いわゆるピルファープルーフ機能を有するキャップとして、壜本体の口筒外周に螺合するキャップ本体の下端に、複数の細い接続片を介して、口筒外周の係止突条に抜け出し不能に係止するリングを連結して構成され、開封時のキャップ螺脱操作により上記接続片が破断されて、口筒の下部に残るリングと螺脱するキャップ本体とに分離し、これによりキャップが開封されたことを判別できるようにした不正開封防止キャップが広く使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、廃棄物のリサイクル利用の見地から、この種のキャップと壜本体とが異なる材質の場合、上記リングも壜本体から取外して分別回収する必要があるが、上記した従来技術にあっては、リングが係止突条により容易に抜け出し不能な状態で、壜本体の口筒下部に残るため、分別回収に当って、このリングを壜本体から容易に取外すことができない、と云う問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、開封判別用のリングを壜本体から容易に取外しできるようにすることを技術的課題とし、もってこの種の不正開封防止キャップの分別回収を、容易にかつ迅速に行なえるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
周筒の内周面に、壜本体の口筒外周面の螺旋条に螺合する螺条が刻設されたキャップ本体を有すること、
キャップ本体の周筒の下端に、破断可能な複数本の接続片と比較的強固な一本の連結片とを介して連結され、この連結片の螺脱方向側近傍の上端部に、破断可能な肉薄溝状の弱化部を設けると共に、連結片の螺合方向側近辺部分を除く内周面部分に、壜本体の口筒外周面の係止突条に下方から係止する複数の係止爪片を周方向に設けた開封判別用のリングを有すること、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
キャップ本体1は、その周筒2の内周面に、壜本体11の口筒12の外周面に刻設された螺旋条13に螺合する螺条3が刻設されていると共に、周筒2の下端面には、螺合方向側に垂直状の係止面を有する複数の係止片4が突設されている。

開封判別用のリング7は、周筒2の下位に、複数本の破断可能な細い接続片5と、一本の比較的太い強固な連結片6と、を介して連結されており、この連結片6の螺脱方向側近傍の上端部に、破断可能な肉薄溝状の弱化部8がリング壁の全幅方向に形成されていると共に、内周面の所定の範囲には、壜本体11の口筒12の外周面下部に周設された係止突条14に下方から係止する複数の係止爪片9が一体設されている。
