and method of the present invention, in removing rust from a high place member such as a steel tower, there is no need to remove the member and lower it on the ground as in the related art, and it is not necessary to perform rust removal work on the ground. The members can be rusted off as they are crimped, and the work efficiency is much better. In addition, the blast to be sprayed does not scatter around the sheet only by covering the sheet around the object to be rusted off, and the surrounding environment is not polluted. Furthermore, the sprayed blast is collected from the sheet into a tank and reused with an air blast gun, which is extremely economical. In addition, since the above sheet has an outer peripheral edge closed with a hook-and-loop fastener, when checking the degree of rust removal during rust removal work, opening the hook-and-loop fastener allows direct visual confirmation, which is convenient.
[0016]
Further, in the invention of claim 3, in particular, all the members except for the compressor can be put into a container as a set, and can be lifted or lowered to a high place. It is easy to support the members during the work at a high place, and the workability is improved. According to the invention of claim 4, when attaching the funnel to the sheet at the site, the funnel can be easily fixed to the sheet if the inner peripheral piece is overlapped with the inner peripheral surface of the funnel with the sheet interposed therebetween. can do.
