フォスファチジルセリンと多価不飽和脂肪酸配合の各種ドレッシングは、その素材をできる限り天然、自然な状態に維持しかつその新鮮さを保持しつつ素材から商品化への加工工程において、添加物や熱、水、圧力、空気、酸化等の品質劣化要因の少ない商品形態に考慮しなけれぱならない。また、一日摂取量、体内吸収、食べやすさ、取扱い易さ、コスト、関係法規の要因も考慮しなければならない。
フォスファチジルセリンと多価不飽和脂肪酸配合ドレッシングの製品化は、自体公知の食品或は食品成分、賦形剤、医薬担体と自体公知の方法で配合し、フォスファチジルセリンと多価不飽和脂肪酸(n−6、n−3)の薬理薬効を有する食品とすることができる。用いる食品或は食品成分は特に限定するものではなく、目的とする薬理薬効の具体的用途に応じて当業者が適宜選択できる。また、形態も特に限定するものではなく、具体的用途に応じていろいろの固体や液体そして形状にすることができる。
