【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主として犬の散歩時における排泄物処理用品と、その処理用品を散歩に携行するための携行用品から成るペットの排泄物処理セットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年の爆発的なペットブームによって、推定１０００万匹ともいわれる多数の犬が各家庭で飼育されており、その多数の犬の食用に供されるペットフードが、様々なメディアを媒体として大々的に宣伝され、ペットショップやスーパー、コンビニなどで大量に販売されている。しかしながらペットフードがこのように大量に販売される反面で、必然的に排泄される糞の処理に対する関心が低く、安価で使い勝手に優れた排泄物処理製品が提供されていないのが実情である。

すなわち現在提案されている排泄物処理用品としては、例えば特開２００１−２６９０７６号公報や、特開２００１−８５７６号公報、特開２００１−３５２８５４号公報等で開示されているように、排泄物を挾んだり掬ったりしてポリ袋やビニール袋に収容する形態の処理具があり、また実開平７−２１６０３号公報や特開２０００−６９８６号公報においては、水溶性の紙を排泄物に重ね、ポリ袋やビニール袋を用いて掴み取る形態の処理袋が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した特開２００１−２６９０７６号公報等で開示された排泄物の処理具は、その処理具自体が排泄物で汚れる可能性があるばかりでなく、排泄物を収容するポリ袋も汚れてしまうので極めて不衛生であり、また排泄物の一部が処理されずに取り残されたり、軟便の処理が困難であるなどの様々な問題点があった。さらにこのような形態の処理具は、排泄物を直視しながら処理を行なわねばならないので、心理的に不潔感や嫌悪感を感じさせるという大きな欠点があった。

また実開平７−２１６０３号公報などの処理袋等は、排泄物を残さず取り除くことができるとともに、汚物に触れるという嫌悪感を伴わずに処理することができるが、散歩に出る度毎に紙とポリ袋を用意して、それを別途な手提袋などに収納したり取り出したりせねばならず、その挿脱に要する手間が非常に煩雑で面倒であるという重大な欠点があった。

さらに上記した両形態の処理具や処理袋は、一方の手で処理具などを持ち、他方の手でリードと称される犬の引き紐を持つようになっているので、突発的に変わる犬の動きに合わせて、処理具とリードの持ち手を頻繁に変更する必要性があり、さらに雨の日には持ち物に傘が加わるので、その煩雑さが倍増するという不具合があった。

そこで本発明は、ペットの排泄物を処理する場合に、合成樹脂フィルム製の処理袋と水溶性の紙を処理用品として用いることにより、不快感を伴わない衛生的な手段で排泄物を残さず処理することができるようにするとともに、その処理袋と紙を簡易且つ迅速に取り出すことができるようにし、さらには両手を自由に使えるようにして、犬の動作に対して機敏に対応可能としたペットの排泄物処理セットを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、合成樹脂フィルム製の処理袋１と、水溶性の紙２と、その処理袋１の多数枚と紙２の多数枚を分別して収容するパックケース３と、そのパックケース３を収納するようにした携行バッグ４とを備えた排泄物の処理セットであって、別体に設けた仕切体３３を用いて、前記したパックケース３の内部に２つの収容部３４，３５を形成するとともに、その両収容部３４，３５の外側面に、収容した処理袋１と紙２を取り出すための取出口３１，３２を形成し、さらに携行バッグ４の両外側面にも、処理袋１と紙２を取り出すための取出口４１，４２を形成するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の排泄物処理セットは、多数枚の処理袋１と紙２があらかじめパックケース３に詰め合わされており、さらにそのパックケース３をショルダー型の携行バッグ４に収納して散歩に携行するようになっているので、その携行バッグ４を玄関などに常時置いておくようにすれば、犬の散歩に出かける場合に、煩雑な準備をすることなく即座に出発することができる。またこの携行バッグ４を肩に掛けて両手を自由に使うようにすれば、リードを自在に持ち変えることができるので、犬の動作に対して機敏に対応することができるものである。

また排泄物の処理を行なう場合には、携行バッグ４の一方の取出口から紙２を２枚程度取り出し、その２枚の紙２を排泄物５の上に重ねて載せた後、他方の取出口から処理袋１を取り出し、その処理袋１に手を入れて排泄物５を掴み取り、そのまま処理袋１を裏返して口を閉じるようにする。

【実施例】
本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明するが、本発明は、処理袋１および紙２の各多数枚と、パックケース３と、携行バッグ４を１組とする排泄物処理セットを提供するものであり、以下に、それらの各構成材について詳細に説明する。

まず処理袋１は、一般的にポリ袋やビニール袋という名称で使用されている合成樹脂フィルム製の袋であって、図１に示すように、スーパーやコンビニなどで買物をした際に提供されるレジ袋とほぼ同形状で、且つレジ袋よりもやや小型に設けられたものである。また水溶性の紙２は、犬の排泄物５と共に水洗トイレで流せるように、例えばトイレットペーパーなどと同様な素材で製造された四角形状のものである。

またボール紙などで形成されたパックケース３は、図１に示すように、その外観がティッシュペーパーボックスとほぼ同形状に設けられたもので、本体部と同じボール紙などで形成された別体の仕切体３３によって、その内部が２区画に区分されているものである。この場合に、仕切体３３が移動自在となっているので、仕切体３３によって形成された２つの収容部３４，３５の広さは、適宜に変更可能な構造となっている。また図１〜図３における左側の収容部３４と右側の収容部３５の外側面には、やや広幅状の取出口３１，３２が形成されており、それぞれの収容部に詰め合わされた処理袋１や紙２を、容易に取り出すことができるように構成されている。なお本実施例のパックケース３は使い捨てタイプとなっているが、このパックケース３を合成樹脂などで形成して、処理袋１と紙２を適宜に補充するようにすることも可能である。

さらに携行バッグ４は、その全体を合成皮革などで見映えよく縫製されたもので、上部の開口部がファスナー４４によって開閉自在に設けられるとともに、適宜長さの肩掛け紐４３を用いてショルダーバッグ式に使用するようになっている。また上記パックケース３の取出口３１，３２と同位置にあたる両側面中央部には、上述した処理袋１および紙２を１枚ずつ取り出すための幅狭状の取出口４１，４２が設けられているが、この取出口４１，４２は、その両側面中央部を縦断する切り込みを設けて、その上下の適宜な部位に止め部材を固着して形成されたものである。なおこのような取出口４１，４２の形状は図示のものに限定されるものではなく、またこの携行バッグ４の肩掛け紐４３を短くして手提式に使用したり、腰のベルトに取付けるようにして使用することも可能である。

本発明は、以上のような各構成材を図３に示すような状態に組み合わせて使用するものである。その場合に、まずパックケース３の一方の収容部３４に、１枚ずつ順次引き出せるようなポップアップ状に重ねた多数枚（ほぼ２０枚程度）の処理袋１を収容し、また他方の収容部３５に、同じくポップアップ状に重ねた多数枚（ほぼ４０枚程度）の紙２を収容して、処理袋１と紙２をパックケース３内に詰め合わせるようにするのであるが、本発明では１回の排泄物処理に使用する紙の枚数を２枚と想定しているので、詰め合わせる処理袋１と紙２の割合を１：２とするものである。なお本例では処理袋１を収容部３４に収容し、紙２を収容部３５に収容する例を示したが、ここで使用するパックケース３の仕切体３３は移動自在であり、またパックケース３や携行バッグ４の取出口がそれぞれ同一形状に設けられているので、処理袋１および紙２は、左右どちらの収容部に収容しても差し支えないものである。

このようにして処理袋１と紙２が詰め合わされたパックケース３を、図３に示すように携行バッグ４に収納しておき、犬の散歩に出かける際にその携行バッグ４を肩に掛けて出かけるようにするものであるが、その携行バッグ４を玄関などに常時置いておくようにすれば、犬の散歩に出かける場合に、煩雑な準備をすることなく即座に出発することができる。また携行バッグ４を肩に掛けることによって両手を自由に使うことができるので、突発的且つ頻繁に変化する犬の動作に対して、機敏に対応することが可能となっているのである。

次に排泄物の処理を行なう場合について図４を参照して説明すれば、携行バッグ４の一方の取出口４２（または取出口４１）から、図２（ロ）のように紙２を２枚程度取り出し、その２枚の紙を排泄物５の上に重ねて載せた後、他方の取出口４１（または取出口４２）から、図２（イ）のように処理袋１を取り出し、その処理袋１に手を入れて排泄物５を掴み取り、そのまま処理袋１を裏返して口を閉じるようにする。なおこのようにして自宅に持ち帰った排泄物５は、紙２に包んだ状態で水洗トイレに流すようにする。

なお上述した携行バッグ４は、例えば未使用のティッシュペーパーボックスを収納してティッシュペーパーホルダーとして使用したり、空のティッシュペーパーボックスを収納して自動車用ゴミ箱として使用するというように、多目的なバッグやホルダーとして活用することも可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明のペットの排泄物処理セットは、合成樹脂フィルム製の処理袋と水溶性の紙を用いて、排泄物を掴み取って処理するようにしているので、排泄物が固形状であっても軟便状であっても残さず取り除くことができるとともに、汚物に直接触れるという嫌悪感を感じることなく、しかも衛生的に処理することができるという効果があり、またそのような効果を有する排泄物処理用品を、携行バッグから簡易且つ迅速に取り出すことができるという極めて有意義な効果を奏するものである。さらにその携行バッグには多数枚の処理袋と紙が常備されているので、散歩に出かける度毎に準備する必要がなく、即座に出発することができるという長所があり、しかも携行バッグを肩に掛けることによって両手を自由に使うことができるので、突発的に変わる犬の動作に合わせて、リードの持ち手を素早く変更することができ、さらには犬の予想外の動作に伴う事故を未然に防ぐこともできるという顕著な長所がある。なおまた雨の日の散歩の場合でも、ゆとりをもって傘を持つことができるという特長も備えている。さらにまた本発明品は安価に製造可能な構成材を組み合わせているので、廉価な製品を提供可能であるばかりでなく、携行バッグは長期的に使用可能であって、次回の購入時からは詰め合わせ済みのパックケースのみを補充すればよいので、非常に経済的であるという利点がある。
