Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a storage case with a sliding door that opens and closes a front opening with a sliding door, such as a refrigerated showcase, and more specifically, a slide that can maintain a right angle relationship between a lower rail on which the sliding door is mounted and a side wall. It relates to a storage case with a door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A refrigerated showcase installed in a store or the like is provided with a sliding glass door at the front side of a refrigerated room so that customers can see the products inside, as described in, for example, JP-A-11-325706. At the display, customers can slide the glass door open and take out the goods inside. In a refrigerated showcase having such a sliding door, a lower rail is laid along the front edge of the lower wall of the refrigerator compartment, and the sliding door is opened and closed along the lower rail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the above-mentioned refrigerated showcase is installed in a store or the like, it is needless to say that the floor is preferably flat, but it may be necessary to install it on a slightly stepped floor. FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a problem when a refrigerated showcase is installed on a floor having a step. That is, although the lower rail 2 and the side walls 3 and 4 are manufactured so as to have a right angle relationship with each other, when the refrigerated showcase 1 is installed on a floor having a step 5, the refrigerated showcase 1 is Due to its own weight, the showcase 1 is distorted, the above-mentioned right angle relationship is broken, and gaps 8, 9 are generated between the sliding glass doors 6, 7 and the side walls 3, 4.
[0004]
Also, even if the refrigerated showcase 1 is installed on a flat floor, as shown in FIG. 6, distortion occurs due to the weight of the stored items in the refrigerated room and the weight of the sliding doors 6 and 7, and the right-angled relationship is obtained. And the gaps 8 and 9 occur between the sliding glass doors 6 and 7 and the side walls 3 and 4.
[0005]
When the gaps 8 and 9 described above occur, cool air in the refrigerator compartment leaks out of the gaps 8 and 9, which not only lowers the refrigerator performance of the refrigerator showcase 1 but also wastes power consumption. Also. In addition, there is a problem that the opening and closing operations of the doors 6 and 7 cannot be performed smoothly.
[0006]
[Object of the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described drawbacks inherent in a storage case with a sliding door according to the related art, and has been proposed in order to preferably solve the problem, in which a gap is formed between an opening and a door. An object of the present invention is to provide a storage case with a sliding door which can be prevented from being provided.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the intended purpose, a storage case with a sliding door according to the present invention is:
A storage room in which a sliding door is provided in an opening, a lower room provided on a lower side through a lower wall of the storage room, and the door attached to a front edge of the lower wall of the storage room. In a storage case with a slide door, which has a lower rail on which is slidably mounted,
An adjusting member for adjusting the lower rail, which penetrates the lower wall from the lower chamber, a tip of which abuts against a bottom surface of the lower rail, and which can adjust an amount of projection of the tip from the lower wall, is provided. It is characterized by the following.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a storage case with a sliding door according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by taking a preferred embodiment. In the embodiments described below, the present invention is applied to a refrigerated showcase. However, the present invention can be generally applied to a storage case in which a sliding door slides on a lower rail.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a front view of a refrigerated showcase according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. The refrigerated showcase 10 is provided with a refrigerated room 16 as a storage room defined by an upper wall 11, an inner wall 12, left and right side walls 13, 14 and a lower wall 15 having a heat insulating structure. An opening 10 a defined by upper and lower and left and right walls 11, 15, 13, 14 at the front of the chamber 16 is closed by two sliding glass doors 17, 18 so as to be openable and closable. At the lower part of the refrigerator compartment 16, a machine room 20 is provided as a lower room for storing a refrigerating device such as a compressor (not shown), and a large number of ventilation holes 21 are provided at a front opening of the machine room 20. Closed by the decorative panel 22.
[0010]
A cooler accommodating chamber 24 is defined by a bottom plate 23 at a bottom portion in the refrigerating chamber 16. Further, several stages of shelves 27 are provided in the refrigerator compartment 16, and goods (not shown) are displayed and placed on the shelves 27. Then, the cool air cooled by the cooler 25 is circulated in the refrigerator compartment 16 in the direction of arrow A by the fan 26 to cool the product.
[0011]
A lower rail 30 for slidably mounting the sliding glass doors 17 and 18 is attached to the front edge of the lower wall 15 in the refrigerator compartment 16 so as to extend in the left-right direction. An upper rail 31 for slidably holding the sliding glass doors 17, 18 is attached to the front edge of the lower rail 30 in parallel with the lower rail 30.
[0012]
The upper rail 31 has two concave grooves 31a, 31b opening downward and formed in parallel with each other, as shown in the enlarged view of the upper part of FIG. The ridges 17a and 18a are configured to be slidably supported in the corresponding grooves 31a and 31b. On the other hand, the lower rail 30 is placed on an inner wall plate 32 laid on the upper surface of a heat insulating foam material constituting the lower wall 15 of the refrigerator compartment 16 as shown in the lower enlarged view of FIG. A bottom plate 30a, two rail members 30b and 30c protruding from the bottom plate 30a, and a decorative plate 30d for covering the front side of the lower rail 30. The decorative plate 30d is provided at the bottom of the sliding glass doors 17 and 18. The recessed groove is slidably mounted on the corresponding rail member 30b, 30c.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a state where the decorative panel 22 on the front of the machine room 20 of the refrigerated showcase 10 has been removed. In the embodiment, a reinforcing member 35 is fitted into the front part of the machine room 20 and directly below the lower rail 30 so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral wall around the machine room 20. The reinforcing member 35 is made of an aluminum casing or a stainless steel casing having a slightly thick wall thickness and has high rigidity. A plurality of ventilation holes 37 are provided on a rear surface 36 of the reinforcing member 35. The communication with the ventilation hole 21 of the decorative panel 22 is achieved. In the illustrated example, three lower rail adjusting bolts (adjusting members) 39 are provided on the upper surface 38 of the reinforcing member 35 in the extending direction of the lower rail 30 (the sliding direction of the sliding glass doors 17 and 18). The bolt 39 is mounted at a predetermined interval, and the amount of upward projection of the bolt 39 can be adjusted by rotating the bolt 39. The number of bolts 39 attached to the reinforcing member 35 may be any number equal to or more than one.
[0014]
As shown in the lower enlarged view of FIG. 2, the tip of each bolt 39 penetrates the lower wall 15 of the refrigerator compartment 16 and passes through a hole 32 a formed in the inner wall plate 32, and the lower surface of the bottom plate 30 a on the lower rail 30. (Bottom). That is, when the amount of protrusion (the amount of protrusion of the front end portion from the lower wall 15) is increased by adjusting the rotation of the bolt 39, the lower rail 30 is pushed by the bolt 39 and rises from the inner wall plate 32.
[0015]
Operation of the embodiment
Next, the operation of the refrigerated showcase having the above-described configuration will be described. In the refrigerated showcase 10 according to the embodiment, since the reinforcing member 35 having high rigidity is fitted exactly into the front part of the machine room 20, the refrigerated showcase 10 is temporarily installed on a floor having a step as shown in FIG. Even if it is performed, the deformation of the machine room 20 is prevented by the presence of the reinforcing member 35. Therefore, the right angle relationship between the lower wall 15 and the side walls 13 and 14 is maintained, and the gaps 8 and 9 between the doors 17 and 18 and the side walls 13 and 14 (opening 10a) as shown in FIG. Is suppressed. Further, even if the load applied to the lower wall 15 increases due to a product or the like stored in the refrigerator compartment 16, the lower wall 15 is supported by the upper surface 38 of the reinforcing member 35. The occurrence of 8, 9 is suppressed.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the right angle relationship between the lower rail 30 and the side walls 13 and 14 is broken, and the entire refrigerated showcase 10 is distorted, and the doors 17 and 18 and the side walls 13 and 14 ( It is assumed that gaps 8 and 9 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are formed between the opening 8a and the opening 10a). In this case, in the embodiment, the decorative panel 22 on the front surface of the machine room 20 is removed, and any one of the plurality of bolts 39 is rotated to adjust the protruding amount of the distal end portion, so that the inclination of the lower rail 30 or the like can be reduced. The floating amount from the inner wall plate 32 is adjusted so that the lower rail 30 and the side walls 13 and 14 are at a right angle. As a result, the gaps 8 and 9 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are eliminated, the hermeticity of the refrigerator compartment 16 is increased, and a decrease in the refrigerator performance can be avoided, and the doors 17 and 18 can be smoothly opened and closed. You will get.
[0017]
Further, since the reinforcing member 35 of the embodiment is provided with the ventilation hole 37, the heat generated by the machinery in the machine room 20 does not stay in the machine room 20, and the performance of the machinery is reinforced. It is maintained in the same manner as when the member 35 is not provided.
[0018]
In the above-described embodiment, the rigid reinforcing member 35 of a rigid body is fitted into the machine room 20. However, the reinforcing member 35 is not necessarily required for adjusting the position of the lower rail 30, and the strength of the lower wall 15 is reduced. When the height is high, if the bolt 39 is directly attached to the lower wall 15 and the position of the lower rail 30 is adjusted, the distortion of the lower rail 30 can be easily corrected as in the above embodiment, and Hermeticity can be improved. In the embodiment, the bolt 39 is used as the adjusting member. However, other means may be used as long as the amount of protrusion of the tip from the lower wall 15 can be variably adjusted.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the storage case with the sliding door according to the present invention, the inclination and the like of the lower rail can be adjusted by the adjusting member for adjusting the lower rail. In the case where a gap is generated, the gap can be eliminated by adjusting the position of the lower rail with the adjusting member. This can prevent the atmosphere in the storage case from changing. In addition, since the distortion and the like of the lower rail can be corrected by adjusting the adjusting member, it is possible to always smoothly open and close the door with respect to the lower rail.
