【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】液体用紙容器の注出位置に突設され、開封
用筒体を内蔵するスパウトと該スパウトに螺着するキャ
ップとからなり、前記キャップを螺脱方向へ回転させた
ときに、前記スパウトの注出筒内側に内蔵され下端に開
封刃をもつ開封用筒体が、前記キャップの回転にともな
って降下して、下方に設けられている封止フィルムを破
断して容器を開封する口栓において、前記スパウトの内
周面に設けられる摺接縦リブ間の摺接溝に、未開封時の
開封用筒体の落下を防ぐ上方端部の開封用筒体落下防止
突起のほかに、開封時に前記キャップのガイド用内筒に
より前記開封用筒体が下方へ蹴り出される位置の上方近
傍位置に開封用筒体戻り防止突起を設けたことを特徴と
する開封刃内蔵口栓。
