Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hermetically sealed container, more specifically, a synthetic resin container comprising a container body and a lid, wherein the hermetically sealed container holds food, other paste-like or powder-like ones while maintaining the hermetically sealed state. For containers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of closed container, there are those described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 55-53775, 56-46554 and 58-143337.
[0003]
That is, as shown in FIG. 13, these closed containers include a container body 1b having an opening 2b on the upper surface, and a lid 11b having a fitting groove 19 that can be fitted into the upper end portion 18 of the container body 1b. An annular projection 20 is formed on the upper outer peripheral surface of the container body 1b, and an engagement recess 21 with which the projection 20 can be engaged is formed on an inner wall surface in the fitting groove 19 of the lid 11b. A thin portion of the inner wall surface of the fitting groove 19 formed and formed with the engaging recess 21 is formed as a seal releasing portion 22, and a lower portion is cut off from the seal releasing portion 22 so that the lid 11 b is formed into a container. It is detachable from the main body 1b so as to be opened.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional closed container is formed in a structure that cannot be opened unless the lower part of the seal releasing portion 22 is cut off, but in some cases, the edge of the lid 11b is sharpened. If it is pryed open with a blade or the like, there is a possibility that the opening may be inadvertently made.
[0005]
Then, the present inventors made the invention of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-226796 in order to solve such a problem.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the closed container according to the present invention has an outer peripheral rising piece 3c and an inner peripheral rising piece 4c formed on the upper peripheral edge of the container main body 1c, and is formed on the peripheral edge of the lid 11c. A falling piece 12c that can be inserted into the groove 5c between the outer rising piece 3c and the inner rising piece 4c of the container body 1c is formed, and is pressed into the upper end 4d of the inner rising piece 4c of the container body 1c. A press-fit recess 16 is formed, and the broken piece 6 is connected to the outer circumferential rising piece 3 of the container body 1 so as to be breakable, and the lower end of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11c is formed at the broken portion of the broken piece 6. The configuration is such that the portion 12d is exposed.
[0007]
In this container, the falling piece 12c of the lid 11c is inserted into the groove 5c between the outer circumferential rising piece 3c and the inner circumferential rising piece 4c of the container body 1c when the lid 11c is fitted to the container main body 1c. Therefore, there is no portion where a sharp blade or the like is hooked at the lower end of the falling piece of the container body. Therefore, even if the sharp blade or the like is used for prying, there is no inadvertent opening, and the hermetically sealed container is closed. The state can be reliably maintained.
[0008]
By the way, since the closed container as shown in FIG. 13 cuts off the lower part of the seal releasing part 22 so as to turn over the whole lower part of the seal releasing part 22 as described above, the lower part of the seal releasing part 22 As long as is removed, the lid 11b can be easily removed from the container body 1b.
[0009]
However, in the closed container shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, at the portion where the broken piece 6 is broken and the lower end 12 d of the falling piece 12 c of the lid 11 b is exposed, the exposed lower end 12 d is lifted. Since the lid 11b is detached from the container body 1b, the sealing state is not released over the entire circumference as in the above-described conventional closed container.
[0010]
On the other hand, the upper end 4d of the inner peripheral rising piece 4c of the container body 1c is entirely press-fitted into the press-fitting recess 16, so that the lower end 12d of the falling piece 12c is opposed to the press-fitted state. It is necessary to push up the bare part of. Therefore, there is a case where removal of the lid 11b from the container body 1c cannot always be performed smoothly.
[0011]
The present invention, as described above, in a state where the lid is fitted to the container body, the falling piece of the lid is inserted into the groove between the outer circumferential rising piece and the inner circumferential rising piece of the container body, the container body There is no part where the cutting tool etc. is hooked at the lower end of the falling piece, and furthermore, the broken piece is broken, and only the bare lower end of the falling piece of the lid is lifted and the lid is removed from the container body by removing the lid from the container body. An object of the present invention is to make removal of a lid from a container body as easy as possible while having a structure that does not need to be released.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and means for solving the problem include a container body 1 having an opening 2 on an upper surface, and a lid body that can be fitted to the container body 1. In the hermetically-sealed container comprising the outer peripheral rising piece 3 and the inner peripheral rising piece 4 formed all around the upper peripheral edge of the container body 1, and the entire peripheral part of the lid 11, A falling piece 12 that can be inserted into the groove 5 between the outer rising piece 3 and the inner rising piece 4 of the container body 1 is formed, and is attached to the upper end 4 a of the inner rising piece 4 of the container body 1. A recess 16 to be fitted is formed, a broken piece 6 is connected to the outer circumferential rising piece 3 of the container body 1 so as to be breakable, and a falling piece 12 of the lid 11 is formed at a portion where the broken piece 6 is broken. The lower end portion 12a is configured to be exposed, and the fall of the lid 11 At the lower end of the strip 12, a locking piece 13 is projected outward, and a wide locking piece 10 that can be locked to the locking piece 13 is formed by an outer rising piece of the container body 1. 3 is formed partially in at least two places on the inner peripheral surface side.
[0013]
More preferably, the wide locking piece 10 that can be locked to the lower end of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 is approximately equal to three places on the inner circumferential surface side of the outer circumferential rising piece 3 including the position of the broken piece 6. Formed at intervals.
[0014]
That is, since the falling piece 12 at the peripheral edge of the lid 11 is formed so as to be insertable into the groove 5 between the outer rising piece 3 and the inner rising piece 4 of the container body 1, the lid 11 is attached to the container body 1. In the state in which the lid 11 is fitted, the falling piece 12 at the peripheral edge of the lid 11 is inserted into the groove 5 between the outer rising piece 3 and the inner rising piece 4 of the container body 1. There is no portion where the blade or the like is hooked at the lower end portion 12a of the falling piece 12 of 11, so that even if it is pryed open with the sharp blade or the like, there is no inadvertent opening.
[0015]
On the other hand, when removing the lid 13 from the container main body 1, first, the broken pieces 6 are broken from the outer peripheral rising pieces 3.
[0016]
When the broken piece 6 is broken from the outer rising piece 3 in this manner, the lower end portion 12a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 becomes bare at the portion where the broken piece 6 is broken, and the bare falling piece is exposed. The lid 11 can be removed from the container body 1 by lifting the lower end 12a of the container 12.
[0017]
On the other hand, the concave portion 16 formed in the lid 11 is merely fitted to the upper end 4a of the inner peripheral rising piece 4 of the container main body 1, and is press-fitted as in the closed container shown in FIGS. Since the cover 11 is not present, the lid 11 can be easily removed from the container body 1 without any resistance.
[0018]
On the other hand, at the lower end 12a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11, a locking piece 13 is provided to protrude outward, and a wide locking piece 10 that can be locked to the locking piece 13. Is partially formed at least at two locations on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer peripheral rising piece 3 of the container body 1, so that these locking pieces are mutually locked, thereby impairing the sealed state. There is no.
[0019]
In particular, a locking piece 9 is formed on the inner surface side of the broken piece 6, and at substantially two equiangular intervals with the locking piece 9 on the inner surface side of the broken piece 6 at the inner peripheral surface side of the outer rising piece 3. When the locking pieces 10, 10 are formed by pressing, the engaging state of the locking pieces 9, 10 and 10 and the locking pieces 13 at a total of three positions located at equiangular intervals should be maintained in a stable state. Can be.
[0020]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0021]
1 to 7, reference numeral 1 denotes a substantially cylindrical bottomed polypropylene container body having an opening 2 on the upper surface, and an outer peripheral rising piece 3 and an inner peripheral rising piece 4 are formed on an upper peripheral edge of the container body 1. Is formed, and a groove 5 is formed between the outer peripheral rising piece 3 and the inner peripheral rising piece 4. The upper edge 4a of the inner peripheral rising piece 4 is formed higher than the upper edge 3a of the outer peripheral rising piece 3.
[0022]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a broken piece that is connected to the outer peripheral rising piece 3 via a pair of right and left connecting portions 7 and 7 so as to be rupturable. The broken piece 6 includes a knob 8 protruding outward. As shown in FIG. 4, it is formed in an inverted L-shaped cross section.
[0023]
A locking piece 9 is provided on the inner surface of the broken piece 6 so as to project inward.
[0024]
Further, two wide wide locking pieces 10 are protruded inward from the inner surface side of the outer peripheral rising piece 3 so as to form an angle of about 120 degrees with the position where the locking piece 9 is formed. ing.
That is, a total of three locking pieces 9, 10, 10 are formed on the outer peripheral rising piece 3 side of the container body 1 at substantially equiangular intervals so as to form the vertices of an equilateral triangle.
[0025]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a polypropylene lid that can be fitted to the container body 1 and is formed in a substantially circular plane. Reference numeral 12 denotes a falling piece formed on the peripheral edge of the lid 11 and is formed so as to be inserted into the groove 5 between the outer rising piece 3 and the inner rising piece 4 of the container body 1.
[0026]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a locking piece projecting outwardly around the entire lower end of the falling piece 12. The locking piece 9 on the inner surface side of the broken piece 6 of the container body 1 and the inner surface of the outer rising piece 3. It is formed so as to be able to engage with the wide locking piece on the side.
[0027]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a concave portion formed on the back surface side of the lid 11 in the vicinity of the falling piece 12, and is formed so as to be fitted to the upper end 4a of the inner circumferential rising piece 4 of the container body 1. Reference numerals 15 and 15 denote projecting pieces for marking which serve as marks for the position of the broken pieces 6, which are located on both sides of the broken pieces 6 and project outwardly as shown in FIG.
[0028]
Reference numeral 16 denotes a protruding portion projecting upward from an upper surface of the lid 11 opposite to the concave portion 14, and the inclined surface 16 a on one side thereof is substantially equal to the inclined surface 12 b on the inner surface at the lower end of the falling piece 12. They are formed at the same angle.
[0029]
The falling piece 12 of the lid 11 as described above is inserted into the groove 5 of the container body 1, and is externally fitted into the recess 14 of the lid 11 at the upper end 4 a of the inner circumferential rising piece 4 of the container body 1. As a result, the container body 1 and the lid 11 are in a fitted state as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.
[0030]
At this time, the locking pieces 13 formed on the falling pieces 12 of the lid 11 are respectively engaged with the locking pieces 9 of the broken pieces 6 of the container body 1 and the wide locking pieces 10 of the outer circumferential rising pieces 3. Is stopped.
[0031]
Therefore, three locking pieces 9, 10, 10 formed at substantially equiangular intervals on the broken pieces 6 and the outer circumferential rising pieces 3 of the container body 1 so as to form the vertices of an equilateral triangle are attached to the lid 11. The engagement of the locking pieces 13 ensures that the fitted state between the container body 1 and the lid 11 is maintained in a stable state.
[0032]
In addition, the entire lower edge of the lid 11 is entirely inserted into the groove 5 between the outer peripheral rising piece 3 (including the fragment 6) and the inner peripheral rising piece 4 of the container body 1, so that the lower end of the lid 11 No part is exposed to the outside.
[0033]
Therefore, in the vicinity of the fitting portion between the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 and the groove 5 of the container body 1, there is no catching portion at all, so that, for example, a sharp blade or the like is attached to the falling piece of the lid 11. The lid 11 cannot be removed from the container body 1 even if the lid 11 is prying open by hooking on the lid 12.
[0034]
On the other hand, when the lid 11 is detached from the container body 1, first, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the broken piece 6 is placed at the position of one of the pair of connecting portions 7, 7. Is cut off from the outer peripheral rising piece 3 of the container body 1.
[0035]
If one end of the broken piece 6 is broken in this way, the broken piece 6 is opened outward as shown in FIG. 8 even if the other end of the broken piece 6 is connected to the outer peripheral rising piece 3. As a result, the lower end 12a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 is exposed to the outside as shown in FIG.
[0036]
Therefore, in the portion where the broken piece 6 is broken, it is possible to grip the lower end 12a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 with the finger 17 or the like as shown in FIG.
[0037]
Moreover, the engagement between the locking piece 9 on the inner surface side of the broken piece 6 and the locking piece 13 of the lid 11 is released by the breakage of one end of the broken piece 6 as described above. It becomes.
[0038]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the lower end 12 a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 gripped by the finger 17 or the like is lifted to fit the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 with the groove 5 of the container body 1. The lid 11 can be detached from the container body 1 while releasing the state.
[0039]
In this case, the engagement state between the other two locking pieces 10 and 10 formed on the outer peripheral rising piece 3 and the locking piece 13 of the lid 11 has not been released yet, but the lid 11 is Since the two wide locking pieces 10, 10 which are made of flexible polypropylene and which are formed only partially, not entirely, of the outer peripheral rising piece 3, the lid 11 is forcibly fixed. By lifting up, the engagement between the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 and the groove 5 of the container body 1 can be easily released.
[0040]
Further, since the concave portion 23 is formed on the outer peripheral surface side of the container main body 1 and at a position facing the broken fragment 6, when the finger 17 grips the lower end portion 12 a of the falling piece 12 of the lid 11. The operation of lifting the lid 11 by gripping the lower end 12a thereof can be easily performed without causing any trouble in the outer peripheral portion of the container body 1.
[0041]
Further, since the projections 15 for marks are projected outward on both sides of the broken piece 6, the position of the broken piece 6 can be easily confirmed. That is, although it is not impossible to search for the position only by the fragment 6, since the edge of the fragment 6 is formed concentrically with the peripheral edge of the lid 11, the search for the position is unfamiliar. It is not always easy for the user. However, since the mark projections 15 are formed as described above, the presence of the broken pieces 6 between the mark protrusions 15 can be immediately confirmed.
[0042]
Further, the removed lid 11 can be stacked, that is, overlapped, as shown in FIG. That is, the protruding portion 16 protrudes upward above the concave portion 14 of the lid 11, and the inclined surface 16 a on one side of the protruding portion 16 and the inclined surface 12 b on the inner surface at the lower end of the falling piece 12 are substantially the same. As shown in FIG. 12, the inclined surface 12b of the falling piece 12 and the inclined surface 16a of the protruding portion 16 are preferably in contact with each other, and can be easily stacked.
[0043]
In the above-described embodiment, the locking pieces 9 are formed so as to protrude inward from the inner surface side of the broken pieces 6, and form an angle of about 120 degrees with the position where the locking pieces 9 are formed. Since the two locking pieces 10, 10 protrude inward on the inner surface side of the outer circumferential rising piece 3, that is, the three locking pieces 9, 10, 10 form a vertex of a regular triangle. In addition, since they are formed at substantially equiangular intervals, the preferable effects as described above are obtained, but the positions where the locking pieces 9, 10, 10 are formed are not limited to the above-described embodiment.
[0044]
Further, the number of the locking pieces 10 is not limited to two in the embodiment, and may be formed in three or more. In short, it is only necessary that the wide locking pieces 10 are formed at at least two places on the inner circumferential surface side of the outer circumferential rising pieces 3.
[0045]
However, it is preferable that the at least two locking pieces 10 are formed at positions that do not face the locking pieces 9 of the broken pieces 6.
[0046]
In the above embodiment, the container body 1 and the lid 11 are both made of polypropylene, but the material of the container body 1 and the lid 11 is not limited to this, and may be made of, for example, polyethylene.
[0047]
However, in order to release the engagement state between the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 and the groove 5 of the container body 1 by forcibly lifting the lid 11, the lid 11 may have flexibility. preferable.
[0048]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the broken piece 6 is broken by only one of the pair of the connecting portions 7 and 7 so that the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 is exposed. Not only that, the broken pieces 6 can be broken at both connecting portions 7 and 7 and the broken pieces 6 can be completely removed from the falling pieces 12. Since the piece 12 is exposed, the lid 11 can be detached from the container body 1 by gripping it with a finger or the like.
[0049]
However, since the falling piece 12 of the lid 11 is exposed, the broken piece 6 is broken only by one of the connecting portions 7 as in the above embodiment, and the broken piece 6 is directed outward. The purpose is achieved by opening to
[0050]
Further, the shapes of the container body 1 and the lid 11 are not limited to the substantially circular plane shape as in the above embodiment, but may be, for example, a square shape.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, a locking piece is projected outward from the lower end of the falling piece of the lid, and a wide locking piece lockable to the locking piece is attached to the container body. Is formed in at least two places on the inner peripheral surface side of the outer peripheral rising piece, so that the press-fitting recess of the lid is pressed into the upper end of the inner peripheral rising piece of the container body as in the related art. In spite of the structure which is merely inserted, the above-mentioned at least two locking pieces are locked by the locking pieces of the falling pieces of the lid, so that the engagement state is stabilized. Thus, there is an effect that the sealed state can be reliably maintained and the sealed state is not impaired.
[0052]
In particular, a locking piece is formed on the inner surface side of the broken piece, and the locking piece is formed at two locations on the inner circumferential surface side of the outer rising piece at substantially equiangular intervals with the locking piece on the inner surface side of the broken piece. When formed, the engagement state between the locking pieces of the container body and the locking pieces of the lid at a total of three locations located at equiangular intervals can be maintained in a more stable state.
[0053]
In addition, the concave portion formed in the lid body is merely fitted to the upper end portion of the inner peripheral rising piece of the container main body, and is not necessarily press-fitted. Since the rising piece is formed only partially instead of the entire circumference, by forcibly lifting the lid, there is an effect that the lid can be easily removed from the container body without any resistance.
[0054]
Also, in the state where the lid is fitted to the container body, the falling piece at the peripheral edge of the lid is to be inserted into the groove between the outer rising piece and the inner rising piece of the container body. Furthermore, since there is no portion where the cutting tool or the like is hooked at the lower end of the falling piece of the container body, there is an effect that it does not pry open and inadvertent opening.
