本発明は、電縫鋼管成形ロールの交換装置に関する。さらに詳しくは、電縫鋼管の製造工程で、素管を成形する、フィンパスロール、サイザロール等を交換する装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、電縫鋼管製造ラインの成形ロールを交換するには、各ロールの圧下装置を外側から分解し、個々のロールを取り出して行うようになっていた。このような交換作業は多くの人力と長い作業時間を要し、非能率であった。このため、ロールアセンブリを一体で抜き出し可能にロールスタンドの構造を改善する技術もある。例えばロールスタンドをインナスタンドとアウタスタンドとで構成しインナスタンドを側方又は上方に抜き取る技術もある。このような場合、ロールスタンドの構造が複雑となり高価となるほか、上方に抜き取るときは重荷重のクレーンを必要とする。さらにこのような技術ではライン外での組替作業が長時間を要し、結局、作業能率向上には寄与しないと言う問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記問題点を解決し、簡単な構造で能率的にロール交換を行うことができる電縫鋼管成形ロールの交換装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記問題点を解決するためになされたもので、電縫鋼管製造ラインの4ロール成形スタンドの上ロールの圧下装置を中間部で着脱自在にし、サイドロールを支持する横ジャッキの支持部を上方に移動可能なヨークに取り付け、前記ヨークをロール交換位置に移動した後、下ロールを支持しながら上下左右4個のロールのアッセンブリを一度に側方に抜き出す台車を設けたことを特徴とする電縫鋼管成形ロールの交換装置である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。例として、本発明をフィンパススタンドに適用した実施例について説明する。図1は実施例を示す正面図、図2はその側面図、図3は図1のA−A矢視図、図4は側方に抜き出した状態を示す説明図である。

フィンパスロールスタンド1は上ロール10、下ロール20、2個のサイドロール30の合計4個のロールを備えている。

本発明の電縫鋼管成形ロールの交換装置は、フィンパスロールスタンド1の上ロール10の圧下装置11を中間部12で切離し自在に形成されている。

図3に示すように、サイドロール30を支持する横ジャッキ31の先端金具32はヨーク33に取付られ、ヨーク33は上方に移動可能になっている。ヨーク33は、ロールスタンドのフレーム2に爪34によってジャッキの反力を支持させるようになっている。ヨーク33は、頂部フレーム13に載置されたサイドロールヨーク昇降ジャッキ35から垂下した引上ロッド36(図1参照)によって上方に引上げられる。引上ロッド36は結合部37を介してヨーク33に結合されている。ヨーク33は横ジャッキ31の先端金具32及び爪34が上下方向に摺動可能に形成されている。サイドロールヨーク昇降ジャッキ35によりヨーク33を上方に移動させると、サイドロール30はヨークによる拘束が解放され、側方に移動できる状態になる。なお、ロール引出側のヨーク33は、図4に示すように、上ロールより上方に引上げて退避させるためにヨーク昇降ジャッキ35はストロークが大きく、また、ヨーク33を上方に案内する案内棒39をヨーク33の耳38に取付けてある。ロール引出側と反対側のヨーク33はサイドロール30の引出しに支障のない高さまで引上げられる。

図4は、ヨーク33をサイドロールヨーク昇降ジャッキ35で上方に引上げた後、図示しない上ロール軸箱及び左右ロール軸箱の昇降ジャッキを作動させ、下ロールを軸箱上に載せ、台車60を矢印4方向に進行させ、引出し装置15によって、上ロール10、下ロール20、2個のサイドロール30から成る4ロール1体のロールアセンブリ3をロールスタンドのフレーム2内に仮想線で示した状態から、図の向って左側に実線で示した状態に抜出した状態を示している。

一例によれば、従来、ロールスタンドの分解に所要時間70分を要していたが、本実施例では10分に短縮された。図4に示すように、ロールスタンド1から側方に抜き出したロールアセンブリ3をこの状態でロールを交換することは容易である。ロールアセンブリ3をロールスタンド1に組込む場合は、以上の取外し工程と逆工程を行えばよい。

本発明の電縫鋼管成形ロールの交換装置は以上のように構成されているので、簡単な構造で容易に能率的にロール交換を行うことが可能となった。

Conventionally, in order to replace the forming rolls of the ERW steel pipe production line, the rolling device of each roll is disassembled from the outside, and each roll is taken out. Such an exchange operation requires a lot of manpower and a long operation time, and is inefficient. For this reason, there is a technique for improving the structure of the roll stand so that the roll assembly can be integrally pulled out. For example, there is a technique in which a roll stand is composed of an inner stand and an outer stand, and the inner stand is pulled out to the side or upward. In such a case, the structure of the roll stand becomes complicated and expensive, and a heavy-load crane is required for extracting the roll stand upward. Further, in such a technique, there is a problem that the re-arrangement work outside the line requires a long time, and as a result, it does not contribute to the improvement of the work efficiency.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has a four-roll forming stand for an electric resistance welded steel pipe production line in which a lowering device for an upper roll can be detachably attached at an intermediate portion to support a side jack for supporting a side roll. The part is attached to a yoke that can be moved upward, and after moving the yoke to the roll changing position, a bogie is provided that simultaneously pulls out the four roll assemblies vertically and horizontally while supporting the lower roll. As shown in FIG. 3, a tip metal fitting 32 of a lateral jack 31 supporting the side roll 30 is attached to a yoke 33, and the yoke 33 is movable upward. The yoke 33 allows the frame 2 of the roll stand to support the reaction force of the jack by the claw 34. The yoke 33 is pulled up by a pulling rod 36 (see FIG. 1) hanging down from a side roll yoke elevating jack 35 mounted on the top frame 13. The yoke 33 is formed so that the tip fitting 32 and the claw 34 of the horizontal jack 31 can slide in the vertical direction. When the yoke 33 is moved upward by the side roll yoke elevating jack 35, the restraint of the side roll 30 by the yoke is released, and the side roll 30 can be moved to the side.
