Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention particularly relates to the beast proof performance of a beast proof fence for preventing humans and small animals from invading railroads laid in mountainous areas, tracks and roads already installed along motorways. The present invention relates to a fence body for raising and a beast fence utilizing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, on highways and railway lines running in mountainous areas, from the viewpoint of safety and other considerations, make sure that animals such as foxes, raccoons, wild boars, and other animals do not enter the roads and routes. In addition, a so-called beast proof fence using a wire net formed in a net shape is installed.
[0003]
However, a wire mesh type fence knitted in a net shape creates a frame such as a rectangular shape, stretches the wire mesh on this frame to form a fence body, and attaches it to the support, so the front rectangular frame (Frame) is indispensable, and therefore, in mountainous areas where there are many irregularities in the installation location, gaps of various sizes occur between the fence body and the ground surface, and these gaps do not help prevent the infestation of beasts Has been pointed out. Further, even without such a gap, it is known that a small animal can climb over a fence of a wire mesh type fence by putting hands and claws on the mesh of the mesh, and this is also a problem.
[0004]
In addition, wire mesh type fences are easily deformed by the external force in the shear direction on the surface of the wire mesh, so if a force in this direction is received, the entire fence including the frame is deformed or the wire mesh comes off the frame. There is also a problem that the function as a beast fence is impaired. In particular, in snowy areas, the pressure from the snow accumulated around the fence is applied to the fence in various ways, so if the snow melts, the fence will be deformed or damaged, and it will have to be repaired every year. It is the current situation.
[0005]
In this regard, a similar problem occurs with wire mesh type fences installed on railways and motorways in mountainous areas where people enter and exit relatively, due to mischief of people entering and exiting.
[0006]
Conventionally, in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, fences are double-installed, or a frame is formed of a strong material for snow resistance, and a wire mesh formed by a thick line is attached to this frame to attach the fence. Although measures such as formation are taken, such measures not only increase the cost but also cannot fundamentally solve the above problem.
[0007]
In view of the current situation of conventional fences for beast control as described above, the applicant of the present invention does not need to provide double fences, and regardless of the presence or absence of unevenness on the ground surface at the installation location, the fence and the ground In addition to providing no gaps, a fence body for forming a frameless type beast proof fence that small animals cannot pass through even if they dig a hole under the fence is proposed. (For example, Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, in consideration of the current state of the conventional beast control fence as described above, it is not necessary to provide a double fence, and a gap is generated between the fence and the ground regardless of whether there is unevenness on the ground surface at the installation location. Not only is it not possible for small animals to penetrate under the fence and cannot pass through the gaps in the fence. It is another object of the present invention to provide a fence body for forming a frameless type beast proof fence that is not capable of climbing and that is not deformed by snow pressure even when provided in a snowy area.
[0010]

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the fence body of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings using examples. FIG. 1 is a front view of an example of a conventional fence body forming a fence for a beast control, FIG. 2 is a partial front view of an example in which the fence body of FIG. 1 is installed as an example of a fence, and FIG. 3 is a fence to which the present invention is applied. 4 is a partial front view of an example in which the fence body of FIG. 3 is installed, FIG. 5 is a side view of FIG. 2 or FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is provided with a safety cap on the fence body of FIG. 7 is a front cross-sectional view of an example of the fence body of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a front view of an example of the auxiliary fence body, and FIG. 8 is a front view of an example of use of the auxiliary fence body of FIG.
[0017]
In FIG. 1, Fb is a fence body having a rectangular external shape when viewed from the front, and has the following configuration. That is, reference numeral 1 denotes a vertical member of the fence body Fb. In the example of FIG. 1, steel rods having a thickness of 4 mmφ and a length of 1550 mm are arranged in parallel in a vertical direction at an interval of about 50 mm. It is arranged so as to be the front width of Fb, for example, about 1500 to 2000 mm. Actually, in the case of a design in which the distance between the centers of the pillars described later is 2000 mm, the width of the fence body Fb is formed to be about 2100 mm. The front width of the fence body Fb can be formed to an arbitrary width depending on the number of the vertical members 1 to be used. Specifically, a length suitable for the type of distance between the columns to be installed due to unevenness or inclination at the installation location, or considering the convenience of transportation, it is practical to be about 500 to 3000 mm. is there.
[0018]
Reference numeral 2 denotes a horizontal member which is horizontally arranged on the upper surface of the vertical member 1 which is arranged in a width of about 1500 to 2000 mm by being arranged in parallel in the vertical direction in the above. A pair of horizontal steel rods each having a length of 6 mmφ and having a length equal to or slightly longer than the entire width of the vertical members 1 arranged in the range of 1500 mm to 2000 mm are arranged in parallel at an interval of about 50 mm. On the vertical members 1 arranged as described above, four horizontal member sets 2 are arranged at a pitch of about 400 mm from the upper end of the vertical member 1 in this order. The set 2 of the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member is fixed by welding at each intersection thereof to form a frontless frameless fence body Fb shown in FIG.
[0019]
Here, the set 2 of the lateral members selects the thickness of the steel rod to be used from the steel rods having a thickness of 4 to 10 mmφ in consideration of the environment of the installation location and the like. Choose from The horizontal member set 2 may be formed of three steel rods, and the arrangement interval of the horizontal member sets 2 on the vertical member 1 may be 300 mm or more, for example, about 500 mm. . When the arrangement interval is 500 mm in the above example, three sets of the horizontal members are arranged on the vertical members. In the above-mentioned fence, the horizontal member set 2 uses a steel bar equivalent to or thicker than the vertical member 1, and the usage mode in which two or three steel bars are used as one set is that the fence body Fb is a frameless type. This is because the strength of the entire fence body is increased even in a frameless manner, and the horizontal member set 2 at the upper end of the vertical member 1 has a function that replaces the body edge of the conventional fence.
[0020]
The fence body Fb shown in FIG. 1 is formed by a set 2 of a vertical member 1 having a thickness of 4 to 6 mmφ and a horizontal member having a thickness of 4 to 10 mmφ, and a vertically long window (slit) formed by both members 1 and 2. ) 3 is about 50 mm × 400 mm in size between the cores, so that small animals cannot escape from this slit 3, and of course, the span of the vertical member 1 in this slit 3 is 4-6 mmφ steel. Since it is 400 mm with a rod, it is almost impossible or difficult to bend even by hand, that is, it is difficult to widen the width of the slit 3, so that the small animal deforms it to the opposite side. It is virtually impossible to get out, and it is of course impossible for even a person to deform and pass through the slit 3.
[0021]
Further, in the above frameless fence body Fb, since the length of each slit 3 is 400 mm in this example, even if a small animal catches a hand or a nail on the lower horizontal member set 2, the next horizontal Hands and claws do not reach member set 2 and, therefore, small animals cannot climb over this fence.
[0022]
Further, since the lower end of the fence body Fb is frameless, the vertical member 1 located below the lowermost horizontal member set 2 has a so-called comb-teeth shape due to the mounting manner of the horizontal member set 2 described above. In the example of the figure, since the projection protrudes downward by about 130 mm, in a place where there is unevenness on the ground surface such as a mountainous land, if the comb tooth-shaped portion 4 is installed so as to pierce the ground, the unevenness on the ground surface can be reduced. Irrespective of this, no gap is formed at the lower end of the fence, and the comb teeth 4 are buried in the ground, so that even if a small animal digs a hole under the fence body Fb, the comb teeth Since it is blocked by the shape part 4, it is also possible to prevent passing through from such a hole.
[0023]
The fence body Fb formed as described above is installed as, for example, a beast proof fence PF along, for example, a railway or an automobile road that passes through a mountainous area. This point will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 5.
[0024]
First, a plurality of columns 5 are erected on the ground G using the width of one fence body Fb in FIG. The structure of the column 5 itself and its standing foundation 6 are substantially the same as those of the conventional fence. The beast proof fence has the road surface (railway or road) side of each standing pillar 5 on the front side, and the fence body Fb on the front face, the horizontal member set 2 on the outside face (the vertical member 1 on the front face of the pillar 5). , The ends of the two fences Fb overlapped on the front surface of each of the struts 5 and the end portions of the two fences Fb, which are overlapped on the front surface of each of the struts 5, are each used as a set of each of the horizontal members. 2, a fastener 7 such as a so-called U-bolt or a metal belt is arranged between two parallel steel rods, and in the case of a U-bolt, each bolt is tightened, and each fence body Fb is attached to each column 5. By being fixedly attached, it is formed in the beast proof fence PF.
[0025]
The beast proof fence PF installed as described above has the following advantages in addition to the features and advantages described in the above-mentioned fence body Fb being directly exhibited in the beast proof fence PF. That is, since each fence body Fb is completely frameless, it can be mounted without any problem even if the left and right ends are slightly displaced from the upright columns 5.
[0026]
Further, each fence body Fb is frameless because a large number of vertically long slits 3 are formed as a mesh by a combination of 4 to 6 mmφ vertical members and 4 to 10 mmφ horizontal members formed by steel rods, so to speak. Not only is the strength of the fence as a whole large, but also when it is installed in a snowy area, snow easily escapes from each slit 3 and there is little snow clogging. The fence is hardly deformed by the snow pressure or the like because it is hard to receive the sinking force caused by the snow and even if it is received, it is dispersed and received by the entire fence body Fb. Note that this fence is not applied only to a mountainous area, and can be installed and used on a flat ground in the same manner as in a mountainous area.
[0027]
The above-described conventional fence body Fb and the beast-proof fence body PF using the fence body Fb include a vertical member 1 arranged in parallel, and a horizontal member set 2 having two pairs. The member 1 was arranged at a pitch of about 400 mm to 500 mm from the upper end side, and the intersection of the two members 1 and 2 was welded. The present invention is illustrated in FIG. As described above, the present invention is applied to the fence body Fb ′ formed by adding the sub lateral members 21 to 23, and the fence body Fb ′ has a structure in which the strength of the lower part is higher than that of the fence body Fb of FIG. belongs to.
[0028]
That is, in the example of the fence body Fb ′ to which the present invention shown in FIG. 3 is applied, the height (length) of the vertical members 1 ′ is slightly increased, and four sets of the vertical members 1 ′ are arranged at approximately 400 mm pitch on the arranged vertical members 1 ′. The arrangement of the horizontal member set 2 is substantially the same as that of the fence body Fb of FIG. 1, but in the example of the fence body Fb ′ of FIG. 3, the third and fourth horizontal member sets 2 One sub-horizontal member 21 is arranged between them, and two sub-horizontal members 22 and 23 are arranged below the lowermost horizontal member set 2 at intervals of about 90 to 100 mm. An example of the fence body Fb 'to which the present invention is applied was formed by welding the members 1', 2, 21 to 23.
[0029]
When the fence body Fb ′ is formed as shown in FIG. 3, when the beast proof fence PF is installed using the fence body Fb ′ in the same manner as in the example of FIG. 2, the sub lateral member 22 of each fence body Fb ′ is installed. , 23 are buried in the ground, and the mesh formed by the vertical and horizontal members becomes smaller in the lower part of each fence body Fb ', so that the effect of increasing the strength of the lower part of the fence as a whole can be obtained.
[0030]
The fence body Fb 'formed as described above is installed as, for example, a beast proof fence PF along, for example, a railroad or a motorway passed through a mountainous area. This point will be described with reference to FIGS. .
[0031]
First, a plurality of struts 5 are erected on the ground G using the width of one fence body Fb ′ in FIG. The structure of the column 5 itself and its standing foundation 6 are substantially the same as those of the conventional fence. The fence of the present invention has the road surface (railway or road) side of each of the columns 5 standing upright, and the fence body Fb ′ is attached to the front surface of the fence body Fb ′. (To be opposed to the front surface), the both ends of each fence body Fb ′ are overlapped and applied to the support 5, and the ends of the two fence bodies Fb ′ overlapping on the front surface of each support 5 are each A so-called U-bolt or a metal belt or the like fastener 7 is arranged between two parallel steel bars in the member set 2, and in the case of a U-bolt, each bolt is tightened, and each fence body Fb is connected to each other. By being fixedly attached to the column 5, it is formed as an example of the beast-proof fence PF.
[0032]
The beast proof fence PF installed as described above has the following advantages in addition to the features and advantages described in the fence body Fb ′ described above being exhibited in this beast proof fence PF as it is. That is, since each fence body Fb 'is completely frameless, it can be mounted without any problem even if the left and right ends are slightly displaced from the upright columns 5. .
[0033]
Each fence body Fb 'is frameless because a large number of vertically long slits 3 are formed as meshes by a combination of 4 to 6 mm vertical members and 4 to 10 mm horizontal members formed by steel rods. In addition to the fact that the strength of the entire fence body is large, even when installed in a snowy area, the snow easily escapes from each slit 3 and there is little snow clogging. The fence is hardly deformed by the snow pressure or the like because it is hard to receive the sinking force caused by the accumulated snow and even if it is received, it is dispersed and received by the entire fence body Fb ′. Note that this fence is not applied only to a mountainous area, and can be installed and used on a flat ground in the same manner as in a mountainous area.
[0034]
As described above, the beast proof fence PF has a safety cap 8 made of metal or synthetic resin as illustrated in FIG. 6 over the entire width of the fence body Fb ′ at the upper end of the vertical member 1 of each fence body Fb ′. Is provided. That is, a safety cap having a substantially hat-shaped cross section is joined to the vertical member of each fence body Fb 'over the entire width of the fence body Fb' so that the side cross section forms a closed ring. By providing, it is formed as an example of the fence body Fb ′ of the present invention. The beast proof fence PF is useful not only when newly installing a beast proof fence along a railway or a motorway, but also in a place where only a simple type fence such as a barbed wire is provided. It can also be provided in a form attached to a wire fence. Further, the fence body Fb ′ may have the vertical member 1 protruding upward from the uppermost horizontal member set 2 by an appropriate amount, and bend the protruding portion to form a so-called “stretch back”.
[0035]
In the fence body Fb ′ of the present invention, the lower part of the fence body Fb ′ is buried in the ground or in the ground on the front surface of the upright column 5 formed, for example, about 1000 to 1500 mm higher than the overall height of the fence body Fb ′. In some cases, a wire is stretched over an upper portion of each of the struts 5 where the fence body Fb 'is not provided to form a fence PF' having a so-called deer repelling function.
[0036]
Next, for reference, an embodiment of an auxiliary fence body will be described with reference to FIGS. The auxiliary fence body SFb in FIGS. 7 and 8 has substantially the same diameter as the vertical member 1 in the previous example, but the vertical member 1 ′ whose length (height) is adjusted to 200 to 500 mm has a length of about 40 to 100 mm. In the example shown in the figure, a set 2 ′ of four horizontal members is arranged in parallel in the pattern (interval) illustrated in FIG. The intersection of 'and the set 2 of horizontal members is joined by welding to form an example of the auxiliary fence body SFb.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 8, the auxiliary fence body SFb of FIG. 7 is arranged on the lower end of the existing fence PF ′ using the net-shaped wire mesh Mn, and the upper part of the auxiliary fence body SFb is illustrated. The lower part is buried in the ground, and is attached to the existing fence PF 'by a stopper 7' or the like using the support or the frame 5 'of the existing fence PF'. As a result, the auxiliary fence SFb can penetrate small animals that enter from the gap between the lower part of the existing fence PF 'and the surface of the ground or by digging the ground under the gap even if there is almost no such gap. Can be effectively prevented.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
The invention according to claim 1 is as described above, and in particular, a fence body installed along a motorway or a railway passed through a mountainous area is a fence body having a front width of 500 to 3000 mm and a height of 1000 to 1800 mm. The fence body includes a vertical member in which steel rods having a thickness of 4 to 6 mmφ and a length of 1000 to 1800 mm are vertically arranged in parallel at intervals of 50 to 60 mm so as to form the front width. A set of horizontal members in which two or three horizontal members made of steel rods having a thickness of about 10 mmφ and a length substantially the same as the front width are arranged side by side so as to form a width of 50 to 60 mm, The set of the plurality of horizontal members is arranged on the vertical member at a distance of 400 mm to 500 mm from near the upper end of the vertical member, and the fence body is framelessly formed by the set of the horizontal members and the vertical member. Toss In addition, a sub-horizontal member made of the same steel bar as the horizontal member is arranged on the vertical member at an interval of 200 mm to 70 mm below the lowest one of the arranged horizontal member set, and each vertical member and each horizontal member are arranged. By joining the crossover portions of the members by welding, the vertical members located below the lowermost horizontal member set are made into comb-shaped comb-shaped portions, and the comb-shaped portions are pierced into the ground. Because it is configured to be buried, the comb-shaped part at the bottom of the vertical member can be buried under the ground regardless of the unevenness or inclination of the surface of the fence installation location, and it can be installed between the fence and the ground There is no gap, and there is an effect that it is possible to prevent a small animal from digging a hole in the ground below the fence body by the comb-tooth-shaped portion that has entered the ground. In addition, the slit formed on the upper half side of the fence has a size of about 50 to 60 mm and about 400 to 500 mm formed by welding the vertical and horizontal members with steel rods. Is difficult, and even smaller animals are unlikely to fall out of the slit. Even if a small animal tries to put his hands or claws on this slit, there is an effect that it is impossible to climb up the fence because there is no catch.
[0039]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, one sub-horizontal member is disposed between the third and fourth horizontal member sets from the top, so that the strength of the lower portion of the fence body is significantly increased by the fence body. There is an effect that it is possible to form a fence body with high beastproofing properties.
[0040]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the vertical member is protruded upward by a suitable amount from the uppermost horizontal member set, and the protruding portion is bent so as to be bent back. It is possible to prevent jumping into the fence.
[0041]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a plurality of pillars are erected at intervals slightly smaller than the front width of the fence body of the first aspect, the second aspect, or the third aspect, and the front face of each pillar is defined by the first aspect. The left and right side ends of the fence body are overlapped and positioned, and the comb-like portions of the vertical members in each fence body are buried in the ground, and the side ends of the fence body superimposed on the front surface of each of the struts are removed. By fixing to each of the above-mentioned pillars with a fastener such as a U-bolt, there is an extremely useful effect as a snow-resistant beast fence which is not likely to be deformed by snow pressure even when provided in a snow-covered area.
According to the invention described in claim 5, the barbed wire fence is attached to the barbed wire fence in a place where only a simple type fence made of barbed wire or the like is provided. By providing such a fence body, there is an effect that the effect as a beast proof fence can be sufficiently exhibited without providing a double fence as in the conventional wire mesh type fence.
[0042]
According to the invention as set forth in claim 6, the fence body is attached to a pillar whose ground height is higher than its total height by burying a lower portion of the fence body in the ground, and a portion of each pillar where the fence body is not provided. Has an effect that the beast proof property can be further enhanced by stretching the metal wire.
