[Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application No. 11-230696
[Patent Document 4] JP-A-11-108594
[0003]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, protective clothing such as this type of anti-blade and bulletproof vest includes, for example, JP-A-2001-192275, JP-A-2001-0556200, JP-A-11-230696, and JP-A-11-108594. Various publications have already been proposed.
[0004]
The element made of a fiber reinforced composite material containing a ceramic matrix according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-192275 is made of a fiber reinforced composite material having a ceramic matrix containing at least 10% by weight of silicon carbide. Alternatively, an element having a proportion of graphite fibers of at least 5% by weight and a dimension perpendicular to the direction of impact of at least 3 cm, preferably at least 10 cm, particularly preferably at least 30 cm, is used.
[0005]
Further, the bulletproof device according to JP-A-2001-56200 is an improved bulletproof device composed of a plurality of strip-shaped film pieces made of a variable number of aramid resin or similar material. So that they are alternately arranged vertically and horizontally, preferably in parallel so as to partially overlap each other to form a film body, and the film bodies are overlapped or variously combined with other materials. It is composed.
[0006]
Furthermore, the body protection garment according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-230696 discloses a small protection body made of titanium containing 60% by weight or more and at least two high protection bodies formed in a shape to be worn on the body. By using a high-strength cloth and fixing the plurality of the protective bodies between the high-strength cloths in a state of being arranged along the high-strength cloth, the protective bodies are arranged in a plane in an area particularly requiring body protection. It is configured as follows.
[0007]
Further, the bulletproof vest according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-108594 has a high-strength fibrous body in which a large number of high-strength fibers are laminated, and a large number of the high-strength fibers are impregnated with a synthetic resin adhesive. A high-strength metal body having a light specific gravity and divided into a plurality of parts provided on one of the outer surface and the inner surface of the fibrous body is provided.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional technique has the following problems. That is, in the case of an element made of a fiber reinforced composite material containing a ceramic matrix according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-192275, it is made of a fiber reinforced composite material having a ceramic matrix containing at least 10% by weight of silicon carbide. Yes, the cost increases, and depending on the dimension of the element made of the fiber reinforced composite material in the direction perpendicular to the impact direction, if it is about 3 cm, it can be curved to some extent, and the feeling of wearing can be improved, The gap between the elements is increased, and the protective effect is reduced. On the other hand, when an element of about 10 cm to 30 cm is used, it becomes difficult to bend, cannot fit the body shape, and the wearing feeling is greatly reduced. Has problems.
[0009]
Further, in the case of the bulletproof device according to JP-A-2001-56200, the improved bulletproof device is constituted by a plurality of strip-shaped film pieces made of a variable number of aramid resins or similar materials. The membrane pieces are combined so as to be arranged alternately vertically and horizontally, preferably in parallel so as to partially overlap each other to form a membrane body, and the membrane bodies are overlaid or variously combined with other materials. Although it is configured to have a plurality of strip-shaped membranes, it can be curved because it is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped membrane pieces, and there is no gap, but since a solid material is not used as a reinforcing material, a plurality of strip-shaped membranes are used. There is a problem that the pieces become very thick and the feeling of wearing must be reduced.
[0010]
Further, in the case of the body protective garment according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-230696, the cost is not high because a small protective body containing 60% by weight or more of titanium is used. Even if it is not possible, even if the protective body is arranged in a plane in the area requiring body protection, it can be curved to some extent and can enhance the feeling of wearing, but the gap between the protective bodies increases, and the protective effect decreases On the other hand, when the protective bodies are arranged one on top of the other in order to eliminate the gap between the protective bodies, there is a problem that the protective body layer becomes thick and the feeling of wearing deteriorates.
[0011]
Furthermore, in the case of the bulletproof vest according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-108594, a high-strength fiber body is formed by laminating a large number of high-strength fibers and impregnating the large-strength fibers with a synthetic resin adhesive. Although there are no gaps due to the use, high-strength fibrous bodies made by impregnating a large number of high-strength fibers with a synthetic resin adhesive cannot be bent, and the feeling of wearing cannot be reduced. There is a problem that it cannot be obtained.
[0012]
Then, this invention was made in order to solve the problem of the above-mentioned prior art, and the object is to be able to bend to some extent, to be able to fit a figure, and to be excellent in a feeling of wearing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a protective reinforcing core material capable of performing a sufficient protective function without forming a gap, and a protective garment using the same.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the invention described in claim 1 is a reinforcing piece that can be arranged in a planar manner without gaps by combining with each other,
A member for joining the reinforcing pieces to each other while allowing a slight movement on one surface thereof, so as to cover the joining portion of the reinforcing pieces without a gap, and a joining piece arranged across an adjacent reinforcing piece. Has,
A protective reinforcing core material, which is arranged in a bendable planar shape by combining the reinforcing pieces and the coupling pieces with each other.
[0014]
Further, the invention according to
A member that joins the reinforcing pieces to each other while allowing a slight movement on one surface thereof, and is made of a synthetic resin that is arranged across adjacent reinforcing pieces so as to cover a joint portion of the reinforcing pieces without a gap. And a connecting piece of
A protective reinforcing core material, which is arranged in a bendable planar shape by combining the reinforcing pieces and the coupling pieces with each other.
[0015]
Furthermore, in the invention described in claim 3, the reinforcing piece is formed in a square shape in which one corner is projected and the other three corners are cut out, and the reinforcing piece is 3. The protective reinforcing core material according to claim 1, wherein the corners are configured to be joined to each other at positions of the protruding corners of the reinforcing piece.
[0016]
Still further, according to the invention described in
A protective garment comprising a high-strength cloth piece covering at least the surface of the protective reinforcing core material.
[0017]
The invention described in
A protective garment comprising a high-strength cloth piece covering at least the surface of the protective reinforcing core material.
[0018]
In this manner, the
[0019]
Furthermore, the invention described in
[0020]
In order to install the protective clothing on the human body surface, first, a vest-type clothing body is used. Secondly, the means for stably fixing the protective reinforcing core material to a necessary portion is provided by the vest. The third is the bonding of the protective reinforcing core to the inner enclosing member.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 13 (C), the vest-type garment body serving as the first fixing means minimizes the two-piece structure of the protective forming material, and as shown in FIG. 13A, and a six-sheet configuration as shown in FIG.
[0022]
In addition, in the above-mentioned protective garment, it is desirable to attach a radius to the body side member if possible, because the gap between the protective reinforcing core materials for easy wearing is easy to move and the equal protective force is reduced. Alternatively, it is desirable that each protective reinforcing core material is connected, and the area on the human body side in contact with the protective core material is reduced to a minute amount so as to adapt to the human body roundness. Furthermore, in order to prevent the protective reinforcing core material from escaping from the side of the human body due to its own weight, as much as possible, as shown in FIG. In other words, since it is considered that there is a possibility that distortion occurs due to its own weight, it is desirable to coat with a latex resin or the like.
[0023]
